This article presents the results of the study of the anabolic effect of dry extracts of Iris hungarica leaves and rhizomes on the model of hydrocortisoneinduced protein catabolism. Previous studies have established the presence of anabolic activity of dry extracts of Iris hungarica leaves and rhizomes in intact animals. Therefore, it was reasonable to study the effect of the experimental extracts on the state of protein metabolism, which is regulated by glucocorticoids. The model of hydrocortisoneinduced protein catabolism was used to determine anabolic activity for dry extracts of Iris hunga

Abstract:
Congenital aniridia is a complex disease, characterized mainly by iris and foveal hypoplasia, but patients show great clinical variability with overlapping of different anterior and posterior segment anomalies. More than 90% of patients carry heterozygous variants in the PAX6 gene, a highly conserved transcriptional regulator that plays a key role in normal ocular development. Loss‐of‐function variants causing premature stop codons are the most frequent within the broad mutational spectrum of PAX6, with more than 750 different mutations identified to date. 11p13 microdeletions altering PAX6 or

This paper examines the adaptation of Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew into a 50-minute play version of 10 Things I Hate About You, performed by Tirana University English Language students at the National Experimental Theatre. Abstract:
In early April of 2018 we sampled asymptomatic autumn flowering Crocus plants (Fig. S1.) in a private collection in Hajdú-Bihar county, Hungary. From each species (Cr. kotschyanus subsp. kotschyanus, Cr. sativus, Cr. speciosus) 200 mg leaf sample was collected from 5 neighboring shoot, which were treated as one sample. ELISA tests were carried out in duplicates using potyvirus-specific MAb PTY1 antibodies (Jordan and Hammond 1991) on the samples (Agdia, Elkhart, IN, USA). A sample was considered positive if the absorbance was at least three times greater than that of the negative control. Only
