Full textУ роботі надано доктринальні визначення понять «протиправне встановлення контролю над АТ (рейдерство)» і «господарсько-правовий захист АТ від посягань на їх майно та органи управління»; удосконалено визначення понять «компетенція АТ» і «правовий захист». На основі аналізу зарубіжного досвіду запропоновано внесення численних змін до законодавства про АТ. Дістали подальшого розвитку пропозиції щодо: встановлення відповідальності за недотримання і невиконання рішень Міжвідомчої комісії з питань протидії протиправному поглинанню та захопленню підприємств; нормативного закріплення у ЗУ «Про АТ» та ЗУ «Про ГТ» зобов’язань з контролю за кредиторською заборгованістю, посилення відповідальності керівника АТ; затвердження у ЗУ «Про АТ» інформації, які ПАТ зобов’язане розміщувати на своєму сайті; розширення на нормативному рівні переліку істотних умов договорів, що укладаються всередині АТ; прописування у статутах АТ додаткових критеріїв 21 для віднесення правочинів до значних; розвитку технічних елементів організації процесуального захисту АТ, правової роботи в АТ. У межах міжгалузевих зв’язків рекомендовано криміналізувати уже перші дії, які вчиняють «рейдери»та ін.This work provides doctrinal definition of such notions like «establishing illegal control (corporate raid)» and «economic - legal protection of the joint-stock company from encroachment on their property and management bodies»; are improved the definitions of the «joint-stock company competence» and «legal protection». Based on the foreign experience analysis, numerous amendments to the legislation concerning joint-stock companies are proposed. Further development received proposals regarding to: establishing liability for non-compliance and non-enforcement of the decisions made by the Interdepartmental Commission on countering illegal acquisitions and seizure of enterprises; legal securing in the Law of Ukraine «About joint-stock companies» and in the Law of Ukraine «About business companies» obligations to control accounts payable, strengthening the responsibility of the head of the joint-stock company; confirmation in the Law of Ukraine «About joint-stock companies» information, that private joint-stock companies are obligated to place on their official web-sites; expansion, on the regulatory level the list of significant terms of the contracts, that are concluded inside of the joint-stock companies; prescription in the joint-stocks companies statutes additional criteria for attribution of legal actions to significant; development of the technical elements organizations of procedural protection of the joint-stock companies, legal work in the joint-stock companies. Within interdisciplinary relations is recommended to criminalize early steps committed by raiders etc.

Full textTransfers of joint stock companies can be executed in several ways - for example by transferring individual shares or by transferring all shares or by selling the company's assets and liabilities. It is not fully clear which rules should apply to transfers of joint stock companies. Some legal experts claim that the Sales Act (Köplagen) is applicable, while others claim that the rules for promissory notes (Skuldebrevslagen) should apply. This distinction is of great significance regarding the extent of the vendor's liability. According to Skuldebrevslagen the vendor's liability is rather limited, while Köplagen enjoins the vendor a more extensive liability.A transfer of a joint stock company brings about great economical risks, both for the vendor and for the purchaser. Therefore it has become customary to execute a so-called due diligence, before the actual purchase takes place. The concept of due diligence derives from Anglosaxon law and appears in Sweden since the 1990's. The purchaser is allowed to examine the company before the purchase. Normally the purchaser engages expertise to do the actual investigation, for example a law firm. An interesting question is to what extent the actual examiner (i.e. the lawyer) can be considered liable.

