Abstract:
<p>A novel methodology, result of 10 years of in-field testing, which makes possible the convergence of different types of models and quality standards for Engineering and Computer Science Faculties, is presented. Since most software-developing companies are small and medium sized, the projects developed must focuson SCRUM and Extreme Programming (XP), opposed to a RUP, which is quite heavy, as well as on Personal Software Process (PSP) and Team Software Process (TSP), which provide students with competences and a structured framework. ISO 90003:2004 norm is employed to define the processes by means of a quality system without new requirements or changing the existing ones. Also, the model is based on ISO/IEC 25000 (ISO (IEC 9126 – ISO/IEC 14598)) to allow comparing software built by different metrics.</p>

Abstract:
At the present time, the international standards and technical reports for system and software product quality are dispersed in several series of normative documents (ISO/IEC&nbsp;9126, ISO/IEC 14598, ISO/IEC 12119 etc.). These documents are not purely consistent and do not contain a tools for exact requirements set-ups. As quality is defined as a degree to which the set of inherent characteristic fulfils requirements, the exact requirement formulation is the key point for the quality measurement evaluation. This paper presents the framework for quality requirements for software, which is recommendable to use in the new international standard series ISO/IEC 250xx developed on the SQuaRE (Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation) standardisation research project. The main part of this contribution was presented on the conference Agrarian Perspectives XIV, organised by the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague, September 20 to 21, 2005.

Este trabajo se ocupa de confrontar dos tecnologías para el desarrollo de aplicaciones móvilesbuscando determinar cuál de ellases la mejor con respecto al rendimiento. La comparación se llevó a cabo mediante una aplicación que fue construidaen ambas tecnologías, para organizar y monitorear la comparación se utilizoel proceso de evaluación propuesto en el estándar ISO/IEC 14598-1junto con el modelo de calidad del producto de ISO/IEC 9126-1. Los resultados permitieron concluir que una aplicación construida con tecnología de desarrollo nativa tiene mejor rendimiento que aquella que se desarrolla con tecnología basada en web.

Abstract:
The paper presents new ideas in the International SQuaRE (Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation) standardisation research project, which concerns the development of a special branch of international standards for software quality. Data can be considered as an integral part of software. The current international standard and technical report of the ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 14598 series and ISO/IEC 12119 standard covert the whole software as an indivisible entity. However, such data sets as databases and data stores have a special character and need a different structure of quality characteristic. Therefore it was decided in the SQuaRE project create a special international standard for data quality. The main idea for this standard and the critical discussion of these ideas is presented in this paper. The main part of this contribution was presented on the conference Agricultural Perspectives XIV, aligned by Czech University of Agriculture in Prague, September 20 to 21, 2005.

El desarrollo de software con agilidad tiene una gran comunidad de usuarios en el mundo, porque el desarrollo a pequeña escala, no sido resuelto por la ingeniería de software, si se exige calidad del producto software, disminuir costos y tiempos de entrega. El objetivo del estudio es analizar las fases del proceso ágil Iconix, para tener una matriz que permita evaluar la calidad de productos software, mediante la NTP ISO/IEC 9126; se ha considerado el análisis las fases de; análisis de requisitos, diseño preliminar, diseño le implementación. El estudio fue realizado en el Perú, porque existe necesidad de software para Pymes y Mipes que son aproximadamente 2 millones que requieren software. Se recolecto datos en un solo momento, mediante encuestas a diez expertos en proceso ágil, el estudio es retrospectivo, analítico porque tener las variables: artefacto del proceso ágil Iconix, calidad del producto software. El análisis, síntesis ha permitido formular las matrices de relación entre los artefactos del proceso ágil Iconix y la calidad del producto software, según el modelo de calidad para características y sub características de acuerdo a los estándares; NTP ISO/IEC 9126-1, 2 y 3, NTP-ISO/IEC 14598-1 y 2, adaptado por INDECOPI. Según la hipótesis general, el proceso ágil Iconix está relacionado con la evolución de la calidad del producto $software. De acuerdo a las hipótesis especificas las fases de: análisis de requisitos, diseño preliminar, diseño e implementación y la, evaluación de calidad del producto software, demuestran que están relacionados.

