在過去大多數文學史的論述中,王闓運由於摹擬漢魏六朝文學的復古主張而被視為是晚清保守派人物,其文學思想的價值意義及其背後的現實關懷都被輕易忽略,沒有得到足夠的重視。在學界逐漸承認古典文學與現代文學並非截然斷裂、古典文學更是現代文學在草創階段重要的借鑒資源時,對於王氏文學思想似乎也可以提出新的評價。通過對王闓運文學思想的剖析,可以發現,他的文學除了是與當時眾多文學話語的對話之外,還包含他的經學思想和現實關懷,在晚清文化轉型時期的大背景下,王氏看似復古守舊的取態,實際上在對文學與個人、文學與政治關係的思考上體現了一定的超越性,甚至可以與五四以後的現代文人達成相似的共識契合。全文共分六章。第一章為緒論,交代研究動機及思路。第二章在說明王闓運對駢散之爭的取態之外,同時探討其學術思想與文論之間的關聯,指出王氏通經自治的思想迥異於當時的致用思潮,同時也反映在他的文論之中。第三章以王氏的「文情說」為主線,探討他與鄧輔綸和袁枚的詩學對話,由此還原王氏文情說的建構過程及闡釋其內涵意義,說明王氏對創作的關注聚焦於如何處理文學藝術和個人情感的關係。第四章通過比較王氏與道咸宋詩派的詩學異同,由此說明王氏試圖將宋明理學的道德詩學排除在他的文學思想之外,視詩歌為個人陶冶性情的藝術。第五章由王氏在學術和文學思想上提出的「為己為人」之辨展開,由此了解其文學思想背後批評文學為政治服務、士人追求名利等現實關懷,而他在肯定文學的獨立價值,以及批評道德及政治文學的取態上與五四文人也有一定程度的契合。第六章為結論。Abstract Wang Kaiyun has been labeled as a 槍conservative" for his literary acclamation in most research of literary history. Therefore, his literary concern on the problems of society has not been attended much in the relevant studies. This dissertation focuses on the theme of Tradition and Modernity, uncovering his literary thought in the cultural transitional era on the one hand, and on the other, giving efforts to explain his transcendental consciousness over the relation between individuality and literature, literature and politics. In his literary dialogue with other literary contexts, his seemingly conservative acclamation is in fact thought-provoking for the contemporary as well as the following May-Fourth cultural movement. This dissertation consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces research motive and methodology. The second chapter focuses the relation between Wang Kaiyun's literary theory and thoughts apart from his attitude toward the two literary types of prose and essay. The third chapter explores his poetic dialogue with Deng Fulun and Yuan Mei by tracing his Wen Qing Shuo(theory on the literary sentiments), in order to restore the process of theoretical formation as well as the connotation interpretation. The following chapter compares and contrasts Wang's poetic theory with the School of Song Poetry in Dao, and confirms his acclamation on the function of poetry as way of feeling expression. Wang Kaiyun rejects the authority of Song-Ming Confucianism in poetry, and insists that poetry be the art for cultivating human mind. Chapter five focuses on Wang's philosophical idea of Wei Ji versus Wei Ren(for self-versus for others), uncovering the value of his humanity concern for the following May-Fourth cultural movement. The last chapter is the concluding part.

The thesis analyses a problem of improving the work environment and all the sections of an organisation. In the first part, the genezis, methods, theory and practical examples of Kaizen philosophy and 5S method are presented. In the second part, there is an instruction to make a system of presenting proposals of employees and the possible forms of its realisation. I dealt with assessment and finacial valuation of the given proposals. Finally, I propose documents for keepimg standards and increasing efficiency of the 5S method in a certain workplace.

Firstly, the word KAIZEN is analysed in a theoretical part of this Master Thesis and the individual structures in organizations are described in next chapter. The requirements of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001) are introduces, too. An audit, its types, sorts and processes of it are explained at the end of the theoretical part. A practical part contains “A project university - certifying authority – organisation”. The project deals with student´s involvement into the internal audits of selected organizations and gaining knowledge of audit processes. The project deals with competence evaluation of the internal audits´ implementation, too.

Abstract:
Theoretical part of this diploma thesis describe Kaizen method and parts of this method, which was developed in Japan after the Second World War. One part of this method is the 3MU concept, that includes definition of absences which influence all companies. One concept of the 3MU is “Muda”, who indicate waste. Practical part is interesting in wastes in sphere of productivity at one of the production department of the Bosch Diesel Ltd. in Jihlava. Individual operations of this department are considered in light of possibility introduction of more-machine operation and the checking of necessity of some machines. As a result is time data evaluation by REFA method and check of possibility introduction of more-machine operation with modification of working processes, calculation of industrial production capacity of some machines and the definition of buffer stocks. This modification of working processes, number of machines and the definition of buffer stocks needs change of layout of production department. At the conclusion there are calculated final costs and savings for implementation of this project.

