Thesis introductory part deals with the issue of author's fairy tale in general, the other parts focus exactly on Werich's fairy tales. The thesis works with the three fairy tales chosen from the Werich's book Fimfárum and analyses them in comparison with the original counterparts who inspired writer's authorship. The sources of the theories underlying Czech Cubist architecture before World War I have been only sketchily studied to date. To analyze these theories and identify their sources, I focus on the work of architect and theorist Pavel Janak (1882-1956), an early proponent of Cubist architecture in Bohemia.
