Abstract:
Job portal is considerably useful for both job seekers and employers. It enables job seekers to look for an employment, to advance their careers, or to market themselves. As for the employers, they can post vacant positions to be filled with suitable employees. A certain job portal received numerous complaints regarding its features that were unable to fulfill the users' needs. These complaints led to the decrease of the number of users. A study was conducted to determine factors that influenced users' interest by referring to the 7C framework. Questionnaires were distributed to numerous job seekers and employers. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression technique. Chi-square analysis was also performed to further analyze which elements of the 7C framework were essential for the users. The results showed that only four out of seven elements from the framework affected the users' choice towards job portal, namely the context, the content, the community, and the commerce.

Abstract:
Summary Objectives: In our research on brain function analysis, users require two different simultaneous types of processing: interactive processing to a specific part of data and high-performance batch processing to an entire dataset. The difference between these two types of processing is in whether or not the analysis is for data in the region of interest (ROI). In this study, we propose a Grid portal that has a mechanism to freely assign computing resources to the users on a Grid environment according to the users’ two different types of processing requirements. Methods: We constructed a Grid portal which integrates interactive processing and batch processing by the following two mechanisms. First, a job steering mechanism controls job execution based on user-tagged priority among organizations with heterogeneous computing resources. Interactive jobs are processed in preference to batch jobs by this mechanism. Second, a priority-based result delivery mechanism that administrates a rank of data significance. Results: The portal ensures a turn-around time of interactive processing by the priority-based job controlling mechanism, and provides the users with quality of services (QoS) for interactive processing. The users can access the analysis results of interactive jobs in preference to the analysis results of batch jobs. The Grid portal has also achieved high-performance computation of MEG analysis with batch processing on the Grid environment. Conclusion: The priority-based job controlling mechanism has been realized to freely assign computing resources to the users’ requirements. Furthermore the achievement of high-performance computation contributes greatly to the overall progress of brain science. The portal has thus made it possible for the users to flexibly include the large computational power in what they want to analyze.

Abstract:
In this project present a secure and privacy-preserving access control to users, which guarantee any member in a group to anonymously utilize the cloud resource. Moreover, the real identities of data owners can be revealed by the group manager when disputes occur. In this project provide rigorous security analysis, and perform extensive simulations to demonstrate the efficiency of our scheme in terms of storage and computation overhead. Cloud computing provides an economical and efficient solution for sharing group resource among cloud users. Unfortunately, sharing data in a multi-job portal manner while preserving data and identity privacy from an un trusted cloud is still a challenging issue, due to the frequent change of the membership . The major aims of this method a secure multi-owner data sharing scheme. It implies that any user in the group can securely share data with others by the un trusted cloud. This scheme is able to support dynamic groups. Efficiently, specifically, new granted users can directly decrypt data files uploaded before their participation without contacting with data owners. User revocation can be easily achieved through a novel revocation list without updating the secret Keys of the remaining users. The size and computation overhead of encryption are constant and Independent with the number of revoked users. Job portal is developed for creating an interactive job vacancy for candidates. This web application is to be conceived in its current form as a dynamic site-requiring constant updates both from the seekers as well as the companies. On the whole the objective of the project is to enable jobseekers to place their resumes and companies to publish their vacancies.

Abstract:
Background Patient portals are intended to engage patients and enhance patient-centered care. Recent studies suggest that the information within portals could provide benefits to patients and their caregivers during hospitalization; however, few studies have examined nurse and staff expectations of portals when used in the hospital setting. Objective This article examines inpatient nurse and support staff expectations of a commercially available inpatient portal prior to its hospital-wide implementation. Methods In this cross-sectional study, nurses and support staff were surveyed 1 month prior to the implementation of an inpatient portal for patients. Items included respondent characteristics, satisfaction with online inpatient portal training, expectations of the effects of portal use on patients, caregivers, and staff, overall acceptance, and barriers to its implementation. Results Of 881 respondents, 73.0% were staff nurses, 18.4% nurse assistants, 4.3% unit coordinators, and 1.2% nurse managers. Respondents were generally satisfied with the portal information they received from online training. A majority liked the portal to some extent prior to its use (66.7%); however, they noted multiple implementation barriers, including: tablets would get lost/damaged (66.2% of respondents), patients and/or caregivers would have too many questions (48.5%), and staff would have problems integrating it into their workflow (44.7%). Respondents working on medical units had higher expectations (p < 0.001) and acceptance (p < 0.01) of the portal than those on surgical and intensive care units. Nurse managers were more positive than respondents with other job roles were (all p < 0.001). Conclusion Overall, nurse and support staff had high expectations of the effects of inpatient portal use prior to its hospital-wide implementation. They thought it would benefit patients and/or their caregivers; however, they also perceived several barriers to its implementation. These results will be used in conjunction with patient and caregiver perspectives to inform future efforts to evaluate and improve upon inpatient portal implementation and dissemination across health systems.

