Abstract:
The essays collected here do not constitute a philosophy of technology, in the sense which, for instance, Don Ihde requires. According to Ihde the philosopher of technology must reflectively analyse technology in such a way ‘as to illuminate features of the phenomenon of technology itself’. The contributors to this volume do not concern themselves with the essentiahst enterprise of defining technology; they more or less take it for granted that the reader is familiar with a variety of technologies such as Information Technology, and proceed from there. Hence the title is the conjunctive one of Philosophy and Technolog..

Abstract:
Computer-based information and communication technologies continue to transform the delivery of health care and the conception and scientific understanding of the human body and the diseases that afflict it. While information technology has the potential to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care, it also raises important ethical and social issues. This IRIE theme issue seeks to provide a forum to identify, analyse and discuss the ethical and social issues raised by various applications of information and communication technology in medicine and health care. The contributions give a flavour of the extraordinarily broad landscape shaped by the intersection of medicine, computing and ethics. In fact, their diversity suggests that much more work is needed to clarify issues and approaches, and to provide practical tools for clinicians.

Abstract:
This research was conducted to illustrate the readiness of S1 Accounting students in entrepreneurship and their readiness to compete through familiar information technology that can relate to their understanding of the quality of accounting information that is ultimately needed for decision making and accountability. The results of this study indicate the link between the Entrepreneurial Soul and the introduction of positive and significant information technology to the quality of accounting information. By looking at the correlation coefficient, Entrepreneurial Soul has a higher correlation coefficient on understanding Accounting Information Quality than Introduction to Information Technology on understanding Accounting Information Quality. Therefore, in order to increase understanding of the Quality of Accounting Information, it is necessary to improve the Entrepreneurial Soul and Introduction of Information Technology.

Abstract:
The modern period of development of society is subject to a strong infl uence on it of information technologies, which, in turn, penetrate into all spheres of human life, forming a global information space. An integral and important part of such processes is the informatization of education. The introduction of technology makes it possible to qualitatively change the methods and forms of the learning process, making it more comfortable and aff ordable. In our country, one of the top priorities has always been to get quality education and useful skills. However, for several reasons, there are certain obstacles to the full implementation of technology in the learning process. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the transition of education to an innovative development path. The article discusses the experience of introducing information technology in the educational process in order to improve and move to a new level. A comparative analysis of existing approaches and achievements using information technologies is carried out. Attention is paid to Russian educational online projects and the costs of their implementation.

Abstract:
It is only a matter of time before technology emerges to open up a whole new world of opportunities. For example, the invention of the Internet was a development like this that changed the world in almost every theory. Blockchain technology is also one of the emerging technological advances that is expected to change the way transactions are conducted, thus affecting a wide range of potential applications. Blockchain is a distributed software network that works both as a digital logger and a method that allows secure transfer of assets without a mediator. Just as the Internet is a technology that facilitates the flow of digital information, blockchain is a technology that facilitates the digital exchange of digital value. Anything from coins to land titles to votes can be token, stored, and exchanged via a blockchain network.

Abstract:
This article discusses that developments in communication software promise a robust future for engineering technology. Collaborative technology, the next new thing, links all aspects of a business, including ways to easily marry a company’s engineering technologies to suppliers’ and vendors’ product data management (PDM) systems. The companies selling engineering technology can expect to operate in a rich, fertile market for the next 20 years, according to one technology analyst, especially with the introduction of product process management systems. Some engineers advise caution in heeding the clarion call of collaborative product development technology. The PDM market, valued at $5.8 billion last year, could double and perhaps even quadruple within five years if pursued aggressively and supplemented with collaborative technology, according to one expert. The article also discusses that for a technology as difficult to understand, to assess the need for, and to finance as collaborative systems may prove to be, suppliers should assume some of implementation’s financial risks.
