Abstract:
Healthcare professionals make decisions in a context of uncertainty. When making a diagnosis, relevant patient characteristics are categorized to fit a particular condition that explains what the patient is experiencing. During the diagnostic process, tools such as the medical interview, physical examination, and other complementary tests support this categorization. These tools, known as diagnostic tests, allow professionals to estimate the probability of the presence or absence of the suspected medical condition. The usefulness of diagnostic tests varies for each clinical condition, and studies of accuracy (sensitivity and specificity) and diagnostic impact (impact on health outcomes) are used to evaluate them. In this article, the general theoretical and practical concepts about diagnostic tests in human beings are addressed, considering their historical background, their relationship with probability theories, and their practical utility with illustrative examples.

Abstract Political press conferences, while playing a significant role in international communication by heads of state and government, are still largely underexplored in interpreting studies. More scholarly attention is needed, particularly to examine the interpreter’s mediating role in these uniquely constrained communicative settings. Drawing on narrative theory and Wadensjö’s model of renditions, this paper investigates the interpreter’s mediating role at a 2011 joint press conference with the American and Chinese Presidents, at that time Barack Obama and Hu Jintao respectively. Specifically, the study examines how the interpretation comprises reduced, expanded and summarized renditions of the speakers’ narratives, and how the resulting mediation can affect not only their image, but also the outcome of the diplomatic communication between their respective countries. Here, the interpreter’s performance is subject not only to his language competence, but also to a number of other factors. On the one hand, his mediation can be facilitated rather than restricted by the constraints of the setting where the interpreting occurs, such as technical problems and time limitations. On the other hand, the mediation can also reflect the interpreter’s institutional role and the public narratives within the socio-cultural context.

El propósito del artículo es analizar la implementación del currículo por competencias en la asignatura de español, en una telesecundaria de contexto indígena en el estado de Veracruz. Se deriva de una investigación etnográfica que busca documentar el proceso de apropiación de prácticas letradas escolares, enmarcadas por los Programas de Español 2006. Retomamos una tarea escolar de redacción de dos estudiantes bilingües (en español y popoluca de la Sierra), y desde ahí reconstruimos el desarrollo del proyecto didáctico en el que se circunscribe. Mostramos la estructura del proyecto y analizamos la práctica social de lenguaje implícita; también, la forma en que la profesora interpreta el trabajo por competencias, los proyectos didácticos y las adaptaciones curriculares que realiza. Reconstruimos el proceso de redacción de los estudiantes, destacando sus intereses, formas de interpretar la tarea, así como los recursos lingüísticos y culturales en juego para responder a las demandas de la escuela. AbstractThe purpose of this article is to analyze the implementation of competence-based curriculum in the Spanish subject in an indigenous context telesecundaria in the state of Veracruz. It is part of an ethnographic research that focuses on the appropriation process of school literacy practices proposed by the Spanish Programs 2006. We select a writing assignment of two bilingual students (Spanish and Sierra's Popoluca). From there we reconstruct the didactic project implementation in which is circumscribed. Show the structure of the project and analyze the literacy practice implied. Also the way that the teacher interprets the competence-based curriculum, the didactic projects and the curricular adaptations performed. Abstract We present here an ethnographic study of asylum court interpreting with remote participants and video links. First, we describe the multimodal resources interpreters have at their disposal to manage turn-taking and begin interpreting while an asylum seeker’s answer to a question has not come yet to a recognizable completion point. We distinguish between ‘implicit’ configurations, in which a collaborative turn transition is apparently achieved through reorientations of body and gaze, the use of discourse markers, or other conversational strategies, like overlaps and cases where a turn transition is achieved through the use of ‘explicit’ resources such as instructions to stop and requests to give brief answers. We show that the collaborative production of such long answers is affected by the remote placement of the interpreter, and that recurrent trouble in the management of turn transitions between the asylum seeker and the interpreter during extended narratives may be detrimental to the asylum seeker’s case.

Abstract:
The article examines how the ideas of the left-wing Fluxus movement were accepted and interpreted in Lithuania in the second half of the 20th century. The matter is that alongside unusual ways of artistic expression, the practices called fluxisms transcended the boundaries of the art field. The analysis has shown that the artistic actions and their content at that time, and especially in the 1980s and 1990s, were based on the quotation, adaptation, and use of Fluxus ideas in Lithuania. Freedom, experimentation, and performativity were intertwined with the political revival movement, the mood of national resistance, and the (self-)ironic relationship with the Soviet era. The ideas of the left avant-garde movement were understood and used for national cultural and political purposes during Lithuania’s revival.

