Abstract:
Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) has a big resistance to the communication between JavaScript at client side and the service module. AJAX service component is difficult to be integrated with current MVC framework non-invasively. Data exchange system based on structural XML occupies many system resources and transmission bandwidth, so its structure can’t be matched effectively between client and server system. Aiming at these problems, a serialization or deserialization model called EZAjax based on JSON data exchange which can be seamlessly integrated with current mainstream MVC frameworks and can be interfaced by AJAX remote method is designed. With the Inverse of Control (Ioc) container, the JavaScript dynamic stub generation and the JSON serializing model of service module are proposed to implement transparent remote call between JavaScript and the service module inside the container. Application instance of EZAjax is given.

Real-time Seat Allocation System is a web application that assists employees and employers in handling modern-day seating issues at work. Currently, seats are assigned to employees manually, which is a time-consuming process. This might cause issues if seats were not assigned or if none were available for some employees. Furthermore, during pandemics, social distance rules must be followed, making it difficult to manage the workforce. The proportion of individuals allowed in the workplace must adhere properly. As the firm grows, so does the number of employees, which necessitates the expansion of infrastructure, which costs money and time. These issues can be addressed to some extent by a shared office concept, in which employees have access to a desk and can work as needed. This article presents a responsive web application through which company employees can registerusingtheircompanyIDandreserveaseatifoneisavailableonaspecified day and time. Admins can add or remove offices, floors, and seats with certain permissions. To implement the business logic, the application uses Java, Spring MVC web framework with Tomcat server, renders the views using Java Server Pages, and uses front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front-end design of the User Interface. The web application built promotes the concept of using a shared workspace to maximize resource use. It also aids in increasing employee productivity by providing them with workplace seating and schedule flexibility.

Proses perancangan web administrator dan Aplikasi menggunakan Mekanisme MVC yang merupakan system pengembangan aplikasi yang terpisah, Komponen utama berbasis itu yang membangun aplikasi seperti manipulasi data (Model), user interface (View), dan bagian kontrol (Controller) dalam aplikasi web. Implementasi MVC (Model View Controller) dengan CodeIgniter Framework, membuat system pada aplikasi menjadi lebih mudah untuk dikembangkan oleh pengembang berikutnya. Pembuatan Aplikasi pada smartphone dibuat dengan menggunakan Ionic Framework dengan dasar PHP, JavaScript Framework AngularJS, dan Node.js. Setelah melalui proses pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi yang dibuat menampilkan informasi berupa jadwal poliklinik serta nama dokter, melakukan pemesanan pada poliklinik yang disediakan pihak rumah sakit, pemesanan kamar untuk rawat inap, serta mengetahui jumlah tagihan yang harus dibayarkan, hingga fitur komunikasi dengan pihak rumah sakit untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada pengguna aplikasi menunjukkan kepuasan sebesar 80,13 %.

Website dinamis bertujuan untuk mengelola konten serta mempublikasikan promosi-promosi perusahaan sehingga mempermudah pengunjung dalam memahami dan berinteraksi aktif dengan perusahaan. Framework ASP.NET MVC merupakan salah satu metode yang dikembangkan oleh Microsoft yang digunakan untuk pembangunan website dinamis. Pada studi kasus ini bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah C# dan menggunakan database SQL Server 2016. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan MVC Pattern, bundling and minification, cookie, AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML), dan Action Filter pada ASP.NET. Purpose – Many libraries have a need to develop their own data-driven web applications, but their technical staff often lacks the required specialized training – which includes knowledge of SQL, a web application language like PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery. The web2py framework greatly reduces the learning curve for creating data-driven websites by focussing on three main goals: ease of use; rapid development; and security. web2py follows a strict MVC framework where the controls and web templates are all written in pure Python. No additional templating language is required. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – There are many frameworks available for creating database-driven web applications. The author had used ColdFusion for many years but wanted to move to a more complete web framework which was also open source. Findings – After evaluating a number of Python frameworks, web2py was found to provide the best combination of functionality and ease of use. This paper focusses on the strengths of web2py and not the specifics of evaluating the different frameworks. Practical implications – Librarians who feel that they do not have the skills to create data-driven websites in other frameworks might find that they can develop them in web2py. It is a good web application framework to start with, which might also provide a gateway to other frameworks. Originality/value – web2py is an open source framework that could have great benefit for those who may have struggled to create database-driven websites in other frameworks or languages.

