Abstract:
The demand for multimedia content over the Internet protocol network is growing exponentially with Internet users’ growth. Despite high reliability and well-defined infrastructure for Internet protocol communication, Quality of Experience (QoE) is the primary focus of multimedia users while getting multimedia contents with flawless or smooth video streaming in less time with high availability. Failure to provide satisfactory QoE results in the churning of the viewers. QoE depends on various factors, such as those related to the network infrastructure that significantly affects perceived quality. Furthermore, the video delivery’s impact also plays an essential role in the overall QoE that can be made efficient by delivering content through specialized content delivery architectures called Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). This article proposes a design that enables effective and efficient streaming, distribution, and caching multimedia content. Moreover, experiments are carried out for the factors impacting QoE, and their behavior is evaluated. The statistical data is taken from real architecture and analysis. Likewise, we have compared the response time and throughput with the varying segment size in adaptive bitrate video streaming. Moreover, resource usage is also analyzed by incorporating the effect of CPU consumption and energy consumption over segment size, which will be counted as effective efforts for sustainable development of multimedia systems. The proposed architecture is validated and indulged as a core component for video streaming based on the use case of a Mobile IPTV solution for 4G/LTE Users.

Abstract:
This study aims to statistically identify significant factors that influence IPTS selection in Malaysia using binary logistic regression. There are three phases in this study namely Identification of Variables, Distribution of Questionnaire and Analysis of Results. The variables used in the questionnaire were adapted from the past study of the authors. Nine factors in the selection of HEIs were identified and adapted in this study. Questionnaire was selected as the research tool and electronically distributed to the students of seven IPTS throughout Terengganu with a total response of 305. Results were loaded into SPSS for statistical analysis using descriptive, exploratory, normality, correlation, reliability, and binary logistic regression. The results reveal three significant factors in the selection of IPTS namely Cost, Social Factors and Job Prospects. Although accuracy is high, the model is not suitable for prediction since the variation is less than 70%. Findings for this study could support IPTS marketing strategies and better understanding of IPTS selection criteria in Malaysia.

Abstract:
Objective. This study examined the preliminary reliability and validity of the PedsQL™ Family Impact Module (PedsQL FIM) in families of children with Barth syndrome (BTHS). Method. A total of 72 parents with children or youth between the ages of 5 and 19 participated in this study. Thirty-three parents of children with BTHS and 39 parents of unaffected children completed the PedsQL FIM and a demographic information form. Internal consistency reliability and item-total correlations were calculated to test the reliability of the PedsQL FIM. Construct validity was examined using the known-groups method. We estimated the mean score differences of the PedsQL FIM between the two groups using three different models, including unadjusted, multivariate regression, and propensity score matching with inverse probability of treatment weighting (PS-IPTW) models. Results. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were greater than 0.70 for all scales of the PedsQL FIM, except for the communication scale. The item-total correlations were significant for all scales with moderate to high correlations (p<.05). In construct validity, the mean scores of the PedsQL FIM between the two groups were significantly different (p<.05) for all scales and total score in the unadjusted and PS-IPTW models. However, in the multivariate regression model, the family relationships scale was not significant between the two groups. Conclusion. The PedsQL FIM demonstrated adequate measurement properties of preliminary reliability and validity in assessing the impact of children with BTHS on parental health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and family functioning. Further research needs to be conducted to examine the psychometric properties of the PedsQL FIM with a large sample of BTHS and with other pediatric rare diseases.

Subsea blowout preventer (SBOP) reliability is a major challenge in deepwater drilling and completion operations, accounting for a large portion of major equipment failures and nonproductive time (NPT) costs annually. The complete paper focuses on SBOP technological advancement since the Macondo incident in 2010, with emphasis on reliability, equipment-condition monitoring, and statistical root-cause analysis. The development of new technologies has targeted overall cost optimization of the well life cycle but also has been aimed at assuring SBOP functionality. Introduction Drilling contractors are required to establish minimum standards of redundancy and reliability of their SBOP systems and are required to implement an auditable risk-management process to ensure that their SBOP systems operate above minimum standards. A 2015 study found that 38% of NPT events were related to SBOP issues. Of this 38%, 56% were associated with maintenance, 22% with manufacturing issues, 16% with not following operational procedures, and 6% with training time. Because maintenance-related NPT was the major contributor, a detailed analysis was performed and found that frequency of the maintenance cycle, insufficient detailing of maintenance procedures, a lack of specific tools, insufficient spare parts onboard, and unavailability of technical documentation were responsible.