Research perspectives on the use of the Italian Sign Language” analyses the historical, educational and normative development of the Sign Language using a theoretical-argumentative methodology with a descriptive-comparative character and then examines the current research perspectives which confirm the potentiality of using body experience as a possible instrument to facilitate the educational process and a valid support for the education thanks to the use of innovative software such as “The software and phonological bimanual dactylology” approved by the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research. Notre recherche a pour objet des interrogatoires médiatisés par interprète, en tant que pratiques langagières et discursives situées dans un contexte institutionnel donné, à savoir le tribunal. Parmi les divers contextes de nos sociétés contemporaines où les interprètes sont partenaires de l’échange au sein de dialogues effectifs, nous avons ciblé le contexte judiciaire, dont le caractère institutionnel et les enjeux en font un lieu formel et au fonctionnement normé : les interrogatoires s’y déroulant sont des échanges réglés et codés. Nous avons fait alors l’hypothèse que peut fonctionner à double titre la tension qui se crée ainsi entre les normes à l’œuvre au tribunal et la présence de sujets en interaction dont les enjeux et représentations peuvent considérablement différer : elle fonctionne d’une part comme loupe grossissante sur certains phénomènes qui, lorsqu’ils se produisent malgré la normativité ambiante, sembleraient alors relever de ce qui ne peut ne pas se produire en présence d’un interprète ; elle fonctionne d’autre part comme déclencheur d’événements particuliers et uniques propres au contexte, aux personnes concernés, aux enjeux spécifiques liés aux thèmes traités, aux dialogues ponctuels. L’analyse de dialogue que nous pratiquons consiste aussi bien à spécifier préalablement le cadrage externe de l’événement communicatif qu’à décrire comment la situation est perçue et évaluée par les participants à travers l’élaboration conjointe du sens. Notre problématique vise ainsi à dégager la relation existant entre les conventions socio-discursives propres à cette sphère d’activité et certains traits interactionnels et discursifs, engendrés par la participation du "tiers/interprète" à l’interrogatoire. L’approche discursive et dialogique a permis d’entreprendre une démarche analytique prenant en compte : un plan interlocutif, concernant la dynamique compositionnelle des échanges et les rapports de places, dialogal ; un plan énonciatif et dialogique concernant à la fois la présence des sujets dans leurs dires et la façon dont les discours sont élaborés par des mouvements interprétatifs qui peuvent être plus ou moins directement accessibles, notamment à travers ces réaménagements de sens que sont les reformulations inter-linguistiques de l’interprète. Les voix qui parcourent l’espace discursif en le rendant hétérogène peuvent par-là être identifiées. Ces pratiques d’interactions médiatisées peuvent alors être pensées sur un continuum de dispositifs allant des stratégies d’effacement énonciatif que l’interprète met en œuvre - afin de créer des discours objectivés -, aux procédés variés qui l’inscrivent dans le discours d’autrui, jusqu’à la prise en charge de ses propres discours en tant que locuteur/énonciateur à part entière. Enfin, les propriétés qui caractérisent les interrogatoires interprétés dans le contexte du tribunal s’avèrent propres non seulement au genre de discours institutionnel et juridique concerné mais également à la présence du "tiers", apte à influencer l’événement discursif "interrogatoire" à tous les niveaux pris en compte par l’analyse. Il semble alors que cela pourrait permettre d’appréhender ces dialogues comme un type, ou sous-genre, particulier du discours juridique<br>Our research focuses on interpreter-mediated examinations as situated oral exchanges and discursive practices in a specific institutional context, i.e. the courtroom. In contemporary societies, among the various situations where interpreters act and dialogue in face-to face interactions, the judiciary context proves to be one of those institutional domains where highly formal and normative practices take place. Examinations are very coded exchanges. Starting from the hypothesis that the tension which develops between laws and norms at work in this frame and the discursive productions by speakers directly dialoguing and interacting, whose representations and goals may consistently differ, may have a double effect on the interpreter-mediated event, we further investigate how : some specific interactional and discourse patterns realize in a such ritualized and normative context, attempting to understand if they are typical of interpreter-mediated interactions in general or of the specific examinations we observe ; and speakers’ identities, institutional roles, their personal goals and the specific themes concerned have an influence on these practices, producing very peculiar and singular patterns of sense-making. Hence, focusing on face-to-face interpreting practices, the dialogical and discourse approach we adopt allows to take into account : from one side, what relates to the dialogal dimension of the interaction, pertaining to a dialogue between two (or more) co-present interlocutors and the definitions of their identities, from what pertains to the dialogical one, having to do with dialogism or dialogicality in the more abstract senses. Given that understanding is related to responding, interpreters are seen as speakers actively involved in dialogue. The ways speakers leave traces of their presence in the utterances they produce, while they’re doing the interacting, and, particularly, the way in which the interpreter’s presence is sensed through thar interlinguistic reformulation of the other’s words which is translation gives access to the way in which sense-making is jointly created in the framework of a highly ritualized activity type such as examinations in the courtroom. In the end, interpreted-mediated examinations may be thought of as changing practices on a more/less continuum, going from : the cases where the interpreter translates as a reporter using the 1st person, using linguistics strategies allowing him/her to assume full responsibility for the words uttered without showing it; to all those cases of variation on the expected pattern which, at different degrees, let emerge his/her presence in the interpreting process; to the production of discourses for which s/he is entirely responsible, acting as a an autonomous speaker. These collectively constructed events may therefore suggest that there is a dynamic relation between expected practices in the discourse context and their actual realization. Interpreter-mediated examinations prove to be per se speech events, namely very specific exchanges with their often hybrid dynamics, within which all interlocutors - including the interpreter – dialogically contribute to understanding and to the creation of meaning

