Abstract:
Adverbiale Kasus sind Substantivgruppen ohne Präposition, die im Satz die Funktion einer temporalen, lokalen oder modalen Adverbialbestimmung erfüllen. Im Satz treten sie in der Regel als Adjunkte auf und sind in ihrer Form syntaktisch unabhängig. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Dissertation ist, adverbiale Kasus des Deutschen anhand zahlreicher Belege sowohl synchron als auch diachron aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zu beschreiben. In den älteren Sprachstufen sind adverbiale Kasus häufig belegt. Bis zum Gegenwartsdeutschen wurden viele davon adverbialisiert, durch Präpositionalphrasen ersetzt oder sind zu Phraseologismen erstarrt. In dieser Arbeit wird auf die semantisch-lexikalischen Restriktionen, Struktur, interne Ausfüllung bzw. Besetzung, Bezugsmöglichkeiten, Bedeutungen und die stilistischen Besonderheiten adverbialer Kasus ausführlich eingegangen.
Adverbial case is a noun phrase without preposition, functioning as the adverbial modifier of time, place or manner in a sentence. Syntactically they usually serve as adjuncts and are independent in their form. The aim of the present investigation was to describe the German adverbial case synchronically and diachronically on the basis of a large number of speech samples from different points of view. Adverbial cases have been very frequent at the earlier stages of German. Many of them have been adverbialised, replaced by prepositional phrases or have turned into phraseologisms in the course of language development up to the modern German. The present doctor thesis provides a detailed study of the lexical-semantic restrictions of the adverbial cases as well as of their structure and inner filling, their relation to other sentence constituents, aspects of their meaning and stylistic peculiarities.

Abstract:
The main topic of this thesis is a research of influence of disintegration of sewage sludge on the production of biogas during the process of anaerobic fermentation. The theoretical part deals with issues and specific methods used during the process of waste water cleaning, furthermore it contains simplified description of waste water treatment plants and particular devices. The number of ways of processing sewage sludge and its potential utilization id also discussed. Following parts of the thesis analyze in detail my own process of anaerobic fermentation including important factors influencing this process. Comparison of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation and ecological perspective on the issue are included in this part. Another important part of the thesis deals with disintegration and description of the disintegration methods and devices. The fundamental part implies the analysis of the executed experiments. Experiments analyze the growth of biogas during anaerobic fermentation depending on the disintegration of sewage sludge. After that the evaluation of the experiments is stated together with economical calculations of the disintegration process executed in laboratory conditions.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the best solution design for a sludge fitting, especially focusing on the right choice of pumps for the waste water treatment plant in Prostějov. The pumps were selected for a circulation pipeline, which heats up the sludge. Several measurements were carried out in order to determine the statistical evaluation of the properties of the pumped medium. The figures gained were used to calculate pressure losses.The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part provides a theoretical analysis of the problem and the second part presents the results and subsequently the reasoning for the new selection of pumps in order to change the WWTP technology from the mesophilic to the thermophilic sludge digestion. The test records describing the testing of the individual samples of the pumped sludge are attached.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the ecotoxicological effect of biochar produced from sewage sludge. In case of application of biochar to agricultural land, both the soil and aquatic ecosystem may be affected therefore contact and aquatic tests were chosen to assess the ecotoxicological effects. Representatives of soil invertebrates were earthworms Eisenia fetida; Daphnia magna and Artemia salina were chosen from aquatic animals and terrestrial plants were represented by Lactuca sativa, Sinapis alba and Allium cepa. The results of contact tests point out how ecosystem could be negatively affected by biochar dose. Through aqueous extract were shown differences in sensitivity of individual organisms in aquatic tests. Dried sewage sludge was found to be the biggest burden for all tested organisms. The pelletized biochar with the addition of an additive showed the lowest negative effect on tested organisms.

