Muh Idris no. 19, masyarakat dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perwakilan yang bekerja di Unit Jennae Bank Rakyat Indonesia, yaitu 15 orang, sedangkan strategi pengujian yang digunakan adalah teknik prosedur pemeriksaan yang direndam dimana seluruh individu dari penduduk pekerja di Unit Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jennae yang jumlahnya mencapai 15 perwakilan diuji. Abstract:
Abstract Background This study reports immunogenicity, safety, and interchangeability of a single-dose, inactivated, Vero-cell derived, JENVAC to the live-attenuated SA 14-14-2 vaccine in healthy children. Methods This phase 4, multicenter, open-label, randomized, control trial enrolled 360 children who were equally randomized to receive a single dose of either JENVAC or SA 14-14-2. Children were followed at various time points, until 2 years (day 720) postvaccination, upon which a subset from each group was divided and allocated to a receive a booster dose or the other vaccine. Results At all time points, immunological measures were statistically higher in the JENVAC group. In the interchangeability study, children receiving 2 doses of JENVAC reported significantly higher response compared with 2 doses of SA 14-14-2. No difference in adverse events was observed. These corroborate with excellent seroprotection after the first dose of an earlier JENVAC study. Conclusions A single-dose vaccination with JENVAC induces protective titers that persist up to 1 year. We report appreciable interchangeability between both vaccines, with JENVAC/JENVAC combination exhibiting the highest immune response. JENVAC is now licensed as a single-dose Japanese encephalitis vaccine.

Abstract:
The surface samples from Disang (Eocene), Laisong (Lower Oligocene), Jenam (Middle Oligocene), Renji (Upper Oligocene) and Bhuban (Lower Miocene) formations exposed along Silchar-Halflong road in the type area in Assam were palynologically investigated. Six samples studied from Disang are placed into Striatriletes microverrucosus Cenozone. Laisong palynological assemblage comprises 30 genera and 28 identifiable species and the entire assemblage is placed into Osmundacidites wellmanii Cenozone. The Jenam assemblage has 49 genera and 42 identifiable species and the assemblage is divisible into: (i) Malayaeaspora costata Cenozoe and (ii) Striatriletes susannae Cenozone. The Renji assemblage constitutes Cyathidites minor Cenozone. The Bhuban assemblage is placed into Pinuispollenites crestus Cenozone. The Disang palynological assemblage is distinguished from Laisong by the high representation of Phragmothyrites eocaenicus and Striatriletes susannae. Laisong is differentiated from Jenam by the dominance of Cyathidites minor, Lygodiumsporites lakiensis, Striatriletes susannae and Striatriletes multicostatus. In Renji Formation, Cyathidites minor reappears in a good percentage but frequency of Polypodiaceaesporites tertiartis, Striatriletes susannae, Striatriletes multicostatus and Osmundacidites wellmanii is considerably reduced. The Bhuban assemblage is distinguished from Renji by the abundance of Pinuspollenites crestus and Podocarpidites kbasiensis.

Artikel ini membahas siniar (podcast) tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media penyampaian konten audio, tetapi juga sebagai identitas jenama yang kuat. Desain tata ruang siniar memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan atmosfer yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan karakteristik jenama, serta mendukung pengalaman audiens secara keseluruhan. Elemen-elemen desain seperti penataan furnitur, pencahayaan, pemilihan warna, dan elemen visual lainnya dapat digunakan untuk memperkuat citra jenama dan menciptakan konsistensi visual. Hasil perancangan desain ini menunjukkan bahwa desain tata ruang siniar yang dirancang dengan baik tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas produksi, tetapi juga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap identitas jenama yang lebih kuat dan berkesan.

Dalam era digital, media sosial seperti TikTok berperanan penting dalam membina personaliti politik. Populariti yang diraih oleh Menteri Besar Kedah, Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor melalui TikTok semasa Pilihan Raya Negeri (PRN) Kedah 2023 membuktikan kekuatan platform ini dalam membina jenama politik. Kajian ini menggunakan kerangka Teori Personaliti Jenama Aaker untuk meneliti bagaimana kandungan TikTok Sanusi membentuk personaliti jenama politiknya dalam kalangan netizen. Analisis kandungan terhadap komen video-video TikTok Sanusi mendapati dimensi keikhlasan paling dominan, diikuti oleh keterujaan, kecekapan, kecanggihan, dan kelasakan. Kajian ini menegaskan bahawa pengurusan TikTok secara strategik dapat membentuk personaliti jenama politik yang berkesan. Penyelidikan ini dihadkan kepada tempoh PRN Kedah 2023 dan mencadangkan kajian lanjutan untuk menyelidik kesan jangka panjang penggunaan TikTok dalam politik.

Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh dari kesadaran jenama, asosiasi jenama, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas jenama terhadap intensi pembelian produk perawatan kulit lokal di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling dimana pengambilan sampel berdasarkan ketersediaan elemen dan kemudahan untuk mendapatkannya, selain itu hanya beberapa populasi yang dapat menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini karena terdapat kriteria untuk responden. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk Google form yang disebarkan kepada konsumen pengguna jenama produk perawatan kulit lokal pada generasi Z di Jakarta. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Smart-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran jenama, asosiasi jenama, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas jenama terbukti berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian produk perawatan kulit lokal di Jakarta. Kesadaran jenama merupakan kemampuan konsumen untuk mengingat merek, asosiasi jenama merupakan persepsi positif/negatif ketika mengingat merek, persepsi kualitas merupakan evaluasi pelanggan pada keunggulan merek, loyalitas jenama merupakan komitmen pelanggan pada merek, dan intensi pembelian merupakan evaluasi konsumen untuk memutuskan beli produk.
 
 The purpose of this study was to examine whether there was an effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Brand Loyalty on Purchase Intentions for Local Skin Care Products in Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique where sampling is based on the availability of elements and the ease of obtaining them, besides that only a few populations can be sampled in this study because there are criteria for respondents. The data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms which were distributed to consumers who use local skin care product brands in Generation Z in Jakarta. The data analysis tool used is Smart-PLS. The results of this study can be concluded that brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality, and brand loyalty have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intentions for local skin care products in Jakarta. Brand awareness is a consumer's ability to remember a brand, brand association is a positive/negative perception when remembering a brand, perceived quality is a customer's evaluation of the superiority of a brand, brand loyalty is a customer's commitment to the brand, and purchase intention is a consumer evaluation to decide to buy a product.

Keberlanjutan perkotaan umumnya diartikan sebagai upaya menyeimbangkan berbagai aspek seperti meningkatnya kepadatan pemukiman, semakin intensnya percampuran kelompok sosial dan aktivitas fungsional, serta berkurangnya mobilitas spasial. Oleh karena itu pengembangan kawasan menjadi sangat perlu dilakukan. Sebuah strategi yang menggabungkan nilai keberlanjutan dan eksplorasi identitas tempat merupakan salah satu cara untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut. Jenama kota/kawasan tematik dapat menjadi dasar untuk menemukan ide pokok sebelum diturunkan menjadi berbagai wujud pengembangan kawasan agar citra kawasan yang khas dapat terbentuk. Analisis kondisi dan potensi akan menjadi langkah awal sebelum melakukan analisis pemilihan jenama tematik dan analisis wujud keberlanjutan. Dengan studi kasus Kampung Celaket di Malang sebagai Kampung Kuno, penelitian ini akan mencoba mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah dan menyusun strategi agar jenama tematik kawasan kampung kuno dapat tercapai. Simpulan langkah-langkah dari penelitian ini dapat digeneralisir menjadi strategi pengembangan kawasan dengan konsep jenama tematik berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT
 This study aims to describe the form, function, and meaning of affix attached to the basic form of Benuaq language in Kampung Jengan Danum, Damai District, West Kutai Regency. This research is qualitative research with the technique of data analysis is BUL (Bagi Unsur Langsung) technique. This study was conducted in Kampung Jengan Danum, Damai District, West Kutai Regency. The research data is the entire word affixed spoken of native speakers Benuaq Kampung Jengan Danum. Data collection techniques used are recording techniques, cakap libat semuka technique, and simak cakap technique. The results showed that the Dayak Benuaq language in Kampung Jengan Danum has three forms affix, that is prefixes, suffixes, and combination of affixes. The prefixes are: {be-}, {pe-}, {peN-}, {te-}, and {N-}. The suffixes are: {tn}. The combination of affixes are: {ke- + N-} and {sek + N-}. The affix converts the categories of adjectives into verbs, verbs into adjectives, nouns into verbs, and nouns into adjectives. The meaning of the affixation of the Benuaq Dayak’s basic word is to declare an action, result of, a job, and to say to do work.

