Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka användningen av DevOps-tjänsterna Jira och Azure DevOps vid tillämpning av agila arbetsmetoder i små till medelstora IT-företag enligt företagens egna erfarenheter och upplevelser. Intervjuer har gjorts med två IT-företag som tillämpar en agil arbetsprocess tillsammans med DevOps-tjänsterna Jira respektive Azure DevOps.
