Abstract:
<p>A novel methodology, result of 10 years of in-field testing, which makes possible the convergence of different types of models and quality standards for Engineering and Computer Science Faculties, is presented. Since most software-developing companies are small and medium sized, the projects developed must focuson SCRUM and Extreme Programming (XP), opposed to a RUP, which is quite heavy, as well as on Personal Software Process (PSP) and Team Software Process (TSP), which provide students with competences and a structured framework. ISO 90003:2004 norm is employed to define the processes by means of a quality system without new requirements or changing the existing ones. Also, the model is based on ISO/IEC 25000 (ISO (IEC 9126 – ISO/IEC 14598)) to allow comparing software built by different metrics.</p>

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo desarrollar un modelo de calidad para plataformas e-learning en centros de entrenamiento superior, basado en estándares ISO/IEC 25000; se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo con alcance propositivo y con diseño no experimental de tipo transversal; se empleó el cuestionario como instrumento de recolección de datos conformado por 11 reactivos y se aplicó a una muestra de 20 sujetos entre personal administrativo y docente del Centro de Tecnologías de la Información CETI – Chiclayo-Perú. Los resultados indican que la plataforma Blackboard y la plataforma Moodle son las preferidas en la implementación de entornos virtuales de aprendizaje; por su parte El 80% señala que el seguimiento de los avances del estudiante en tiempo real es la característica más importante que incorporarían en la implementación de una plataforma e-learning. Por ello, se propuso un modelo de calidad para plataformas e-learning en centros de entrenamiento superior, basado en estándares ISO/IEC 25000. Como conclusión se precisa que la adopción de una plataforma e-learning en los centros de entrenamiento superior es imprescindible por lo que se hace necesario desarrollar un modelo de calidad para estas plataformas.

Muchas enfermedades afectan a la población adulta mayor en el Ecuador, en especial el Alzheimer, que actúa sobre las células cerebrales conduciendo a la pérdida de memoria. Para coadyuvar al uso de terapias cognitivas que estimulen el cerebro en el Hogar Corazón de Jesús de la Junta de Beneficencia de la Ciudad de Guayaquil, se implementó el Sistema SANAMENTICS, software que gestiona la aplicación de terapias cognitivas. El objetivo de este artículo es evaluar la usabilidad de ese software, para ello se creó un modelo de calidad haciendo uso de características, sub características, métricas e indicadores acorde a lo que sugiere la ISO/IEC 25000 SQuaRE. Se evaluó el modelo en pruebas ejecutadas por los usuarios técnicos y no técnicos y se obtuvo como resultado que la herramienta cumple muy satisfactoriamente con la característica de usabilidad acorde al estándar ISO 25000.

Las bases de datos NoSQL han surgido para dar respuesta a problemas de escalabilidad y rendimiento, que en general, las bases de datos relacionales no pueden abarcar. La gran flexibilidad y las posibilidades de optimización en sus diseños las convierten en una atractiva variante a tener en cuenta para el desarrollo de aplicaciones de gestión de información. El objetivo principal del proyecto de investigación fue un estudio comparativo entre MongoDB y CouchDB utilizando la norma ISO/IEC 25010, con el fin de analizar y medir el desempeño de los gestores de base de datos NoSQL, en cuanto al consumo de recursos utilizados. Como resultado de la investigación se obtuvo que MongoDB fue ligeramente superior a CouchDB, demostrando que las bases de datos NoSQL tienen mejor rendimiento al momento de administrar grandes volúmenes de datos.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the process of developing automated control systems&nbsp;software. The object of the research is the quality control system of this process. The regulatory documents establish a list of the main characteristics of program quality assessment, which, as practice has shown, does not fully meet its purpose, providing not quality control, but verification of the compliance of programs with the customer's requirements formulated in the terms of reference. One of the reasons for this lies in the impossibility of evaluating exclusively quantitative indicators of the quality of systems, including both technical means and a person. An attempt to use world practice, for example, relatively successful quality models from the ISO / IEC 25000: 2014 standards have not yet been implemented: the model itself is allowed to be used by regulatory documents (GOST R ISO / IEC 25010-2015), but the quality indicators described in it are not accepted. Private improvements to existing methods do not solve the problem systematically. The article uses general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. Based on the analysis of existing approaches to assessing the quality of software development, proposals for improving this process are synthesized.The article formulates a scientific and practical problem and offers one of the approaches to its solution, based on the refinement of existing methods for assessing quality based on the model described in GOST R ISO / IEC 25010, taking into account the real needs of users, interpreted through reducing the likelihood of errors of the first and second kind arising from the use of software.&nbsp;The solution of the formulated problem will provide a general increase in the efficiency of automated control through the use of quantitative and qualitative assessments of the software being developed.