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, fungsi, dan makna afiks yang melekat pada bentuk dasar bahasa Dayak Benuaq di Kampung Jengan Danum, Kecamatan Damai, Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik BUL (Bagi Unsur Langsung). Peneitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Jengan Danum, Kecamatan Damai, Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Data penelitian ini adalah seluruh kata berafiks yang dituturkan dari penutur asli Dayak Benuaq di Kampung Jengan Danum. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik rekam, teknik cakap libat semuka, dan teknik simak cakap. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Bahasa Dayak Benuaq Kampung Jengan Danum diketui memiliki tiga bentuk afiks, yaitu prefiks, sufiks, dan kombinasi afiks. Bentuk prefiks, yaitu: {be-}, {pe-}, {peN-}, dan {te-}. Bentuk sufiks, yaitu: {-tn}. Sedangkan kombinasi afiks, yaitu: {ke- + N-}dan {se- + N-}. Afiks tersebut berfungsi mengubah kategori kata adjektiva menjadi verba, verba menjadi adjetiva, nomina menjadi verba, dan nomina menjadi adjektiva. Makna yang muncul akibat pembubuhan afiks dengan kata dasar ialah menyatakan tindakan, menyatakan akibat, menyatakan pekerjaan, menyatakan sedang melakukan suatu pekerjaan.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan lomba dengan citra jenama “Bogor Sport and Tourism” Kabupaten Bogor sebagai destinasi tempat wisata. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan kausal dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta yang mengikuti event lomba yang telah melalui tahap seleksi untuk dilombakan sebanyak 41 peserta dengan teknik kuota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut kegiatan (event) memiliki pengaruh terhadap jenama kota (brand image). Jika kegiatan ditiadakan, maka jenama sebuah kota akan berkurang di benak khalayak. Selain kegiatan lomba, terdapat faktor komunikasi pemasaran lainnya yang memengaruhi jenama kota. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah lomba video kreatif dan menyanyi dari pemerintah Kota Bogor berkontribusi dalam membentuk citra Kabupaten Bogor sebagai destinasi wisata yang perlu dipertahankan untuk melekat di pikiran masyarakat.

Abstract:
Graduation thesis "Jena philharmonic orchestra" deals with the specific sector of German music market - symphonic orchestra. The first part of the thesis introduces the general situation in German orchestras. Stated facts in the paper are natural consequences of the year 1989 when the western Federal Republic of Germany and the eastern German Democratic Republic united to form one state. Special attention is given to the subsequent structural changes of music organisations (including orchestras) and the way of their financing according to the tariff classes that they belong to. The second part of the paper describes organisation and structure of Jena philharmonic Orchestra and particularly the way of public funding of this regional orchestra. The focus is laid on the specific legal form of the orchestra and the existence of the individual contract between the founder and the orchestra. Business and operation of the whole orchestra are described with the help of marketing mix and the statistical facts from the metioned time period and the last few years. The diploma paper is accompanied by graphic diagrams, tables, pictures and copies of the ntern unpublished documents that the Jena philharmonic Orchestra kindly lent for this thesis. The graduation thesis Jena Orchestra has the ambition of being one of the first published documents enabling Czech readers to get some general ideas about this part of German music scene which has not been covered yet very much besides the situation in Berlin and leipzig.

Abstract:
This research provides valuable insight into exercise barriers and prescription for individuals with cancer-related lymphoedema, particularly following breast cancer. Findings from this work demonstrate that by identifying and addressing exercise barriers, exercise confidence improves and, as such, enables longer-term exercise participation. Further, the findings demonstrating similar lymphoedema-related and physical and psychosocial benefits are achieved through participation in either resistance- or aerobic-based exercise highlights that exercise programs can be individualised, taking into consideration participants' interests, without jeopardising a woman's recovery and longer-term function, health, quality of life and survival.

Abstract The basic concepts about the growth of protective films on the surface of copper alloys in sea water and the mathematical theory of linear approximation, based on the definition of the polarization resistance by Bonhoeffer and Jena, are briefly illustrated. The influence of the ohmic drop on the evaluation of the corrosion current density is also discussed and some general remarks about the physical meaning and reliability of corrosion rate monitoring are critically presented. The test, which lasted about 4 months, was carried out under dynamic conditions using a laboratory loop. Solution velocities were 1.0 ms−1, 1.5 ms−1 and 2.0 ms−1. Experimental results, concerning the electrochemical behaviour of aluminium brass, 90:10 Cu:Ni and 70:30 Cu:Ni alloys in artificial sea water at pH 8.2 and 40 °C, have shown that the polarization resistance scheme and some parameters, obtained using the impedance technique, provide a valid tool for their characterization and ranking. It was also found that the solution resistance had no effect on the calculation of Rp. Because of the very small mean corrosion rates of these alloys, Rp, which usually took values greater than 104 Ωcm2, was determined by performing measurements under current control and examining the ΔE interval [−30, 0] mV. This choice was necessary because it had been observed that only the I mode provided correct and reproducible information under all the experimental conditions. It was also demonstrated that the polarization resistance depended on the current sweep rate. The impedance technique was applied using the E mode and a voltage of 5 mV RMS between the working and reference electrodes. The measurements were performed over the frequency interval [0.08, 2×104] Hz. Experimental results confirmed that the three copper alloys are highly resistant to corrosion by sea water.