L'analyse des contrats d'artiste met en évidence une double protection : protection de la personne salariée mais aussi protection au titre des droits voisins du droit d'auteur. En effet, alors que les contrats d'engagement sont généralement fondés sur une force de travail, le contrat d'artiste est fondé sur la personne même de l'artiste et l'objet issu de la relation de travail porte l'empreinte de sa personnalité. Le contrat d'engagement de l'artiste met en présence deux univers : artistique et économique. Ce passage de l'artiste de l'univers artistique à la réalité économique ne se fait pas sans la présence de nombreux professionnels du spectacle, partenaires économiques de l'artiste dans la création ni sans les agents artistiques et les managers qui façonnent l'artiste aux besoins du marché, aux attentes de ses partenaires économiques. Cependant cet équilibre créé entre univers artistique et univers économique pourrait bien être remis en cause par le développement des nouvelles technologies<br>Artist contracts analysis reveals a dual protection: protection of the employed person but also protection in respect of rights related to copyright. Indeed, while contracts of employment are generally based on a work force, the artist contract is based on the person of the artist and the object from the employment relationship bears the imprint of his personality. The artist's employment agreement takes two worlds: artistic and economic. This passage of the artist of the artistic universe to economic reality doesn?t take place without the presence of many professionals of the show, the artist in creating economic partners or without artistic agents and managers that shape the artist to the needs of the market, the expectations of its economic partners. However this balance created between artistic world and economic universe might well be questioned by the development of new technologies