ISO/IEC 25010 merupakan salah satu model kualitas yang dapat digunakan sebagai standar dalam melakukan pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak. ISO/IEC 25010 terdiri dari software product quality model dan quality in use model. Artikel ini menelaah beberapa literature yang membahas mengenai pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak yang menggunakan model ISO/IEC 25010. Saat ini ISO/IEC 25010 telah diterapkan untuk menilai kualitas pada sistem informasi akademik, sistem informasi pemerintah dan lembaga swasta, game, mobile application, dan decision support system. Hasil dari penilaian kualitas perangkat lunak dapat ditentukan melalui pengukuran terhadap aspek penting yang dipilih berdasarkan kebutuhan dari setiap perangkat lunak. Selain itu cara pengujian dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penilaian dapat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat akurasi dari pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak.

Cloud computing technology has succeeded in attracting the interest of both academics and industries because of its ability to provide flexible, cost-effective, and adaptable services in IT solution deployment. The services offered to Cloud Service Subscriber (CSS) are based on the concept of on-demand self-service, scalability, and rapid elasticity, which allows fast deployment of IT solutions, whilst leads to possible misconfiguration, un-patched system, etc. which, allows security threats to compromise the cloud services operations. From the viewpoint of Cloud Service Provider (CSP), incidents such as data loss and information breach, will tarnish their reputations, whilst allow them to conserve the issues internally, in which there is no transparency between CSP and CSS. In the aspects of information security, CSP is encouraged to practice cybersecurity in their cloud services by adopting ISO/IEC27017:2015 inclusive of all additional security controls as mandatory requirements. This study was conducted to identify factors that are influencing the CSP readiness level in the cybersecurity implementation of their cloud services by leveraging the developed pre-assessment model to determine the level of cloud security readiness. Approached the study is based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative assessment method in validating the proposed model through interview and prototype testing. The findings of this study had shown that factors that influence the CSP level of cloud security readiness are based on these domains; technology, organisation, policy, stakeholders, culture, knowledge, and environment. The contribution of the study as a Pre-Assessment Model for CSP which is suitable to be used as a guideline to provide a safer cloud computing environment.

Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan evaluasi sistem informasi akademik dan keuangan pada Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Indonesia Tanjungpinang dengan menggunakan pendekatan Webqual 4.0 dan ISO/IEC 25010.Hal ini dilakukan karena belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi mengenai kualitas sistem informasi akademik dan keuangan pada Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Indonesia Tanjungpinang menurut persepsi pengguna. Oleh karena itu, pihak institusi belum pernah melakukan perbaikan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa penggabungan kedua buah framework Webqual 4.0 dan ISO/IEC 25010 akan menghasilkan rekomendasi yang lebih lengkap terhadap kebutuhan Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Indonesia Tanjungpinang dibandingkan hanya menggunakan pendekatan Webqual 4.0 saja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden pengguna aplikasi. Pemilihan responden dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebab hanya responden yang menggunakan aplikasi saja yang dipilih. Adapun kuesioner yang disebarkan terdiri dari dua bentuk yaitu pendekatan pertama dengan Webqual 4.0 dan pendekatan kedua dengan menggunakan Webqual 4.0 yang diintegrasikan dengan ISO/IEC 25010. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menghitung gap antara kedua kuesioner dikuatkan dengan perhitungan t-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode Webqual 4.0 yang diintegrasikan dengan ISO/IEC 25010 menghasilkan penilaian kualitas perangkat lunak yang baik dibandingkan hanya menggunakan Webqual 4.0 saja. Rata-rata dimensi dalam Webqual 4.0 menghasilkan nilai 3,19(baik) sedangkan rata-rata dalam dimensi Webqual 4.0 diintegrasikan dengan ISO/IEC 25010 menghasilkan nilai 3,21(baik). Perbedaan nilai tersebut disebabkan karena indikator penilaian yang terdapat pada kuesioner menggunakan penggabungan Webqual 4.0 dan ISO/IEC lebih banyak, sehingga dapat lebih banyak memberikan rekomendasi lebih lengkap dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggabungan pendekatan Webqual 4.0 dan ISO/IEC 25010 memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih lengkap bagi perbaikan sistem dibanding dengan hanya menggunakan pendekatan Webqual 4.0 saja. Adapun rekomendasi yang diberikan terhadap aplikasi berdasarkan pendekatan Webqual 4.0 dan ISO/IEC 25010 adalah perbaikan tampilan agar menarik/atraktif, perbaikan jaringan dan mengurangi kesalahan manusia ketika menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akademik dan Keuangan.

