Projektom Biospeleološka istraživanja i inventarizacija faune u speleološkim objektima Nacionalnog parka Sjeverni Velebit u suradnji Javne ustanove "Nacionalni park Sjeverni Velebit" i Hrvatskog biospeleološkog društva, biospeleološki je istraženo 5 speleoloških objekata: Jama pod Budinom kosicom, Jama u kuku, Sniježnica u Medvjeđoj dolini, Špilja u Štirovači i Terca. U svakom je objektu sakupljana fauna, mjereni su mikroklimatski parametri te su fotodokumentirani ulaz, unutrašnjost objekta i fauna. Detaljno su taksonomski obrađene skupine pauka (Araneae), jednakonožnih rakova (Isopoda), striga (Chilopoda), dvojenoga (Diplopoda), skokuna (Collembola) i kornjaša (Coleoptera). Rezultati ovog istraživanja značajno su doprinijeli poznavanju podzemne faune Parka te su naglasili važnost i potrebu sustavne inventarizacije podzemne faune speleoloških objekata.

This research was aimed to make an inventory card in terms to improve the process of stock-taking materials at Ramanda Beauty Shop Ampeldento, Malang. This research was an action research with 4 stages such as from Plan, Action, Observation, and also Reflection. The data was collected by interview method. To make sure that the owner of Ramanda Beauty Shop are able to use inventory card easily, researcher use a Technology Acceptance Model questionaire. The result of this research was the owner feel helped by the inventory card to record and inventarize the raw materials easily, because each time when there was a raw materials arrived, it must be recorded on the card, and if the employee wants to use the raw materials, the employee must update the card, so the movement of raw materials becomes more controlled and it can reduce excessive expends from the business owner's side.

Svilaja (1508 m n. v.) je planina u Dalmatinskoj Zagori, u središnjem dijelu unutrašnje Dalmacije. Flora i vegetacija planine Svilaje do sada nije sustavno istraživana. Od 2013. obavljaju se opsežna terenska istraživanja s ciljem inventarizacije ukupne flore. U ovom radu su, na temelju dostupnih podataka iz literature, prikazana obilježja reljefa, klime i fitogeografski položaj s općim pregledom vegetacije. U glavnom dijelu rada prikazan je detaljni pregled dosadašnjih istraživanja flore i vegetacije Svilaje. Analizirani su samo oni literaturni podaci o nalazima biljnih svojti i zajednica čija su nalazišta (lokaliteti) unutar granica istraživanog područja. Prema analiziranim literaturnim podacima, do sada je za područje Svilaje zabilježeno približno 700 svojti vaskularne flore, među kojima je značajan broj endemičnih, ugroženih i zaštićenih svojti kao npr.: Arenaria orbicularis, Astragalus monspessulanus ssp. illyricus, Crocus biflorus ssp. weldenii, Dianthus sylvestris ssp. tergestinus, Edraianthus tenuifolius, Hyacinthella dalmatica, Pulsatilla grandis, Thymus bracteosus, itd. Prema dosadašnjim saznanjima Svilaja se odlikuje iznimno bogatom florom orhideja (Orchidaceae): Coeloglossum viride, Dactylorhiza maculata, Gymnadenia conopsea, Listera ovata, Ophrys apifera, O. dinarica, O. tetraloniae, Orchis militaris, O. morio, O. tridentata, Platanthera chlorantha, itd. Točan broj prethodno zabilježenih svojti i biljnih zajednica nije moguće preciznije utvrditi zbog razlika u shvaćanju granica Svilaje i nepreciznom navođenju lokaliteta u prethodno objavljenim radovima. Podaci o dosadašnjim istraživanjima neophodno su polazište za sustavna istraživanja flore Svilaje koja su u tijeku. Na neophodnost sustavnih istraživanja flore Svilaje ukazuje starost većine zabilježenih nalaza i značajne promjene u biljnom pokrovu uzrokovane snažnom depopulacijom i smanjivanjem intenziteta tradicionalnog stočarstva i poljodjelstva te brojnim požarima.