This change affects the general policy, imposing the JSC employees need for lifelong learning and the validation of one of the main priorities. At the same time, lifelong learning is not only government institutions, educational institutions, and the JSC's concerns and the willingness of workers to remain competitive in the labor market. Training is no longer episodic experience, and a permanent part of life. Thus, learning opportunities must be available to all in all life, and in any environment. Adult education is particularly important skills-based training, knowledge and skills to JSC employees to apply in practice. A practical application of knowledge is important and relevant to the current changing society. While the job training is crucial. Therefore, the training of workers and JSC to raise their professional qualifications, the same corporate interests and needs. JSC staff in addressing the professional qualification of the problem of the use of the private company, as well as external qualification of the potential of the system. Determines the competitiveness of the company's key factors, the tools, staff skills and qualifications, abilities and qualifications of managers. However, there is a major problem, the JSC, employers are not convinced that the training of workers will benefit, taking into account the economic levels of today.

Full textAiming to create the concepts for the nature of the juridical relation between the officer and the joint-stock companies, this work initially exposes the institutionalized power centers, their structures composition and roles developed in the company. In the sequence, the essay outlines to which of those power nuclei the Law has ascribed the ordinary activities of direction, performance and supervision of the corporate activity. After the officer is characterized, the work analyzes the quality under which such officer acts and produces certain effects on his/her behavior. To define such position held with the company, it is verified the nature of the assigning the legal personality to the collective entity and its independence towards the underlying members. The bond creating such legal position, however, does not have unified theoretical ground in the foreign doctrine and neither is it a consensus among the Brazilian teachers. Hence, adequacy of each theorys main arguments is assessed against the countrys legal system by addressing the structural elements in the act of fulfilling the body. Modality of such act is defined by analysing the nature of the election, assessing deliberation of the empowered bodies, the possibility of manifesting the social will directly to third parties and to produce certain effects in autonomous manner, as well as the integration roles of the acceptance as a condition for existence of a bilateral juristic act or condition for efficacy of an unilateral juristic act. Finally the main characteristics of such legal relation are confronted with the power-ofattorney, service rendering and employment agreements to enable verification of their typical adequacy and definition of a concept to the act of fulfilling the administration body of the joint-stock companies.

Vietnam is enhancing the quality of human resources to implement industrialization and modernization of the country. And I also wish to contribute to the improvement of human resources training where I work, so I chose the topic of "Improving human resources training of Hanoi Transport Hospital Company JSC. "With this topic, the thesis was completed with such goals as Identifying basic theory of building strategies for business development and human resources training; Analyzing current situation of human resources training in the company; Recommending solutions to complete human resources training for the company. The thesis used the traditional methods of research, analysis and synthesis of secondary data. At the same time the group discussion method was also used to gather primary information. With group discussion method, author took the sample as the company's managers, human resources related managers and 20% staff of the company for the workshop. After research, analysis and assessment, the thesis proposed a system of solutions to complete human resources training for Hanoi Transport Hospital Company JSC.- This result is consistent with preset objectives.

Vietnam is taking part in an open economy with more and more business activities and international trade. However, most of Vietnam's products do not seem to compete with same types of product from other countries. There are many reasons affect to this, but one of the most influential and important factors of every firms is supply chain management and, ultimately, logistics management. Logistics activity plays an important role in supply chain management for all companies. In Vietnam, logistics sector is still in the early development stage, far behind compared to other developed countries. Therefore, to increase the firm’s competitiveness in global trade, Vietnamese enterprises need to improve and develop a lot, especially logistics management. It is also the author's inspiration to help Vietnamese businesses develop this industry. The author tried to study the topic of "Factors Affecting Logistics Management for Vietnamese Companies” and has chosen Express Thanh Dat Joint Stock Company - one of the typical logistics company in Vietnam as the object to complete this thesis. The study reviews some literature related to logistics field and logistics management, after which framework of factors affecting logistics management was identified. The research methodology was also mentioned based on aforementioned framework, from which a questionnaire was formed. The analysis of thedata was conducted after it was collected. The result shows that there are four factorswhich affect directly logistics management: Political Stability, Backward Logistics Infrastructure, Packaging & Storage, Currency Fluctuations. And after using analysis methods, the results demonstrate political stability, and backward logistics infrastructure are crucial focus factors impact to logistics management in Express Thanh Dat Joint Stock Company.

