Abstract:
The coronavirus COVID-19 is affecting 196 countries and territories around the world. The number of deaths keep on increasing each day because of COVID-19. According to World Health Organization (WHO), infected COVID-19 is slightly increasing day by day and now reach to 570,000. WHO is prefer to conduct a screening COVID-19 test via online system. A suitable approach especially in string matching based on symptoms is required to produce fast and accurate result during retrieving process. Currently, four latest approaches in string matching have been implemented in string matching; characters-based algorithm, hashing algorithm, suffix automation algorithm and hybrid algorithm. Meanwhile, extensible markup language (XML), JavaScript object notation (JSON), asynchronous JavaScript XML (AJAX) and JQuery tehnology has been used widelfy for data transmission, data storage and data retrieval. This paper proposes a combination of algorithm among hybrid, JSON and JQuery in order to produce a fast and accurate results during COVID-19 screening process. A few experiments have been by comparison performance in term of execution time and memory usage using five different collections of datasets. Based on the experiments, the results show hybrid produce better performance compared to JSON and JQuery. Online screening COVID-19 is hopefully can reduce the number of effected and deaths because of COVID.

This research tries to build an inventory application by applying EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method as the base of development. This research method is divided into three stages, namely data collection pre-development, development and implementation, and data collection post-development. The result of this research is inventory application with EOQ Probabilistic method with emphasizing result with graph form to facilitate company owner in making decision. Metode penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan aplikasi persediaan dengan metode EOQ Probabilistik yang dengan menitikberatkan hasil dengan bentuk grafik untuk mempermudah pemilik perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Sistem manajemen persediaan yang dibangun dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON, AJAX, Boostrap sebagai media dalam perancangan antar muka. Uji coba peneIitian bertempat di SMK Negeri 3 Banjarmasin dengan teknik pengumpuIan data berupa wawancara, angket, dan tes hasiI beIajar. Subjek peneIitian terdiri dari 30 orang siswa dan 1 orang guru mata peIajaran bersangkutan. Teknik anaIisis data yang digunakan adaIah anaIisis deskriptif kuaIitatif. Berdasarkan hasiI dari peneIitian, diketahui bahwa: 1) pengembangan media pembelajaran perakitan komputer tersebut menggunakan modeI pengembangan ADDlE, teknoIogi yang digunakan antara Iain HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Firebase, JSON, Construct2, X3DOM, dan BIend4web, 2) hasiI uji keIayakan media pembeIajaran menunjukkan bahwa media pembeIajaran Iayak dengan memenuhi tiga kriteria yakni kevaIidan, keefektivan, dan kepraktisan. HasiI uji kevaIidan yang diIakukan oleh 2 orang ahIi materi dan 2 orang ahIi media menunjukkan kriteria vaIiditas sangat tinggi. HasiI uji keefektivan yang diukur berdasarkan hasiI beIajar peserta didik memperoIeh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 80%. The Asset Management Information System is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Plantation Office, to obtain information about assets that is more targeted and easy to obtain. In writing this thesis, the author only discusses the problem of designing a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service. The research objective was to identify and design a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service and the Asset Management Information System Design using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this thesis is obtained by two methods, namely literature study related to library books and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this thesis. Asset Management Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff in the field of administration to record and input asset data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Office has followed procedures and uses a computer with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP, and MySQL programming languages as the database.

Abstract:
Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is present in many countries, including Tanzania. Gairo is among the districts that frequently face FMD. This study found that the current mechanism for communicating FMD in Gairo district suffers from a long chain of information flow that causes delay and insufficient information for FMD control. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the implementation of an information system named "Monitoring System for Transboundary Foot and Mouth Disease," developed purposely to provide a standard platform for communicating FMD between livestock keepers and other stakeholders in the district. The system enables timely sharing of FMD events such as outbreaks, precaution measures, clinical signs, and negative impacts using Short Message Services (SMS), Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), and Voice Calls (robo-calls) through the mobile phones. Also, livestock keepers may report FMD outbreaks direct to the system using feature phones. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze data and Microsoft Visio was used for drawing the system architecture and information flow diagram. Finally, the system was implemented using PHP hypertext processor, JQuery, HTML, JSON, JavaScript, MySQL, and Apache webserver.

Until now, Diponegoro University has become one of the most favored State University for High School students to proceed their study. So far, there hasn’t been any information system for basketball student organization in Diponegoro University such as mobile device application that provides information, field location, and reminder for the basketball practice. Based on this concern, an application for the information system must be made on Android Operation System. Design of mobile information system for basketball student organization in Diponegoro University based android, a client server application created by using theJava, PHP, jQuery and MySQL for database. The intake of latitude and longitude coordinate will utilize the GPS feature on the mobile device and will be displayed on Google Maps API. JSON will collect the data of schedules into the mobile device, continued to recieve dialog alert and broadcast reciever for the alarm feature. The result of this design is realization of a application that able to search location of a basketball field based on android system, equipped with features that can help user to find the field and alarm to remind them of practice time. This design is also used to introduce android application developers using the Global Positioning System functions for user navigation.