Österreich hat die monetären Ressourcen für die Wissensproduktion und -verwertung in den letzten Jahrzehnten auf ein Niveau über jenem der führenden Innovationsländer der EU gesteigert. Eine Ausnahme bilden die Ausgaben für Universitäten. Leistungsindikatoren, etwa für Publikationen, Patente und innovationsintensive Start-ups, zeigen dagegen deutliche Aufholpotenziale, insbesondere im Vergleich mit weltweit führenden Ländern. Die anhaltenden Leistungsprobleme sowie neue Herausforderungen für die FTI-Politik, wie Klimawandel und technologische Souveränität, rufen nach einer mikrodatengestützten Evaluierung des FTI-Systems.

Der Bericht nimmt eine möglichst umfassende und systematische Bewertung der Leistungsfähigkeit des österreichischen Innovationssystems im internationalen Vergleich vor. Von 14 groben Bereichen des Innovationssystems zeigen sich gegenüber den führenden Ländern der EU die Bereiche Finanzierung von Forschung und Entwicklung, internationale Verflechtung, Standortattraktivität und Unternehmens-FTI überdurchschnittlich; die Bereiche Forschung, Technologie und Innovation (FTI) in Klima und Umwelt, Digitalisierung sowie innovationsintensive Gründungen sind stark unterdurchschnittlich. Etwas unterdurchschnittlich sind die Bereiche Effizienz, tertiäre Bildung, sekundäres Bildungssystem, Geschlechtergleichstellung, Regulierung und Steuern sowie Forschung an Hochschulen und außeruniversitären Einrichtungen. Als generelles Muster zeigt sich, dass sich Österreich in der Regel (mit Ausnahmen) über dem EU-Durchschnitt, in vielen Fällen unter jenem der Innovation Leader, und fast immer unter dem Niveau der globalen Top-3-Länder befindet. Ein Benchmarking-Fokus auf die EU und die führenden Innovationsländer der EU greift zu kurz – Innovationsleistung sollte zunehmend im globalen Kontext verglichen werden, um Innovationsleistung sowie Wettbewerbsfähigkeit umfassend abzubilden.

Abstract:
Im Rahmen des BMBF-finanzierten Projekts „NaMoLi 2“ fand 2023 die dritte Befragungswelle der Bewohnenden der Lincoln-Siedlung in Darmstadt statt. Sie zeichnet sich durch die zusätzlich durchgeführte Befragung einer Vergleichsgruppe aus. Diese besteht aus Personen, die innerhalb der letzten sechs Jahre in einen anderen innenstadtnahen Darmstädter Stadtteil gezogen sind. Folglich erlaubt das Design die längsschnittartige Analyse von Veränderungen im Mobilitätsverhalten von Bewohnenden der Lincoln-Siedlung, als auch den Vergleich mit der Mobilität von Bewohnenden konventioneller Stadtviertel. Im Rahmen der Befragung in Lincoln wurden 2.114 Fragebögen verteilt und im Rahmen der Vergleichsgruppe 2.649 postalisch versendet. Aus der Lincoln-Siedlung wurden n = 293 gültige Rücksendungen erhalten, was einer Rücklaufquote von 13,9 % entspricht. Der Rücklauf der Vergleichsbefragung belief sich auf n = 659 gültige Fragebögen mit einer Rücklaufquote von 24,9 %. Dieser Bericht stellt die Methodik der dritten Befragungswelle dar. Dazu wird zunächst das Panel-Design der Erhebung in Lincoln dargestellt, mit dem die Befragung an bisher in der Siedlung durchgeführte Erhebungen anschließt. Anschließend werden die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zwischen dem in Lincoln verwendeten Fragebogen und jenem zur Erhebung in der Vergleichsgruppe erläutert. Es folgen die Darstellung des Vorgehens bei der Verteilung bzw. Versendung der Fragebögen in beiden Befragungsgruppen. Anschließend wird der Umgang mit dem Rücklauf dargestellt, bevor soziodemographische Parameter beider Stichproben auf Repräsentativität geprüft werden.

