This article aims to understand how discourses about Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) are supported and/or rejected by radical Islamic groups. Data were collected from two Islamic news website: Voa-Islam and Arrahmah. Both websites are categorised as radical Islamic sites. By using the discursive psychology approach, it was found that when ISIS is viewed as a group that actualised the establishment of an Islamic State, it is praised and supported. However, when ISIS is deemed to have killed other fellow Muslims, it is opposed and its movement is considered to be ‘out of Islamic corridors'. Practical implications of these findings are identified and discussed.

Abstract:
This chapter aims to analyze the impact of a university's website quality to the intentions of prospective students to enroll at the university. The proposed model was tested by distributing questionnaires to third-year senior high school students around Jakarta. Respondents were asked to follow a series of instructions to access the websites of two universities, the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and the Indonesian Islamic University. After completing the task, respondents were asked to complete a questionnaire to evaluate website quality. Based on the analysis of 117 valid questionnaires, it is concluded that website quality influences the perception by prospective university students of quality university education, which subsequently affects the intention of prospective students to enroll at the university. The finding confirms that the quality of official websites can be used as an extrinsic attribute to signal the quality of education at the university; thus, its optimal maintenance must be endeavoured.

This chapter aims to develop a quality index for zakat institutions websites (ZIWs). In addition, this chapter aims to evaluate the electronic quality dimensions of ZIWs in 10 Islamic countries in the MENA region (i.e., Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and UAE). Further, this chapter aims to suggest some improvements to the quality of the 10 ZIWs, which may have a low-quality index. The proposed e-quality index consists of 6 dimensions and 40 items. The countries with the top-quality score were Saudi Arabia (95%) and UAE (88%). The countries with the lowest quality score were Bahrain (41%) and Algeria (13%). The remaining countries had an average value of the quality indicator, that is, Lebanon (68%), Oman (56%), Sudan (55%), Egypt (54%), Jordan (51%), and Kuwait (50%). The chapter concluded with some recommendations to improve the quality of ZIWs in the selected MENA countries.

Abstract:
During the past decades, much attention has been given to the development and growth of the commercial and profitable side of takaful (takaful al-tijari), whereby this side of takaful focuses primarily on the personal benefits or interests of takaful participants. This excludes the poor as well as the vulnerable in society at large due to the fact that they are not the takaful participants and do not contribute to the overall tabarru' fund. Having said so, the spirit that underlies these operational takaful efforts should not be overlooked. The takaful participants are in fact part of the society themselves; therefore, ensuring the well-being of the lives of others should be considered as an ibadah, and that responsibility should be upheld by all especially Muslims. This study aims to explore the social element in commercial takaful (takaful al-tijari) and how it can be amplified to contribute to the Islamic social finance ecosystem. This study adopts desk research as its methodology, where relevant past works of literature of secondary data such as books, journal articles, reports, and websites are reviewed and interpreted. This study appears as an attempt to discuss and highlight the opportunities for commercial takaful to contribute further to the Islamic social finance ecosystem. Findings of this study suggest that there is room for commercial takaful to contribute further to the Islamic social finance ecosystem.