Abstract This paper will discuss the representation of the Judgment of Solomon in Chartres dated to 1220 through the method of reception and involved spectatorship. I will argue that the beholders are invited to participate actively in the narrative through what I term ‘The Inviting Figure’ – a sculptured figure who frontally addresses the beholders with a gesture or a direct look and presents the moral dilemma of the story. As I will contend, this stratagem of involved spectatorship can also be traced in contemporary literature and theatre. Finally, I will show that the Judgment of Solomon is staged as a contemporary law lesson known as Questiones disputatae that were held at the contemporary universities.

Abstract:
Introduction: Public health programmes work to improve the health and well-being of communities by identifying the risks affecting people at different stages of life and finding best ways to minimize them. This article attempts to map the public health jobs available in India and contribute towards providing new insights in recruitment strategies for public health professionals (PHPs). Methods: A total of 427 public health jobs advertised in recruitment portals, newspapers and websites of organizations during 2012–2015 were analysed for title, qualification, location and job disciplines. Results: Higher qualification in public health and/or social sciences is much preferred followed by MBBS and management. The largest group of vacancies consisted of programme management responsibilities followed by profiles in RMNCH. Delhi, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar had the highest number of jobs. Recommendations: A dedicated public health jobs web portal can be a rich resource for employers for easy access to profiles of PHPs. It will also give due emphasis to public health as a profession. Building a public health cadre in state health services shall be a desirable step to ensure creation of enough job opportunities. Conclusion: Research should be undertaken to understand the changing trends in public health employment. Such studies can be beneficial for public health workforce planning and monitoring.

Since most e-recruiting portals suffer from outdated applicant profiles and receive little user return as soon as applicants have found a new job, in this study, the authors explore how to motivate applicants to keep their profiles up-to-date and stay connected with one specific recruiting portal throughout their careers. The authors interviewed applicants, system analysts and programmers of an Austrian e-recruiting portal. Narratives showing striking differences between these three stakeholders’ interpretation of system requirements for long-term usage are discussed. The identified requirements point to niche recruiting: integrating social network and community features for specified user segments sharing a similar social identity and fostering pre-existing offline ties among users for career purposes. Implications are sketched for more sustainable e-recruiting research, design and development.

Abstract:
High quality models of factors influencing rice crop yield are needed in countries where rice is a staple food. These models can help select optimal rice varieties for expected field conditions. Development of a system to help scientist track and make decisions using this data is challenging. It involves incorporation of complex data structures - genomic, phenotypic, and remote sensing - with computationally intensive statistical modeling. In this article, the authors present a web portal designed to help researchers to manage and analyze their datasets, apply machine learning to detect how factors taken together influence crop production, and summarize the results to help scientists make decisions based on the learned models. The authors developed the system to be easily accessed by the entire team including rice scientist, genetics, and farmers. As such, they developed a system on a server architecture comprised of a SQLite database, a web interface developed in Python, the Celery job scheduler, and statistical computing in R.

Abstract:
Alumni tracking is a difficult task for any institution that has been running for a long time. The Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering (DOECE), Pulchowk Campus, IOE, has been offering undergraduate programs since 1994 A.D. and masters programs since 2001 A.D. The existing information about the alumni of the department is unmanaged and out of date. This paper presents a web-based system to integrate data of alumni into a well-managed database, and to act as a portal where alumni can update their current status and view online alumni yearbooks. This work aims to make the task of alumni tracking easier and simpler for the department. The web-based portal has been accessed by many alumni of the department starting from the earliest batches to update their information and see the whereabouts of others. From the collected alumni responses, some preliminary insights observed were: (a) it was seen that alumni seem to be heterogeneous both in their job positions and employers, however, a large portion are employed in the software sector, (b) most alumni (60%) are currently residing in Nepal, and (c) for further education, the USA (39%) seems to be the favored choice, followed closely by Nepal (32.5%).