The target of the first part of this diploma thesis is focused on the problems relating to the sludge production from the wastewater treatment plant and subsequent sludge treatment. Wastewater treatment plant and individual processes from the sludge management are described. The process of the sludge dewatering is described more extensively. Various methods of the dewatering and materials balance are described, too. The second part of this thesis is based on the experiment which took place on wastewater treatment plant Tetčice. The influence of the polymeric organic flocculant dosing on the sludge dewatering was monitored by this experiment. Dependence of the sludge dry matter and filtrate suspended solids content on the specific amount of flocculant was evaluated from experiment’s outputs. Using materials balance and outputs of the experiment, economical balance was made. It made possible to choose the most economic and technologically optimal way of the sludge dewatering on wastewater treatment plant Tetčice.

Abstract:
The first part of the thesis is focused on the problems related to sludge and evaluates sludge disposal from waste treatment plants. The thesis mentions factors influencing method selection of sludge disposal as well as it compares sludge disposal in the Czech Republic and in the other states of the EU. It describes a complete waste treatment line and sludge disposal in the area of sludge treatment and disposal. It deals with sludge disintegration and describes the most effective methods of disintegration. The second part of the thesis describes an experimental part of disintegration of waste treatment sludge. An experiment was conducted in the school laboratory in a way of thermal disintegration in the double-surface pressure tank. The disintegration was conducted to temperatures of 60 °C, 90 °C, 120 °C, 150 °C, and 180 °C. We monitored dependence of the sludge dry residue content on disintegration temperature as well as content of suspended solids in liquid fraction (FUGAT). It was possible to choose optimal temperature of disintegration in accordance with processed results.

Abstract:
Syftet med vår studie är att genomföra observationer för att kvalitativt undersöka vilka strategier, både tillvägagångsmässiga strategier samt matematiska strategier, elever använder sig av vid matematiska problemlösningsuppgifter med olika kontexter. I vårt fall ligger kontextens skillnad i om uppgiften är verklighetsnära eller inte. Tidigare forskning visar bland annat att elever lättare använder sig av sina erfarenheter om uppgiften är verklighetsnära. När det gäller matematiska strategier visar forskare på vikten av att elever kan se likheter och skillnader till uppgifter som eleven stött på tidigare. Även det positiva med interaktion belyses av forskare. Resultatet ifrån vår undersökning analyserades utifrån ett hermeneutiskt och fenomenografiskt förhållningssätt då vi tolkade och försökte få fram variationer i elevernas olika lösningar. Genom analysen kunde vi se att beroende på hur eleven tolkar kontexten har det betydelse för hur eleven löser problemet, både gällande tillvägagångssätt och matematiska strategier. Genom analysen framgick också att elevers samarbete och kommunikation leder till reflektion kring valda strategier.

Föremålet för denna uppsats är det fornsvenska verket Tungulus, sådant det föreligger i hand­skriften Cod. Holm. D 4a, daterad till 1457. Dess troliga tillkomstplats är Strängnäs. Vid tiden för denna handskrifts tillblivelse var det fornsvenska fyrkasussystemet i upplös­ning. Uppsatsen beskriver i vilken grad och hur kasussystemet används i Tungulus och jämför resul­tatet med vad forskningen säger om systemets status vid 1400-talets mitt. Analysen visar att texten bär tydligt vittnesbörd om bortfallsprocessen – att skrivaren var en del av den språkgemenskap som var på väg att lämna kasusbruket. Dock finns en viss konser­va­tiv tendens; delar av kasussystemet är alltjämt i bruk, om än vacklande, och enstaka exempel kan uppfat­tas som arkaiserande. Det vacklande bruket omfat­tar bl.a. maskulina nomina­tiv­än­delsen -er (eeldher, swarter), bestämda feminina ackusa­tiv­ändelsen -a (siälinä) och adjektivens ackusativ­än­del­se -an (diupan). Utjäm­ningen mellan nominativ och ackusativ är långt fram­skriden men inte undan­tags­lös; här finns flera exempel på former som inte skulle komma att överleva kasusbortfallet.