Brands play an important role for businesses, for consumers and for the economy. Brands are intangible assets, but have great value of the business. There are many famous companies in the world not only by the scale of investment, technological innovation, which is due to the brand. Such as coca-cola brand value in 2010 was 70.4 billion dollars; IBM brand is worth 64.7 billion dollars. (Interbrand 2010) - Brands contributed significantly increase in turnover and profit. - Brands to help businesses easily perform the contract, maintain traditional customers while attracting new customers, potential customers. In fact, consumers are often drawn, conquered by goods brands, popular and stable. For example, when it comes to beer consumers think of Heineken beer brand, Saigon etc. These businesses have long known brands will create and reinforce the loyalty of large traditional customers, attracting more potential customers, even customers of rival firms’ competition. Strong brands, sustainable help businesses to create its image, reduce costs for trade promotion activities, marketing activities; support businesses implement policy to penetrate and expand markets and distribution process favorable product distribution efficiency. Brands delivers competitive advantage for businesses, helping business has conditions and defense against other competitors. Brands create a brand consumers trust for quality, good prices. Consumers know the origin of products and help consumers reduce costs, time to learn the product. Brands help protect the interests of consumers. State trademark protection situation will prevent counterfeit, fake consumer fraud. Famous brand encourage consumer psychology, consumers are not only willing to pay for the product value but also pay for their satisfaction when buying products with famous brand. In economies market, opening up and integration of the brand is a symbol of strength and national pride. Comes to electronic goods that people are talking about Japan or wine is said to be thinking of France. A country with many famous brands and with long tradition is a manifestation of the survival and development. Thus, we can say that the brand is a great valuable asset of a business, because it can affect attitudes and behavior of consumers. The relationship between brands and customers can see as the conclusion. Customer trust and loyalty in the brand and understand that the brand will benefit themselves through the use of products and services with reasonable prices, marketing programs, promotions and other support services. Besides, brands also assumed an important role for the enterprise, which is to bring all staff aware and proud to work for companies with famous brands.

Today, all companies from road transport companies to forwarding companies, airline transport &; post service providers have been using the term “logistics” in order to describe what they are supplying. All companies have concerned much more to make plan for their logistics system. The collaboration between road, railway, seaway and airline transport have been increasing dramatically in globalization economy, especially by new way of Internet. These things have made logistics very complicated. The purpose of this paper focused on logistic of service at Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company and recommendations of solution to develop their logistics services. Results indicated that using IT system is the most significant variable contributing to logistics customer service performance, followed by flexibility, inventory and responsiveness.

Recently, most of organizations are fully aware of the importance of employee performance, increasing employee performance or to find out the ways through which high level of employee’s performance can be achieved is becoming one of the decisive factors for any organization success. Management’s mission is to get people together to accomplish corporate goals and objectives by using available resources efficiently and effectively. Manpower performance can be increased by putting efforts to factors that enhance the employees’ motivational level, creativity, job satisfaction and comfort workplace environment, etc… The research aimed to identify and measure the level of factors affecting the effectiveness of the job performance of the employees working at PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy J.S.C, through identifying the variables include leadership, organizational culture, working environment, motivation and training. This study is quantitative in nature and aimed to find out the relationship between above mentioned variables and employees’ performance in oil and gas industry of Vietnam focusing PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy J.S.C (PVE) as a sample based on 650 employees. The study will be analyzed by applying multiple regression analysis using SPSS software because there are 5 independent variables and their affects have to be seen on the performance of the employees which is the sole dependent variable. For this purpose data was collected from PVE with the research sample consisted of 650 employees working at PVE, where questionnaires designed by the researcher were used to analyze the factors affecting employee performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate existing literature and theory in order to initially construct a conceptual framework of factors affecting job performance. The results of the study revealed in a specific case and researcher concluded that among 5 above-mentioned independent variables, there are 3 factors including leadership, motivation and training have direct effects toward employee performance at the case company – PVE. Particularly, the researcher recognized that leadership style directly affect employee performance through leaders’ coaching, empowerment and enhancing employees’ engagement or participation. Employees at the case company definitely perform better by motivation in both finance and non-finance technics. In addition, the research insists on the strong influence of training on employee work effectiveness. By these results, the researcher pointed out some recommendations focusing on the three main factors affecting employee performance to make some valuable contributions for the improvement of employee performance at the case company including suitable leadership style, effective and rightful motivation tools, systematic and oriented training solutions.

