Abstract:
The article states that the ability to use modern achievements of information technologies has become critically important in the management system of logistics enterprises, respectively, a list of information systems and some software products for automating business processes of large and medium-sized enterprises is presented. The main types of business processes of logistics enterprises are presented, which include basic, auxiliary business processes, as well as business processes of development and management. An example of business processes of transport and logistics enterprises is given and it is noted that business process management in transport requires taking into account certain features. Existing approaches to enterprise management in the formation of business processes are highlighted, in particular, systemic, situational, functionallyoriented and process-oriented, which help to create a transparent information environment for making management decisions. The importance of modeling business processes for the purpose of visualization and better understanding of them, as well as the stages and reasons for the need to describe business processes, are proven. The use of reengineering in enterprise management is justified, since each business process can be subject to changes through monitoring and identifying shortcomings, which involves further redesigning existing ones or developing new business processes. It is established that the use of information technologies is a necessary and important element in optimizing the business processes of logistics enterprises, and depending on the range of services provided, the necessary software may differ. The architecture of a comprehensive logistics enterprise management system is presented. The factors that hinder the growth of the level of digitalization of management at enterprises are described. It is concluded that the optimization of management processes should occur through the use of cloud solutions, rather than individual highly specialized software products in managing the business processes of logistics enterprises.

Abstract:
Logistics is a scientific discipline, a business function and an activity that, in recent times, is increasingly being applied to economic and social activities, because it enables the production of a quality product at a moderate cost. With regard to the trend for globally applying the principles of logistics to all spheres of human activities, the phenomenon of tourism presents a special challenge. Moreover, it is becoming evident that a quality tourism product, the design of which is linked to a tourism destination, depends largely on the scale of optimisation of all flows (goods, people, information, energy, waste, capital and knowledge) within a destination. The purpose of this paper is to define the function of logistics in tourism and in a tourism destination. Also defined are the concepts of tourism logistics and tourism destination logistics, the concept of a tourism logistics system and its elements – subsystem, as well as logistics processes - chains. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of optimising logistics processes in a destination, in which logistics management and process management are indispensable.

Abstract:
<em>An analysis of the performance of modern companies has revealed a trend of active investment in innovation, especially in such a dynamic field as logistics in order to optimize supply chains. The article proves the need for a systematic approach to innovative measures in the transportation and distribution system based on the analysis of foreign experience. The dynamism of logistics processes complicates the process of control and forecasting of enterprises. The logistics trend of DHL, which regularly publishes a key tool for the global logistics community, is a radar of logistics trends that reflects the development of society, business and technology. Two major trends are analyzed: 1) social and business and 2) technological. To solve this problem, the process of digitization and the willingness of companies to work online with the help of e-commerce technology have been proposed. Two components of modern innovative business models that enable a business to be competitive and efficient are analyzed: the sharing economy and the marketplace in the logistics services market. It is determined that the main resources in logistics are material assets (especially warehouses and vehicles), labor and time. It is established that transport exchanges are actively developing in the Ukrainian market, where logisticians can choose vehicles, but there are no sites where one can simply choose a warehouse on demand (as a service). There are no tools in the Ukrainian market for quick search and safe rent of warehouses for different types of products. Searching for a warehouse is a complicated and lengthy procedure for the following reasons: the lack of a warehouse database in one source and the complexity of comparing warehouses (search on OLX.ua or through a local or international broker, or on the recommendation of acquaintances), the risks of renting warehouses from unverified agents / owners, the procedure for selecting and concluding warehouse lease agreements, the need for warehouses under peak load, continued. Therefore, in 2019, a new Ware Teka online platform has emerged for finding warehouses for rent or purchase with the largest warehouse real estate base to date, allowing real estate to be rented as soon as possible. The basic features of the Ware Teka online platform are analyzed. It is determined that modern logistics companies in Ukraine have started to implement the system of routing of goods (delivery on points of sale) and receive constant errors, therefore the process of digitization of current deliveries in real time is offered. The Ukrainian market for foreign startups is not interesting for today, and they are not ready to costomize, or costomization will have a very high cost and it is necessary to consider the issues of support after adaptation of the ready solution, to make a premature request about the main problems of adaptation of software products of automation of logistics processes. Support is an important cycle in working with your ISP to be able to refine or modify the software in the future and not be dependent on your provider, so you need to request technical documentation immediately. The importance of automation of logistic processes of transportation and distribution has been proved.</em>

