A method is first proposed to extract the equivalent circuit from the scattering parameters obtained from full-wave simulations. The database of the equivalent circuit of a series of T-junctions is then constructed. The design method of bandstop filter is developed based on this database. In this design method, the sizes related to the T-junctions are designed from the stopband specifications of the filter.
