Abstract:
Tafsir merupakan produk teks dari sumber teks al-Qur’an. Kehadiran tafsir sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjelaskan petunjuk-petunjuk al-Qur’an. Lalu apakah setiap ulama tafsir menuliskan kaidah penafsiran sebelum menafsirkan al-Qur’an di kitab tafsirnya?

Abstract:

Abstract:
The perfection of every human being can be achieved if he is able to harmonize the properties of Jalal and Jamal in himself harmoniously, while the perfection of human beings is achieved if men and women can integrate themselves in a harmonious whole both in the narrow sense (marriage) and in the broad sense , namely the occurrence of harmonious relations between men and women in various aspects of life. The concept of masculine and feminine is not necessary and should not be opposed because both are equally important and equally noble. Thus the Sufis give an esoteric interpretation so that they must be fixated on their spiritual increase in God without having to look at His masculine and feminine sides of God, they concentrate on reaching His Jalal and Jamal God together. When they have reached a high spiritual level, they are truly sincere to God so that in all their actions and behavior there is not the slightest spark of worldly interest as is characteristic of humans in general. Functional relations as the basis of humanity "wa‘ ala ar-rijal ‘alaihinna darajah" is for men equals above women and when both are united it will become a real human, and the elaboration of both is the perfection of reaching perfection.

Abstract:
The murder of Jamal Khashoggi in the consulate of Saudi Arabia in Turkey is still controversial. The judgment relies on valid and reliable evidence. This study is vital due to investigating a murder case based on pragmatic meanings as language evidence broadcasted in media. This research employs Grice’s conversational implicature to investigate the murder of Jamal Khashoggi by analyzing the exposed recorded tapes of Jamal Khashoggi and the accused inside the consulate, the utterances of Khadija Changiz, the fiancée of Jamal Khashoggi, and Adel al Jubeir’s statements, the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia as a representative of the Saudi Arabian. The design of this research is a case study, and content analysis is used to analyze the data based on Mayring’s (2000) qualitative content analysis. Based on the findings of the study, the recorded tapes of Jamal Khashoggi and the accused are outlined as ambiguous language. Saudi Arabia denied the murder by saving face, misleading the hearer, and skipping the questions, but later on, affirmed the murder and promised to bring justice. Hence, the results of this study will affect the verdict on the judicial decree, and the accusations will be prosecuted, and justice will be served to Jamal Khashoggi.

It is with deep sadness that the International Institute of IslamicThought (IIIT) announces the passing of Dr. Jamal Barzinji, its presidentand founding member, on Saturday, September 26, 2015, aftera long-standing illness.“Among the believers are men [and women] who have been true to whatthey have vowed before God” (Qur’an, 33:23).Dr. Jamal was born on December 15, 1939, in Mosul, Iraq. Onthe night of his birth his father, Imam Muhammad al-Barzinji, madethe following entry in his diary: “It was a bitterly cold night, and ason was born to me. I have named him Jamal al-Din.” His father instilledin his young son a deep and abiding love for Allah and Islam,a profound appreciation for Arabic, and a heartfelt respect and devotionfor truth and values – and young Jamal carried these passionswith him throughout his life, translating the strength of his convictionsinto action until the very last day of his life.Despite his acute and protracted illness Dr. Barzinji continuedto display his usual unwavering commitment, as well as his strengthof will and dedication, in whatever project he was involved. Withstandingchronic pain he would come to the office; when unable todo so he would work from home. Abstract:
Les romans analyses sont : al-zayni barakat, al-zuwayl, waga i harat al-za farani, al-rifa i.
Gitani is an egyptian writer from the "sixties generation". In the introduction i describe the historical, sociological and political influences of this decade and the specificity of this writer in comparison to other writers of this generation. I lave only chosen to analyse the works of gitani where the novelistic aspect is evident. The novels analyzed are : al-zayni barakat, al-zuwayl, waga i harat al-za farani, al-rifa i. However he has a very critical view of the social historical situation in egypt gitani is not a "committed" writer in the traditional marxist meaning. He focuses his social and political critic through : intertextuality, irony, myth, fantastic, the epic vision. During the five chapters of the first part, i give a general definition of each of these processes, then i try to demonstrate how gitani exploits them in his written works. Thanks to these processes, gitani is an "aesthetic committed" writer. The second part gives a general view of the whole of gitani's works through thems and technique of writing. In the conclusion i evoke the difficulties of communication between gitani and his reader in some of his works

Paris 3, 1999. http://www.theses.fr/1999PA030027.

