Abstract:
This research discusses the role of an international organization called Junior Chamber International (JCI) in Indonesia which helps the provision and management of clean water and sanitation as one of the realizations of the global sustainable development goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods. Data was collected by interviewing several relevant sources and observing various JCI activities. Other data were obtained from secondary data in the form of literature studies and various supporting documentation such as books and journals, data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the DKI Provincial Government, as well as the results of periodic reports and various photo documentation of JCI's activities. Liberalism theory was chosen as an approach that is considered capable of providing answers to the positive changes formed and carried out by JCI in international relations cooperation to realize sustainable development. The results of the study show that JCI as an international organization is a platform for young professionals in their fields and can directly contribute in depth. JCI is also able to navigate the interests of stakeholders both towards the government, NGOs, other international organizations, and the community as targets in terms of efforts to realize the six sustainable development goals, namely the management and provision of access to clean water and sustainable sanitation

Abstract:
The genus Scaphiophryne (Anura: Microhylidae) contains at least nine species that, together with their probable sister genus Paradoxophyla, form the Madagascar-endemic subfamily Scaphiophryninae. Scaphiophryne are robust burrowing frogs with explosive breeding behavior and are characterized by a unique larval morphology, being intermediate between that of filter-feeding and generalized tadpole types. Based on tadpole morphology, the nominal subgenus Scaphiophryne can be distinguished from the subgenus Pseudohemisus, a clade occurring in arid biomes with a largely unsolved taxonomy and nomenclature. Here we combine a comprehensive molecular phylogeny of all scaphiophrynines based on five mitochondrial and two nuclear genes with a re-examination of the name-bearing type specimens of the seven species-level nomina assignable to the subgenus Pseudohemisus. Our molecular phylogeny supports monophyly of the two subgenera and assigns the enigmatic S. matsoko to the subgenus Scaphiophryne. In this subgenus, our analysis confirms all currently accepted species as independent evolutionary lineages based on concordant differentiation in mitochondrial and nuclear genes, and provides evidence for a combination of low mitochondrial divergence, distinct nuclear divergence, and high nuclear heterozygosity. Yet, contrary to previous hypotheses, we do not find evidence of ongoing hybridization. In the subgenus Pseudohemisus we find support for three clearly delimited species-level lineages, one of which contains two deep conspecific lineages that warrant further study. To stabilize the taxonomy in this subgenus, and considering the very poor state of preservation of several type series and the heterogeneity of some of them, we here designate lectotypes for the nomina: Hemisus obscurus Grandidier, 1872; Calophrynus calcaratus Mocquard, 1895; Pseudohemisus verrucosus Angel, 1930; Pseudohemisus longimanus Angel, 1930; and Pseudohemisus longimanus var. melanopleura Angel, 1934. Taxonomically, we accept Scaphiophryne brevis (Boulenger, 1896) as a well-defined species; restrict S. calcarata (Mocquard, 1995) to the southern lineage of the S. calcarata complex; resurrect Hemisus obscurus Grandidier, 1872 (previously considered to be a dubious name or nomen inquirendum) as Scaphiophryne obscura to refer to the western and north-western lineage of the S. calcarata complex; consider Pseudohemisus verrucosus Angel, 1930 as junior synonym of Scaphiophryne brevis; and consider Pseudohemisus longimanus Angel, 1930 and Pseudohemisus longimanus var. melanopleura Angel, 1934 as junior synonyms of Scaphiophryne obscura. Finally, to accelerate taxonomic progress, we (i) outline a set of criteria by which such old and ambiguous nomina can be applied to known lineages, (ii) suggest that the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature should slightly broaden the conditions under which neotypes are to be designated, and (iii) propose to redouble discussions on the introduction of the concept of the epitype to zoology.

Abstract:
This case study underscores the significance of the different livelihood assets including human capital, financial capital, natural capital, physical capital, and social capital in the initiation phase of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Lipa’s Gawaing Nagpapaunlad ng Pangkabuhayan or Project GANAP. These assets were tagged necessary in the pursuit of positive livelihood outcome that is to uplift the lives of the families in Sitio Hillview in Lipa City, Batangas. In- depth interviews with JCI Lipa key persons and focus group discussion with women participants were conducted by the researcher to determine how the aforementioned livelihood assets were utilized by JCI Lipa. Gathered data revealed that utilization of the livelihood assets is subject to some vulnerabilities, thus sustainability efforts are paramount.. The researcher recommends that since livelihood assets potentially affect the use of other livelihood assets and effective utilization, thus, a study on the mutual impact of these assets not just with Project GANAP but with other governmental and non- governmental social enterprise initiatives be pursued in the future research.

