The master's thesis is about a communication element - a hardware module, its design and implementation. The communication is to be maintained between a Linux embedded device and the sensors elements, using the MiWi protocol. The task is part of the IoT project, developed at FIT BUT. In this thesis, a section of a lithium ion battery module, including five cells and an indirect liquid cooling system, was modelled in COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3a. The purpose of this study was to investigate the thermal properties of such a model, including heat generation per cell and temperature distribution. RBBP6 is highly up regulated in oesophageal cancer, and has been shown to be a promising target for immunotherapy against the disease.
