Abstract:
Utilizing Android-based Information Communication Technology (ICT) is pivotal in the healthcare sector for monitoring the growth, development, and assessment of nutritional status and ensuring enhanced data quality for toddlers. The adherence to ISO/IEC 25010 standards is imperative in developing high-quality applications like "PSG Balita." This study aimed to assess the impact of the "PSG Balita" Android application, which complies with the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, on the accuracy of nutritional status data for toddlers. In 2021, a quasi-experimental design research was conducted in Banda Aceh City, with the participation of 30 nutritionists from health facilities. The data were gathered by observations and interviews, utilizing a questionnaire that assessed the aspects of timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and usefulness. The intervention involved a one-month training session utilizing the "PSG Balita" software, which is consistent with the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. Data analysis utilizing repeated-measures ANOVA indicated that the "PSG Balita" application conformed to IEC standards, demonstrating a data quality score of 82,5. The intervention greatly improved the quality of data on the nutritional condition of children under the age of five (p < 0,05). In conclusion, the "PSG Balita" application, which is based on Android and adheres to ISO/IEC 25010 standards, can improve the precision of nutritional status data for toddlers, assessed in terms of timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and usefulness.Keywords:

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi akademik di Universitas ABC berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010.Perancangan/metode/pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pengujian yang terstruktur sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang terdapat dalam ISO/IEC 25010.Hasil: Pengujian menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 25010 menunjukan bahwa tujuh dari delapan standar yaitu: (a) functional suitability berjalan 100% dengan nilai satu; (b) performance efficiency mendapatkan grade B; (c) compatibility mendapat skor 100%; (d) usability dengan skor rata-rata 78.6%; (e) reliability dengan skor 100%; (f) maintainability memenuhi aspek identifikasi Land; dan (g) portability memperoleh skor 100% telah memenuhi standar, sedangkan security pada level dua (medium) belum memenuhi standar ISO/IEC 25010.Keaslian/ state of the art: Penggunaan seluruh standar ISO/IEC 25010 memberikan analisis yang lebih luas dan komprehensif dalam melakukan evaluasi kualitas sistem informasi akademik di Universitas ABC. In software engineering, there must be clarity in communication among interested parties to elicit the requirements aimed at software development through frameworks to achieve the behaviors expected by the software. Problem: A lack of clarity in the requirement-elicitation stage can impact subsequent stages of software development. Solution: We proposed a case study focusing on the performance efficiency characteristic expressed in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 25010 standard using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Method: The case study was performed with professionals who use BDD to elicit the non-functional requirements of a company that develops software. Summary of Results: The result obtained was the validation related to the elicitation of non-functional requirements aimed at the performance efficiency characteristic of the ISO/IEC/IEEE 25010 Standard using the BDD framework through a real case study in a software development company. Contributions and impact: The article’s main contribution is to demonstrate the effectiveness of using BDD to elicit non-functional requirements about the performance efficiency characteristic of the ISO/IEC/IEEE 25010 standard.

Abstract:
<p><em>One of the factors that must be considered to support the success of a software is quality. Software quality can be evaluated by certain methods and used as a recommendation to be developed so that the quality of a software is maintained. This paper aims to analyze the quality of e-learning software using 8 characteristics that are included in the dimensions of software quality products from the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, which consist of functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability. The results obtained after doing the calculations are the average value of the percentage of eligibility reaching 64.351% with the interpretation of "Good" which means that this e-learning software has met the quality measured using the characteristics contained in the ISO/IEC 25010 model and needs to be maintained and there are also some components that need to be improved quality.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> e-learning, evaluation, ISO/IEC 25010, software quality.</em></p><p> </p><p>ABSTRAK. Salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan untuk menunjang keberhasilan operasi sebuah perangkat lunak adalah kualitas. Kualitas perangkat lunak dapat dievaluasi dengan metode tertentu dan dijadikan sebuah rekomendasi untuk dikembangkan agar kualitas sebuah perangkat lunak tetap terjaga. Paper ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap kualitas perangkat lunak e-learning dengan menggunakan 8 karakteristik yang termasuk ke dalam dimensi produk kualitas perangkat lunak dari standar ISO/IEC 25010 yaitu terdiri dari fungsionalitas kesesuian, efisiensi kinerja, kesesuaian, kegunaan, keandalan, keamanan, pemeliharaan dan portabilitas. Hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan perhitungan adalah nilai rata-rata persentase kelayakan mencapai 64,351% dengan interpretasi “Layak” yang artinya perangkat lunak e-learning ini sudah memenuhi kualitas yang diukur menggunakan karakteristik yang terdapat pada model ISO/IEC 25010 dan perlu dipertahankan dan juga terdapat beberapa komponen yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya.</p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> e-learning, evaluasi, ISO/IEC 25010, kualitas perangakat lunak.</em></p>