O presente trabalho propõe alcançar um aumento de produtividade e consequente redução de custos e desperdícios ajudando o departamento logístico da Empresa Revigrés – Industria de Revestimentos de Grés, Lda, a tornar-se mais eficiente, através da aplicação da filosofia kaizen que propõe melhorias no desempenho por implementação de pequenas ações. O objetivo deste projeto é a melhoria do departamento logístico globalmente, para isso houve o recurso a pesquisas e levantamento de métodos e ferramentas existentes, o que tornou possível encontrar soluções para proceder às melhorias relativamente ao armazenamento, recolha de produtos e arrumação. Através do levantamento e análise de alguns dados, relacionados com todos os fluxos que o armazém possui, foi possível definir um layout de armazém que possibilita uma maior produtividade e melhor ocupação dos espaços, reduzindo assim alguns custos e eliminando algumas fontes de desperdício. No seguimento do método PDCA, a base da filosofia Kaizen, procedeu-se primeiro ao planeamento para posterior tomada de decisões, verificações e testes e assim realizar as alterações de alguns fluxos analisados, isto através da aplicação de algumas metodologias Kaizen como os 5´s que não só tornou possível a redução de espaços de algumas áreas analisadas como também foi percetível a diminuição de desperdícios e erros, isto tudo levará ao aumento de produtividade e redução de custos neste setor.
The present work aims to achieve an increase in productivity and consequent cost reduction and waste helping the department's logistics of Revigrés - Industria de Revestimentos de Grés, lda, to become more efficient through the application of the kaizen philosophy which proposes improvements in performance by implementing small actions. The objective of this project is to improve the overall department’s logistics for this was the use of research and survey of existing methods and tools which made it possible to find solutions to make the improvements regarding the storage, collection and storage of products. Through the survey and analysis of some data related to all flows that the store has, was possible to define a warehouse layout that enables greater productivity and better occupation of space, thereby reducing some costs and eliminating some source of waste. Following the PDCA method, the basic philosophy of Kaizen, proceeded first to the planning for future decision making, checks and tests and thus make the changes of some flows analyzed, this by applying some kaizen methodologies like 5’s that not only made possible the reduction of spaces in some areas was also analyzed as a noticeable decrease in waste and errors, all this will lead to increased productivity and reduced costs in this sector.

The aim of the study was to support the ongoing kaizen work at a medical centre. Two main topics have been addressed in this study: • Find a solution to ensure that the kaizen decisions are followed and will get a strong grip in the organisation. • Support the kaizen process by giving advice on how to structure the meetingsand how the kaizen work could be done more effectively. The study started with a visit to the medical centre to observe the kaizen process and the attitudes among the employees. The employees were asked to fill in a survey about the kaizen work at the centre. The final recommendations given have been based on this and also information gathered from other medical centres which work after the same kaizen principles. The recommendations for the two topics mentioned above mainly suggested a better documentation standard and 5S on the kaizenprocess at the medical centre.

Tiivistelmä. Tutkimus käsittelee liikuntaa alakoulussa opettavien opettajien liikunnan oppilasarvioinnissa käyttämiä menetelmiä ja osa-alueita. Tavoitteena oli selvittää mitkä asiat vaikuttavat liikunnan oppilasarviointiin alakoulussa, minkä painoarvon opettajat antavat millekin liikunnan arvioinnin osa-alueelle ja mitä menetelmiä opettajat käyttävät arviointitietoa kerätessään. Tutkimuksen kohteena olivat myös selvittää opettajien mielipiteitä arvioinnin haastavuudesta. Tutkimuksessa pyrittiin selvittämään myös onko opetuskokemuksella ja koulutustaustalla vaikutusta arviointiin. Lisäksi tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, miten opettajat kokevat mahdollisen lisäkoulutuksen tarpeen arvioinnin kokemiseen liittyen. Oppimiskäsityksen muuttuessa behavioristisesta kohti kognitiivista myös arvioinnin luonne on muuttunut. Arviointi nähdään prosessina, joka on osana kaikkia oppimisen ja opettamisen vaiheita. Sillä nähdään olevan vaikutusta oppilaan oppimiseen ja oppimisprosessin kulkuun. Liikunnan opetuksen keskeinen tavoite on liikunnalliseen elämäntapaan kasvattaminen ja tässä myös arvioinnin merkitys korostuu. Kokonaisuudessaan arvioinnin tavoitteena on tukea oppilaan kasvua ja kehitystä. Opettaja tekee arviointiaan oman persoonansa myötä, jolloin opettajan arvot, ihmiskäsitys ja oppimiskäsitys vaikuttavat työskentelyn taustalla. Tutkimuksen kohdejoukkona olivat Kainuun alueen alakoulujen liikuntaa opettavat opettajat. Kyselyn vastaajajoukon koko oli 86 kappaletta kahdeltakymmeneltäyhdeksältä koululta. Kyselyyn vastasi 53 naista ja 33 miestä. Tutkimus toteutettiin kvantitatiivisesti, jota laajennettiin avoimilla kysymyksillä. Kyselylomakkeessa oli yhteensä kymmenen kysymystä, joista seitsemän oli monivalinta- tai suljettuja kysymyksiä ja kolme avoimia kysymyksiä. Aineisto kerättiin keväällä 2012 postikyselynä. Analysointimenetelminä tutkimusongelmiin vastattaessa käytettiin frekvenssianalyysia, keskiarvoa, keskihajontaa sekä Spearmanin järjestyskorrelaatiokerrointa. Avoimia kysymyksiä luokiteltiin aihealueittain, joista etsittiin täydennyksiä opettajien antamiin vastauksiin kvantitatiivisten kysymysten lisäksi. Tutkimuksen tuloksista kävi ilmi, että tutkimuksessa esitetyistä liikunnan oppilasarvioinnin osa-alueista opettajat painottivat eniten kiinnostusta ja asennetta sekä liikuntataitoja. Pienin painoarvo oli puolestaan liikuntatiedoilla. Arviointimenetelminä opettajat käyttivät eniten selkeästi eniten havainnointia ja tarkkailua. Arviointimenetelmistä vähiten opettajat käyttivät työssään portfoliota, kirjallisia liikuntatietoja mittaavia kokeita ja toveriarviointia. Tutkittaessa opettajan työkokemuksen ja koulutustaustan mahdollista yhteyttä arvioinnin kokemisen helppouteen ja haastavuuteen ei löytynyt yhteyttä. Suurin osa opettajista koki, ettei lisäkoulutukselle ole tarvetta. Tutkimuksesta kävi ilmi, että opettajat toivoisivat arvioinnin olevan tasapuolista niin paikkakuntakohtaisesti kuin valtakunnallisella tasolla.