Abstract:
В статті розглянуто питання підвищення ефективності функціонування людино – машинних систем за рахунок підвищення якості програмного забезпечення систем підтримки прийняття рішень (СППР). Запропоновані рішення базуються на існуючих моделях та методах, детальний аналіз яких проведено в ході наукового дослідження, зокрема в певних отриманих рішеннях знайшла своє застосування методолгія статичного відлагодження програмних додатків. В основу рішення зазначеного завдання запропоновано покласти методи рішення задачі управління ЛМС по векторному критерію. Запропоновано механізм синтезу комплексного плану операцій щодо підвищення якості програмного забезпечення СППР, показано можливість аналізу поетапного виконання плану з отриманням аналітичної оцінки. З цією метою комплексний план представлено у вигляді дерева цілей, побудованого у відповідності до положень теорії графів та рангового підходу. Проведена оцінка часової складності алгоритмів, що реалізують рішення завдань побудови дерева цілей. На основі отриманих формалізованих рішень виявлено, що максимальна кількість ребер для графа, що реалізує дерево цілей не перевищує n2, кількість переглядів ребер не перевищує n, тобто загальна кількість операцій, що реалізує перегляд ребер та додавання їх в зважене мінімальне покриття (ЗМП), не перевищує n3. Встановлено, що при реалізації операції додавання ребер в ЗМП, на кожному кроці, після фіксації попереднього результату кількість переглядаємих ребер зменшується, тому сумарна складність алгоритмів не перевищить n3. Отримані рішення відповідають вимогам ДСТУ ISO/IEC 9126, ДСТУ ISO/IEC 14598 та враховують вимоги серії стандартів Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation як значення вершин графа дерева подій. В процесі рішення завдання врахована специфіка функціонування ЛМС, зокрема можливіст формалізації різних аспектів знань (алетичних, дисизіональних, каузальних, діонтичних) та забезпечення заданого рівня оперативності пошуку рішень.

El sistema propuesto permite hacer un análisis comparativo de los diferentes proyectos participantes en eventos de invención, innovación y creatividad, basados en sus características de calidad en uso, funcionalidad y usabilidad, mediante un plan de métricas externas y de calidad en uso. El modelo está basado en normas internacionales (ISO/IEC 9126, 14598, IEEE 1061) y modelos mexicanos (MECHDAV), y software propuesto, es desarrollado en un ambiente visual WEB, para dispositivos móviles (tabletas), permiten evaluar genéricamente la calidad de los proyectos-productos-servicios que participan en los concursos mencionados; este sistema proporciona un soporte a las personas evaluadoras (jurados) para emitir dictámenes imparciales con mayor precisión cuantitativa. Este sistema está dirigido a organizaciones, empresas y usuarios finales que necesiten seleccionar, fácilmente, los proyectos desarrollados con más calidad, para ser los ganadores en estos concursos. Se proporciona una guía para la instrumentación concreta de la evaluación, así como sus rangos, la presentación, procedimientos y documentación. In the globalized world, the participation of leading project engineers who can successfully perform project evaluators' work, is required. The proposed system allows to make a comparative analysis of the different projects participating in events of invention, innovation and creativity, based on their characteristics of quality in use, functionality and usability, through a plan of external metrics and quality in use. The model is based on international standards (ISO / IEC 9126, 14598, IEEE 1061) and Mexican models (MECHDAV), and the proposed software is developed in a visual WEB environment for mobile devices (tablets), allow to evaluate the quality generically Of the projects-products-services involved in the aforementioned competitions; This system provides support to evaluators (juries) to issue impartial opinions with greater quantitative accuracy. Abstract:
The article addresses improving the performance of man-machine systems (MMS) by improving the quality of decision support system software (DSSS). The proposed solutions are based on existing models and methods, which have been analysed in detail in a scientific study, in particular the application of methodical static application debugging in certain solutions obtained. It is proposed to use the methods for solving the problem of MMS control according to the vector criterion as the basis for solving this problem. A mechanism for synthesizing a comprehensive plan of operations to improve the quality of the DSS software is proposed, and the possibility of analysing the step-by-step implementation of a plan to obtain an analytical assessment is shown. For this purpose, a comprehensive plan is presented in the form of a relevance tree, built in accordance with the provisions of graph theory and the rank approach. The time complexity of the algorithms implementing the relevance tree tasks was evaluated. Based on the formalized solutions obtained, it was found that the maximum number of edges for a graph that implements the relevance tree does not exceed , the number of views of edges does not exceed , that is, the total number of operations that implements the scanning of edges and adding them to the weighted minimum cover (WMC) does not exceeds . It is established that during the implementation of the operation of adding ribs in the WMC, at each step, after the fixation of the previous result, the number of ribs to be examined decreases, so the total complexity of the algorithms will not exceed . The solutions obtained meet the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 9126, ISO DSTU / IEC 14598, and take into account the requirements of the Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation series of standards as the value of the vertices of the event tree graph. In the process of solving the problem, the specificity of the functioning of the MMS was taken into account, the possibility of formalizing various aspects of knowledge (aesthetic, disizional, causal, diontic) and ensuring a given level of efficiency in finding solutions.