Solární sušení je mimo jiné energeticky nenáročná a tudíž vysoce ekologická cesta pro zpracování kalů z malých čistíren odpadních vod. Výsledkem tohoto procesu je produkt, který je velmi dobře použitelný v zemědělství jako přírodní hnojivo. V rámci této práce bude sestaven zjednodušený dynamický model sušení vrstvy kalu s jednou prostorovou souřadnicí. Tento model bude diskretizován pomocí vhodné numerické metody a bude provedena jeho implementace do výpočtového programu v prostředí MATLAB.

Abstract:
Association mapping (AM) is a form of quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping that utilizes a collection of germplasm rather than a structured mapping population. Marker/trait associations are made through the application of a mixed-effects model that corrects for population stratification. The objective of this study was to evaluate the application of association mapping on a selection of elite spring wheat cultivars. We tested marker/trait associations for known "perfect" markers and markers identified as controlling traits of interest through traditional bi-parental mapping. We also wanted to evaluate the observed linkage disequilibrium (LD) surrounding genes of interest by utilizing closely linked sets of markers in specific regions of the spring wheat genome. Population structure was estimated with fifty-one unlinked microsatellite markers. Two phenotypic datasets were used for evaluation. The first was an unbalanced historical dataset, and the second was a balanced dataset taken from a two year replicated field trial. Marker/trait associations were identified for plant height, stem solidness, heading date, grain protein content, test weight, and seed color. Our analyses identified significant associations between Rht-D1 and plant height, Ppd-D1 and heading date, and Xgwm340 and stem solidness. No associations were identified between Rht-B1 and plant height, Ppd-B1 and heading date, nor Vrn-B1 and heading date. The extent of LD varied depending on breeding history and selection pressure. One LD block was identified around the stem solidness QTL and two blocks were found surrounding a productive tiller QTL. Smaller blocks of LD were observed surrounding the three genes controlling kernel color. No LD was observed surrounding the Rht-B1 locus.

Gina Kaus (1893-1985), une femme de lettres autrichienne de l'entre-deux-guerres, a joui d'une certaine notoriété en tant qu'auteur de pièces de théâtre, de courts récits et de romans, pour la plupart des best-sellers traduits en plusieurs langues et adaptés au cinéma. Tout au long de sa vie, elle a cotôyé des écrivains aussi prestigieux que Franz Blei, Karl Kraus, Alfred Adler, Friedrich Torberg ou Bertold Brecht. Femme de caractère, émancipée, elle fut une des égéries des cafés littéraires viennois et berlinois de l'époque. Comme pour beaucoup d'écrivains juifs, l'Anschluss provoqua une "rupture" dans la vie et la carrière de Gina Kaus : l'exil la conduisit d'abord en France, puis aux Etats-Unis, en Californie, où elle s'installa définitivement. En dépit de nombreuses difficultés d'adaptation, elle travailla avec un certain succès pour le cinéma hollywoodien. Hormis ses mémoires en 1979, elle ne publia plus aucune œuvre et fut peu à peu oubliée du grand public

Faroese is known to lie grammatically between Icelandic and the Mainland Scandinavian languages and dialects. One example of this is that, on the one hand, Faroese is like Icelandic in having a basically intact morphological four case system. On the other hand case-marking in Faroese is linked to clause function to a greater degree than in Icelandic – but to a lesser degree than in the Mainland Scandinavian standard languages. In Scandinavian Linguistics, it has long been an axiom that in the longer term the aforementioned four case system will be reduced in all varieties of the Scandinavian languages. The present thesis investigates if, and if so how, this expected development manifests itself in Senior High School graduation essays in Faroese from the period 1940–1999. A quantitative study forms the core of the thesis. The choice between the dative and other cases is related to eight syntactic variables whose effect on the choice of case is compared using methods from the variationist framework, among others. The results are partly surprising: the dative did not reduce in frequency from the 1940s to 1990s. There certainly is a tendency, however not a statistically significant one, that the dative is more often replaced by another case in contexts where the norm is to use the dative. On the other hand it also seems to become more common for the dative to be used hypercorrectly. Furthermore, the development is not linear, in that around the middle of the investigation period, the dative is used far more according to norms than otherwise. As expected, clause function is an important variable, but by the end of the period under investigation the placement of the nominal phrase within the clause becomes a surprisingly strong factor. It also becomes more important if the phrase takes the form of a first/second-person pronominal or not. The results are theoretically interpreted in the light of, firstly, Generative Grammar, and secondly Construction Grammar. The modification of certain terms is discussed, such as lexical case in Generative Grammar or usage-based model in Construction Grammar. The conclusion is that the linguistic descriptive models of these theories can only partly cover the tendencies to change that are observed. Other parts of the results are best explained using aspects of sociolinguistics. The conclusion is that case studies on a micro-level are valuable in order to evaluate and develop theories of linguistic variation and change at a macro-level.