Namun sejak dibangun pada tahun 2019, website ini belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak, hal ini dapat dilihat terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ada di website baik dari segi pengalaman pengguna dan antarmuka pengguna. Dengan begitu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran pada website Jurusan Teknik Informatika Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis dengan metode standar ISO/IEC 25010 menggunakan model software product quality. ISO/IEC 25010 adalah standar internasional yang digunakan untuk menilai model kualitas perangkat lunak, ISO/IEC 25010 juga menjadi bagian system and software quality requirement and evaluation). Terdapat delapan kriteria penilaian ISO/IEC 25010 yakni functional suitability, usability, performance efficiency, compatibility, reliability, security, maintainability, dan portability. Pada penelitian ini pengukuran berfokus delapan kriteria yang akan dinilai pada website jurusan Teknik Informatika Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. To assess the effectiveness of software security measures in government whistleblower systems, we will utilize the ISO/IEC 25010 standard and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. Through the integration of various frameworks, our objective is to build a complete evaluation model that effectively identifies and enhances any vulnerabilities in these crucial systems. The strategy we employ combines the qualitative and quantitative evaluation capabilities of ISO/IEC 25010 and AHP, respectively, to offer a comprehensive perspective on software security performance. The results indicate substantial improvements in the security and reliability of whistleblower software, underscoring the effectiveness of our suggested evaluation technique in identifying crucial areas for refinement. Moreover, the utilization of AHP permitted the ranking of security qualities, guaranteeing focused and efficient improvements. Ultimately, the study emphasizes the significance of thorough security assessments for government whistleblower systems and verifies the effectiveness of utilizing ISO/IEC 25010 and AHP as a methodical approach to improve software security. This research enhances the ongoing endeavor to protect confidential data, fostering a more secure and reliable atmosphere for individuals who expose wrongdoing.

ISO/IEC 25010 merupakan standar internasional dalam mengevaluasi sistem informasi. Penggunaan ISO/IEC 25010 untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi dengan menggunakan product quality, dimana prosesnya mengacu pada karakteristik dari sebuah produk sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas Sistem Informasi Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja berdasarkan ISO/IEC 25010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kualitas SIRANSIJA berada pada kategori Berkualitas dengan nilai rata–rata 73. Karakteristik Portability memiliki persentase tertinggi dengan nilai 76%, Usability 75%, Reliability 74% Security 73%, Maintainability 73%, dan Performance Efficiency 73%. Karakteristik dengan nilai terendah yaitu: Functional Suitability 71%, dan Compatibility 71%. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan atau rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SIRANSIJA dengan melihat karakteristik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna atau sebaliknya.
 
 The electronic-based government system or e-Government is aimed at actualizing clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance as well as quality and reliable public services. ISO/IEC 25010 is an international standard in evaluating information systems. It is used to evaluate the quality of information systems by using product quality, where the process refers to the characteristics of an information system product. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Work Performance Measurement Information System based on the ISO/IEC 25010. However, this study employs a descriptive quantitative method. The results show that the SIRANSIJA quality level is in the excellence category with an average value of 73. Portability characteristic has the highest percentage with a value of 76%, Usability is 75%, Reliability is 74%, Security is 73%, Maintainability is 73%, Performance Efficiency is 73%, the lowest score is Functional Suitability of 71%, and Compatibility is 71%. These results can also be used as considerations or recommendations to improve the quality of SIRANSIJA by considering the characteristics that have a significant effect on user satisfaction or vice versa.