Sustainable economic growth requires a system for forecasting the in-demand skills and competencies. The existing methods of analysis and forecasting of the labor market use truncated databases based on surveys of employers or registered vacancies on the state portal, which do provide reliable forecasts of the required competencies for the education system to ensure their timely formation. It is also impossible to analyze the need in terms of competencies, and not the number of employees. Therefore, a more reliable source of data is the analysis of vacancies and resumes collected by scraping from online job portals, which allows you to analyze vacancies and resumes in the context of the described competencies, and develop a forecast of their dynamics. The article presents an algorithm for using artificial intelligence in the analysis and forecasting of skills and competencies in demand, the advantages of which lie not only in the volume and speed of the processed information, but also in ensuring the quality and comparability of data.

Abstract:
The goal of this research is to understand how recruiters perceive the fit between the characteristics of electronic job marketplaces and their needs, and how that fit influences the use of corporate career portals and expected performance. This paper contributes in providing considerable attention of technological, individual and social factors; thus, it integrates TAM and TTF and incorporates subjective norms and computer self-efficacy into the integrated model. This unique model is developed to interpret recruiters' attitudes towards its actual use, and consequently to understand the expected performance. A total of 145 valid responses collected from HR practitioners at Jordanian banks were statistically analysed. Results showed a good fit between the model’s technological attributes and the task of recruiting. Thus, the results indicated that the proposed model could be used to predict the users' intention toward corporate career portal. The Actual use of corporate career portals was directly affected by perceived usefulness and subjective norms, while there was no effect of perceived ease of use on actual use. Indirectly, fit of technology characteristics to task requirements, and computer self-efficacy have a significant effect on actual use and ultimately on users' performance.

Abstract:
SummaryThe Massachusetts Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (MASBIRT) Program, a substance use screening program in general medical settings, created a web-based, point-of-care (POC), application – the MASBIRT Portal ( the “Portal”) to meet program goals. Objectives: We report on development and implementation of the Portal. Methods: Five year program process outcomes recorded by an independent evaluator and an anonymous survey of Health Educator’s (HEs) adoption, perceptions and Portal use with a modified version of the Technology Readiness Index are described. [8] Specific management team members, selected based on their roles in program leadership, development and implementation of the Portal and supervision of HEs, participated in semi-structured, qualitative interviews. Results: At the conclusion of the program 73% (24/33) of the HEs completed a survey on their experience using the Portal. HEs reported that the Portal made recording screening information easy (96%); improved planning their workday (83%); facilitated POC data collection (84%); decreased time dedicated to data entry (100%); and improved job satisfaction (59%). The top two barriers to use were “no or limited wireless connectivity” (46%) and “the tablet was too heavy/bulky to carry” (29%). Qualitative management team interviews identified strategies for successful HIT implementation: importance of engaging HEs in outlining specifications and workflow needs, collaborative testing prior to implementation and clear agreement on data collection purpose, quality requirements and staff roles.Discussion: Overall, HEs perceived the Portal favorably with regard to time saving ability and improved workflow. Lessons learned included identifying core requirements early during system development and need for managers to institute and enforce consistent behavioral work norms. Conclusion: Barriers and HEs’ views of technology impacted the utilization of the MASBIRT Portal. Further research is needed to determine best approaches for HIT system implementation in general medical settings.Citation: Shanahan CW, Sorensen-Alawad A, Carney BL, Persand I, Cruz A, Botticelli M, Pressman K, Adams WG, Brolin M, Alford DP. Abstract:
Abstract Introduction Patient safety, such as inpatient falls, is a global problem, accounting for increasing compensation costs from our healthcare facilities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the patient safety culture among healthcare providers. Method An online survey was developed within the hospital staff portal at the University of Malaya Medical Centre, with a dialogue box appearing on the launching of the portal website inviting the members of staff to participate in the survey. The survey contained a safety assessment questionnaire (SAQ) which measures the patient safety culture. The SAQ consists of 36 items measuring the six domains: teamwork climate, job satisfaction, safety climate, stress recognition, working conditions, and perception of management. Each domain is assigned a percentage score, and comparisons of scores according to healthcare disciplines were then made. Results 5275 (80%) responded to the online SAQ which was sent out to all 6562 healthcare professionals employed, by the hospital. The teamwork and safety climate was poor among supporting staff, with scores of 56.7 and 59.8 respectively. Job satisfaction (62.9), perception of ward management (56.8), and hospital management (53.2), and working conditions (44.7) were less among the clinicians. Stress recognition (36.5) was in alarmingly low among the nurses. Conclusion A comprehensive unit-based safety programme will be conducted in response to the SAQ findings, and should incorporate objective falls the outcome in order to convince the hospital hierarchy of the need for urgent solutions to lower the rates of inpatient falls.