<p class="Abstrak">Kebutuhan non-fungsional dianggap mampu mendukung keberhasilan pengembangan perangkat lunak. Namun, kebutuhan non-fungsional sering diabaikan selama proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hal ini dikarenakan kebutuhan non-fungsional sering tercampur dengan kebutuhan fungsional. Disamping itu, standar kualitas yang beragam menyebabkan kebingungan dalam menentukan aspek kualitas. Pendekataan yang ada menggunakan ISO/IEC 9126 sebagai referensi untuk mengukur aspek kualitas. ISO/IEC 9126 merupakan standar lama yang dirilis pada tahun 2001. Peneliti sebelumnya mengungkapkan ambiguitas dalam enam sub-atribut pada struktur hirarkis ISO/IEC 9126. Hal ini menimbulkan keraguan serius tentang validitas standar secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, standar kualitas yang digunakan sebagai referensi untuk mengukur aspek kualitas pada penelitian ini adalah ISO/IEC 25010. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengusulkan suatu sistem untuk mengidentifikasi aspek kualitas kebutuhan non-fungsional dengan menggunakan 1 level hipernim dan 20 sinonim yang disebut skenario 1. Skenario ini akan dibandingkan dengan 2 level hipernim dan 9 sinonim pada masing-masing sinonim yang disebut skenario 2. Kedua skenario tersebut akan menghasilkan dua data latih berbeda. Kedua data latih tersebut akan dibandingkan menggunakan dua model pengujian yaitu berdasarkan <em>ground truth</em> pakar dan sistem dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi KNN dan SVM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skenario 1 terbukti memberikan nilai lebih baik dibandingkan skenario 2 pada kedua model pengujian, dimana nilai precision dari <em>ground truth</em> pakar, KNN, dan SVM masing-masing 49.3%, 81.0%, dan 74.6%.</p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract </strong></em></p><p class="Abstract">Non-Functional requirements are considered capable of supporting the success of software development. However, non-functional requirements are often ignored during the software development process. This is because the quality aspects of non-functional requirements are often mixed with functional requirements. in addition, the number of diverse quality standards causes confusion in determining quality aspects. The existing approach uses ISO / IEC 9126 as a reference to measure quality aspects. ISO / IEC 9126 is an old standard released in 2001. Previous researchers revealed ambiguity in six sub-attributes on the hierarchical structure of ISO / IEC 9126. This raises serious doubts about the validity of the overall standard. Therefore, the quality standard used as a reference to measure the quality aspects of this study is ISO / IEC 25010. In addition, this study also proposes a system to identify aspects of the quality of non-functional requirements using 1 hypernym level and 20 synonyms called scenario 1. This scenario will be compared with 2 hypernym levels and 9 synonyms in each synonym called scenario 2. Both scenarios will produce two different training data. The two training data will be compared using two testing models ie based on expert ground truth and systems using the KNN and SVM classification methods. The test results showed scenario 1 is proven to provide a better value than scenario 2 in both testing models, where the precision values of expert ground truth, KNN, and SVM respectively 49.3%, 81.0%, and 74.6%.</p><p class="Abstrak" align="center"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Including higher education, they need to improve their service quality in order to provide education service in more competitive. One of the ways of using information technology in higher education is the used of Academic Information System (AIS). AIS was developed to achieve the goals of the learning process which is one of vision and mission organization success factor. The measurement is needed to evaluate the quality of AIS. Functionality is one of the quality factors which is measured by observing the correlation between function and functional suitability. In this study, the quality of AIS functional suitability is measured using goal-oriented approach base on ISO/IEC 25010 in the perspective of a lecturer. The strategic plan of an institution is used as a reference to measure if the system used to have meet institution goals when using this approach. The result shows that the measurement using goal-oriented approach become more objective and suitable to the need of used AIS quality improvement for the institution than the measurement with ISO/IEC 25010 only. Edmodo UVERS website is a student website of Universal University that serves as a learning media around lectures. The purpose of the research with the use of ISO/IEC 25010:2011 is to provide recommendations in improving the quality of the Edmodo UVERS website. The methodology used is the observation and dissemination of questionnaires to users of the website both students and lecturers consisting of more than 30 responses. The questionnaire consists of seven points namely usability, information quality, interaction quality, effectiveness and efficiency, satisfaction, risk-free, and covers the whole. The conclusion obtained is that the recommendations given are in the usability factor, satisfaction in reliability factors, effectiveness & efficiency in perfomance efficiency factors, and risk-free on reliability factors