<p>The Characterization of Two Superior Varieties of Banana from Lumajang Regency East Java. Lumajang regency is one of the banana production centre in East Java having highdiversity of banana germ plasm. There are 33 cultivars of banana germ plasm in the regency, consist of table fruit and plantain. The superior variety in Lumajang Regency are Agung Semeru (Musa x paradisiaca) as plantain and Mas Kirana (Musa acumunata) as fresh table fruit varieties. Those variety can grow well at 450-650 m above sea level. The objective of this study were to make inventory and exploration banana plants with respect to the information on the condition. Inventory and exploration were conducted at two Regency, i.e. Senduro and Pasrujambe from Mei 2006 until March 2007. The aim of this study were to identify, characterize, and inventarize of banana tree and use as reference characteristics of banana tree. The characteristic of banana&amp;rsquo;s Agung Semeru variety could be seen by the colour of pseudostem (light red), the uniqueness of fruit set, number of sucker per cluster (only 1-2 suckers per cluster), the size of the finger (33-36 cm long) and 19 cm around) and the number of hand per bunch (only 1- 2 hand per bunch) with the weight around 10-20 kg/bunch. Superior characteristics of the Agung Semeru variety were the thickness of fruit skin, the long period of fruit storage (3-4 weeks after harvesting) and the sweetness of fruit flesh. Even though the skin changes from yellow to black, the flesh still could be consume, because it doesn&amp;rsquo;t become soft. This variety could be used for the raw material of small and middle home industries. The characteristic of banana Mas Kirana variety could be seen by the colour of pseudostem (brownish-red), number of sucker per cluster (only 2-3 suckers per cluster), the size of the finger was small and prefered by the consumer with yellowish colour, the weight around 11-13 kg/bunch. Superior characteristics of the Mas Kirana variety were sweetness, fresh and crispy of fruit flesh, beside those character also could be used for banana&amp;rsquo;s cakes and had short period of production. In additions those varieties were also resistant to the Sygatoka disease compared to other plantain cultivars.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Kabupaten Lumajang Jawa Timur, merupakan salah satu wilayah yang mempunyai keragaman plasma nutfah pisang. Di daerah ini terdapat 33 plasma nutfah pisang yang terdiri atas pisang sebagai buah meja dan pisang olahan. Varietas unggul pisang di Kabupaten Lumajang adalah Agung Semeru (Musa paradisiaca) sebagai pisang olahan dan Mas Kirana (Musa acumunata) sebagai buah segar. Kedua varietas pisang tersebut tumbuh pada ketinggian 450-650 m dpl. Eksplorasi dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengidentifikasi tanaman, bentuk tumbuhan, dan habitat. Kegiatan eksplorasi dilakukan di dua kecamatan, yaitu Senduro dan Pasrujambe, pada bulan Mei 2006 hingga Maret 2007. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menginventarisasi, dan mengkarakterisasi tanaman pisang, sehingga dapat disusun berbagai karakter tanaman. Karakteristik pisang varietas Agung Semeru terlihat dari warna batang (merah terang), pembentukan buah yang unik, jumlah anakan 1-2 anakan/rumpun, di samping itu ukuran buah besar (keliling buah 19 cm) dan panjang (33-36 cm), jumlah sisir 1-2 sisir/tandan dengan bobot 10-20 kg/tandan. Keunggulan lain dari pisang varietas Agung Semeru adalah kulit buah tebal sehingga tahan disimpan 3-4 minggu setelah petik dan rasa buah manis. Walaupun kulit buah sudah kehitaman tetapi daging buah tetap enak dikonsumsi karena tidak lembek. Karakteristik pisang varietas Mas Kirana terlihat dari warna batang (merah kecoklatan), jumlah anakan 2-3 anakan/ rumpun, ukuran buah kecil yang disenangi konsumen, dan berwarna kuning bersih. Keunggulan varietas Mas Kirana adalah rasa daging buah manis, segar, dan teksturnya renyah, dapat dijadikan bahan baku industri olahan berupa tepung pisang dan sale, umur relatif genjah dengan produktivitas 11- 13 kg/tandan. Kedua varietas tersebut tahan penyakit bercak daun dibandingkan dengan kultivar pisang lainnya.</p>

Processing of asset management and inventarize at SMKN 7 Padang running manually such as inventarize of new stuff to be record through ledger by hand. Cause of that, the managing asset operator have troubles to manage and making asset management reports, managing and checking supply data of stuff, list of entry and ordering stuff, difficult to search data and making data stuff that already exist. To solve this problem, we made an information management system of asset management and inventaries. Scheme of the system method used system development life cycle (SDLC). It start from system design to phase scheme of detailed system, like flowmap, and DBMS (Database Of Management System) for databases, normalization, ERD (Entity Relationship diagram) and also use Java for language program and Neatbeans 7.4 for IDE. It will be implemented through the desktop. The advantages of this application is : facilitating in data processing and help the operator to manage the asset of inventaries at SMKN 7 Padang. Beside that, this program provide simplicity for students, teachers, and visitors to borrowing and repayment asset of inventarize at SMKN 7 Padang.