Application Scholarship Information Systems, University of Diponegoro is one way to overcome the distribution of scholarships at the University of Diponegoro. This application helps in increasing the speed of Diponegoro University and management in the distribution of scholarships to students.The stage in this application uses several stages of literature and guidance, data collection and analysis (interviews, observations and information files), design, manufacture of system / application and final implementation commonly referred to as the waterfall method. This method is very appropriate in this study because it has applications like workflow that allows designers to evaluate the application without having to change from the bottom. While the design of the application using UML modeling.This application is based on the Code Igniter framework which uses MVC method (Model, View, Controller) with every event organized by function application specified in the controller. In the testing phase, the application was tested in the scope of its functions. As a result, every function can be run smoothly and Information Systems Scholarship applications can be implemented. Information Systems Scholarship applications can run smoothly in the Code Igniter framework along with its functions. However, these applications are not fully using the PHP programming language in its function, there are languages that work client side Javascript that helps in performing certain functions. It is recommended not to disable javascript in a user's browser or will affect the application does not work properly.

Bahasa pemrograman utama yang digunakan PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), serta CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) dan Javascript sebagai bahasa tambahan dengan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan arsitektur MVC (Model View Controller). Abstract:
Model Driven Architecture (MDA) is a new software development framework. This paper presents a model-driven approach to the development of Web applications by combining Conallen's web applications design concept and Kleppe's MDA process. We use the UML extension mechanism, i.e. stereotypes, to define the various web elements, and use the Robustness diagram to represent MVC 2 structure for Web application. After required analysis, we start by using a use case diagram as CIM, and then transform CIM to PIM, and PIM to PSM. We propose mapping rules for model-to-model transformation. Finally, we develop a tool named WebPSM2Code, which can automatically transform PSM diagram to Web application code, such as Java, JSP, HTML, Servlet, Javascript, as well as deployment descriptor file. All the files can automatically address to the correct directory structure for JSP Web application, and the transformation rate is about 39% of the whole system. Using this methodology, systems can be analyzed, designed, and generated more easily and systematically. Thereby, the time that Web programmers spend on coding can be reduced.

Para atender las demandas de una sociedad cada vez más joven y digitalizada, más exigente y con mayores expectativas respecto a la calidad de los servicios públicos que debe proveerle el Estado, realizamos una revisión documental en buscadores y repositorios científicos y técnicos, concluyendo que el empleo de Sistemas de Tecnologías de la Información es una estrategia efectiva para identificar áreas de oportunidad para mejorar la gestión del gobierno local. En este contexto, y a partir del estado de la técnica, se identificó la necesidad de información que promueva la gestión pública local «basadas en evidencias», por lo que se presenta como propuesta de modernización y mejora de la gestión pública municipal, un prototipo de sistema de información en línea para evaluar el desempeño de 3 servicios públicos municipales (seguridad pública, alumbrado público, y, calles, parques y jardines) en tiempo real. El prototipo se define como un software de categoría aplicación, desarrollado en plataforma web empleando tecnologías: patrón MVC, lenguajes PHP y JavaScript, framework de hojas de estilo Bootstrap, y estándar para intercambio de datos JSon y HTML5. Su base de conocimiento combina una encuesta para la evaluación de la calidad y un algoritmo para la evaluación de las respuestas y su procesamiento para calcular el promedio por ítem y por servicio público. El enfoque metodológico empleado es el análisis de la calidad esperada y percibida, desde la visión subjetiva del cliente externo, mediante encuestas de satisfacción aplicadas a servicios públicos de tipo asistencial y trámites.

