Abstract The research on manipulation of crop genomes for transgenic development is continuously increasing due to several benefits. The major concerns linked to the effect of transgenic crops are human health and environment sustainability. To monitor transgenic samples in the food chain, several highly sensitive and specific DNA-based and protein-based detection methods are being used. However, real-time immuno-PCR (RT-IPCR) assay would be able to provide a sensitive detection of trace amounts of transgenic proteins or allergens in the samples and help in monitoring these materials. Traditional variance analysis can only be used to examine the yield of a variety and not its specific adaptability to specific conditions. The well-being approach to IPR proposes that utility should be construed directly in terms of human well-being, rather than using economic proxies. There are several rival theories of well-being. One of more frequent events in the Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) is Steam Generator Tube Rupture (SGTR) accident, which is among the main accidents in the field of nuclear safety. This paper studies the SGTR event in the Multi-application Integrated Pressurized Water Reactor (IPWR) using the best-estimate thermal-hydraulic code RELAP5/MOD3.4. In the reactor of IPWR, several Once-Through Steam Generator (OTSG) cassettes are used and located between the core support and the pressure vessel. The tube rupture location is on the top of the tube sheet of a steam generator. Three different tube rup