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aplikasi mobile kamus istilah jaringan komputer pada platform android menggunakan standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO/IEC 25010 pada aspek functional suitability, compatibility, performance efficiency, danusability. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah memenuhi standar ISO/IEC 25010 pada aspek (1) functional suitability seluruh fungsi dari aplikasi berjalan 100% yang artinya tidak ada fungsi yang gagal saat dilakukan pengujian, (2) compatibility aplikasi kompatibel 100% darisisico-existence, berbagai sistem operasi dan tipe perangkat yang digunakan untuk pengujian, (3) performance efficiency aplikasi berhasil dijalankan di 436 dari 452 perangkatuji AWS Device Farm. Aplikasi berjalan dengan baik tanpa terjadi memory leak yang mengakibatkan aplikasi dipaksa berhenti (force close). Time behaviour utilization rata-rata aplikasi 0,063 seconds/thread, CPU utilization aplikasi rata-rata 5%, memory utilization aplikasi rata-rata 19 MB, dan (4) pengujian usability aplikasimemperoleh 83,22% yang artinya aplikasi sangat layak dari sisi usability.

Este trabajo describe el proceso para la creación de un modelo de calidad que evalúe Objetos de Aprendizaje en aspectos tecnológicos y didácticos utilizando la notación i*. Para cumplir con este objetivo se revisaron modelos de calidad en ambos aspectos y conjuntamente con los conceptos de OA y calidad se han determinado las características que debe cumplir un OA, de esta manera considerar las características de evaluación. Se ha utilizado el método IQMC para la construcción del diagrama de dependencias estratégicas (SD) de i* para el modelo de calidad final. Con el modelo SD creado se establece la trazabilidad entre los criterios del modelo generado y los atributos de la matriz de la ISO/IEC 25010 para mantener una correlación entre las características de la notación i* con el estándar de la matriz mencionada de la ISO. La matriz obtenida es enriquecida con características conceptuales y los atributos que debe cumplir un OA. Se establecen las diferentes métricas en la matriz de la ISO para las evaluaciones de OA. Como resultado se obtiene un modelo generado mediante la evaluación de un OA con cada una de las métricas seleccionadas.

Agile practices are activities or procedures that are applied during the software development process in order to improve its quality and productivity. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of agile practices on software quality. For this purpose, a model composed of 4 groups of agile practices and 8 quality characteristics according to the ISO/IEC 25010 standard has here been proposed. The results of 146 questionnaires addressed to people involved in the software development process show that the application of agile engineering and project management practices have a significant positive influence on the quality attribute functionality. On the other hand, project management practices have a low impact on the quality characteristics of compatibility, portability, security, and usability.

En etapas tempranas de desarrollo del software, los atributos de usabilidad sonidentificados, partiendo del Modelado de Procesos de Negocios. Luego se realiza un conjunto de diferentes transformaciones para integrarlos a una estructura denominada “Requirements Baseline”, que emplea el léxico extendido del lenguaje (LEL) y escenarios, donde se permite definir métricas de evaluación de los atributos y la relación que existe entre los diferentes atributos y subatributos, tomando como fundamento la estructura conceptual propuesta por la norma ISO/IEC 25000 (SQUARE). Los subatributos permitirán definir métricas que se emplean posteriormente para evaluar distintos criterios de usabilidad relacionados con la calidad del producto. Además, permite incorporar nuevas especificaciones de usabilidad y sus correspondientes métricas de evaluación en forma integrada al proceso de desarrollo de software, lo que le otorga cierto grado de trazabilidad a todo el proceso.

This paper focuses on the assessment of the developed system using ISO 25010:2011 Software Quality Management. The following criteria were used Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Portability and Security. 84 respondents comprising of Professors, Department Heads and IT Professionals assessed and evaluated the system through the use of an adapted evaluation tool. Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma University (Unsurya) needs to improve the information system for the students. So that it needs to do a software quality test in SIAKAD and to ensure the feature and the function run well. It has a goal to know the quality of a software by testing from functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, security and maintainability standardized by ISO/IEC 25010. It is done to improve the quality of academic information system to be better. This research analyzed the software quality insurance of academic information system in Unsurya by testing the aspects from main menu such as transcript, study plan, lecturer’s evaluation of learning activity, the print out of exam card, the consultation of academic supervisor, consultation from Head of Study Program and student’s financial. Based on the suitability functional and efficiency performance testing using black box in Unsurya SIAKAD system, it runs well although some functions don’t work well. The result for compatibility in SIAKAD Unsurya, it works in line with the browser in the desktop or mobile. Based on the security test using audit system, it results the value 90 (B) with 1 medium risk and 9 low risk. Based on the maintainability test, it results SIAKAD which is able to give a system needed by the students.