Abstract:
In current conditions, questions regarding the modeling of accounting and analytical support. In the states of traditional approaches, the basis for analyzing transport and logistics processes is mainly financial and statistical reporting of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to determine the theoretical and practical aspects of accounting and to develop recommendations for improving the accounting system and analytical support to make managerial decisions in the field of transport logistics. During the implementation of the research task, methods of analysis and synthesis were used to analyze regulatory requirements for the formation of accounting and analytical support for transport logistics management. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used to determine problematic aspects and further directions for improving accounting and analytical support induction and deduction and for formulating conclusions - strategies of logical analysis. The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of forming accounting and analytical support for preparing reports on the enterprise's transport logistics management. Analysis of regulatory and legal approval, composition, and primary accounting of transport and logistics costs made it possible to outline their features in various business processes. It was determined that the peculiarities of each business process determine the need for their distribution among the spheres of activity and further determination of the share of costs, which will form such elements as sales costs, the cost of purchased goods, and the cost of services. Based on the research, a Conceptual model of building a system of accounts for management accounting of transport and logistics costs was formed. The accumulation and distribution of the expenses in terms of the proposed elements will make it possible to collect information for a more detailed analysis of the indicators of internal business processes and their impact on the further development of enterprises. For practical implementation of the model and strengthening accounting analytics for crucial indicators of transport and logistics activity, a structure of accounting accounts for strategic management of transport and logistics costs is proposed. The practical application of the developed proposals will allow an effective information system to help the leadership of different levels of management to obtain the necessary data for decision-making on time.

The article investigates standardization processes in constructing logistic chains for maritime and aviation transportation. It considers publications proposing solutions to the challenges of selecting information technologies that simplify standardization and document flow in business processes. In the transport and logistics system of “supplier-manufacturer-consumer”, standardization of cargo units such as containers, wagons, and trucks is crucial. This is particularly important due to the low level of interaction and information exchange among process participants, as well as the significant divergence of interests. The article explores the use of various technologies, including blockchain and mathematical modelling, to optimize information exchange among participants in international supply chains involving air and sea transport. It discusses international experiences in standardizing and digitizing transportation data, which enables the creation of a logistic database. This text discusses the international experiences of several companies, including Maersk, Lufthansa, Walmart, Unilever, Nestlé, Samsung, and British Airways, in logistics and supply chain management using technology. It argues for the necessity of standardization in logistics and highlights the main advantages of such normalization.

Abstract:
Digital logistics techniques are important for business applications that contribute to economic growth. The modern supply chain or logistics seeks to implement a large-scale smart infrastructure incorporating data, physical objects, information, products, and business progressions. The business applications are utilized various intelligent techniques to maximize the logistic process. However, the logistic process suffers due to transportation costs, quality, and multinational transportation. These factors frequently affect the region’s economic growth. In addition, most cities are located in remote areas that receive improper logistic support, which minimizes business growth. So, this work analyzes the impact of digital logistics on the region’s economy. The Yangtze River economic belt region, which includes almost 11 cities, is chosen for analysis. The gathered information is processed by Dynamic Stochastic Equilibrium with Statistical Analysis Modelling (DSE-SAM), which predicts the correlation and influence of digital logistics on economic development. Here, the judgment matrix is constructed to reduce the difficulties of data standardization and normalization processes. Then entropy model and statistical correlation analysis are utilized to improve the overall impact analysis process. Finally, the developed DSE-SAM based created system efficiency is compared with the other economic models, such as Spatial Durbin Model (SDM), Coupling Coordination Degree Model (CCDM), and Collaborative Degree Model (CDM). The results of the suggested DSE-SAM model achieve a high correlation of urbanization, logistics, and ecology in the Yangtze River economic belt region compared to other regions.