Background.The gram-negativeNeisseriais associated with two of the most potent human epidemic diseases: meningococcal meningitis and gonorrhoea. In both cases, disease is caused by bacteria colonizing human mucosal membrane surfaces. Overall, the genus shows great diversity and genetic variation mainly due to its ability to acquire and incorporate genetic material from a diverse range of sources through horizontal gene transfer. Although a number of databases exist for theNeisseriagenomes, they are mostly focused on the pathogenic species. In this present study we present the freely available NeisseriaBase, a database dedicated to the genusNeisseriaencompassing the complete and draft genomes of 15 pathogenic and commensalNeisseriaspecies.Methods.The genomic data were retrieved from National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) and annotated using the RAST server which were then stored into the MySQL database. The protein-coding genes were further analyzed to obtain information such as calculation of GC content (%), predicted hydrophobicity and molecular weight (Da) using in-house Perl scripts. The web application was developed following the secure four-tier web application architecture: (1) client workstation, (2) web server, (3) application server, and (4) database server. The web interface was constructed using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and CSS, utilizing the model-view-controller (MVC) framework. The in-house developed bioinformatics tools implemented in NeisseraBase were developed using Python, Perl, BioPerl and R languages.Results.Currently, NeisseriaBase houses 603,500 Coding Sequences (CDSs), 16,071 RNAs and 13,119 tRNA genes from 227Neisseriagenomes. The database is equipped with interactive web interfaces. Incorporation of the JBrowse genome browser in the database enables fast and smooth browsing ofNeisseriagenomes. NeisseriaBase includes the standard BLAST program to facilitate homology searching, and for Virulence Factor Database (VFDB) specific homology searches, the VFDB BLAST is also incorporated into the database. In addition, NeisseriaBase is equipped with in-house designed tools such as the Pairwise Genome Comparison tool (PGC) for comparative genomic analysis and the Pathogenomics Profiling Tool (PathoProT) for the comparative pathogenomics analysis ofNeisseriastrains.Discussion.This user-friendly database not only provides access to a host of genomic resources onNeisseriabut also enables high-quality comparative genome analysis, which is crucial for the expanding scientific community interested inNeisseriaresearch. The new mobile and web-based application frameworks has been released and it is used by the both the software development industry and research While some of these new frameworks are more popular than others, some are specialised in certain types of applications, and others have specific advanced features or outstanding capabilities that set them above others.The increase in the usage of mobile application has increased the demand of mobile application and has also increase the need for cross-platfrom framework. In this paper, we discuss the different criteria which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of using Angular frame work in developing mobile and web-applications. Finally, we focus more deeply on the version of the Angular framework showing the eminent capabilities and over its own earlier versions. Overall, our comparative analysis results in a few interesting findings regarding different version of Angular framework, leaving us to believe that a new generation might soon emerge from the exponential path of MVC, MV*/MVW and MVVM.

Abstract:
At present, it has become a hot research field to improve production efficiency and improve life experience through big data analysis. In the process of big data analysis, how to vividly display the results of the analysis is crucial. So, this paper introduces a set of big data visualization analysis platform based on financial field. The platform adopts the MVC system architecture, which is mainly composed of two parts: the background and the front end. The background part is built on the Django framework, and the front end is built with html5, css3, and JavaScript. The chart is rendered by Echarts. The platform can realize the classification of customers' savings potential through bank data, and make portraits of customers with different savings levels. Abstract:
Few epidemiological studies have discussed the gender-specific prevalence of ischemic heart disease (IHD). We aimed to investigate the gender-specific prevalence of IHD among Saudi patients visiting the emergency department and if it is affected by diabetes mellitus and/or hypertension. Three hundred patients were recruited from Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al Ahsa, KSA. Hypertension was identified as systolic pressure equal to or more than 140 mmHg and/or diastolic pressure equal to or more than 90 mmHg or by the patient currently being on antihypertensive medication, and coronary artery disease (CAD) was diagnosed by electrocardiogram, cardiac markers, cardiac exercise testing or coronary angiography. Hypertension was found in 80% of males and 72% of females. A significantly higher rate of diabetes was noted in females (62%) compared to males (48%) (p<0.012). Co-existing diabetes and hypertension was found in 70% of females as compared to 38% of males. The occurrence of IHD in males was significantly higher than that in females (p<0.001). However, the incidence of myocardial infarction was greater in females (52%) compared to males (38%) (p<0.035). Co-existing hypertension and diabetes may affect the gender prevalence of myocardial infarction among emergency department patients, with more infarctions being noted among females. This finding helps to guide the treatment strategy for both genders.