Abstract:
Purpose: Information Technology plays a crucial role in supporting education service systems. When system-related issues arise, a Ticket Management System (TMS) becomes essential to address various software and hardware problems. Evaluating the performance and quality of TMS applications is necessary to ensure their effectiveness. This study assesses the quality of a TMS application developed by University of Amikom Yogyakarta, using ISO/IEC 25010:2023. Methods/Study design/approach: The Analytic Hierarchy Process method is employed to prioritize three key ISO/IEC 25010 characteristics by engaging TMS application users. Following the ranking, the study conducts quality measurements using questionnaires and black box testing. The questionnaire results are assessed using a Likert scale to determine scores for the TMS application based on the sub-characteristics of the three selected ISO/IEC 25010:2023 characteristics and the AHP-derived rankings. Result/Findings: The findings indicate that the TMS application achieved a quality score of 4.354. This shows that the TMS application is in the good category. Novelty/Originality/Value: The study highlights the need for performance efficiency improvements, specifically in the Time Behavior sub-characteristic, to enhance the overall quality of the TMS application.

We present a set of code smells for test systems written in TTCN-3 and their categorization according to quality model standards. We demonstrate our measurements on industrial and ETSI projects, and provide a method for estimating their effects on product risks in current projects.

I syfte att öppna upp nya affärsmöjligheter för informationssäkerhetsföretaget Secure State AB, har detta arbete bedrivits för att komplettera företagets nuvarande standard för informationssäkerhetsarbete med ytterligare nätverkssäkerhet. Krav på slutresultatet var att dokumentet eller standarden skulle kunna komplettera ISO 27000, samt vara kostnadseffektivt. Efter en undersökning av den nämnda standarden konstaterades att enbart ISO 27000 i sig inte är ett fullgott verktyg för nätverkssäkerhetsarbete, på grund av dess icke-tekniska inriktning och målgrupp. Att komplettera ISO 27000 med av författaren utarbetade krav var inte heller att föredra, då syftet med ett standardiserat arbetssätt därmed försvinner. Det är bättre och attraktivare för kunden att använda sig av specifika tekniska standarder och rekommendationer. Sökandet efter en kompletterande standard påbörjades däför enligt dessa kriterier Kompatibilitet med ISO 27000 Teknisk inriktning Kostnadseffektiv Attraktiv att arbeta efter ISO 18028 uppfyller dessa krav mycket bra på samtliga punkter och är därmed bäst lämpad att arbeta efter av de tre standarder/rekommendationer som undersöktes mot kravlistan. Därför bör också Secure State välja att utföra nätverkssäkerhetsarbetet förankrat i ISO 18028 med följande förväntade resultat. Fig. 10, Förväntat resultat av komplettering till ISO 27000. Högst upp ser vi de allmäna informationssäkerhetspolicies samtliga anställda följer. Som nivå två finns ISO 27000, vilket är ledningens system för hur informationssäkerhetsarbetet övergripande ska hanteras. Längst ned ser vi den tekniska skyddsutrustningen som administreras av tekniker som följer lämpliga dokument. Denna rapport har identifierat ISO 18028 för säkerheten i nätverk, övriga återstår att vid behov identifiera för annan teknisk utrustning.

The research objective of this study is to investigate the low adoption of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard in South African organisations. This study does not differentiate between the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 versions, as the focus is on adoption of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. A survey-based research design was selected as the data collection method. The research instruments used in this study include a web-based questionnaire and in-person interviews with the participants. Based on the findings of this research, the organisations that participated in this study have an understanding of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard; however, fewer than a quarter of these have fully adopted the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. Furthermore, the main business objectives for organisations that have adopted the ISO/IEC 27001 standard were to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and to fulfil client requirements. An Information Security Management System management guide based on the ISO/IEC 27001 Plan-Do-Check-Act model is developed to help organisations interested in the standard move towards ISO/IEC 27001 compliance.