Abstract:
The paper offers insights into the specifics of customs regulation in the area of logistic supply networks in Ukraine. The Ukrainian customs regulation framework should provide favourable environment for the adaptation of the national economy to a more intense international competition driven by joining the system of global regulation and free movement of resources and gradual integration of its economy into global and European economic processes. The purpose of this study is to suggest pathways to enhance customs regulations in logistics supply networks in Ukraine. It is argued that the implementation of the logistic approach to the customs regulation of foreign economic activity envisaged by the Customs Code of Ukraine is possible only within relevant legislative and regulatory framework. Customs authorities must cooperate (in a number of ways) with their business partners to identify the common benefits that can be gained through joint participation in a safe supply chain of goods. Customs authorities must also record the entire set of benefits they intend to provide (within their mandate) to their business partners in a safe supply chain of goods. The application of logistics guidelines in company foreign economic activities contributes to providing material, financial and information support for the supply of goods along with cost optimization and efficiency increase for foreign trade operations. The above objectives are directly related to forecasting, risk assessment in the area of foreign economic activity, supplies and stocks optimization, information and financial support issues, customs clearance and control procedures, etc. Apparently, the implementation of customs regulations in the global logistics supply networks is affected by the degree of countries integration. There are three options for customs regulation within the global supply networks: in the absence of economic integration; in a free trade zone settings; within a common customs space. It is emphasized that the creation of a free trade zone and a common customs union simplify customs procedures dramatically. The growing trade volume, the increasing international terrorism and international organized crime hazards challenge effective national and international interaction between public authorities and businesses. This can be achieved through establishing free trade zones and customs unions which will ultimately contribute to reducing logistics risks by joint efforts of nations.

Abstract:
The development of logistics, the formation of logistics chains and ensuring their effective functioning require improved management of logistics business processes. However, in literature and practical activities today, the aspects of managing logistics business processes are of a different nature, it is necessary to justify the approach to the creation of an integrated management system based on the assessment of their quality. It has been proven that logistics management and quality management is a general process of organization of production at the enterprise, aimed at increasing the efficiency of the use of available material, financial, information and personnel resources. Quality determines which product or service should be carried out taking into account consumer requirements and standards, and logistics – how to achieve the required level of production, the level of organization of processes and costs. In this work, the quality of logistics activity is understood as a set of properties and characteristics of successive interconnected logistics business processes related to the supply, production, transportation and sale of products, which arise as a result of interaction of a consumer and a producer, as well as other interested parties, the degree (level) which allows you to satisfy various socio-economic needs that are constantly changing.A methodological approach to the assessment of the quality of logistics business processes has been developed, which is based on the elements of the SCOR model and provides for the establishment of indicators in the areas of planning, execution, and provision separately for the logistics business processes of supply, production, and sales. The indicators of the quality of logistics business processes in terms of planning include the coefficients of processivity, continuity, adjustability, timeliness, and reliability of execution. To evaluate quality in terms of implementation, the list of evaluation criteria includes the following indicators: staff professionalism; exact fulfillment of all requirements; sufficiency of resources; quality of information exchange; effectiveness of the process. Prospects for further research are to establish directions for the development of the logistics management system, the formation of effective methods of managing logistics business processes based on their quality assessment.

The goal of the paper is to identify the weaknesses and potential problems in the execution of current logistics processes, as well as to redesign such identified weaknesses and problems. The main contribution of the paper is to show how DES and BPR can be used in restructuring of container logistics processes in inland container terminals. Its original feature is a novelty, a holistic approach in rationalization of container logistics processes in inland intermodal terminals, creating models of the current (AS-IS) and improved (TO-BE) states. Models show that DES and BPR represent an easily accessible and effective tool in the analysis of terminal processes in container terminals. Therefore, it can be efficiently used for monitoring the current situation, identification of weak spots in a particular system and for creating any necessary preconditions for improvement of business processes.

Abstract:
The article examines the essence, structure and formation of management of the reverse flows processes in supply chains; the main directions and content of return flows in logistic systems and supply chains are determined; the concept and content of reverse logistics and logistics of return flows are defined. The essence of the process of reverse flows management in accordance with the reference model of business processes in the SCOR supply chains is researched. The application of a logistic approach to management of reverse flows has determined a separate sphere of logistics – reverse logistics. Enterprises in the supply chain should offer consumers an effective return management service, which allows minimizing the potential deterioration of relations with consumers to manage the process of returning to the supplier in case of expired goods or excess inventories. To carry out this process, it is necessary to properly study communication channels and business processes in order to create an effective feedback system in after-sales service to minimize the cost of return. A significant number of enterprises consider reverse logistics processes a negative phenomenon and do not focus on managing them, although enterprises that implement an effective reverse logistics process can get a number of significant advantages. They include: reducing costs, increasing the speed of customer service, maintaining the customer loyalty. The developed model of business processes allows to structure the tasks of reverse flows management and get an effective tool for the implementation of the SCOR-model of supply chains management.

