High blood pressure is a global health challenge because of its high prevalence and main risk factor for death. The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of interval and continuous cycle ergometer training programs to improve health. The research was carried out on a sample of 20 patients, with the main diagnosis of grade 3 hypertension, male, aged 55 - 75 years old.