Ma thèse interroge les formes, les modes et les enjeux liés à la notion d’« enquête » dans les discours et les poétiques d’Émile Zola, Luigi Capuana et Emilia Pardo Bazán. Il s'agit d’abord de prendre au sérieux l’ambition à l’« enquête totale » du roman naturaliste européen vers 1880, envisagée par le credo zolien du « tout dire », par l'idée de la forme « ancha, completa y perfecta » de Pardo Bazán et par l'éclectisme boulimique de Capuana. Corollairement, le lecteur de l’époque, demandeur de « récit », expérimente une pratique esthétique marquée par la porosité disciplinaire et la diversité de formats et de supports. Par l’épistémocritique, la sociocritique et la « sémiologie historicisée », il s’agit donc de questionner les relations entre scientifique et littéraire, fictionnel et factuel, vrai et faux, et leurs présupposés épistémologiques et idéologiques, qui sont définis et redéfinis par les trois auteurs à l’aune de leurs postures et de leurs stratégies d’affirmation spécifiques. En accord avec le « décloisonnement » disciplinaire à l’œuvre à l’époque, d’un point de vue de la réception ainsi que de la production, le corpus mobilisé rapproche des romans, des chroniques, des textes théoriques et critiques, mais aussi des textes « savants » produits ou consultés par les auteurs. À travers l’ensemble de ces perspectives, cette thèse tente d’éclairer, par une démarche comparée, la singularité historique d’une enquête « inquiète » dans le dernier tiers du XIXe siècle.<br>My thesis investigates the forms, modes and issues associated with the notion of 'enquiry' in the discourses and poetics of Émile Zola, Luigi Capuana and Emilia Pardo Bazán. It will do so first by taking seriously the ambition for 'total enquiry' in the European naturalist novel around 1880, such as it is considered by Zola's credo of “tout dire”, by Pardo Bazán's idea of the “ancha, completa y perfecta” form and by Capuana's bulimic eclecticism. As a corollary, the reader of the time, in search of “narrative”, experiences an aesthetic practise marked by disciplinary porosity and the diversity of formats and media. Through epistemocriticism, sociocriticism and "historicised semiology", the aim is therefore to question the relationships between the scientific and the literary, the fictional and the factual, the true and the false, and their epistemological and ideological presuppositions, which the three authors define and redefine in the light of their postures and their specific strategies of affirmation. In line with the disciplinary “decompartmentalization” at work at the time, from the point of view of both reception and production, the assembled corpus brings together novels, chronicles, theoretical and critical texts, but also "scholarly" texts written or consulted by the authors. Through all of these perspectives, this thesis intends to shed light, through a comparative approach, on the historical singularity of an “anxious” enquiry in the last third of the 19th century.

Depuis la reconnaissance d'un droit voisin du droit d'auteur à l'artiste-interprète ; nous avons assisté à l' émergence et au développement de nouvelles technologies qui ont permis et accru la possibilité pour une interprétation de recevoir des utilisations secondaires voire même des modifications affectant sa substance même. En ce début de troisième millénaire, l'avènement de l'ère numérique pose de front la question cruciale : les règles relatives aux droits voisins sont-elles adaptées aux nouvelles technologies ? La définition ainsi que délimitation des droits voisins est sujette à question. Comment définir l'interprétation, quelle qualification lui donner ? Doit-on consacrer un droit de divulgation à l'égard des artistes-interprètes ? peut on parler de citation d'une œuvre musicale dans une autre œuvre musicale ? Ces questions existaient déjà, mais les nouvelles technologies leur ont conféré une acuité nouvelle ; principalement par la dématérialisation de l'interprétation.

In a world where the Sign Languages have been recognized as natural Languages, thanks to several linguistic and non-linguistic studies, the desire to understand and discover new things about them increases. The study proposes the results of a research made in Italy and Spain about interpreting to and from Sign Languages in a scholar setting; the target is to understand the interpreting techniques and which are the points in commons and which one not between this nations. The study is organized as follows: the first part is dedicated to the interpreter, to the Italian Sign Language and to the Spanish Sign Language, and than there is a little section about the legislative situation nowadays. In the last part will be proposed the study, made in Italy (Noventa Padovana) and in Spain (Seville) about the importance of the presence of the interpreter in a school where there are deaf and hearing children. Moreover, the study wants to compare and analyse the interpreting technique that interpreters use in scholar and extra-scholar situations and relationships among colleagues. All this has been made thanks to some surveys proposed during the first experience and repeated, readapted, in the second experience.

Dans un deuxième temps, une étude détaillée des références impériales à l’histoire de Rome est présentée pour chaque période, des origines au prédécesseur immédiat. La dernière partie est consacrée à l’élaboration par l’empereur d’une continuité avec l’histoire de Rome, en particulier du Principat, grâce à une vision globale et à une intégration à l’histoire<br>The study provides an analysis of imperial discourse on time, and especially the past of Rome, from the founder of Principate, Augustus, until Constantine. It relies on various documents (literature, numismatic, epigraphy, archeology and architecture) in order to appreciate at best the reconstruction of history by the emperors. The emperor has to be endowed with memory and to know the past, which leads to define it and its significance in Rome. In a second step, a detailed study of imperial references to the history of Rome is presented for each period, from the origins to the immediate predecessor. En 2010, le master en interprétation de conférence à l’Université de Nairobi (UoN) est mis en place comme programme pilote dans le cadre du Consortium panafricain pour un master en interprétation et en traduction (PAMCIT). Pendant les premières années (2010-2013), le programme s’est appuyé fortement sur l’assistance pédagogique offerte par des institutions basées dans le Nord. Dans ce chapitre, nous analysons la contribution de la coopération nord-sud aux cursus d’interprétation à l’Université de Nairobi. Pour ce faire, nous abordons la formation d’interprètes comme un phénomène situé à l’interface de deux champs professionnels, l’interprétation et le monde académique, et analysons les défis que présente, dans ce contexte, la conversion du capital symbolique propre à chaque champ. Les réflexions dans ce chapitre visent ainsi à illustrer qu’il est important d’inclure des acteurs du domaine académique et des interprètes professionnels dans les programmes de formation établis au sein des universités africaines.