Abstract:
This report describes a study aimed at uncovering flaws and finding potential improvements from when the modelling tool EAAT is used in conjunction with the modelling language CySeMoL. The study was performed by developing a framework and applying it on CySeMoL and EAAT in real life context networks. The framework was developed in order to increase the number of flaws uncovered as well as gather potential improvements to both EAAT and CySeMoL. The basis of the framework is a modified version of the Quality in use model from ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standard. Upon the characteristics and sub characteristics of this modified model different values for measuring usability where attached. The purpose of these values is to measure usability from the perspectives of both creating and interpreting models. Furthermore these values are based on several different sources on how to measure usability. The complete contents of the framework and the underlying ideas, upon which the framework is based, are presented in this report. The framework in this study was designed in order to enable it to be used universally with any modelling language in conjunction with a modelling tool. Its design is also not limited to the field of computer security and computer networks, although that is the intended context of CySeMoL as well as the context described in this report. However, utilization outside the intended area of usage will most likely require some modifications, in order to work in a fully satisfying. Several flaws where uncovered regarding the usability of CySeMoL and EAAT, but this is also accompanied by several recommendations on how to improve both CySeMoL and EAAT. Because of the outline of the framework, the most severe flaws have been identified and recommendations on how to rectify these shortcomings have been suggested.

Abstract:
The IRDS standard is an international standard produced by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). In this work the process for producing standards in formal standards organisations, for example the ISO, and in more informal bodies, for example the Object Management Group (OMG), is examined. This thesis examines previous models and classifications of standards. The previous models and classifications are then combined to produce a new classification. The IRDS standard is then placed in a class in the new model as a reference anticipatory standard. Anticipatory standards are standards which are developed ahead of the technology in order to attempt to guide the market. The diffusion of the IRDS is traced over a period of eleven years. The economic conditions which affect the diffusion of standards are examined, particularly the economic conditions which prevail in compatibility markets such as the IT and ICT markets. Additionally the consequences of the introduction of gateway or converter devices into a market where a standard has not yet been established is examined. The IRDS standard did not have an installed base and this hindered its diffusion. The thesis concludes that the IRDS standard was overtaken by new developments such as object oriented technologies and middleware. This was partly because of the slow development process of developing standards in traditional organisations which operate on a consensus basis and partly because the IRDS standard did not have an installed base. Also the rise and proliferation of middleware products resulted in exchange mechanisms becoming dominant rather than repository solutions. The research method used in this work is a longitudinal study of the development and diffusion of the ISO/EEC IRDS standard. The research is regarded as a single case study and follows the interpretative epistemological point of view.

Abstract:
This article presents the implementation of ISO/IEC 29110 in a four-person IT startup company in Peru. After completing the implementation of the ISO/IEC 29110 project management and software implementation processes using an agile approach, the next step was to execute these processes in a project with an actual customer: software that facilitates communication between clients and legal consultants at the second-largest insurance companies in Peru. Managing the project and developing the software took about 900 hours. Using ISO/ IEC 29110 software engineering practices enabled the startup to plan and execute the project while expending only 18 percent of the total project effort on rework (i.e., wasted effort). This diploma thesis focus on matters of improving the software processes in very small enterprises sector. Its main goal is to provide the instruction for implementation of systematic processes and operations in project management and software implementation sphere to that type of company in Czech Republic. It is accomplished by the publication Basic profile of the ISO/IEC 29110 standard translated to Czech. The creation of this publication has been done in open source tool for control of methodical content Eclipse Process Framework Composer. Published profile is simultaneously referencing itself to other manuals, methods and documents created for simplification of its use. The main acquisition of this diploma thesis consists in the manual presentation for improving of the software processes which is available, understandable and also matching with specific needs of very small enterprises. By the application of Basic profile for the ISO/IEC 29110 standard can they prove their processes and in the same time receive the certification ISO/IEC 29110 and increase its competitiveness and role in the market. The thesis is structured in four thematic parts. The first concerns itself on improving of software processes, matters of using the standards and methods and initiatives ensued for its support in very small enterprises. In the other two parts is the ISO/IEC 29110 standard presented and all elements and processes of the published profile are described in detail. The final part contains description of the creation of publication Basic profile ISO/IEC 29110 in Eclipse Process Framework Composer tool.