I den här uppsatsen presenteras en utgåva, d.v.s. en transkription och översättning, av Riksarkivets diplom SDHK-nr 21846. Därtill analyseras skrivarens kasusbruk i texten. Diplomet är utfärdat i Stockholm 1432 och tillhör en tid då kasusböjningen i Mälardals-området snart skulle komma att upphöra. Analysen visar att flera drag av fyrkasussystemet är bevarade i diplomet. Det främsta tecknet på dess försvagning är istället svårigheten att fastställa kasus morfologiskt. Om man borträknar förekomsten av dativ i vissa formuleringar med karaktären av stående uttryck, framstår dessutom ackusativ som det enda kasuset i prepositionsfraser. Detta skulle i sådana fall tyda på att brevets skrivare tagit ett steg mot upplöst kasussystem. Abstract:
Šio darbo tikslas buvo nustatyti ovuliacijos pasireiškimo laiko priklausomybę nuo kalės veislės dydžio ir amžiaus bei metų laiko, bei palyginti GnRH agonisto Suprelorin implanto sukeltos ovuliacijos pasireiškimo laiką su natūraliai pasireiškusios rujos ovuliacijos laiku. Šiam tikslui pasiekti pirmiausiai buvo ištirta 194 kalių (51 skirtingos veislės) progesterono koncentracija kraujo serume. Iš šių kalių buvo atrinktos tos kalės, kurioms pagal progesterono koncentraciją pasireiškė ovuliacija (53 kalės). Nustatyta, kad progesterono koncentracija kraujo serume siekė 20-30 nmol/l. Kalės buvo suskirstytos į grupes: pagal amžių (2 grupės – iki 5 metų (n=41); 5 metų ir vyresnės (n=12) ), pagal veislės dydį (3 grupės – mažos (n=22), vidutinės (n=14) ir didelės (n=17) veislės), pagal sezoną (4 grupės – žiema (n=3), pavasaris (n=16), ruduo (n=11), vasara (n=23) ). Pagal kiekvieną požymį statistiškai buvo įvertinti ovuliacijos pasireiškimo laiko skirtumai tarp grupių, bei įvertinta ovuliacijos priklausomybė nuo kalės amžiaus, dydžio, metų laiko. Statistiškai patikimų skirtumų tarp grupių ir koreliacinių ryšių tarp ovuliacijos pasireiškimo laiko ir kalės amžiaus ir dydžio, bei metų laiko nebuvo nustatyta. Panašių tyrimų iki šiol buvo atlikta labai mažai, todėl informacija yra vertinga. Paskutiniame tyrimųetape4 kalėms buvo panaudoti GnRH agonisto Suprelorin implatai rujai sukelti. The main goal of this paper was to determine whether or not there is a significant influence of GnRH agonist, seasonality, age and size of the bitch on ovulation time, and to compare ovulation time induced by GnRH agonist Suprelorin implant and the ovulation time that occured naturally. To achieve this goal we tested the blood of 194 bitches (51 breeds) for progesterone levels in blood serum. Out of these 194 bitches we selected the ones (53 bitches) that ovulated. Meaning, the progesterone levels for these 53 bitches varied between 20-30 nmol/l. These 53 bitches were divided into groups: by age (2 groups – younger than 5 years (n=41); 5 years old and older (n=12),, by size (3 groups – small (n=22), medium (n=14), large (n=17), and by season (4 groups – winter (n=3), spring (n=16), summer (n=11), autumn (n=23). All the groups were statistically analyzed to determine whether or not there is a significant difference between the groups, and to determine if there are correlations between the ovulation time and the size and age of the bitch and time of year (season). No significant difference or correlations were determined. We have found a little information about influence of seasonality, and age and size of the bitch on ovulation time, so the information in this paper is valuable. This dissertation studies the Good inside Plato’s Symposium. We chose this theme because of the concerns that came out of Plato’s dialogues when, in them, it was not possible, at least not clearly, to determine the meaning of Good. On the contrary, its meaning was not fully explored (as it is seen in the “Book VI” of the Republic, in which the character of Socrates diverts from the subject itself and moves on to discussing the son of the Good, the Sun). Because of this concern this research found a new angle to explore what that meaning could be inside Plato’s Symposium. Therefore, we study the meaning of Good as we dwell on Agathon’s paradigmatic character, as it receives the name agathon, the Good. Plato gives us clues in order to start an investigation on the character himself, such as: its name, its household, the order of the dialogues, the parts of his speech etc. The ways for our search about the meaning of the Good originate from a research on the concept of love (ti metaxy, daimon) and beauty (kalos), as all of them are intertwined, clarifying what love and beauty are, and they are connected explicitly inside the dialogue in Plato’s Symposium (203c), and this suggests a way for us to enlighten the meaning of the Good. This research has a phenomenological approach, as it favors most of Heidegger’s ideas. We opted by Heidegger because this contemporary philosopher is the most crucial one for our clarification of the Good, as in many studies concerning