Este artículo resume el producto de un taller académico en el que se reflexiona sobre el sector Estación Villa, el cual hace parte del centro tradicional de Medellín y se cuestiona sobre, ¿cómo abordar un territorio, con una zona, que ha quedado excluida por cuenta de las intervenciones desarrolladas en sus bordes y ha propiciado en su interior, mezcla de diferentes grupos poblacionales y actividades, en las que, la ilegalidad e informalidad lo han llevado a la exclusión urbana y social del resto de la ciudad.&#x0D; Se propone una intervención que interprete las dinámicas sociales y la ocupación del territorio, que tendrá como punto de partida, la inclusión social y la articulación urbana. Dicha intervención, propone estrategias innovadoras que le apuestan a una regeneración urbana, que construya tejido social y articule a Estación Villa con el resto de la ciudad. This article summarizes the product of an academic workshop in which we reflect on the Estación Villa sector, which is part of the Medellin traditional downtown and questions about how to tackle a territory, an area which has been excluded on account of interventions developed at its edges and has led inside, mixing different population groups and activities, which, illegality and informality have led to urban and social exclusion of the rest of the city.&#x0D; An intervention to interpret the social dynamics and the occupation of territory, taking as a starting point, social inclusion and urban articulation is proposed. This intervention proposes innovative strategies betting on urban regeneration build social fabric and articulates Station Villa with the rest of the city.

En la presente ponencia, se explora esta tendencia poniendo de relieve la relación entre las estrategias urbanísticas empleadas en los frentes marítimos y su impacto social sobre los barrios pesqueros ya existentes en las zonas transformadas. Intentaremos esbozar las complejas dinámicas que se generan a escala barrial, partiendo de una aproximación comparativa entre tres casos en la Península Ibérica: São Pedro da Afurada (Oporto), Barceloneta (Barcelona) y Cabanyal (Valencia). El análisis pone en cuestión la contundencia del discurso imperante sobre competencia y sostenibilidad, al tiempo que se centra en el barrio de São Pedro da Afurada, con el fin de entender e interpretar las distintas prácticas de apropiación espacio-temporal, desde las luchas locales en defensa del lugar, hasta las tácticas políticas de aburguesamiento. The growing interest in the process of connecting the historic urban centers to their waterfronts is illustrated through an increasing number of architectural and urban projects. Due to this trend, the present paper seeks to explore and highlight the relationship between the planning strategies employed on coast limits and their social impact on the existing fishing districts. We will try to outline the complex dynamics that are developed on neighborhood scale, based on a comparative approach between three case-studies in the Iberian Peninsula: São Pedro da Afurada (Oporto), Barceloneta (Barcelona), Cabanyal (Valencia). The analysis raises the question upon the argumentative discourse on competence and sustainability, while focuses on the area of São Pedro da Afurada, in order to perceive and interpret the various practices of spatiotemporal appropriation, from the local struggles in defense of the neighborhood, to the political tactics of gentrification.

The sounds of our hands and feet on objects, materials and architecture itself, allow us a high knowledge of them if we have the precise sound education. For this reason, this workshop of touching architecture is proposed, where each participant must learn how to generate sounds, how to listen carefully, and how to interpret the results, concluding on the composition of the analyzed materials themselves, their isostatic or hypostatic union structures, the existing constructive pathologies (if applied to experts), etc. In short, applying something as old as “touching” and thereby observing how the different structures, pavements and cladding of architecture sound and resonate when touched, pinched or percussed. Los sonidos de nuestras manos y pies sobre los objetos, los materiales y la propia arquitectura, nos permiten un alto conocimiento de ellos si disponemos de la educación sonora precisa. Por ello se plantea este taller de tocar la arquitectura, donde cada participante debe aprender cómo generar los sonidos, cómo realizar la escucha atenta, y cómo interpretar los resultados, concluyendo sobre la composición de los propios materiales analizados, sus estructuras de unión isostática o hipetestática, las patologías constructivas existentes (caso de aplicarse a periciales), etc. En suma, aplicar algo tan antiguo como “tocar” y observar con ello cómo suenan y resuenan las diferentes estructuras, pavimentos y revestimientos de la arquitectura al ser tocada, pinzada o percutida.