Abstract:
This research is aimed at to know the positive influence on the quality of service guides to tourist satisfaction mandarin Chinese. Sample in this study were 105 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, interview, and literature study. Data were analyzed using analysis of Likert scale, validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis (t test and f), the analysis of correlation and coefficient of determination. The result of analysis shows the fifth factor research (tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance) has a positive influence and significant to satisfaction rating of 51.2%. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis states that variable reliability has a positive coefficient 3,599 and greater influence to the satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visit the tourist attraction Uluwatu South Kuta Badung.

Abstract:
Spiritual intelligence is an important element towards the formation of a noble personality within a person. As university students are the nation's potential human capital, they need to have spiritual intelligence to achieve a high level of integrity. This pilot study was conducted to identify the reliability of instruments to measure the level of spiritual intelligence and understanding of integrity among Muslim IPTA students in Malaysia. This study is based on a quantitative study using digital questionnaires and the method used is random stratified sampling with a sample size of 30 Muslim students. The use of a digital questionnaire allows data to be collected and analyzed quickly. Research on previous studies was conducted to build these two variable instruments. The Cronbach alpha coefficient value of the spiritual intelligence instrument is 0.848 while the Cronbach alpha coefficient value of the integrity instrument is 0.756. Thus, the variable reliability of this instrument is acceptable. The study data were analyzed using IBM 'Statistical Package of Social Science' (SPSS) version 26 to assess the frequency, percentage, average, and correlation test. Analysis of data on spiritual intelligence was conducted using a descriptive test of frequency where a mean between 4.53 and 5.83 was obtained. These results show that the level of spiritual intelligence is high among students. Meanwhile, the integrity test was conducted using frequency test showed the majority of students understand the meaning of integrity. The results of the correlation test r = 0.138 showed a positive but weak relationship between the two variables of spiritual intelligence and integrity and P = 0.467 showed this relationship was not significant. The methodology of this study has provided empirical evidence on the current level of spiritual intelligence and understanding of integrity among the Muslim IPTA students in Malaysia.

Introduction The Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire (INQ-15) and the Acquired Capability for Suicide Scale - Fearlessness About Death (ACSS-FAD) have been introduced to evaluate the theoretical constructs posit by Joiner’s Interpersonal Psychological Theory of Suicide (IPTS). Objectives The present study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the INQ-15 (which measures Thwarted Belongingness, TB, and Perceived Burdensomeness, PB) and the ACSS-FAD (measurement of Fearlessness About Death, FAD, dimension of the acquired capability) in a population of Italian university students. Methods Since there was no Italian version of the ACSS-FAD, we have translated it through an accurate multistage procedure. ACSS-FAD and INQ-15 have been administered to a sample of 1,665 Italian university students. We analyzed the factorial structure of the INQ-15 and the ACSS-FAD, their reliability, criterion, convergent and discriminant validity. Results Principal Component Analysis confirmed a two-dimensional structure for INQ-15 and a one-factor structure for ACSS-FAD. Internal consistency reliability of the scales was good, respectively TB: α = .85; PB: α = .90; and FAD: α = .85. The INQ-15 demonstrated concurrent associations with suicidal ideation, while the ACSS-FAD with a history of suicidal planning/suicide attempt. Convergent and discriminant validity were also in line with previous studies. Conclusions Both INQ-15 and ACSS-FAD appropriately capture the respective constructs, proving to be valid measures for the assessment of suicide risk factors among Italian university students according to the IPTS. The valuable psychometric properties of the two scales established with this study in the Italian context encourages their use to advance the clinical understanding and prevention of suicide. One of the human resources supporting the attraction of the Prambanan Temple is local guide. The purpose of this research is to know influence of service quality local guide towards satisfaction for foreign tourist. This location of this research at Candi Prambanan with 190 respondent, for sample it use purposive sampling method. The data collect by kuisioner which spread to the guest after finish tour with the local guide. Analysis that used in this research is multiple regression with instrument by SPSS 17.0. Abstract:
The aim of this research is to determine tourists’ tourist satisfaction analysis of users of tourism transport cooperative services Surya Kencana Sanur. Data was collected using observation method, interview, questionnire, documentation, and literature study. Respondents were determined using purpose sampling method with 18 indicators, and total respondents involved were 108 individuals. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis technique with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with Likert scale to determine each indicator’s quadrant. Services dimension studied were tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. He results of this research showed that the average of tangibility variable is 88,60% categorized as less satisfied, average of reliability variable is 92,84% categorized as highly satisfied, average of responsiveness variable is 89.13% categorized as less satisfied, average of assurance variable is 89.70% categorized as less satisfied, and average of empathy variable is 89.39% categorized as less satisfied. Overall total of appropriate level is 89.77%. From this research, it is expected that the company improves services which are considered as important by tourists, but drivers’ performances have not met tourists’ expectation. Indicators which have fulfilled tourists’ expectation need to be maintained.