Within the advent of Internet and its popularization, several Software that allow the creation of electronic questionnaire for a focus on evaluation of educational process in learning, appear as an alternative to the teacher, even if the course is taught in presence meeting, allowing a differentiated evaluation. This research has as aim to describe a methodology for evaluating electronic questionnaire son the Web, using as basis the standard ISO /IEC 9126, which specifies the quality of Software products and the standard ISO /IEC 14598 which describes the evaluation process of the Software product. Com o advento e a popularização da Internet, diversos Softwares que permitem a criação de questionários eletrônicos como foco na avaliação de ensino aparecem como uma alternativa para o docente, mesmo que a disciplina lecionada seja presencial, permitindo assim uma forma diferenciada de avaliação. Este trabalho tem por objetivo descrever uma proposta de critério para avaliação de questionários eletrônicos na Web, utilizando como base a norma ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 9126, que especifica as qualidades de produtos de Software e, a norma ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 14598 que descreve o processo de avaliação de produto de Software. Os sistemas supervisÃrios estÃo cada vez mais presentes no cotidiano da indÃstria, pois a garantia de se ter informaÃÃo sobre os processos de produÃÃo em diversos locais simultaneamente à essencial para um bom monitoramento e controle. Contudo, a maioria dos desenvolvedores destas ferramentas nÃo utilizam modelos de desenvolvimento, tampouco mÃtodos de avaliaÃÃo da qualidade de softwares, tornando os projetos mais dispendiosos, devido ao retrabalho, e causando insatisfaÃÃo aos clientes devido ao nÃo cumprimento aos requisitos fundamentais. Portanto, existe uma necessidade de organizaÃÃo do processo de desenvolvimento e avaliaÃÃo de supervisÃrios. As normas ISO/IEC 9126 e 14598 sÃo utilizadas na metodologia proposta, pois fornecem um bom suporte para a identificaÃÃo das caracterÃsticas essenciais de um supervisÃrio, para a criaÃÃo de um padrÃo de qualidade e para o desenvolvimento de uma metodologia de avaliaÃÃo. Este trabalho apresenta uma proposta de modelo para o desenvolvimento de softwares supervisÃrios, acompanhado por um mÃtodo de avaliaÃÃo da qualidade baseado em lÃgica fuzzy para analisar as opiniÃes subjetivas de especialistas da Ãrea a respeito de requisitos de supervisÃrios. A eficiÃncia do uso do modelo foi verificada em Ãmbito educacional atravÃs de um projeto realizado por estudantes. A avaliaÃÃo revelou a qualidade de cada requisito e mostrou que o software completo atendeu a 69% do padrÃo de qualidade. Os atributos que estavam com ou sem falhas foram identificados e a avaliaÃÃo mostra quais erros precisam ser sanados para que o software seja entregue ao cliente.

As normas ISO/IEC 9126 e 14598 são utilizadas na metodologia proposta, pois fornecem um bom suporte para a identificação das características essenciais de um supervisório, para a criação de um padrão de qualidade e para o desenvolvimento de uma metodologia de avaliação. Este trabalho apresenta uma proposta de modelo para o desenvolvimento de softwares supervisórios, acompanhado por um método de avaliação da qualidade baseado em lógica fuzzy para analisar as opiniões subjetivas de especialistas da área a respeito de requisitos de supervisórios. A eficiência do uso do modelo foi verificada em âmbito educacional através de um projeto realizado por estudantes. A avaliação revelou a qualidade de cada requisito e mostrou que o software completo atendeu a 69% do padrão de qualidade. Os atributos que estavam com ou sem falhas foram identificados e a avaliação mostra quais erros precisam ser sanados para que o software seja entregue ao cliente.