Along with the establishment and development of various type of enterprise in the economic market lately, joint stock company transferred from state-owned company is developing strongly, contributing actively to the development of the country. The strong development and positive contribution has shown potential strength of this sector. However, many companies still do not really develop sustainably because they did not really change their mind on management and management methods. Nam Dinh Forest Products Joint Stock Company is transferred from Nam Dinh forest products companies (State-owned enterprise) in 1999. During the change of business environment in more than 10 years, the company has overcome many challenges and competitive pressures and has gradually developed and became a company with high growth rate in Nam Dinh province, Vietnam. However, in order to place the position of the business, increase competitiveness, sustainable development in market mechanisms. Nam Dinh Forest Products Joint Stock Company requires a comprehensive effort to improve the necessary activities. The Company must consider and evaluate business performance, investment efficiency as well as find solutions to improve the efficiency of such capital investment. This research aims at finding some applicable solutions to improve effectiveness of capital use in Nam Dinh Forest Product Joint Stock Company. The study was implemented by investigating actual situation of NAFOCO in three years of 2011, 2012 and 2013 regarding: Management of the company's working capital (cash management, receivables management, inventory management), the financial status of the company, effective use of the company's working capital, problems that companies encountered on working capital management and solutions for improving the working capital management. Research results have shown that during three years in more difficult conditions business and competitive pressures, Nam Dinh Forest Products Joint Stock Company have profit. However, effectiveness of working capital use is not high. Solvency of the company declines, financial risks are higher. Company does neither have a good policy on short-term financing nor good method of working capital management. To improve effectiveness of working capital, Nam Dinh Forest Products Joint Stock Company is suggested to immediately implement a system of synchronous solutions in working capital management.

This thesis focuses on the human resource management based on reward at International Joint-Stock Company (TIC). We implemented an empirical study by conducting a survey with all employees of TIC in order to assess the Tic’s current reward system on the basis of employees’ satisfaction. The survey results indicated that the employees appreciated financial reward of TIC; especially bonus policy was considered as fair with their efforts, and equally among all employees. Benefits are also well appreciated because TIC always performs the payment according to the government’s regulations and paying more benefits for employees such as responsibility, gas, lunch, telephone, business expense, working overtime… Also, TIC’s leaders always take care of subordinates. Moreover, many capable employees were granted with appropriated powers to finish their work the most efficiently. Especially, the leaders always made efforts to create safe and healthy working environment for the employees by regularly investing in equipment, organizing team activities to increase the united spirit, building modern classroom and dorm for teachers and learners. Also, TIC’s reward system still exist weaknesses, training at TIC had not met requirements in quality as well as quantity making 60% of employees unsatisfied with. Excepting teacher, other positions of TIC had not created opportunities to participate in training courses to improve knowledge, experiences and skills for working process. Also, because of working features, working environment of TIC was lack of helps and supports each other among colleagues. Promotion opportunities and recognition are two factors which were not well appreciated in TIC’s reward systems. For employees in general, they thought that they did not have opportunity to see their career future at TIC. This factor could negatively impact to employees’ satisfaction with the job, decreasing their loyalty to the organization. On the basis of a general assessment on strengths and weaknesses of TIC’s reward system. Our recommendation directed to two subjects: leader board and Human resource department of TIC. Because these are people who make decision to adjust reward system to be suitable with employees’ right, help them to increase working motivation and loyal with the family.