Abstract:
University students around the world find geographical and organizational difficulties in verifying their records and academic documents in various traditional ways; namely by mail, e-mail or in person. Such a procedure is hectic and time-consuming. Also, an important step in job recruiting is to go through résumes and applicants' certificates and check if they contain incorrect or fraudulent information. Hence, the need to standardize these services in a unified portal was made by designing and developing an electronic system to verify documents for students and student graduates. The proposed e-verification portal of this study enhances the smart university with saving time and effort as it receives all verification transactions from external parties inside and outside a country. It also helps keep track of the achievement in an accurate manner and prevents the falsification of documents. This research article demonstrates the stages of the system design, development, the accomplished outcomes and the final form of implementation strategy.

Abstract:
This paper examines the competences that the employers in the logistics and supply chain management (SCM) field require most from employees in the Republic of Serbia. To reveal these competences, we conducted the study of online advertisements of logistics and SCM jobs published in the renowned national job portal Infostud. We used a deductive content analysis and related quantitative indicators to process and analyse the data. The results, among other conclusions, indicate the most required professional and fundamental competences from the logistics and supply chain managers in the Republic of Serbia. When the results of this study are compared with several earlier studies done in the US, the Great Britain and Germany, some similarities between these empirically obtained results are found. Several recommendations for educators that intend to improve study programmes and plans in the field of logistics and SCM are also offered. The results of this study can be valuable to interested educators, to individuals who are interested in logistics and supply chain career development, to human resource managers who are recruiting candidates for these jobs, and to others interested parties.

Abstract:
Abstract Seeking information on job vacancy portals are use search engines tools that already contained on the service site. The search results by the system are based on the similarity of input queries, then the results are displayed with a sort model limited to hierarchical alphabets or numbers. So it takes a longer time to sort out the required information, because the results of information displayed by the system also containedsome irrelevant information. Therefore isbeing necessary to develop other ranked models to recommend some information from the search results. Cosine similarity method in the implementation of the data accordance to query that inputted by user, and then applying a method of simple additive weighting as a ranked method for the retrive data of cosine similarity results. The system has excellent features too, namely the multilevel ranking model so users can define their own ranking rules by determining which criteria tends is dominant.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> Indian education system, third largest of education system in the world comprises of Universities, Colleges, Technical institutions, Institutions of National importance etc. Choosing the right institution for academic activity is always a challenging job. In this context, ranking of Universities play a big role in shaping opinions of current potential students, parents, employers and government about the quality of educational institutions. National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), an initiative of MHRD is the ranking system of India to rank all institutions of higher education in India. The current framework of NIRF works on approved set of parameters and assigned weightage. We propose a user defined framework with our own set of parameters based on survey of national and international ranking system. Weightages are calculated (algorithm based) dynamically by registering the preferences of different stakeholders. A web-portal was developed to capture the responses of different stakeholders, calculate weightages and can be used to assign ranking to the universities on the basis of end-user preferences. The portal was tested by registering responses of school students, colleges students, faculties of universities and parents and calculating the weightages for each parameter run time. This paper presents our methodology ,results of data analytics of survey and performance of our algorithm in evaluating the weightages, importance of parameters and perception of stakeholders of institutes at various levels.</p>

Abstract:
The present tools of career and educational guidance provided by educational organizations do not seem to address the problems faced by students, and graduates for applying to their promised job. The growing benefits of cloud software as services increase the requirements of implementing novel applications for career and educational guidance as a cloud service provided by the universities' portal. In this research, the authors present the benefits of using career guidance apps and introduce the implementation of career and educational guidance system (CEGS) in Higher Education. The system is designed specifically for school-level, university students, and graduates. Fuzzy logic operations were used to represent the system inputs, outputs, and rules. The paper aims to present a career and educational guidance application as a digital transformation application in the area of career counseling. The proposed system provides a student with interactive tools to select suitable colleges that match their educational skills and help graduates to select suitable careers for their practical experiences as well as provide them with essential training programs that are needed for particular jobs. The authors used the 2*3 factorial design method for the initial evaluation of the proposed system and to evaluate both students' and graduates' feedbacks. The researcher also uses the one-way ANOVA to find out if there is a remarkable difference between the users' perceptions scores.