the Greek terms, mainly when talking about agathon, he presented the interpretative way that we needed in order to achieve a proper understanding on the meaning of Good through Agathon’s character. By studying the Love inside Plato’s Symposium this investigation concludes that he is an intermediate (203a). As it is possible to notice in our research the term ti metaxy brings with it the meaning of something “that is inbetween”, intermediating a passage. Another term by which Love is called is Daimon: “the one that makes everything bright and clear”. Love as the one that brings clarity. Beauty is connected to it because, based on our studies, it is “what is brought upon” by Love (203c). We understand that this is how Love originated Beauty as what appears. And, as for the Good, we see as justified in this dissertation, based on a Heidegger’s phenomenological study (he returns to the term agathon in its Greek meaning), that this concept is unveiled as “pure possibility, offering, support for something to happen”. When taking this path directly to Agathon’s character we notice, at last, that it occupies this position inside the Symposium by undertaking exactly the role of the Good, as it was the one that offered the possibility and the support so that the Love logos and the Beauty manifestation could take place in its household. Good as possibility, as the reader himself will be able to notice after going through all of our research in this dissertation, was exposed in that character. However, without a proper investigation approach, as the phenomenology, we would not be able to achieve these conclusions, and we would be looking at the character as a simple scenic game inside Plato’s Symposium.
Essa dissertação se ocupa do tema do Bem. A decisão por esse tema resultou da inquietude surgida dos diálogos platônicos quando, neles, não era indicado, ao menos explicitamente, o sentido do Bem, mas, ao contrário, havia esquivas de explorá-lo (como se observa no “Livro VI” da República, no qual a personagem Sócrates desvia o assunto do Bem e passa a falar do filho do Bem, o Sol). Partindo da referida inquietação pela busca do sentido do Bem, o presente trabalho encontrou um novo viés para explorar o que poderia ser tal sentido, no âmbito do diálogo O Banquete, de Platão. Assim, julgamos poder entrever o sentido do Bem a partir da figura paradigmática de Agatão, pois tal personagem conceitual carrega o nome agathon, o Bem. Platão nos dá vários indícios para começarmos uma investigação da personagem, como: seu nome, sua casa, a ordem dos diálogos, as partes de seu discurso etc. Os caminhos para essa busca do sentido do Bem partem inicialmente de um estudo dos conceitos do amor (ti metaxy, daimon) e da beleza (kalos), pois os três conceitos encontram-se interligados, elucidando o amor e a beleza, que possuem ligação explícita no diálogo O Banquete (203c), favorecendo, assim, o encontro com um caminho de clarificação para o sentido do Bem. A pesquisa que aqui apresenta seus saldos valeu-se de um enfoque fenomenológico, tendo privilegiado muitas das posições heideggerianas. A opção por Heidegger se deveu ao fato de este ser o filósofo contemporâneo mais decisivo para a nossa clarificação do Bem, pois, em diversos estudos dos termos gregos, sobretudo sobre o agathon, esse nos acenou o caminho interpretativo que precisávamos para chegar ao sentido do Bem por meio da personagem Agatão. Ao estudar o amor no diálogo O Banquete, a presente investigação conclui que ele é um intermediário (203a). Como se pode ver ao longo de nossos movimentos de exposição, o termo ti metaxy carrega o sentido de ser algo que “está entre”, intermediando uma passagem. Outro termo pelo qual o amor é chamado é daimon: “aquele que faz brilhar e aparecer.” O amor como tal é aquele que traz o aparecer. A beleza se liga ao amor porque, a partir dos nossos estudos, ela se mostrou como “aquilo que aparece” do amor (203c). Compreendemos que é assim que o amor faz nascer a beleza como o aparecer. E, quanto ao Bem, julgamos poder sustentar nessa dissertação, apoiados num estudo fenomenológico de Heidegger (este que retoma o termo agathon em seu sentido grego), que tal conceito é desvelado como a “pura possibilidade, doação, suporte para que aconteça algo”. Ao levarmos esse sentido diretamente à personagem Agatão, percebemos, enfim, que ela esteve no diálogo ocupando justamente esse papel do Bem, sendo a que doava a possibilidade e o suporte para que ocorresse o logos do amor e o aparecimento da beleza em sua casa. O Bem como possibilidade, como o leitor poderá conferir após acompanhar todo nosso movimento de exposição nessa dissertação, estava implicitamente caracterizado naquela personagem. Entretanto, sem um método de investigação adequado, como a fenomenologia, não chegaríamos a estes saldos, e permaneceríamos mirando a personagem como simples jogo cênico do diálogo platônico.