Most employers today would like to have their employee’s motivated and ready to work, but they do not really understand what truly motivates a person. Companies could be more efficient if the employees had an invested interest in the future of the company. There are essential needs to be met for a person, specifically an employee, to succeed in the workplace. I will examine different theories of motivations, how they are relevant to the workplace, and how employers can implement the theories to ensure happy and motivated employees. The most important theories include: Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, Herzberg’s two-factor theory, and the different types of motivation. Each theory is related in the fact that there are needs for all people to meet. Every employee is at a different stage in their lives, which requires different management techniques. It is shown that motivation must come from within the employees. The theories investigated will help describe how managers can influence their employees to self motivate and produce the best work possible. There are two specific types of motivation: financial and non-financial. I will focus on ways the employers can motivate their employees using financial means as well as non-financial recognitions. In this day in time, there is not always a plentiful amount of money to spend on motivation, so it is important to understand how managers can make their employees feel important without breaking the bank. Both types need to be executed in a strategic way to provide the best results. Lastly, I will focus on how managers are able to implement these types of motivation into their specific work place. Satisfaction is, in many economist’s opinion, should be something company proactively seek and offer to customers instead of passively wait to react to competitor’s movement. “Being the Earth’s most customer-centric company,” it is apparent that the secret ingredient to any big conglomerate’s success is customer’s satisfaction. Amazon, Apple, or Facebook triump helped companies in the world to realize the importance of customers and pushed them to adopt a more customer’s-oriented strategy. This study looks at the case of Phu Nhuan Jewelry (PNJ), a Jewelry company that established in Vietnam. PNJ is a prominent jewelry seller that established in 1988, where Vietnam jewelry market was at its infant state. Having a competitive advantage as the earliest component in the market, PNJ quickly rise to the top of Vietnam Jewelry Company. With an intensive innovating and extensive changing in products development and structure management, PNJ reportedly having an exceptional revenue over the years. However, these advantages are beginning to fade away when other potential competitors with huge investment and aggressive strategy to gain segment enter the market. Stacked market with high competition steadily lead PNJ to Bertrand Paradox. To avoid this, it is recommended that PNJ should consider service quality as the main competitive advantage. This thesis will utilize SERVQUAL model to measures and analyse five basic factors (Empathy, Responsiveness, Tangible, Assurance, and Reliability) that determine the service quality in PNJ Vietnam. Although there are several methodological approaches and models to measure the performance, the author of this thesis decided to employ SERQUAL model since the model has proved by many researchers to be effective and easy to interpret.

Derived from the actual requirements of the SHB Securities Joint Stock Company about securities brokerage service, based on previous documents and studies on the quality of service in particular and the service quality of security companies in general, I chose the subject of thesis as: ": Evaluation of customer satisfaction with brokerage services in SHB Securities Joint Stock Company ". The thesis uses primary data collected by questionnaires and secondary data reported at the unit, the data is processed by SPSS20 software. Once encrypted and cleansed, the data went through statistical methods to describe, assess the reliability of the scale, factor analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis. On this basis, the thesis leads to a look from general to specific customer satisfaction of SHBS’s brokerage service in 2012-2014. Besides, the analysis of the data also indicates the level of stockbroker service achieved in the unit. Each analysis is accompanied with reference to stock brokerage service quality to offer the existing advantages, and disadvantages. The survey analysis pointed out the causes of these problems, but the most important is to point out that, disadvantages exist not only from external factors but also from inside the unit factor. The thesis ended with the introduction of a number of measures to enhance customer satisfaction for stock brokerage service of SHB Securities Joint Stock Company. These solutions are simple, easy to implement but extremely necessary for the brokerage service quality of the company at present and in the near future. The solution revolves around improving stock brokerage service and thereby increasing customer satisfaction for services. Therefore, I believe that this study will not only help the company to obtain a better overview of customer satisfaction regarding brokerage service but also find some solutions to improve satisfaction customers as well as improve the quality of brokerage services in the security company.