Abstract:
Abstract Objective To explore the experience of early patient adopters who accessed their clinical notes online using the Blue Button feature of the My HealtheVet portal. Methods A web-based survey of VA patient portal users from June 22 to September 15, 2013. Results 33.5% of respondents knew that clinical notes could be viewed, and nearly one in four (23.5%) said that they had viewed their notes at least once. The majority of VA Notes users agreed that accessing their notes will help them to do a better job of taking medications as prescribed (80.1%) and be better prepared for clinic visits (88.6%). Nine out of 10 users agreed that use of visit notes will help them understand their conditions better (91.8%), and better remember the plan for their care (91.9%). In contrast, 87% disagreed that VA Notes will make them worry more, and 88.4% disagreed that access to VA Notes will be more confusing than helpful. Users who had either contacted their provider or healthcare team (11.9%) or planned to (13.5%) primarily wanted to learn more about a health issue, medication, or test results (53.7%). Conclusions Initial assessment of the patient experience within the first 9 months of availability provides evidence that patients both value and benefit from online access to clinical notes. These findings are congruent with OpenNotes study findings on a broader scale. Additional outreach and education is needed to enhance patient awareness. Healthcare professionals should author notes keeping in mind the opportunity patient access presents for enhanced communication.

Abstract:
This article addresses the issue of native-speakerism in teaching English in the context of Japanese higher education and the privilege arising from it. Previous research has shown that native speakers are often regarded as highly skilled and qualified teachers in teaching their mother tongue. This has often led to the marginalization of teachers who speak the language they teach as an additional language. In the case of Japan, however, there is doubt about the existence of such a privilege for native-speaker teachers and some studies have shown that native speakers of English do not receive preferential treatment in this context as they are often perceived as replaceable and temporary. The present study aimed to further explore this issue by focusing on the varieties of English Japanese universities expect their teachers to speak. In so doing, the study has investigated hiring policies of Japanese universities with reference to the job advertisements they post on a designated portal. The results of the qualitative thematic analysis indicated that the majority of the advertisements demanded prospective candidates to be native speakers of English, which also meant that this subgroup of teachers has a privilege in landing academic jobs by token of the variety of English they speak. The article suggests that the critical pedagogical approach of teaching English as an international language (TEIL) can mitigate such privilege by raising awareness towards the validity and appropriateness of different varieties of English spoken in the world.

Abstract:
Although we share Bergman and Jean's (2016) concerns about the representativeness of samples in the organizational sciences, we are mindful of the ever changing nature of the job market. New jobs are created from technological innovation while others become obsolete and disappear or are functionally transformed. These shifts in employment patterns produce both opportunities and challenges for organizational researchers addressing the problem of the representativeness in our working population samples. On one hand, it is understood that whatever we do, we will always be playing catch-up with the market. On the other hand, it is possible that we can leverage new technologies in order to react to such changes more quickly. As an example, in Bergman and Jean's commentary, they suggested making use of crowdsourcing websites or Internet panels in order to gain access to undersampled populations. Although we agree there is an opportunity to conduct much research of interest to organizational scholars in these settings, we also would point out that these types of samples come with their own sampling challenges. To illustrate these challenges, we examine sampling issues for Amazon's Mechanical Turk (MTurk), which is currently the most used portal for psychologists and organizational scholars collecting human subjects data online. Specifically, we examine whether MTurk workers are “workers” as defined by Bergman and Jean, whether MTurk samples are WEIRD (Western, educated, industrialized, rich, and democratic; Henrich, Heine, & Norenzayan, 2010), and how researchers may creatively utilize the sample characteristics.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to overcome the problems that skill mismatch cannot be measured directly and that demand side data are lacking. It relates demand and supply side characteristics by aggregating data from jobs ads and jobholders into occupations. For these occupations skill mismatch is investigated by focussing on demand and supply ratios, attained vis-à-vis required skills and vacancies’ skill requirements in relation to the demand-supply ratios. Design/methodology/approach Vacancy data from the EURES job portal and jobholder data from WageIndicator web-survey were aggregated by ISCO 4-digit occupations and merged in a database with 279 occupations for Czech Republic, being the only European country with disaggregated occupational data, coded educational data, and sufficient numbers of observations. Findings One fourth of occupations are in excessive demand and one third in excessive supply. The workforce is overeducated compared to the vacancies’ requirements. A high demand correlates with lower educational requirements. At lower occupational skill levels requirements are more condensed, but attainments less so. At higher skill levels, requirements are less condensed, but attainments more so. Educational requirements are lower for high demand occupations. Research limitations/implications Using educational levels is a limited proxy for multidimensional skills. Higher educated jobholders are overrepresented. Practical implications In Europe labour market mismatches worry policy makers and Public Employment Services alike. Originality/value The authors study is the first for Europe to explore such a granulated approach of skill mismatch.