The rapid development of information technology has provided opportunities for various sectors to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, including in the field of ornamental plant sales. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Ornamental Plant Sales Information System at JA Garden to overcome the constraints of manual systems that often cause delays, errors, and lack of efficiency in managing sales data. This system is designed using various web-based programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSON, and PHP, with database processing based on Structured Query Language (SQLi). The supporting software used includes XAMPP version 5.6, Notepad++, and the Google Chrome browser. The results of this study indicate that the designed information system is able to produce accurate sales data, speed up the transaction process, and facilitate the delivery of information to customers and management. In addition, this system also reduces the level of errors in data management, which previously often occurred in manual systems. With this system, JA Garden can optimize its business processes, increase customer satisfaction, and strengthen competitiveness in the digital era. As a suggestion, the management of this system requires competent workers (brainware) to ensure that the system is used optimally and supports sustainable business development.

Tracer Study is one method used by several universities, especially in Indonesia to get feedback from alumni. The feedback obtained from these alumni is needed by the university in their efforts to improve and develop the quality and education system. The aim of this study was to develop an e-tracer study that made it easier for AMIK Indonesia's campuses to monitor their graduates and develop intelligent system-based e-tracer studies. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and observations. While research design uses experiments because it produces products that are decision support systems. The method used to support this research is the FMADM method using the SAW method calculation and the design method used is the waterfall method, which is a systematic and partial software development approach that starts at the level and progress of the system in all analyzes, designs, codes, tests, and maintenance. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the tracker study was built with the Codeigniter and NODE framework. JS uses supporting programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Jquery, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, Bootstrap as media in interface design. Whereas PHP as server-side and MySQL as database. while the method used for testing the application is White Box Testing and the Black Box method.

a b s t r a c t Educational institutions such as AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia often require a form of the decision in determining academic judgment on the elements of tri dharma; teaching, research, community service and supporting elements that are appropriate for academics so that good quality education is achieved in accordance with the assessment. A decision is a matter that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, so also choosing the academic quality that has an impact on the focus of accreditation of higher education institutions. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The purpose of this study is to design a system of academic judgment decision support with Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) systems with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, to obtain more accurate results in an academic assessment of AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesian tri dharma elements so that they can improve the quality of universities. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and direct observation to AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, begitu juga memilih mutu akademik yang berdampak pada fokus akreditasi institusi perguruan tinggi. Model yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) serta metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative pada semua atribut. Recent years have seen a noticeable growth in migration flows from Africa and Middle East to Southern Europe, thus generating a remarkable increase of attention on media and public opinion, sometimes resulting in stereotypes and prejudices. Funded by the European Commission – Joint Research Centre through the MYGEOSS program, MIGRation pATtterns in Europe (MIGRATE) aims at educating the citizens about migration fluxes in Europe using a gamification approach based on a trivia game. MIGRATE is completely developed with Free and Open Source Software. On the server-side Django is used to define the models that handle all the required data and tables are created in a PostgreSQL database. Questions and answers are sent in JSON format to the client, while the geospatial layers in GeoJSON format are rendered on the map interface using OpenLayers 3. Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3 are used for responsive design, while the jQuery library is used to ease the JavaScript programming. All the data sources used within MIGRATE are available as full and open access with no restrictions for reuse, except for the obligation to mention the source of the input data. Exploited data sources include OpenStreetMap for geospatial information, and UNHCR, IOM, Eurostat and The Migrant’s Files project for non-geospatial information. Overall, data shows how the users’ perceptions change while playing and that players’ awareness of migration-related problems increases with the number of games played. The source code of MIGRATE and the collected data are available respectively under the EU Public License (EUPL) and the CC BY 4.0 license.

Abstract:
Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) is present in many countries globally, including Tanzania, especially Gairo district. The data shows that 78% of livestock keepers in Gairo district had already observed FMD infection in their cattle, and the pastoral communities were mostly affected. Currently, vaccination is the main tool for controlling FMD because there are no therapeutic intervention tools. Therefore, effective communication among livestock stakeholders can be used as an essential tool of preparedness for the disease’s impact. This study had two specific objectives: (i) to explore the challenges of communicating FMD events among livestock keepers and other livestock stakeholders in Gairo district and (ii) to propose an information system for sharing FMD events among the livestock stakeholders in Gairo district. The study found that there was a delay when communicating FMD events in Gairo district due to the long chain of information flow. Therefore, the system aims to reduce the communication chain by allowing livestock keepers to report disease outbreaks directly to the system. Livestock keepers may also access FMD precaution measures, negative impacts, clinical signs transmission ways, and current outbreaks directly from the system using Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), Short Message Services (SMS), robocalls, and feature phones. The system also provides a common platform for sharing FMD outbreaks data and events to other stakeholders based on the system’s privileges. In this study, a closed-ended interview using a questionnaire was used for data collection. The PHP hypertext processor, jQuery, HTML, JSON, JavaScript, Apache web server, and MySQL database were used for developing the system.