Tokom 2019. godine u granicama obuhvata Parka prirode “Orjen” realizovana su višestruka mikološka istraživanja s ciljem inventarizacije gljiva na ovom području. Među rezultatima istraživanja registrovan je i značajan broj pripadnika odjeljka Ascomycota od kojih su neke vrste po prvi put zabilježene na teritoriji Bosne i Hercegovine. U radu je prezentovan preliminarni spisak zabilježenih vrsta odjeljka Ascomycota dok su neke od vrsta (Desmazierella acicola, Bryoscyphus rhytidiadelphi, Pseudombrophila ripensis i Thecotheus keithii) detaljnije obrađene, uključujući njihovu ekologiju, fenologiju, morfološke karakteristike, poznate obrasce distribucije te eventualne egzistirajuće i potencijalne prijetnje na ovom području.

The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the preparation of forest management plans for richly structured forests, especially the forest in national parks. The model area was National park Podyjí (Thaya Valley), whose territory has been operational statistical inventory repeatedly performed. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes problems of legislative embodiment of the method and the issue of forest management in national parks with special care facilities. The main contents of the study were then evaluate the data from forest management plans in 2003 and 2014. In the final part examined possibilities for the use of operational inventory in terms of forest management and in terms of the objectives ofnature conservation in national parks and have designed some possible modifications to the methodology.

The objective of this theses was to conduct an inventory of the trees in the Čeřovka urban forest of the city of Jičín. Collected data were entered into the inventory table which contains information about taxon, girth, stem diameter, hight of individuals, hight of the crown's origin, diameter of the crown, growth stage, age estimate, health condition, vitality, gardening value and damage. Having regard to the above mentioned, I suggested the measures to improve the operational safety and the condition of the trees and I drew a layout of the individuals and groups of trees. The project also includes mapping of the public furniture and path and track network with suggestions for improvements. The thesis will provide The Jičín´s Municipal office a background for management of the urban forest.

The diploma thesis follows up a process of inventary in a chosen accountant unit, its found insufficiencies and its consecutive solution. The process of inventary belongs to activities that lead to completion of a closing financial statement of an organization and that is why all the actions and processes must be done with carefulness and accuracy according to law number 563/1991 of law collection about accountancy, which states, according to law of the European union, extent and way of managing the accountancy and all requirements for its conclusivness and conditions for handing it over to a state. The theoretical part of the thesis is related to defining basic terms of inventory process. The valid law regulations, which are dealing with those issues, are stated there. Individual phases of the whole process, important intern regulations and documents, which are obligatory for every single accountant unit, are also stated in the theoretical part of the thesis. A continuity of the inventory of property and commitments in financial statements and statements is being described there. The practical part of the thesis involves the process of inventory in a chosen non-profitable accountant unit of the district court in Jičín. In the individual phases of the inventory, when the physical and documentary stock-takings are being done, are found insufficiencies and proposals of their solutions. A complete process of inventory belongs to activities of the chosen accountant unit, on which state´s controlling institutions are focusing in recent years, because the activities involve economy of the state´s essets. A methodic instruction for the processing of inventory of property and commitments for an accountant unit is worked out in the last chapter of the practical part. By the compilization of the diploma thesis a complete view on an inventory as a whole was given, which is a starting point for completion of a financial statement. While working out the thesis, rocess or system insufficiencies were analysed. These insufficiencies might cause that the accountant unit will not fullfill the § 6 paragraph 3 of law of accountancy, from which the compulsatory duty of inventory of property and commitments according to provision § 29 and § 30 of law of accountancy flows. The audit office can, on the basis of those insufficiences, proclaim that the inventory of property and commitments was not done correctly and can apply a sanction on the accountant unit. After the inventory process the accountant unit is compulsory to make an inventory report that is a substantial document together with financial statements, balance-sheet, profit and loss sheet and attachments to the authorization of the financial statements.

Trees and green areas have always had in general a positive effect to human beeings. Our ancestors were very well aware of this fact during building and widening cities and therefore they created various forms of parks, gardens or alleys. Although these did not correspond to a form as we know it nowadays they still fulfilled the various social or environmental functions. It was important to take care about this greenery and always keep an overview. This aspect became more important as time goes by. This diploma thesis aims to evaluate the status of selected assets of the greenery in the town of Blatna. The status is based on the dendrology revision. During the revision the basic dendrology and qualitative values were identified. Within this work I would like to propose some measures and other following steps and modifications which should help to increase the attractiveness of some less used areas and improved the related green functions. The valuation of the five the most valuable specimens was conducted according to the methodology AOPK ČR. The project created in AutoCAD software which should serve and help to visualize the monitored areas is the last outcome of this paper.