Abstract:
The optimization of important multidimensional factors is conducive to cognitive engagement, which is a crucial dimension of student engagement and plays a significant role in college students’ learning of the Ideological and Political Theory Course. However, because there are many influencing factors associated with cognitive engagement, the influence mechanism and analysis strategy of this kind of model are relatively complex. In order to solve this research gap, this paper establishes an optimization model affecting Chinese college students’ cognitive engagement in IPTC on the basis of sample collection and investigation. In this process, 4,700 questionnaires were distributed to 47 colleges and universities across the country, and copies were effectively recovered (N = 3992); the effective recovery rate was 84.94%. Cronbach’s alpha of 0.759 indicates that the scale has high reliability and Pearson’s correlation coefficient P ≤ 0.001 shows that the scale has good validity. The KMO value of 0.703 in the Bartlett sphere test also shows that the scale is suitable for factor analysis. Firstly, according to the method of factor analysis, there are six important factor dimensions affecting college students’ cognitive engagement in the IPTC, namely, attention and motivation factor dimension, behavior and value attainment factor dimension, interest and practicality factor dimension, personality and will factor dimension, evaluation and time factor dimension, and knowledge and strategy factor dimension. Then, through descriptive analysis, it is found that personality and will factor dimension (M = 6.5837) plays a relatively major role while knowledge motivation dimension (M = 6.3505) has a weak impact on cognitive engagement. Finally, from linear regression analysis, there is a significant positive correlation between cognitive engagement and other variables. In addition, undergraduates are slightly lacking motivation in the learning of the course, and vigorously strengthening college students’ cognitive engagement is still necessary, so as to effectively enhance the effectiveness of the IPTC in the future.

Bali, whose name is identical with tourism, is one of the tourist destination in Indonesia, whose name has been synonymous with tourism. Airlines, which one of them is Garuda Indonesia, became one of the factors that developed tourism in Bali. The background of this research due to complaints from tourists who made a reservation at Garuda Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the satisfaction of domestic touristto ticket reservation service at Garuda Indonesia, so we can know which variables that must be maintained and enhanced. This research was conducted using the method of Importance-Performance Analysis by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents domestic tourist who make ticket reservations at Garuda Indonesia which service dimensions studied are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Based on the research that has been done, it could be concluded that the overall rating is not satisfied with the service provided by the staff of Garuda Indonesia, both in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible so that the performance needs to be improved.Garuda Indonesia can improve and enhance the service quality of staff and domestic tourists satisfaction by looking the sequence of priority in airline ticket reservation service indicator.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) faktor yang menjadi penentu dari kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, (2) faktor yang dominan dalam kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, dan (3) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di tempat wisata Ubud, Pantai Jimbaran, Kintamani, dan Bedugul. Dari tempat tersebut, dijumpai biro perjalanan wisata yang sedang menyelenggarakan paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, antara lain Hana Tour and Travel, Bali Suci Tour and Travel, Korean Travel, My Bali Tour serta Triangle Tour and Travel. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Slovin dengan mengambil 100 wisatawan yang sedang menggunakan paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, dan teknik yang digunakan Judgment Sampling.Wisatawan yang menggunakan paket wisata bulan madu 55% berasal dari Indonesia dan 45% berasal dari mancanegara.. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan pada analisis faktor dan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa lima (5) variabel kualitas pelayanan TERRA dari Parasuraman (1985) antara lain Tangible/bukti langsung, Empathy/empati, Reliability/keandalan, Responsive/daya tanggap, Assurance/jaminan, merupakan faktor dari kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali. Nilai eigen value dari faktor Tangible/bukti langsung = 2.694, Empathy/empati dengan eigen value = 2.254, Reliability/keandalan dengan eigen value = 1.991, Responsive/daya tanggap dengan eigen value =3.107, dan Assurance/jaminan dengan eigen value = 4.176. Faktor yang dominan dalam kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali adalah faktor jaminan/assurance. Hasil dari uji regresi sederhana di dapat nilai R square sebesar 0,64. Ini berarti pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan sebesar 64%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model penelitian. Diharapkan bagi biro perjalanan wisata yang menjual paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor jaminan/assurance. Karena faktor jaminan merupakan faktor penentu dari kepuasan wisatawan yang menggunakan paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali.