The scope corresponds to the&#x0D; metropolitan areas of San Cristobal and Cucuta, and the efforts are focused to indentify the theoretical and&#x0D; normative basis that would allow to properly interpret both the interdependence and complementary&#x0D; relationships, and the management initiatives which have been given in the metropolitan areas under study. The complexity of shape grammars being produced continues to surpass the technology behind implementing them. One step towards implementing more useful shape grammars is the creation of a subshape matching technique for shapes composed of curved lines that lie in a plane. An interpreter with this ability allows for the practical implementation in general of two-dimensional grammars as well as opening the door for new applications of shape grammars. Our method for matching shapes consisting of curved lines is outlined and some examples from the Buick brand shape grammar, which was implemented by our interpreter, are shown. The emergent properties of shape grammars are also explored and considered using the new technique.

Kate Crawford, autora del libro “Atlas of AI” quien en un artículo de Nature advierte que: “la pandemia de la COVID-19 se está utilizando como pretexto para introducir herramientas de inteligencia artificial no probadas en los lugares de trabajo y las escuelas.” Por lo que, además, insiste en que es hora de regular a los sistemas de inteligencia artificial (en adelante IA) que “interpretan” emociones humanas. En efecto, esta preocupación no es algo nuevo. Desde hace algunos años la mencionada autora junto a diversos investigadores y organizaciones protectoras de derechos humanos han venido advirtiendo sobre el incremento en la comercialización y el uso de sistemas de IA que aseguran poder analizar los movimientos faciales, el tono de voz y los patrones del habla, para interpretar emociones humanas.

Las posiciones de los países de América Latina respecto a la agresión que ha sufrido Ucrania por parte de Rusia desde el 24 de febrero de 2022 han respondido, mayoritariamente, a la tradicional visión normativa de las relaciones internacionales que ha caracterizado tanto su cultura política como su visión del mundo, si bien se han apreciado unas tensiones y contradicciones que merecen especial atención. Este artículo las examina, teniendo presente sus interrelaciones, por lo que se atenderá cómo se han posicionado los gobiernos de la región, tratando de distinguir las posturas adoptadas de cara al escenario político doméstico y las que las cancillerías han fijado en declaraciones oficiales, así como mediante el voto en Naciones Unidas u otras instancias. De este modo, se interpretan los posicionamientos como expresiones de la contienda política en cada país y en la región; y, finalmente, la manera en la que reflejan o impugnan las visiones del mundo, y los principios, tradiciones y modelos de política exterior que están presentes en la región.

Abstract:
¿Cómo se organizan las posiciones de los países latinoamericanos frente a la COP26 de la CMNUCC? En este documento se pretenden ofrecer algunas pistas para interpretar las posiciones de estos países, qué clase de compromisos llevan a la mesa de negociación y qué expectativas tienen sobre la acción climática en el contexto global. El trabajo empieza presentando el panorama de la coyuntura política que enfrenta la COP26 y las coaliciones de negociación de las que los países de América Latina forman parte. Se recoge información acerca de sus Contribuciones Nacionalmente Determinadas y la arquitectura financiera que han diseñado para adoptar sus acciones. A continuación se analizan algunos de los puntos principales que se tratarán durante la COP26 desde el punto de vista de la agenda latinoamericana, que incluyen la finanza climática, los asuntos pendientes para cerrar la Guía de implementación del Acuerdo de París, y la adaptación al cambio climático. Concluimos reflexionando sobre el lugar de América Latina en el camino global hacia la descarbonización.

Nuestro entorno está cambiando a un ritmo cada vez más acelerado, y los retos sociales se han vuelto más complejos, más interdependientes, globales y cambiantes. Ello requiere una mirada más holística y adaptativa para interpretar la realidad, y por ello cada vez es más necesario el pensamiento sistémico y un enfoque colaborativo. Para poder atender las problemáticas y responder a sus propias misiones, las ONG requieren esta visión de contexto global amplio y las relaciones existentes con sus causas y efectos, un enfoque sistémico que permita promover cambios en los sistemas sobre los que quieren incidir. A su vez, la complejidad de los retos sociales y medioambientales necesita una aproximación multisectorial y por tanto las organizaciones sociales (así como otros agentes), deben promover colaboraciones intersectoriales más efectivas y transformadoras, y conseguir sumar a nuevos actores en sus conversaciones. El informe aborda todas estas cuestiones, presentando los conceptos de cambio sistémico y colaboración multisectorial, además de ofrecer una guía para impulsarlos dentro del tercer sector, así como ejemplos de casos inspiradores. Además, se añade un capítulo específico sobre las colaboraciones con el sector público, retos y tendencias actuales.