Abstract:
From image to imaginary, such is the directon of jamal al-gitani piece of analysis. It consist in looking at the content of imaginary througt the notions of time space and double. That is to say the hopes expressed but not formulated in the conscient speech. This analysis will enable us to explicit the imaginary ways incarnated in the concrete representatons. The study of images of space revealed to us that there was a dreamland dominated by the continuos enclosing of the contenants and their putting in miniature. This processus finally leads to turn space into an intimate place, which is the heavenly refuge. The amenagement of the refuge is doubled with an attempt to dominate time and erase it in eternity. In the study of the three main characters' biographies (hussein nasser and the narrator's father) we discovered the confrontation between the two cycles - the natural cycle and the heroic cycles. The end of this confrontation finally conveys the idea of the end of history, where the messianical eschatology of history and the transcendental messianical eschatology are one. The story of the double gives two parallel stories which confrontation revealed the hidden intentions behind the double - first the incest, then the sel regard and finally the assertion of the collective identity through the exploration of individual identity. The end of this analysis is given to the explicitation of the hidden processus to the developement of the symbolic repesentation - indeed the reintegration of the absolute space, the supreme refuge, the erasing time in eternity. Those processus end at the level of thougth from duality to monism

Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze Kitab al-Tajalliyât (The Book of Theophanies), a trilogy by the contemporary Egyptian author Jamal al-Ghitani. I will be situating my analyses within the context of contemporary Arab discourse about the relationship between al-turath (tradition) and al-mu'asara (modernity). ln his experimentation with narrative strategies, al-Ghitâni constructs his works in a relationship of "hypertextuality" to conventional forms of discourse that constitute part of the Islamic turâth. In Kitab al-Tajalliyat, he parodies the genre of sufi epistles, with specifie evocation of the discourse of Muhyi al-Din Ibn 'Arabi (1165-1240). [...]

Abstract:
Sayyid Jamal ad-Din al-Afghani was a prominent pan-Islamist of the nineteenth century. His appeal of Muslim unity as a common front against the West and call for a regeneration of Islamic societies opened up the way for a new type of politics in Muslim lands and constituted a model for the Islamist discourse. This study examines his stay in Istanbul as a guest of the Ottoman Sultan, Abdulhamid II, between 1892-1897. The rule of Abdulhamid involved policies centered around the Caliphate. His enthronement coincided with the dramatic changes of the period 1876-1882. Under the external and domestic circumstances of the era Abdulhamid developed his own Islamism with pan-Islamic overtones. His ideology was primarily intended to ensure the integrity of the Empire. Its external aspect involved pan-Islamic appeals to Muslims outside the Empire as an intended weapon against Western powers. In this study, the stay of Afghani in Istanbul is analyzed with respect to the background of Hamidian (pan-)Islamism and Afghani

Prostate Cancer: Evidence Update for Clinicians. Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), September 2017. http://dx.doi.org/10.25302/eu2.2017.9.

Abstract:
Given the evidence of high 5- and 10-year survivorship rates for localized prostate cancer, the effect of treatment on symptom-related quality of life is an important consideration for men choosing among available treatment options. Two PCORI-funded studies published in the March 21, 2017 issue of JAMA compare the impact of current treatments on symptom-related quality of life for men with localized prostate cancer. Quality of life scores refer to symptoms, how much men were bothered by symptoms, or a combination of the two. The studies looked at observed outcomes from a combined total of 3,600 men for periods of two and three years following treatment. This evidence offers information that can help patients make treatment decisions.

Evidence Update for Clinicians: Narrow- versus Broad-Spectrum Antibiotics for Common Infections in Children. Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), October 2018. http://dx.doi.org/10.25302/eu5.2018.10.

Abstract:
Comparing Narrow- vs. Broad-Spectrum Antibiotics for Common Infections in Children. The choice of antibiotic to treat acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infections in children can affect both symptom resolution and the risk of side effects such as diarrhea and vomiting. The findings of a PCORI-funded study published in JAMA can help clinicians treating children for acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs)—including acute otitis media, Group A streptococcal pharyngitis, and acute sinusitis—make decisions with parents about the medicine that is best for the child. The study, led by Jeffrey Gerber, a pediatrician and researcher at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, included 30,086 children ages 6 months to 12 years taking narrow- and broad-spectrum antibiotics to treat ARTIs.