Abstract:
The production of semantic annotations has gained renewed attention due to the development of anatomical ontologies and the documentation of morphological data. Two methods are proposed in this production, differing in their methodological and philosophical approaches: class-based method and instance-based method. The first, the semantic annotations are established as class expressions, while in the second, the annotations incorporate individuals. An empirical evaluation of the above methods was applied in the morphological description of Neotropical species of the genus Lepidocyrtus (Collembola: Entomobryidae: Lepidocyrtinae). The semantic annotations are expressed as RDF triple, which is a language most flexible than the Entity-Quality syntax used commonly in the description of phenotypes. The morphological descriptions were built in Protégé 5.4.0 and stored in an RDF store created with Fuseki Jena. The semantic annotations based on RDF triple increase the interoperability and integration of data from diverse sources, e.g., museum data. However, computational challenges are present, which are related with the development of semi-automatic methods for the generation of RDF triple, interchanging between texts and RDF triple, and the access by non-expert users.

Dieser Artikel geht im zweiten Kapitel zunächst auf Schumpeters Entwicklungstheorie mit ihrer Hervorhebung von Innovationen als der entscheidenden Triebfeder ökonomischen Wandels ein. Dabei werden sowohl deren Ursachen in Form eines dynamischen Unternehmertums und unterschiedliche Ausprägungen in Gestalt verschiedener Typen von Innovationen (Kapitel 2.1) als auch die mit innovatorischen Neuerungen verbundenen Folgewirkungen, wie sie sich in jenem bereits erwähnten „Prozess der schöpferischen Zerstörung“ sowie dem durch Innovationen hervorgerufenen Konjunkturschwankungen ausdrücken (Kapitel 2.2), näher beleuchtet. Daran anknüpfend erfolgt in einem dritten Kapitel eine eingehende Betrachtung der an die entwicklungstheoretischen Überlegungen Schumpeters anknüpfenden Ansätze und Konzepte, um diese auf ihre methodologische wie inhaltliche Kompatibilität in Bezug auf Schumpeters Analyse hin kritisch zu überprüfen. Den Ausgangspunkt bildet dabei zunächst die für den Ansatz Schumpeters charakteristische Gegenüberstellung von Allokations- und Entwicklungslogik, die auch seinem Verständnis von Gleichgewichts- und Ungleichgewichtsanalyse zugrunde liegt (Kapitel 3.1). Darauf aufbauend wird gezeigt, dass weder der im Rahmen der Neuen Wachstumstheorie unternommene Versuch einer Integration Schumpeters (Kapitel 3.2) noch die im Kontext der Industrieökonomik formulierte Schumpeter-Hypothese (Kapitel 3.3) eine angemessene bzw. zutreffende Reflexion seiner Überlegungen darstellen. Dies kann in ähnlicher Weise auch für den Rekurs evolutionsökonomischer Ansätze auf Schumpeters Entwicklungstheorie gezeigt werden (Kapitel 3.4). Im Unterschied zu den beiden zuvor genannten Forschungsfeldern fällt die Schnittmenge zur evolutorischen Ökonomik zwar deutlich größer aus, von einer weitgehenden inhaltlichen wie methodologischen Übereinstimmung kann aber dennoch keine Rede sein. Die Ausführungen im abschließenden vierten Kapitel zielen darauf ab, Bausteine für eine konstruktive Weiterentwicklung von Schumpeters Theorie der unternehmerischen Innovation zu benennen. Unter Einbezug von Erkenntnissen der ökonomischen Innovations- und Unternehmensforschung, der dynamischen Markt- und Wettbewerbstheorie sowie der psychologischen Motivationsforschung wird ein Erklärungsansatz vorgestellt, der unternehmerisches Neuerungsverhalten als Grundlage wirtschaftlicher Entwicklungsprozesse in Abhängigkeit von äußeren Handlungsbedingungen (formelle und informelle Institutionen) und inneren Handlungsbeschränkungen (Motivation, Fähigkeiten, Lernprozesse) der innovierenden Akteure betrachtet. Damit – so zumindest der Anspruch – können, systematischer als dies bei Schumpeter der Fall ist, die nach aktuellem Stand der Forschung als relevant anzusehenden Bestimmungsfaktoren des unternehmerischen Innovationsverhaltens im Hinblick auf wirtschaftliche Entwicklungsprozesse in den Blick genommen werden.