Abstract:
La investigación se orientó en la interpretación de la inteligencia emocional, desde el enfoque fenomenológico en la calidad del desempeño de la gerencia administrativa en la Universidad Autónoma de Chile, Sede Temuco. El estudio se basó en el paradigma interpretativo, bajo una investigación cualitativa con apoyo en el método fenomenológico. Los informantes que fueron objeto de la investigación, tres (3) docentes gerentes; de la Universidad Autónoma de Chile, Sede Temuco. Se aplicó la observación directa, también se empleó la entrevista. Para la validación de la información, se usó la categorización y la triangulación, lo cual permitió comprender e interpretar la situación que se presenta en la investigación. Por su parte, los informantes claves dieron sus aportes para conocer la esencia en el manejo de la inteligencia emocional que no se aprecia de forma explícita por parte de los gerentes, es decir solo de observa el manejo de personal con atención a las políticas implementadas en la mencionada universidad. Desde este enfoque, la gerencia se encuentra en un proceso de expansión institucional y de continuo replanteamiento de sus formas y contenidos; estos cambios están presentes en el ámbito universitario y los mismos generan características donde cada organización puede interpretar como una oportunidad o como una amenaza desarrollando diferentes actitudes frente a las transformaciones, se observa entonces la carencia de un enfoque sistémico para el desarrollo integral de la gerencia, con la puesta en práctica por parte del gerente con políticas y estrategias aisladas, que no han logrado los resultados esperados, motivo por el cual surge la necesidad del gerente en un proceso donde intervienen múltiples categorías concertadas entre sí para el beneficio de la gerencia. Abstract:
El documento sintetiza y analiza el efecto socioeconómico que se ha presentado en las últimas reformas tributarias en Colombia en el sector solidario, por lo cual se presenta una breve descripción histórica de lo que ha sido el cooperativismo en el ámbito mundial. Para este estudio, en especial, para Colombia, se interpreta tanto su marco legislativo como el componente en el cual está estructurado, su tratamiento fiscal en las últimas reformas a partir de su creación con la Ley 454 de 1998 y el marco legal y su jurisprudencia bajo la Ley 79 de 1988, la Ley 10 de 1991. Adicionalmente, se realiza un comparativo del ámbito fiscal de los beneficios o las pérdidas en el factor tributario dispuesto para la reglamentación tributaria, en especial, en el periodo inicial de la ley comparando con las dos últimas reformas tributarias. En la actualidad, las cooperativas presentan un beneficio especial tributario, en el que se establece la tarifa única de renta, en el artículo 142 de la Ley 1819 del 2016 y en adición del artículo 19-4 de ET. Por lo anterior, la investigación se realizará de forma descriptiva y documental, la cual permitió adquirir información muy importante en relación con los beneficios tributarios y el análisis para este sector y generar un estudio sobre la posibilidad de que el gobierno busque unificar todos los sectores económicos para el pago de impuestos.

Esta guía de práctica de los cursos en Semiología del Paciente Sano y Semiología Clínica se desarrolló con base en los textos guía para el syllabus de estos cursos del programa de Medicina, que corresponden a los textos Manual Seidel de exploración física [1] y Semiología médica Cediel. La guía comprende los aspectos básicos de la semiotecnia y la interpretación de los hallazgos semiológicos del examen del abdomen, siguiendo este orden: 1) evaluar el aspecto superficial del abdomen, describiendo sus hallazgos y correlacionando con las anomalías que pueden generar esos cambios evidentes a la inspección; 2) explorar los hallazgos a la auscultación que informan sobre alteraciones en el sistema gastrointestinal o vascular; 3) interpretar lo encontrado a la percusión del abdomen y correlacionarlo con lo encontrado en el resto de la exploración física de este, y 4) describir los hallazgos a la palpación superficial y profunda del abdomen.