This thesis focuses on the factors affecting marketing performance of PetroVietnam Camau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) and to recommend improving the marketing activities. Helping PVCFC to become a manufacturer and leading fertilizer business in Vietnam. The literature is aggregated from textbooks, e-books, journals, and varieties of economics online web-pages relating to the contents of the marketing performance and marketing mix 4Ps: product, price, place, and promotion. The secondary data of this thesis is mainly collected from online newspaper articles, as well as the Annual Report 2013 and 2014 of PVCFC. Besides, a survey was conducted to gather the opinions of Vietnamese consumers toward PVCFC in the marketing mix 4Ps perspective. The combinations of theoretical contents and the practical information showed that, by applying the marketing mix 4Psin proper ways, PVCFC has gained many achievements that cannot be done easily by any Fertilizer Company in Vietnam. PVCFC is leading the market share of Vietnam’s Fertilizer in urea. PVCFC has promoted effective Camau fertilizer plant project, demanded for fertilizer in agriculture, solved the shortage of urea fertilizer, and contributed to ensure food security of the country agriculture. Furthermore, PVCFC has highly invested for its advertisements and accompanied with many social and government organizations to implement meaningful activities to community. Nevertheless, besides the achieved advantages, there are still obstacles that PVCFC has to deal with and overcome. Lastly, it is recommended for later research with similar topic in order to supplement and complete the issues from the Company’s insights perspective, which have not been accessed and discussed in this paper.

“Enterprises, more and more, realize that one of their most precious properties is the brand name.” (Kevin Lane Keller ) “Brand name is the precious property of enterprises. The only way to own their market is to own their brand name.” (Larry Light) Nowadays, experts think that brand name is a part of company’s property. From this point of view, at the beginning when leaders and executive committee establish a company, they have to build and develop their brand name immediately. Building the brand name development strategies is a significant mission which is as important as building business development strategies. Aware of the brand name importance, Thanh Cong Joint Stock Company (TCSC) as a newly established company trading in service field realizes that the essential of its own brand name building. The first step to build a brand name is to examine and research the life cycle of the brand name which aims to have reasonable strategies, policies of each life’s cycle period so that the brand name will more and more develop and be powerful. After studying life cycle of a brand name, we should learn about steps to build and develop this brand name. The identified factors to establish a brand name are brand name’s visibility and mission, location of brand name, brand name model choices and targets, plans for each period. Besides, we also need to study other factors such as name, logo, slogan, characteristics, and features of brand name. Using 16.0 SPSS software for survey questions answered by company officers, investors transacting at Thanh Cong Joint Stock Company and other Stock Companies help us identify strong and weak points of TCSC’s brand name. Therefore, strategies are found to recover the weak points and promote the strong points for a sustainable brand name development. At present, there are many experts in the world studying brand name. They offer many theories of brand name development strategies. One of the most applied theories at this time is the brand name development strategies written by Micheal Forter. From survey results of TCSC’s brand name and development strategy research, I realize that Thanh Cong Joint Stock Company need to build its own brand name development strategy. It is the differentiation strategy whose building and carrying out at present period is very difficult. If this work successes, it will be the shortest way for TCSC to achieve its firm brand name in investors’ minds.

Benthanh General Cultural Joint Stock Company (“the company”), equitizated on 2005, is one of enterprises operating in the production of computer form in Vietnam. The changes of the economy and the printing industry in recent years have forced the company to adjust in order to adapt with such the changes. Based on the Strategic Niche Management literature by Ieromonachou at el (2004), the topic aimed at planning strategies of Benthanh General Cultural Joint Stock Company applying the approach of Strategic Niche Management. Research data were collected from the interviews of 8 key persons in the company based on the prepared questionnaire. Data collected were approached in 3 levels of landscape, regime, and niche respectively in order to find out factors affected to the transition from the macro economy to the industry, from the industry to the company, and from internal business activities to innovations. Research result shows what to be implemented for the purpose of improving activities then figure out solutions of the strategy planning.