A Manufatura Enxuta está baseada nas práticas do Sistema Toyota de Produção. O principal objetivo deste é reduzir e eliminar perdas a fim de deixar a organização mais ágil e flexível, conseqüentemente mais competitiva. É importante deixar claro que para a implantação das práticas de chão de fábrica da Manufatura Enxuta é necessário um sistema de gestão da introdução destas práticas, sendo que este sistema de gestão deve ser planejado com base em um método que facilite a introdução das práticas e a sustentação dos resultados. Em geral as empresas estão utilizando o método Gemba Kaizen (GK) para tal. Este método deve se munir das principais práticas da ME focado na eliminação de desperdícios através do envolvimento das pessoas. A premissa do método Gemba Kaizen é de que irá se realizar um Evento no Gemba (chão de fábrica) para se obter um Kaizen (mudança para melhor). O modo como este Evento se dará é o que está sendo abordando nesta dissertação de mestrado, chamado de método para o Evento Gemba Kaizen. O cerne do método para o Evento Gemba Kaizen é o envolvimento das pessoas na busca de melhorias voltadas aos pilares de entrega, qualidade e custo. O método propõe eventos que tragam resultados de uma forma rápida a baixo custo e que envolvam a todos, incluindo a alta administração. O método proposto vem sendo testado em uma grande empresa e está demonstrando excelentes resultados, onde já foram realizados enumeras aplicações, e criou vida própria, pois tem sido procurado por todos os níveis para realização de melhorias. The Lean Manufacturing is based on the Toyota Production System. The main objective of this is to reduce and to eliminate wastes in order to leave the organization most agile and flexible, consequently more competitive. It is important to say that for the implantation of Lean Manufacturing#s practical ones in the soil-of-plant, a system of management to introduce these practical is necessary, being that this system of management must be planned being based on a method that the introduction of the practical ones facilitates and the sustentation of the results. In general the companies are using the method Gemba Kaizen (GK) for this. This method must be used main the practical ones of LM, centered in the elimination of wastefulnesses through the envolvement of the people. The premise of the Gemba Kaizen#s method is of that an Event in the Gemba (plant soil) will be become fullfilled to get a Kaizen (change for better). The way as this Event will be given is what it is being approaching in this master#s dissertation, called method for the Gemba Kaizen#s Event. The heart of the method for the Gemba Kaizen#s Event is the envolvement of the people in the search of improvements, directed to them pillars of delivery, quality and cost. The method suggests events that bring resulted of a fast form, low cost and that they involve to all, including the high administration. This method comes being tested in a great company and it is demonstrating excellent results, where already some applications had been carried through, creating proper life, therefore has been looked for all the levels for accomplishment of improvements.

Kaizen is a part of Lean Manufacturing that focuses on the concept of continuous improvement to reduce waste. For implementing Kaizen on the factory floor, comprehensive and efficient tools for data acquisition, process measurement and analysis are required. The MTConnect open specification provides for cost-effective data acquisition on the manufacturing floor for machine tools and related devices. This paper will look at a Kaizen implementation on the shop floor level for continuous improvement using real-time MTConnect data. The Kaizen transformation of machine data into production knowledge was performed in order to understand energy consumption, asset operation and process performance. The paper takes a detailed examination of the machine tool energy management.
