Celem opracowania jest ukazanie strategii tłumaczeniowych zastosowanych wobec stylistycznie nacechowanych wyrażeń wyekscerpowanych ze słoweńskiego przekładu powieści Potop Henryka Sienkiewicza dokonanego przez Rudolfa Molè z 1970 roku. Obserwacji poddano: latynizmy, analityzmy i frazeologizmy, ekspresywizmy oraz nazwy realiów. Wybór ekwiwalentu skutkował niejednokrotnie zatratą lub osłabieniem nacechowania stylistycznego danego fragmentu, por. fatigatus wielce SI166 – zelo utrujen MI181; — Ni pary z gęby! SI40 – Niti besede več!... MI44; synalka SI365 – sina MI394; Daj no waćpan pyska! SI203 – Daj, da te objamem! MI220. Liczne są jednakże translaty z zachowanym nacechowaniem stylistycznym, np. psubratom SII442 – pasjim bratom MII476; psiajuchy SII442 – pasje duše MII476. Nazwy historycznych realiów przetłumaczono przy pomocy generalizacji rajtar vs jezdec lub aproksymacji rapier vs meč. Przeprowadzona analiza dowiodła różnic między stylistycznym ukształtowaniem oryginału a przekładu, choć odnotowano też podobieństwa w tym zakresie. Najważniejszym celem podjętych badań było jednak wskazanie odrębności stylistycznych i semantycznych badanego przekładu wobec oryginału.

Abstract:
Številne raziskave ugotavljajo, da so neodpuščanje, zamera in jeza tesno povezani s slabim telesnim in psihičnim zdravjem. Psihični obrambni mehanizmi izolirajo bolečino od ostalega doživljanja, toda s tem razcepijo notranji svet človeka in mu onemogočijo, da bi se dotaknil bolečih plasti doživljanja, ki so pod jezo. Terapevtski model odpuščanja poskuša odpraviti vlogo jezne žrtve in vsebuje dva koraka: razgradnjo jeze oziroma zdravljenje krivice ter sočutje do storilca. Koraka sta med seboj povezana s tremi pogoji: spomin na lastno krivičnost, izkušnja odpuščanja ter spoznanje o viru dobrega. Te tri momente najdemo tudi v krščanski viziji odpuščanja, v kateri lahko odpušča samo nekdo, ki mu je bilo prej odpuščeno. Kristjan v molitvi Oče naš izraža svojo odprtost do vira, od katerega prejema sočutje in tolažbo, ter ju posreduje naprej.

Za gorska jezera v Sloveniji je dolgo časa veljalo, da niso izpostavljena onesnaževanju tako kot nižinska jezera. Podrobnejše raziskave v zadnjem desetletju pa so pokazale, da je vpliv človeka močan tudi v tako oddaljenih predelih. Gorska jezera pri nas ogroža turizem, prenos škodljivih snovi po zraku ter naseljevanje rib. V treh jezerih so bile opravljene tudi analize sedimenta, s katerimi so se ovrednotili vnosi nekaterih snovi v jezera v preteklih desetletjih.

Abstract:
Background/Aims: 3, 4, 5-trihydroxy-N-{4-[(5-methylisoxazol-3-yl) sulfamoyl] phenyl} benzamide (JEZTC), synthesized from gallic acid (GA) and sulfamethoxazole (SMZ), was reported with chondroprotective effects. However, the effects of JEZTC on osteoarthritis (OA) are still unclear. The goal of this study was to investigate the anti-osteoarthritic properties of JEZTC on interleukin-1-beta (IL-1β) stimulated chondrocytes in vitro and a rabbit anterior cruciate ligament transaction (ACLT) OA model in vivo. Methods: Changes in matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and apoptosis genes (bax, caspase 3 and tnf-α) and OA-specific protein (MMP-1) expression in vitro and in vivo were detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry. The production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) were investigated upon the treatment of JEZTC in chondrocytes processed with IL-1β in vitro and OA in vivo. Effect of JEZTC on OA was further studied by the macroscopic and histological evaluation and scores. The key proteins in signaling pathways inMAPK/P38, PI3KAkt and NF-κB also determined using western blot (WB) analysis. Results: JEZTC could significantly suppress the expression of MMPs and intracellular ROS, while meaningfully increase the gene expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1). Moreover, there was less cartilage degradation in JEZTC group compared with the phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) group in vivo. Results also indicated that JEZTC exerts effect on OA by regulating MAPKs and PI3K/Akt signaling pathways to activate NF-κB pathway, leading to the down-regulation of MMPs. The chondro-protective effect of JEZTC may be related with its ability to inhibit chondrocyte apoptosis by reduction of ROS production. Conclusion: JEZTC may be a possible therapeutic agent in the treatment of OA.