Abstract:
The master thesis has analytical character and focuses on information security issues in enterprises. The mail goal of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of implemented standard ISO/IEC 27001 and regulation by American law SOX to overall information security. In order to preform the analysis, two medium-sized companies from the segment of services were selected: the first one with ISO/IEC 27001 certification and the second one regulated by SOX. The structure of the thesis contributes gradually with its steps to meet the goal. The first three chapters provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of information security. They contain a summary of key processes and tools essential for ensuring the information security and are based on the best practices included within the latest standards and methodologies and on practical experience. These chapters provide the basis for an evaluation guidance including criteria groups and defined variants of implemented security, which is described in the fourth chapter. The analysis of information security and the impact of regulations is part of the fifth chapter of this document. The sixth chapter contains final assessment and comparison of the impact, which the regulations have on information security of the selected companies. The final chapter summarizes and evaluates the results achieved with regards to the goal.

Abstract The maturity of organizations is measured with process assessment models like the ISO/IEC 33001. The product quality is aligned with internal and external product quality charactersitics based on models like the ISO/IEC 25010. With the shift from the Tailorism-driven process orientation to a more people centric organization, the two dimensions process and product quality have to be extened by the people or team quality dimension. The presented approach offers aspects for agile Team Work Quality (aTWQ), as well as related measurement indicators. The approach is evaluated in the large enterprise context of the Volkswagen AG. The indicators of aTWQ have been integrated and established in the agile tool box for a sustainable agile transition of the company.

Context: Blockchain technology has been widely adopted across various industries, such as finance, healthcare, and logistics, due to its ability to ensure transaction integrity and transparency. Problem: The growing adoption of blockchain systems demands rigorous quality assessment to ensure compliance with requirements. While software metrics for centralized systems are well-studied, a clear research gap remains in understanding their systematic adoption for evaluating blockchain-based systems. Solution: This study identifies, analyzes, and categorizes software metrics used in blockchain-based systems assessment grounded on the quality characteristics of the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. IS Theory: The study uses the ISO/IEC 25010 as a theoretical foundation for classifying and analyzing quality metrics. Method: A Systematic Mapping Study was conducted, identifying 128 primary studies extracted from different academic databases. Results: The findings highlight performance and security as fundamental to quality in blockchain systems, focusing on throughput and latency metrics. Additionally, Hyperledger Caliper is a frequent tool for evaluating blockchain network performance. Smart contracts, on the other hand, emerge as a promising area, given the lack of studies exploring their security and efficiency. Contributions: This work enhances the understanding of quality assessment in blockchain systems by mapping software metrics to the ISO/IEC 25010, covering predominant metrics, quality characteristics, and evaluation methods.

Abstract:
The article substantiates the relevance of adaptive learning of students in the modern information society, reveals the essence of such concepts as “adaptability” and “adaptive learning system”. It is determined that a necessary condition for adaptive education is the criterion of an adaptive learning environment that provides opportunities for advanced education, development of key competencies, formation of a flexible personality that is able to respond to different changes, effectively solve different problems and achieve results. The authors focus on the technical aspect of adaptive learning. Different classifications of adaptability are analyzed. The approach to the choice of adaptive learning tools based on the characteristics of the product quality model stated by the standard ISO / IEC 25010 is described. The following criteria for the selecting adaptive learning tools are functional compliance, compatibility, practicality, and support. By means of expert assessment method there were identified and selected the most important tools of adaptive learning, namely: Acrobatiq, Fishtree, Knewton (now Wiliy), Lumen, Realize it, Smart Sparrow (now Pearson). Comparative tables for each of the selected tools of adaptive learning according to the indicators of certain criteria are given.