The paper has not been peer reviewed. Copyright 2020 International Petroleum Technology Conference. Reproduced by permission. The complete paper presents an oilwell completion integrating multilaterals, intelligent completions, permanent downhole monitoring systems, electric submersible pumps (ESPs), and a horizontal wellhead system. The paper discusses the completion drivers and design, individual equipment, preparation, field experience during installation, and performance of the system during production. The completion has been installed successfully and its lessons are being applied in the design of future installations. Background The well was drilled in a field comprising two main stacked reservoirs separated by a thick nonporous impermeable mudstone barrier. The two reservoirs are in an asymmetrical anticline structure sharing the same oil/water contact. The two reservoirs have a common pressure gradient and similar crude oil properties while having different petrophysical properties, with one reservoir having twice the productivity of the other. Both reservoirs were developed simultaneously using peripheral water injection with horizontal injector and producer wells. Dedicated producer and injector wells targeting individual reservoirs were drilled because of the differences in productivity and the areal extent between the reservoirs. ESPs were installed in all producers to increase rates and to transport fluid to surface facilities. Multilateral wells were drilled to increase production rate and to decrease pressure drawdown. These wells were drilled as TAML Level 2 wells, with openhole laterals drilled from a cemented liner. An intelligent completion allowed the production from each lateral to be controlled remotely from the surface. While both ESPs and intelligent completions are widely used in the industry, the integration of these technologies in the same well is rare because of the difference in operating cycles for the two systems. A well with both ESPs and intelligent completions should be designed to allow periodic ESP workovers while retaining the intelligent-completion equipment within the wellbore for the life of the well. The downhole-disconnection tool is a key enabler in the integration of ESPs and intelligent completions. However, the high level of operational planning and precision required to reconnect the control lines after ESP workover and the absence of downhole sensors in the intelligent completion prompted the design of an ESP/intelligent-completion integration without the downhole wet-connect tool.

An integrated probabilistic approach for the evaluation of the pressurized-thermal-shock (PTS) issue was developed at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) at the request of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The purpose was to provide a method for identifying dominant plant design and operating features, evaluating possible remedial measures and the validity of the NRC PTS screening criteria, and to provide an additional tool for estimating vessel life expectancy. The approach was to be integrated in the sense that it would include the postulation of transients; estimates of their frequencies of occurrence; systems analyses to obtain the corresponding primary-system pressure, downcomer coolant temperature, and fluid-film heat-transfer coefficient adjacent to the vessel wall; and a probabilistic fracture-mechanics analysis using the latter data as input. A summation of the products of frequency of transient and conditional probability of failure for all postulated transients provides an estimate of frequency of vessel failure. In the process of developing the integrated-pressurized-thermal-shock (IPTS) methodology, three specific-plant analyses were conducted. The results indicate that the NRC screening criteria may not be appropriate for all U.S. pressurized-water-reactor (PWR) plants; that is, for some PWRs, the calculated mean frequency of vessel failure corresponding to the screening criteria may be greater than the “primary-acceptance-criterion” value in Regulatory Guide 1.154. A recent review of the ORNL IPTS study, which was completed in 1985, indicates that there are a number of areas in which the methodology can and should be updated, but it is not clear whether the update will increase or decrease the calculated probabilities.

The study aims to analyze the factors that affect tourist in choosing a motorcycle as a mode of transportation in South Kuta area. Data were collected using survey online questionnaires. The number of respondents was 100 international tourists. The methodologies used were descriptive statistics, factor analysis using the IBM SPSS 26.0 for Windows application. The result of the study shows that there are two factors, which influence international tourists to choose the motorcycle as the transportation mode in South Kuta area. The two factors are external and internal factors. The external factor consists of the street width, the convenience of renting the transportation mode, availability of the parking area, the traffic density, the transportation cost, and the reliability. The internal factor are family recommendation, easy to used, own a driving license, budget, and driving range. Based on the result of factor analysis, the external factor as a dominant factor that influences international tourists to choose motorcycle as transportation mode in South Kuta Area.

Datas in this research were collected by observation, interview, questionnaire and literature. Using accidental sampling with 65 domestic tourist respondences. While quality service dimentions are using tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance. The result shows that factor of ticketing staffs performance in handling complaint is major priority with correspond to level 51,06% , the ability of ticketing staffs to give response to tourist needs become the second priority with correspond to level 54,38%. And the third priority is ability of ticketing staffs to give clear information with correspond to level 55,47%. Those factors have the lowest correspond level and have to take into priority for improvement process. While the factor which has the highest rate is the grooming performance of ticketing staffs with correspond to level 98,16%.