The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. The design of public service information system software in web-based capital lending at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service which the author designed consists of several stages, namely input design, output design, process design, control design, labor design, and cost design. This design later the author hopes to make it easier for every user, especially the capital loan section of the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office for more detailed design stages. At the application development stage using the agile development method. Based on the results of observations and the author can draw a conclusion which include the following; 1) The use of the Community Service Information System in Lending Capital at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service is expected to help create accurate and effective loan information data, 2) The existence of an information system provides convenience for the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office because it speeds up general information and reduce errors, and 3) Sales Information System at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service which the author designed using various web-based programming languages ​​consisting of; HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON PHP, and for database processing the Structure Query Language (SQLL) is used. Tracer study is a study of tracer traces of graduates or alumni carried out to alumni after graduation. The obstacle faced by STMIK Abulyatama in conducting a tracer study is at the time of data collection, currently collecting data manually by distributing questionnaires and telephone interviews with alumni and companies. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a complete E-Tracer study service, which can provide information for higher education institutions for the benefit of curriculum improvements, trace alumni in detail and determine user satisfaction of college graduates. The research objectives are; (1) To find out the alumni information system using a web-based programming language, (2) Designing an alumni management information system using Data Flow Diagrams (DAD) and programming languages ​​such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP and MySQL as databases, and (3) To improve the existing system to be even better, by building an information system that can improve performance on alumni data collection at Abulyatama University. The stages in the research consist of; literature study, data collection, systems analysis, system development, and report generation. Based on the results of the alumni information system analysis, it can be seen that until now it is still done manually. The author can conclude several things, namely; (1) With a Web-Based Alumni Information System, it is hoped that it will make work easier and accurate and more time-efficient information can be obtained, (2) The use of a manual system has limitations in the data search process, because the data is still stored in archive form, ( 3) Difficulty in updating the latest data for publication to the public, and (4) With this application, it is expected to simplify and speed up the administrative process at Abulyatama University.

This paper presents the first prototype of the web system designed for data preprocessing with Data Mining (DM), which includes the collection of data from external and heterogeneous sources, preparing imported data, through a selection and cleaning process, transformation with variable identifiers and parameterized to discrete values, being pre-processed to useful data, generating a minable view, prerequisite to modeling with DM and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). The development of the system is based on the agile methodology, the Model View Controller and technological tools: pure PHP, Laravel, Composer, Ajax, Jquery, Json, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3 and MySql; publishing the first version on a website and continuing its application in pre-processing in a sample of students of Information and Communication Technologies of the Technological University of Valle de Toluca. Generating as a result of the first stage of research, a tool and a technological contribution, which supports the analysis of educational trajectories and timely monitoring of students at risk of dropping out or failing; in which it is intended at a later stage, to incorporate a DM and RNA model.

Penggunaan tracer study merupakan mediasi dalam pegukuran kinerja lulusan, tetapi hal yang paling menarik disini adalah dimana aplikasi tracer study tidak disediakan secara gratis, kebanyakan perguruan tinggi memiliki masalah yang komplek seperti kurangnya dana, fasilitas hingga SDM dalam bidang IT yang membuat tracer study tidak banyak digunakan maupun tersebar di berbagai website Perguruan Tinggi. Terkait hal tersebut, diharapkan e-tracer study berbasis sistem cerdas dapat membantu perguruan tinggi mendapatkan suatu keputusan dan e-tracer study dikembangkan dalam bentuk open source sehingga dapat digunakan dan dikembangkan secara gratis oleh setiap Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disumpulkan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil merancang e-tracer study yang dibangun dengan framework codeigniter dan bahasa pemograman pendukung terdiri dari HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON, AJAX, Boostrap sebagai media dalam perancangan antar muka. Sedangkan PHP sebagai server side dan MySQL sebagai database. Pada proses perancangan dilakukan melalui tahapan rumusan masalah, literatur studi, pengumpulan datam analisis kebutuhan, desai system dan pengujian aplikasi. Pada proses pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox dan diukur dengan menggunakan metode usabilitity test pada pengukuran 5 (lima) komponen terdiri dari; learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada mahasiswa dan alumni. e-tracer study menggunakan kuisioner berdasarkan peraturan dan pedoman pusat karir dan tracer study 2017, dan pada proses pengisian alumni tidak menggunakan modul register tetapi alumni cukup mengisi form pendaftaran yang disediakan, hal ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil usability test bahwa alumni AMIK Indonesia sangat tidak menyukai proses register dan aktivasi.
