This thesis sheds light on differences in health insurance enrolment determinants and uptake barriers between urban and rural areas in the Jirapa district of Ghana. The National Health Insurance Scheme in Ghana has made significant progress in terms of enrolment, which has had a commensurate increase in utilization of health care services. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka användningen av DevOps-tjänsterna Jira och Azure DevOps vid tillämpning av agila arbetsmetoder i små till medelstora IT-företag enligt företagens egna erfarenheter och upplevelser. Intervjuer har gjorts med två IT-företag som tillämpar en agil arbetsprocess tillsammans med DevOps-tjänsterna Jira respektive Azure DevOps. Slutsatserna är att DevOps-tjänsterna bidrar med struktur, översikt, diagnostik och är bidragande vid kommunikation.