The results of factor analysis showed that 5 factors affecting hotel reservation service at Bali Megah Wisata Tour and Travel are structur and ease of use factor with eigen value 6,492, reputation and security factor with eigen value 2,671, usefulness factor with eigen value 2,497, information content factor with eigen value 1,889 and responsiveness and personalization factor with eigen value 1,059. Structure and ease of use factor is a contributing factor dominant in hotel reservation service at Bali Megah Wisata Tour and Travel.

From the results of quantitative descriptive analysis can be seen that the measurement of dimensions empathy, dimension persuasion, dimension impact, and dimension communication entered in the range of effective scale. The results of this study show the use of Bali Go Live Channel as a digital promotion media of Bali tourism declared effective. This is shown from the EPIC Rate of 3.98 which fall into the effective category.

Interest in revisiting in this study is called revisit intention, defined as the possibility of tourists to repeat activities or revisit a tourist attraction. This research was conducted to determine the effect of customer experience to the revisit intention of the domestic tourists of bicycle tour package users "Fun-Tastic Shuttle Bike Adventures" in Penglipuran Village. The technique of determining sample using purposive sampling technique by distributed 135 questionnaires to the domestic tourists who used bicycle tour packages "Fun-Tastic Shuttle Bike Adventures" as the respondents. Data collected by using questionnaires with Likert Scale and calibrated by using the validity test and reliability test to find coefficient Alpha Cronbach 0,6. The technique of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the calculation of PASW Statictic 18 (Powerful Statistic Software Application), the results indicate that there is no significant effect of customer experience to revisit intention on the bicycle tour package "Fun-Tastic Shuttle Bike Adventures" in Penglipuran Village.

In this article, Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) system fed by a suggested panel and its various stages of design and analysis are described. Typically, IPT with its separate control system, and solar panel with its separate Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) unit works together to achieve maximum efficiency. This use of two separate converters reduces the efficiency and reliability of the entire system. Therefore, a system is recommended so that while eliminating the MPPT unit and considering design considerations, we can make MPPT function occur in the IPT control circuit. Simulation of the conventional and the proposed system shows that with removal of MPPT, the system efficiency increases from 90% to 93%.

In terms of educational management, the WhatsApp application is very popular among the lecturers. Lecturers, on the other hand, were found to be uninterested in using WhatsApp for educational management. The majority of WhatsApp research has focused on students in the context of learning, while this study will focus on educational management among public university lecturers. Before conducting more in-depth research, the goal of this study is to describe the pilot testing method for the proposed model. A pilot study was done to assess the survey questionnaire's applicability and reliability. The data was gathered from 100 Malaysian public university lecturers via an online survey. Before beginning the actual study, the researcher discusses the pilot testing process and methodology that will contribute to the research in this context. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Technology Use (UTAUT) model has been applied to the proposed new model. The results of the pilot study agreed that Cronbach's alpha ranged from 0.829 to 0.900 for most of the constructs in the proposed model, indicating that they were reliable. As a result, the constructs in the questionnaire are suitable for larger-scale research in the future. The findings of this study are beneficial to the Ministry of Higher Education in determining the reasons for lecturers' use of WhatsApp, including whether they use it for social purposes, to obtain or share information related to university educational management, or to improve the lecture process.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of psychological factors toward MICE tourists visiting decision to Bali through PT. Y&R. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Samples are 100 respondents and sampling method is accidental sampling. Test instrument used are validity, reliability and test the classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing psychological factor partially and simultaneously the t test and F test is a significant effect and positive value to the decision of MICE tourists visited through PT. Y & R to Bali. Based on the analysis of multiple test showed that psychological factors have a positive coefficient values consisting of motivation (X1) of 0.216, perception (X2) is 0.298, learning (X3) of 0.370, beliefs and attitudes (X4) of 0.212 against the decision to visit. Value Adjusted R Square of 0.610 or 61.0% of decision variables been influenced by psychological factors, while 39.0% describe by other causes beyond the variables studied.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of airline selection by millennial domestic tourists to Bali. The sample of this research is millennial domestic tourists to Bali using the air route. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling on 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques were performed, namely: validity, reliability, and factor analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Six factors influence the decision to choose an airline to Bali. 2) The dominant factor in millennial domestic tourists choosing airlines to Bali is psychological factors. This factor consists of five forming indicators, namely: (1) Value, (2) Security, (3) Image of airline brand, (4) Perception, (5) Timeliness, (6) Family trust, (7) Family loyalty to airline brands, (8) Knowledge of airlines, (9) Experience with airlines.