Abstract:
Purpose. Development of a zonal biostratigraphic scheme by benthic foraminifers from Maastrichtian deposits of the Northern outskirts of Donbas, by using the studied sections of the region as an example. Methodology. Microfaunistic analysis was used in the processing of the material. Shells were removed from 150-200 g rocks by the standard methodology in Franke chambers and studied, using the MBS-9 microscope. Results. The biostratigraphic division of the Maastrichtian deposits of the Northern outskirts of the Donbas by benthic foraminifers, previously proposed by the author for the Upper Cretaceous deposits of this territory, is presented. An analysis of the four Early Maastrichtian and two Late Maastrichtian foraminiferal complexes made it possible to distinguish three zones of foraminifers. In the Lower Maastrichtian, the following zones were identified – Neoflabellina retuculata (lower), Brotzenella complanata (upper), in the Upper Maastrichtian – Hanzawaia ekblomi (with lower subzone Cuneus minutus). The Neoflabellina retuculata zone has been defined by the characteristic species Neoflabellina reticulata, Orbignyna sacheri, Heterostomella bullata, Cibicidoides bembix, Osangularia navarroana, Bolivina decurrens, B. incrassata incrassata, Pseudovigerina cristata. The Brotzenella complanata zone is characterized by the following species: Brotzenella complanata, Spiroplectammina suturalis, Gaudryina pyramidata, Cibicidoides bembix, Eponides peracutus, Bolivina incrassata crassa, Pseudovigerina cristata. Species Hanzawaia ekblomi, Anomalinoides pinguis, Praebulimina imbricata, Cuneus minutus are characteristic of the Hanzawaia ekblomi zone. Correspondence of the foraminiferous zones to macrophaunistic is given: Neoflabellina retuculata to the subzone Belemnella licharewi / B. lanceolata, Brotzenella complanata – subzones of Belemnella lanceolata and Belemnella sumensis of the Acanthoscaphites tridens zone of the outskirts of Donbas, the lower part of the Hanzawaia ekblomi zone – the Belemnitella junior / Spyridoceramus tegulatus zone of platform Ukraine. According to the current stratigraphic schemes of Ukraine, the correspondence of the Maastrichtian foraminiferal zones to the local stratigraphic subdivisions of the Northern outskirts of Donbas is indicated. The paleontological characteristics of the Konoplyanivska (two subsuites) and Kamyanobridska suites, which according to the age corresponds to the Lower Maastrichtian deposits, were supplemented with new data. A comparison of the studied foraminifers with species of the Boreal province of the International Stratigraphic Scale was carried out, general species are indicated. Scientific novelty. "The stratigraphic scheme of the Upper Cretaceous deposits of the Northern outskirts of Donbas" is supplemented with new data. Practical significance. The biostratigraphic division of the Maastrichtian deposits of the Northern outskirts of the Donbas by benthic foraminifers can be used for interregional correlation, as well as for detailed mapping of this region.

The Junior Chamber International (JCI) has a total of 119 member countries distributed around the world. The International Junior Chamber of the Republic of China (ROC) was established in Taiwan in 1951. It has 154 chapters and has more than 2 hundred ten thousand current numbers in 2017. The highest goal of the JCI is “self-training and serving other” and also to encourage young people to serve the community, to create careers, and to carry out outstanding achievements. “Ten Outstanding Youngsters” selection has been held since 1963 and has achieved remarkable results for 56 sessions. The National Association of Member convene the president, directors, and supervisors each year. It has a strict management system and plans for various activities to maintain the functioning of the JCI. However, today’s society is constantly seeking new changes. It is worrisome for the Chambers to insist only on the original mode of operation but not to adapt to changes. The interviewees selected in this study are members of the JCI, their professional fields, the leaders of their respective communities, and their experience in leading positions. The interviews include the basic information, time for joining a community and professional field, positions held in a community, professional field, and suggestions for organizational change. A total of 45 consultations were conducted in the survey. It comes to the result of a total of 30 valid questionnaires, while 28 respondents expressed their support for organizational change and 2 respondents disagreed. The results show that the JCI’s organizational reforms should be streamlined and the chapters should strengthen membership training. To conclude, this study lays the foundation for future changes in the organization of the JCI, and uses in-depth interviews to find out the reasons and methods for organizational change to be improved. We believe that the JCI will be able to go further and create a better tomorrow for the society.

With a vibrant, progressive development of the private sector that helps to fuel a variety of nonprofit social organizations to mushroom following a series of changes to the political environment, the government has moved to promulgate the People''s Organization Law to regulate a host of nonprofit organizational corporation aggregates. In discerning the management and administration of non-profit organizations, relevant studies showed that integrating a fine management and social conscience would help to fuel an organization to a sustainable growth through corporation aggregates'' missions and activities. And the phenomenon of frequent membership turnovers in the development process of corporation aggregates has rendered the necessity to further delve into studying how best to curb membership turnover. Currently, among Taiwan''s top five international corporation aggregates, with each operating local chapters distributed throughout the island, the study had focused on the Junior Chamber International of ROC Mambers as the subject in factual validation. To validate that organizational culture, leadership style, service performance and organizational commitment are correlated to turnover intention, there is a compelling need to develop an analysis framework that can be used in factual validation. The study''s objective lies in studying the disparity, correlation and impact of corporation aggregates'' organizational culture, leadership style, service performance and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The study, focusing on the Junior Chamber International of, ROC members as the study subject, has had a questionnaire survey conducted through abridged sampling means, with a total of 1,252 questionnaires distributed, and 416 recalled, yielding a total of valid questionnaires at 384 upon deleting 32 invalid questionnaires, with an effective questionnaire recall rate at 30.67%. The study adopts the SPSS statistical Windows software as the statistical analysis tool, and utilizes research methods catering to the sample data encompassing the factor analysis, dependability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, t test analysis, single factor variable analysis, post-even multiple analysis, Pierson’s correlation analysis, multiple reversal analysis, hierarchy reversal analysis, set analysis, path analysis and so forth. The conclusions derived by the study are as follows, 1.Different variables in individual attributes, i.e., gender, age, education, marriage status, current JCI position, membership seniority, among JCI members are found with partial significant variation of their awareness of the organizational culture, leadership style, service performance, and organizational commitment to their turnover intention. 2.Organizational culture, leadership style, service performance, and organizational commitment are found significantly correlated to turnover intention. 3.Organizational culture, leadership style, service performance, and organizational commitment are found to bear a significant impact to turnover intention. 4.Analysis on organizational culture, leadership style, service performance, and organizational commitment among JCI members with varied corporation aggregates are found with significant variations to turnover intention. The foresaid conclusions would be presented to the Junior Chamber International , relevant social organizations, or non-profit organizations, relevant scholars, and future researches as reference point and in future studies.