Con Son Import Export Joint Stock Company (Cosimex) was founded on January 18th 2008. Previously, it was a state company, established in 1993, named Con Son Import Export Company (Cosimex), and began the process of privatization from 2005. From that time, Cosimex has to rearrange, to plan, to try to survive without any help from the government. From that time, Cosimex has to learn the real lesson about sustainable development; in which, one of the most important key is human resource management. Besides, the domestic economy has to be rearranged quickly to assimilate into worldwide economy. It requires managers and employees to have non-stop renovation, to apply new scientific ways in management, to have proper business strategy, especially in human resource strategy. The right human resource strategy that satisfies and encourages employees will repair the company errors that exist, will turn company challenges into opportunities, will make the company sustainably develop. With knowledge through courses, through the accumulation and research, I would like to do the research about employees satisfaction to Con Son Import Export Joint Stock Company; in order to help all directors and managers can recognize the reality of Cosimex human resource management; then can establish a strategy to improve the human resource management as well as the company competitiveness in the world markets. The main purpose of this study is to detect the factors affecting employee satisfaction with job and measure their impact intensity on the satisfaction level. The research model used in this thesis is JDI model adding the factor “working conditions”. The research results showed that there were two factors influencing employee satisfaction with job including (1) “working conditions and advancement opportunities”, (2) “supervisor and equal salary distribution”. The results also proved that these two factors had positive impact between two independent variables and the dependent variable. For categorical variables, only the variable “gender” had no differences between groups of different gender. Other categorical variables including income, age, education level and work position had differences on satisfaction level between different groups of employees. Finally, the study also pointed out the contributions and importance of the research,the limitations and directions for further researches.

This study is contribution on customer satisfaction at Dong Anh Company with examination of impacts from 4 factors, including service quality, service diversification, price/payment, and distribution channel. The purpose of this theme is not merely to complete a graduate thesis, but the researcher is also interested in discovering the factors related to CS in Dong Anh EEMC. four independent variables (service quality, pricing and payment, distribution channel, and service diversification) can explain for 76 percent of changes of customer satisfaction at Dong Anh Company and this explanation is statistical significant as F-Test has p-value less than 0.05. Additionally, four independents variables also influence positively on customer satisfaction with partial correlation coefficients of service quality, pricing and payment, distribution channel, and service diversification are 0.463, 0.265, 0.211, and 0.310 and they are all statistical significant at 5 percent of confidence interval (p-values are less than 0.05). The country of Mongolia exist almost 2000 years has been part of the human history. Therefore, the ancestors were wearing badge, cashmeres and other leather clothes and drinking very special milk producing beer. However, world is changing fast, customers mind is volatile. Therefore, every brand should have their own brand image and that long lives in consumers memorization. In Mongolia it has been developing many type of products such as cashmere, leather, milk, all kind of meat product, alcoholic drink and many other types of mining resourcing products. One of the interesting product has been entering globally market it is alcoholic drink. In Mongolia there are 4 main competitors of producing alcoholic drink in this industry which includes APU JSC, MCS LLC, Gem International LLC and Altan Joloo Impex. The APU also diversify products which including daily milk, alcoholic drink and soda drink. This study tries to measure APU’s brand image by fair price, customer satisfaction and product quality. The research model is modified by prior literatures. The study uses Young and Rubicam’s brand assets valuator technique as the measurement tool. There are total 462 consumers participate the survey. The result shows that consumers are highly positively significant affect brand image by fair-price, product quality and customer satisfaction.