Curug Leuwi Hejo is taken from the local Sundanese language which is Curug means waterfall, Leuwi means pond, while Hejo means green. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo, Bogor Regency in the new normal era. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The data collection techniques used by observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, literature studies, and netnography. The data analysis technique used is mixed methods including qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research using the t test showed that partially the variables of tangible and empathy have a significant effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists who visit Curug Leuwi Hejo, Bogor Regency in the new normal era. Meanwhile, the variable reliability, responsiveness, and assurance does not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo, Bogor Regency in the new normal era. Based on the results of the F test showed that simultaneously service quality has a significant and positive effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo Bogor Regency in the new normal era with a coefficient of determination of 51%.

Promotional activities can be effective if the promotional purpose is achieved. To find out how effective the promotional media, it is necessary to measure the effectiveness of the media. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of Instagram social media @pariwisatajember as an online tourism promotion media by using the EPIC model method. Measurement of promotion effectiveness using EPIC model method is done by calculating first the average value of empathy dimension, persuasion dimension, impact dimension, and communication dimension, the determine the EPIC rate to find out how effective the promotion. The technique of determining samples in this study using the accidental sampling method is as many as 98 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature, studies, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive quantitative analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, and EPIC model analysis. The result showed that the effectiveness of Instagram social media @pariwisatajember as an online tourism promotion media showed effective result this shown by the measurement of the average value of the four dimensions and epic rate that within the effective scale range, where each value obtained is in empathy dimension of 3,63, persuasion dimension of 3,53, impact dimension of 3,54, communication dimension of 3,64 and EPIC rate of 3,58.

This research is conducted because the marketing mix strategy applied by Blibli Travel was ineffective. This study aims to determine the effect of the 7P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) and which marketing mix had the most significant influence on tourism products purchasing decisions at Blibli Travel during the Covid-19 pandemic. This sample is determined by purposive sampling method with total sample of 125 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires distributed online through social media, interviews with Blibli Travel management and several Blibli Travel consumers, observations, literature studies, and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. This study uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for MacOS program. The results indicate that product and physical evidence partially have a significant effect on tourism products purchase decision at Blibli Travel while price, place, promotion, people, and process partially have no significant effect on tourism products purchase decision at Blibli Travel. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the marketing mix has a significant effect on tourism products purchase decision at Blibli Travel with a coefficient of determination of 69%.

Travel is inseparable from the motivation that drives an individual/group to travel. In addition to motivation, there are also other factors that influence tourist decisions, namely the image of the destination that later formed perceptions. Among the various kinds of influential tourist perceptions, there is perception of risk which is one of the key determinants in tourists’ decision-making process. This study was conducted with the aim to know how to influence of motivation and perceived-risk on tourist interest in making return visits to the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park (TAHURA) tourist attraction during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used by distributing questionnaires via google form to 100 tourists who had visited TAHURA Ngurah Rai at least once. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed quantitatively with likert sale, then validity and reliability test were carried out with the outer loadings limit of 0,5. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3.3.5 program. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and revisiting intention, while there is a positive but insignificant influence between perceived risk and revisiting intention.

The respondent in this study include visitors and tourists of Ubud art market. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method as much as 130 respondents. Technical data using questionnaires and interviews. This research use data analysis technique such as; of validity and reliability test, classical clinical test, determination test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. Partially, the results showed if motivation on buying souvenir with influence equal 18,955 (2) perceived value of souvenir with influence equal 3,525, (3) consumer behavior with influence equal 20,212. Meanwhile, simultaneously showing motivation to buy souvenirs, perceived value of souvenir and consumer behavior shows the total influence 419,961. From the result of quantitative descriptive analysis, known that the most influence variables of demand analysis in Ubud art market is consumer behavior which consist of market location, cleanliness, price, parking area, infrastructure, and market hours (opening – closed hours).

Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 166 respondents.This research is quantitative research using reliability test method, validity test, classic assumption test, correlation analysis, coefficient determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and f test. The variables used in this research are the strength of brand association (X1), uniqueness of brand association (X2), brand association advantage (X3) as independent variable and Customer Loyalty (Y) as dependent variable.The result of this research is strength of brand association (X1) and favorability of brand association (X3) have positive and significant influence, while uniqueness of brand association (X2) has positive and insignificant effect. Simultaneously, strength of brand association (X1), uniqueness of brand association (X2), and favorability of brand association (X3) that make up the brand image, have an impact on customer loyalty. A total of 54.1% of customer loyalty can be explained by variable strength, uniqueness, and favorability. While the rest of 45.9% customer loyalty can be explained by other variables that have not been studied in this research.

The purpose of this research is to know the potential of Puseh and Desa Temple at Batuan Village as a tourist destination and the factors that influence the motivations of foreign tourists visiting those temple. This research was using quantitative descriptive supported by SPSS Version 17.0. The result showed that Puseh and Desa Temple at Batuan Village have a cultural potency to be a tourist destination for foreign tourist visiting those temple. The tourists are dominated by female, the age of tourists are dominated by 25-44 years old and the nationality of foreign tourists are dominated by Australian. According to the validity and reliability test of 18 variables showed that all of the variables are valid and reliable. Accordingly, the variables could be proceeded to the factor analyze. According to the factor analyze test, there are three factors that influence the motivations of foreign tourists visiting Puseh and Desa Temple at Batuan Village, such as 1) The pull factors involved culture uniqueness, historical heritage, arts, custom, new experiences, comfortable, seeing the local peoples preparing the small offerings, easy to access and physiological satisfaction. 2) The promotion factors involved influence of family, influence of co-workers, information from travel agent and information from internet. 3) Push factors involved prestige, temple structure, social interaction, influence of friends and escape as well.

Social media is considered the most effective media in promoting both goods and services. One form of social media used for tourism promotion is Instagram which is a photo and video sharing application. Curug Ciherang uses Instagram as a promotional medium that can bring tourists from various regions in search of information about Curug Ciherang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Instagram social media promotion on the visiting decision of domestic tourists millennial to Curug Ciherang. This study used mixed methods techniques which include qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling technique was taken by purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents of domestic millennial tourists who had visited Curug Ciherang. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. This research uses validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis test, classical assumption test, t test, and determination test with the help of SPSS version 24 software for Windows. The results of the research based on the t-test showed that the significance value was 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value was 11.868> t-table 1.985. So that promotion on social media Instagram has a positive effect on the visiting decision of domestic millennial tourists to Curug Ciherang. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is equal to 59%.

Pandemic has a major impact on the tourism sector in Bali, many of tourist attractions are closed due to the effect of Covid-19 and some of it turn to a restaurant or cafe business, one of popular cafe is Cafe El Lago which has a unique buildings and located near Batur mountain and it is suitable as a place for relaxation. The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics and factors that influence the decision of domestic tourists to visit Cafe El Lago. The sample in this study is 100 domestic tourists with sampling techniques is purposive sampling. Data was taken in this study by using observation techniques, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests and factor analysis techniques. The results showed that there are 6 variable factors that affectingdomestic tourists from 23 indicators. The six (6) factors have eigenvalue > 1 with a cumulative eigenvalue value of 63,32%.The most dominant factor from overal factors is service factor has an eigenvalue value of 6,99 with a total variance of 16,71% consists of six forming indicators consisting of (1) speed, (2) friendliness. (3) accuracy, (4) directions. (5) quality, (6) availability of transportation and this factor is the main factor that affect domestic tourists visiting Cafe El Lago Batur Selatan, Kintamani, Bangli, Bali.

Knowledge of productive vocabulary is something critical in learning Arabic in Malaysia. A precise measurement tool is needed in order to know the level of students knowledge of productive Arabic vocabulary.Therefore, this research aims to validate the Arabic Productive Vocabulary Knowledge instrument at the IPT level (i-PVKA IPT). Through a quantitative approach, this test was distributed to 40 final year students of Selangor International Islamic University College (KUIS) and Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah International Islamic University (UniSHAMS) who are studying the Arabic language program.Next, the data were analyzed usingthe Rasch Measurement Model with the help of Winsteps version 5.2. The findings recorded a high item reliability index, which is at 0.86 and item separation index at 2.46.The noise level found is at 8.3% which is far from the ceiling value of 15%.Meanwhile, only seven items were found to be out of the mean square fit range, and those items were retained and refined.In conclusion, the i-PVKA IPT instrument was successfully proven to have a high level of validity and reliability by the Rasch Measurement Model and should be used to measure the level of students knowledge of Arabic productive vocabulary in higher learning institutes.