Abstract:
In order to identify the most problematic areas where delays, errors or ineffectiveness of transport and logistics activities occur and to develop measures to improve processes and improve their interaction, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of business processes. The efficiency of business processes of transport and logistics enterprises depends on a comprehensive approach, risk management and constant evaluation of results. Knowing the efficiency of business processes, you can better plan working hours, allocate resources and the budget; optimization measures will help reduce costs, increase productivity and improve the quality of transport and logistics services.Nowadays, many modern methods of evaluating the effectiveness of business processes at enterprises have been developed and used, which differ in approaches to the identification and classification of business processes as a basis for evaluation, a list of criteria, and an emphasis on various aspects and stages. The article proposes a methodical approach to the assessment of business processes at a transport and logistics enterprise, which is based on determining the sequence of business processes in order to satisfy the needs of consumers. Formation of a system of indicators characterizing the resources (input) of the business process and the process and its result (output) are also important, as well as establishing the importance and effectiveness of each business process. The main difference of the approach is the ability to assess both the internal structure of business processes (by analyzing the functioning of each of its elements) and the contribution to the company's final result. The directions of further scientific research are the development of a set of measures and a system for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the functioning of business processes of transport and logistics enterprises: establishing standards and procedures that will allow optimizing business processes and constantly improving them; the use of modern technologies and tools, such as process automation, logistics chain management systems, monitoring and control, which in general will allow the enterprise to achieve higher results, increase competitiveness and satisfy customer needs.

Abstract:
The aggravation of ecological problems at the global level, as well as the need to solve the economic and social problems of humanity, require the implementation of important economic transformation measures. The circular economy (or closed-loop economy) is a form of production organization related to extending the life cycle of products and minimizing harmful disposal and waste. It is also about sharing, renting, reusing, repairing, refurbishing and recycling existing materials and products as much as possible. As with any type of economic model, the functioning of the circular economy requires a corresponding logistics system. In this context, together with the acceptance of the concept of ecological efficiency and "green" economy in many countries, the new approach of "green logistics" has emerged in international practice. The purpose of this article is to generalize theoretical approaches and to substantiate the conceptual provisions of logistical support for the development of the circular economy in the conditions of global transformations. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study is the scientific work of scientists on the problems of green economy, circular economy, environmental management, waste management, logistics management. The research was conducted using general scientific methods: analysis and synthesis - to summarize the existing conceptual approaches and regulations, scientific developments on the development of the circular economy, greening of logistics systems, green logistics, clarification of terminology; classifications - to systematize theoretical approaches to the definition of "green logistics" proposed by various scientific schools; structural and logical generalization - to determine the key logistics approaches to the development of the circular economy and the principles of green logistics for the implementation of circular business models. Results. In order to present the specific aspects of circular economy logistics, the opinions of researchers from different countries were studied to outline a related synthetic vision. After conducting the study, the current characteristics of the circular economy were identified. Then the current international trends in logistics development were identified. An important trend is the development of "green" logistics. It has been found that many conceptual approaches to the definition of the terms "green" logistics and environmental logistics are generally accepted and have a broader meaning, without taking into account the specifics of the functioning of different areas of economic activity, including the transport sector and logistics activities. Scientific views on the interpretation of the nature and content of the concept of "green" logistics are generalized. It is proposed to consider the concept of "green" logistics as a tool of circular economy. It offers companies a number of advantages and is based on certain principles. As a synergy effect, the massive implementation of the circular economy and green logistics can significantly contribute to solving the socio-economic problems of humanity. Practical implications. The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that the conceptual provisions can be used in practice when developing an organizational and economic mechanism for implementing the concept of green logistics. This mechanism should include such blocks as: management of supplies and purchases of material resources; production of products; warehousing and inventories; logistics flows; risks of logistics activities; logistics service processes; waste recycling; innovation and change. The introduction of the proposed organizational and economic mechanism will reduce the cost of managing the movement of logistics flows and increase the level of environmental safety. This is one of the most important requirements for the implementation of the concept of corporate social responsibility of business in a circular economy. Value/originality. The authors' approach to formulating the category "green logistics" is theoretically substantiated.