Abstract:
Background:The impact of the increased popularity of the internet as a platform to search for jobs may benefit every job seeker as an alternative to generate employment opportunities. Graduates that emphasize on general skills have a higher likelihood of disparitywhile searching for jobs. Objectives:This paper explores graduates’ perceptionson the knowledge of how to search for jobs from relevant sourcesr. Methods:The theoretical review focuses on job search strategies, job choices and job accessibility through different sources, highlights the usefulness of job portals for job seekers to find the right job as per their skills and requirements. The existing literature has observed that many job search behaviors through different sourceshas been performed and these behaviors indicate that awareness level affects job seekers’ intentions to apply for jobs. Empirical studies indicate that thechoice of job search by graduates match between a worker’s education and job offered.General skills have a higher likelihood of mismatch at job searches in different countries. Findings:Still in many developing countries, due to lack of awareness of job portals, people are not getting the right jobs and alternatives of their current jobs by different sources. Conclusions:A comprehensive study on applicability of the internet job search is useful for employers, considering the introduction of new graduate recruitment programmers. It is also useful for those wishing to improve their existing ones as well as for institutions of higher education, to reconsider the type of knowledge and skills they provide in order to prepare their students for the real world of work. Implications: Graduates require proper awareness on job search sites and the concerned industry should focus on it as well.

Abstract:
Since the amount of people living in cities is expected to increase to 70% by 2050, cities will face many social and urbanisation challenges, and they will need to operate with reduced budgets and limited number of staff. The productivity of computers offers means to address city challenges and do more with less. In this paper, two Smart City projects carried out in Birmingham UK are presented. Firstly, in the Innovation Engine project, conceptual graphs were used to translate innovation experts' ideas into the specification of an open innovation model that may address the needs of large organisations with the capabilities of SMEs and citizens. Secondly, we present results of the pilot evaluation of the Digital Log Book, a smart web portal that enables citizens to access a whole range of public and private services including social housing, universal job match and jobseeker's allowance benefits. We can conclude that smart applications can be very useful to produce better public services and to support cities in the co-creation of new tools that empower citizens and organisations.

Abstract:
In modern society, people are heavily reliant on information available online through various channels, such as websites, social media, and web portals. Examples include searching for product prices, news, weather, and jobs. This paper focuses on an area of information extraction in e-recruitment, or job searching, which is increasingly used by a large population of users in across the world. Given the enormous volume of information related to job descriptions and users’ profiles, it is complicated to appropriately match a user’s profile with a job description, and vice versa. Existing information extraction techniques are unable to extract contextual entities. Thus, they fall short of extracting domain-specific information entities and consequently affect the matching of the user profile with the job description. The work presented in this paper aims to extract entities from job descriptions using a domain-specific dictionary. The extracted information entities are enriched with knowledge using Linked Open Data. Furthermore, job context information is expanded using a job description domain ontology based on the contextual and knowledge information. The proposed approach appropriately matches users’ profiles/queries and job descriptions. The proposed approach is tested using various experiments on data from real life jobs’ portals. The results show that the proposed approach enriches extracted data from job descriptions, and can help users to find more relevant jobs.