The types of data are quantitative which obtained by calculating data from the questionnaire. The method of sampling used purposive with the determination of respondents .The data method analyzed used double regression analysis techniques , double correlation, analysis of determination ,T- test and F-test with significant level of 5 percent .Assisted by using data processing program SPSS ( statistical package for social science ) 15. The research result indicates that service quality of tour leader and consumer’s loyalty has a positive relation partially. Simultaneously,indicates that tangible (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) loyalty (Y) with value 0,834 which means significantly affecting consumer’s at travel agent Kencana Wisata Tanjung Duren Jakarta. The result of this research was that the factors which affect tourist’ willingness to pay green product of Bali Buda Ubud were company profit for environment conservation, green product good for health, the uniqueness of green product packaging, the pride of buying the green product, and knowledge about the green product. The dominant factor which affects tourist’ willingness to pay green product of Bali Buda Ubud was company profit for environment conservation which is seen from the biggest eigenvalue 8.373 and variance presentation 39.872%.

Covid-19 Pandemic impacted in various activites carried out with observe to the principle of 3M. Telaga Punggur Seaport as facilities and infrastructure tourists applied health protocols 3M. in the conditions at the field found out that there are still many tourists who do not obey the regulations such as wearing the masks, and the incompleteness of 3M facilities that causes many complaints from tourists. This study aims to find out the influence of service quality to the satisfaction of Indonesian tourists at Telaga Punggur Seaport. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative technique and using simple linear regression. Data collection technique in this research using observations, interviews, documentation, literature studies, and questionnaires were distributed to 100 domestic tourists who had used Telaga Punggur Seaport in the era of the pandemic Covid-19 pandemic. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. This study using SPSS 25 as data analysis tool. The results showing that the quality service that consist of tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty significantly influenced the variable satisfaction of tourists in the amount of 42.4%. The level of quality of service in Telaga Punggur Port is relatively good. Just need to increase the dimensions of physical evidence on the health protocol facility indicators because it is still in the range of sufficient/hesitant. It is expected that Telaga Punggur Seaport improves the quality of service bt adding health protocol tools such as thermo gun, hand sanitizer, and physcal distancing.

Abstract:
This research was conducted to analysis the factors that influence the motivation of tourists, and to find out the dominant factors that influence the motivation of tourists visiting the Liang Ndara Tourism village of Manggarai Barat Regency. Determination of the sample for tourists using the Accidental sampling method, the analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive quantitative analysis technique with validity, reliability and factor analysis supported by SPSS version 21.0.The result examined of factor analysis, there are three factors that influence the motivation of tourists to visit Liang Ndara Tourism Village, (1) Quality of Facilities Factors consisting of six indicators, namely the availability of public facilities such as toilets and parking area, escape from urban routine, hand-woven crafts and traditional woven textiles made by local, the uniqueness of cultural attractions such as the Caci dance or traditional dance by Manggarai Barat people, the security, natural resources such as waterfall and protected forest, (2) The second factor is Rest and Relaxation factor, which consists of six indicators, namely the desire for physical and mental refreshment, the desire to interact socially with the local community, breaking away from routine work, Liang Ndara Tourism Village location easy to access by vehicle, restaurants facility, Availability of Lodging / accommodation. (3) The third factor is Realize Dreams factor, which consists of two indicators, namely fulfillment of travel dreams, and the desire to visit friends or relatives. The dominant factor of the three factors above is Quality of Facilities.

Abstract:
The development of voluntourism in the world can be recognise from the existence of organizations that provide volunteer travel program. Bali as the icon of Indonesia tourism also become one of destination for voluntourism. Tourist that decide in choosing voluntourism package have its own tourist characteristic. With the presence of tourists who choose the voluntourism package, it is necessary to examine the factors that influence purchasing decisions and their dominant factors. The purpose of this study is to determine tourist characteristic, the factors and dominant factors that influence foreign tourist decision choosing voluntourism package in IVHq Ubud, Bali. Data collection in this research using questionnaire and distributed online by google form to user of volunteer program in IVHq Ubud with total sample of 44 respondents. Sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using likert scale and factor analysis including validity test, and reliability test then the data processed by the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0 program. The result of analysis factors show that there are five factors including image factors with eigen value of 6.040, external factor with eigen value of 2.378 , psychology with eigen value of 1.681, physical evidence factor with eigen value of 1.427, and product factor dengan eigen value 1.025. The dominant factor infuencing foreign tourist decision choosing voluntourism package in IVHq Ubud, Bali is brand/image factor with eigen value of 6.040.