This thesis studies the 7P marketing performance of TIC in international manpower supply by analyzing the customer satisfaction. In order to measure the level of customer satisfaction of 7P marketing activities at TIC JSC, we used the quantitative research method by developing a questionnaire and by conducting a survey with TIC’s customers and partners in Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. The data collected are then analyzed by using SPSS 21 software. According to the survey results, product, place, promotion policies of TIC were appreciated by customers; other policies are slightly low appreciated. The regression results indicate significant and positive impact of 6 P components on TIC’s customer satisfaction, including Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process polices. Only the physical evidence did not have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Based on these results and the real situation of TIC’s activities at the present time, we analyzed to find out the strengths and limits of TIC’s each policy. From which, we proposed relevant recommendations for improving the performance of marketing activities at TIC. Our recommendations focused strongly on 6 policies of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process as they have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

It has been widely known that the appearance of excessive Vietnamese game show makes the audiences boring or overloaded. Due to the strong competition from rivals in the market, satisfied customers become important to VietBa Media – an operating unit in the field of television program production. The present study was undertaken to test the level of customer satisfaction to VietBa Media’s game shows by comparing between the game show's perceived performance or outcome and the audiences’ expectations. The study was designed as an evaluation questionnaire. In the study, 200 Vietnamese people ages under 18 to over 60 were randomly selected from various districts in Ha Noi City (Vietnam). In the study, customer satisfactions were measured by calculating customer level of satisfaction. The results from the analysis show that most viewers have neutral assessment about some game show factors. Audiences highly appreciate technical facility factor at 3.68. On the other hand, the content is undervalued because of poor attraction, education and innovation. Besides, the way MC approach audience is not appreciate at 3.29. These data suggest that it is necessary to improve the quality of current game show content and the competence of MC. Further research is required to derive a more appropriate research for investigating time and area.

This requires Phu Nhuan Trading Joint Stock Company has a proper business strategy, especially in human resource strategy must solve the current job well and meet the requirements of the company in the future. Doing these may limit the weaknesses that exist, turning challenges into opportunities to further enhance the competitiveness and development in the domestic and international market. With knowledge through courses, through the accumulation and research, we bravely made subject assessing the satisfaction of officer at Phu Nhuan Joint Stock Company, on that basis to help company, leaders at all levels see more clearly the reality of the work of human resources management, thence set up a plan and bring out human resource policy in the short term and long term; contribution to improving competitiveness of the units in the market. The study divided into 5 chapters as follows: Chapter 1: Introduce an overview of the situation of the Phu Nhuan Joint Stock Trading Company (PNCo), the reasons and the need to assess the status of using human resource. Chapter 2: Presented the theories related to the research, theories about the satisfaction of workers to organize to make the foundation for entire subject. Chapter 3: Presented research methodology: design research, qualitative research, quantitative research, set up measurement, reliability testing Chapter 4: Analyzing data and research results. Chapter 5: Suggestions and conclusions. The findings showed that organization and improve the operation of the management staff will meet the expectations of employees and society. It depends on the practical solutions for training, internal relations, wages, and work environment etc. In addition, suggestions from the research results were yielded in the suggestion section.

This thesis aims to research on factors affecting the satisfaction of employees with their job at Haiduong Agricultural and Foodstuff Processing Export – Import J.S.C. The research model is JDI adding the factor “organizational culture”. Research method used is quantitative research method, using statistical methods such as: Cronbach `s Alpha, factor analysis, regression, correlation, etc. with the help of SPSS software 18.0. The research results showed that there were four factors that influence the satisfaction of employees working at the company, including: (1) organizational culture; (2) equal salary payment; (3) work itself; (4) co-worker relations. In which the factor “organizational culture” has the biggest impact. The research results also showed useful information for increasing the satisfaction level of employees with job. In addition, the results showed that it was needed to adjust JDI model in order to better apply in measuring employee satisfaction with job in the research conditions of Vietnam. Finally, the research also pointed out limitations and directions for further researches.