Abstract:
The main aim of this work was to compare the results of the water storages obtained in the experimental basins in the Jizerské hory Mountains before the time of snowmelt with the total outflows, which were measured in the hydrological stations during the snowmelt period in two winter seasons with extraordinary snow depths (2005 and 2006). The snow water equivalent (measured in weekly steps), daily precipitation amount, and runoff in hourly values were the input data; the calculated runoff coefficients were the output values. The runoff coefficients from the snowmelt periods of 2005 and 2006 were compared in the Uhlířská and the Jezdecká Basins. The runoff coefficient in the Uhlířská Basin increased in 2006 from 0.636 to 0.688 (increase by 4%) and in the Jezdecká Basin it increased in 2006 from 0.660 to 0.749 (increase by 9%). It may have been the result of a bigger volume of precipitation during the snowmelt period 2006. The calculated runoff coefficients, which express the differences between the water storage obtained and the total outflow, can describe the specific characters of the experimental basins. It may be useful for the estimation of the expected inflow into water reservoirs and also for the hydrological forecasting in the foothills of the Jizerské hory Mountains. The measured data of snow cover also serve as a check, and also for the possible adjustment of the snow water equivalent generated by the model SNOW 17 – which is a part of the forecasting modelling system Aqualog. This system is in everyday use for the Elbe river forecasts in the Forecasting Centre of CHMI. The usefulness of this procedure was proved especially during the floods arising from snowmelts in last years. The model SNOW 17 has been calibrated for the catchment of the Černá Desná Stream with the Jezdecká closing profile (one of the experimental basins in the Jizerské hory Mountains). The results obtained demonstrate a very good capability of the model to duplicate the dynamics of the snow cover accumulation and thaw, if quality input data are available.

Jego poprawne działanie zależy m.in. od prawidłowej regulacji zarówno sieci jezdnej, jak i odbieraka prądu. W artykule przedstawiono przegląd różnych metod i urządzeń diagnostyki i monitoringu trakcyjnych odbieraków prądu oraz sieci trakcyjnej, stosowanych przez zarządy transportu kolejowego. Omówiono strukturę i wyniki eksploatacji wdrożonych rozwiązań krajowych oraz wybranych układów eksperymentalnych i projektów badawczych. Przedstawiono wdrażany aktualnie skomputeryzowany i działający w pełni automatycznie system monitoringu odbieraków prądu, oparty na bezstykowych metodach pomiaru.

Slider is a part of turn restrictor mechanism designed by company TOKOZ a.s. It is a part with complicated form and small dimensions from material DC04 (equivalent according to Czech standard ČSN 11 305.21). As the most suitable option for part manufacturing was chosen cutting and bending in progressive die. A design of forming layout with 11 stations was made and considering the outcomes of related calculations preliminarily selected presses LEXN 100 and Kaiser KSTU 1600. Subsequently was designed one row progressive die. Based on this designs were made few variants of part price calculations according to TOKOZ company customs. According to price calculation outcomes was as the most suitable selected press Kaiser KSTU 1600.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of a horse riding centre. The horse riding centre is situated on the outskirts of the village of Střítež nad Bečvou in the Vsetín district. Within the horse riding centre, there are a main building a swell as horse stables with other equestrian facilities for riders and a riding hall. The main centre building has two above-ground floors. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant and a reception hall. On the first floor, there is a guest house providing rooms with ten beds in total. The main building also includes a private residence for the centre owner. The stables provide fourteen boxes for horses to be stabled. The horse riding centre is designed to play a role of a new tourist attraction in the region. The diploma thesis deals with the main building design. The building is supposed to be bricked with ceramic blocks and roofed with a gable roof but partly also with a flat roof. The thesis also looks into two special features – the design of health-technical installation, gas and water plumbing. Last but not least, it designs a steel roof truss.

The diploma thesis deals with the project of the horse-riding grounds situated near the town of Žďár nad Sázavou. The complex of buildings consists of two riding halls, a groundskeeper’s flat, stables with a zone for riders and outside stable-boxes for horses. The buildings are laid out in a way to create a closed farmyard. There is a built-in unit located in the larger hall together with accommodation and restaurant with a great view to the riding hall. The horse-riding grounds are used for equitation In the first place. The two outside sandy riding arenas and the two indoor halls give an ideal opportunity for regular horse training as well as riders training. The halls would be also useful for holding the riding works all year round. It is possible to stable 19 horses in the indoor stable and 8 more in the outside stable-boxes in the farmyard. This diploma thesis deals with the project of horse-riding hall with a built-in unit, it also deals with a project for the groundskeeper’s flat and outside stable-boxes for horses. In the framework of the diploma thesis two specialties were elaborated – the project for heating in the built-in unit and the groundskeeper’s flat as well as the project for roofing the riding hall with the glue laminated timber girder. There are seminar paper and architectonic sketches included in the diploma thesis.

Táto práca sa zaoberá vývojom, testovaním a implementáciou adaptívneho riadiaceho systému pre dvojkolesové samobalancujúce vozidlo. Adaptácia parametrov vozidla sa uskutoční na základe parametrov vodiča. Parametre sústavy sa nemerajú priamo, ale sú odhadované na základe priebehu stavových premenných a odozvy sústavy. Medzi odhadované parametre patrí hmotnosť a poloha ťažiska vodiča. Cieľom práce je zabezpečiť adaptáciu jazdných vlastností vozidla k rôznym vodičom s rôznou hmotnosťou, kvôli zlepšeniu stability vozidla. Táto práca je pokračovaním predchádzajúcich projektov z roku 2011 a 2015.