Syftet med vår undersökning var att undersöka hur pedagogerna på en förskola talar om utanförskap, kränkningar och mobbning. För att vi skulle uppnå vårt syfte med undersökningen utgick vi från våra två frågeställningar: - Vad kan utläsas ur pedagogernas svar om orsaker till utanförskap, kränkningar och mobbning? - Vad kan utläsas ur pedagogernas svar om det förebyggande arbetet mot utanförskap, kränkningar och mobbning?För att svara på våra frågeställningar valde vi att använda oss av kvalitativa intervjuer. Vi intervjuade totalt fem pedagoger med olika utbildningar.Vi har kopplat vår empiriska studie till relevant litteratur och läroplanen, samt diskrimineringslagen. Studien visar att utanförskap, kränkningar och mobbning förekommer på förskolan. Vi kan utifrån vårt empiriska material utläsa att läs att barn som är tysta, lugna och inte vågar ta för sig har lättare för att hamna utanför barngruppen, bli kränkta av andra barn eller utsatta för mobbning. Även de barn som har språksvårigheter, svårt med att uttala ljud och bokstäver och de barn som har ett beteende som inte accepteras av de andra barnen har lätt att utsättas för utanförskap, kränkningar och mobbning.Informanterna tycker att det förebyggande arbetet mot utanförskap, kränkningar och mobbning handlar om att se varje barn för vad det är och bekräfta deras känslor. Informanterna tycker även att man ska styra upp lekar där alla barn får vara med för att förebygga utanförskap, kränkningar och mobbning.