Desertation thesis deals with the evaluation of financial statements by the chosen municipality. In the theoretical part are described single steps of financial statements according to valid law standards and professional literature dealing with this issue. It relates to preparatory work, final accounting operations, reporting, and of course, all obligations connected with it, like for example review of economy, approval and release of the financial statements. Practical part contains the check of correctness of the process of financial statements by the chosen municipality based on theoretical starting point. In the conclusion are evaluated results and also suggested recommendations for improving the process of financial statements.

Diplom work is describing woody composition of gardens in locality Dobříšsko. There were researched 50 gardens in this locality. Basic dandromatical parameters were found out (height, diameter of trunk, diameter of tree crown), the age of tree was estimated (determined), vitality and health condition of individual wood were rated and then care about greenery vas rated. Basic dandrometrical quantities were got with help of methodics of Agency for nature conservation and landscape Valuation of trees outside forests. The information about care about greenery, about tree felling, about signs of drought in 2015 were found out by questionnaire. Researched data were subdueded basic statistical analysis in program Microsoft Excel.

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o vnitřním kontrolním systému podniku. Zejména se zabývá inventarizací majetku a závazků, u níž popisuje důvody provádění kontrol, podmínky vlastního provádění inventarizace, specifikuje její jednotlivé fáze a odlišnosti u některých specifických druhů majetku. Tato práce se také zabývá vnitropodnikovými směrnicemi, které jsou účinným nástrojem při řízení podniku.

The diploma work occupy oneself problems of interdepartmental directions and focuses on their creation. The main task of this work is to design some directions from scope of accounting for the selected company.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to conduct an assessment of the current condition of the Libosad within the complex of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, and to create a concept of its future utilization. I chose this topic in relation to my bachelor thesis which dealt with re-inventorying of trees in the Libosad. Based on the underlying data of the re-inventory, which are attached to this thesis, and the inventories carried out during the years of 2010 to 2015, the project of its future utilization was compiled. Within the selected area, there are 7,715 individual items, while 1,115 of them are of a fruity character with the possibility of alternative uses (14%). Among the fruit trees, the Prunus genus is the more frequent with 15 items (65%), the genus of Sorbus is represented by 3 items (13 %) and Malus by 2 items (9 %). Among the fruit deciduous shrubs, the complex mainly contains the bushes of the Rosa genus (237 items), then there is also a lot of bushes of the Chaenomeles (86 items) and Hippophae genera (66 items). Moreover, there are also conifers with edible fruit, namely the species of Taxus baccata with 164 trees (64 %) and Juniperus communis with 92 trees (36 %). The main vision of this project was to create an educational trail focusing on fruit trees with edible fruits. The goal of the proposal was to raise awareness of well-known as well as unknown wood species, and to point out their medicinal effects and manners of use. Such step should also increase traffic and awareness of the university arboretum. The concept of the future utilization also includes a recommended list of the planting with edible fruits. In the case of 93 items of fruit trees to be planted, there would be an increase in the total amount by 2 %. When designing the educational trail, the matters would have to be addressed in great detail. A satisfactory company, which would ensure the delivery and installation of educational panels, and a suitable supplier of specific tree species for the additional planting would both have to be chosen. In the final phase, 18 educational boards with authentic line drawings and relevant texts were created, while also the route of the educational trail was marked on the map. The economic balance was compiled for the purposes of the implementation of the trail named Educational Trail: Perceive the beauty with all senses and identify your fruit tree. Within the thesis, a few charts were drafted to evaluate the current condition of the vegetation from various points of view. Inventory tables, created in the Microsoft Excel program, form an integral part of the thesis. The diploma thesis also contains a map of the educational trail and a map of the current condition of the trees, created in the AutoCAD program, which are part of the thesis text and may be found on the enclosed CD. It also includes photographs on the website of mapserver.

Czech legislation provides individuals listed in the Registry to choose whether to register your business choose the method of tax accounting or bookkeeping. The purpose of this thesis is then build a conversion bridge when a businessman goes voluntarily or compulsorily from tax records to accounting, and a description of individual steps of this transfer. The basic sources, which are tax records and accounting controls and of which were also drawn lessons for the preparation of this work, the Act no. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting and Act no. 586/1992 Coll., On income taxes. The literature search is individually characterized by tax records, accounts and switch from tax accounting records. The next part is then drawn from theoretical findings in the literature search and their application in processing conversion bridge for a particular business entity. The practical part is formed by the bridge is a suggested solution with regard to tax liability business entity.
