Abstract:
Abstract: The government's efforts to strengthen the country's food security program are actively implemented through the Young Agropreneur Program. However, the response rate of young people to participate in agropreneurship is still marginal. Therefore, it is crucial to create interest and awareness among young people as early as childhood toward agropreneurship to support the government's aims. This study only focuses on the tendency toward agropreneurship among children at Kuala Muda Children's Activity Center. The intention is to examine the children's inclination toward agropreneurship by identifying the level of interest, knowledge, attitude, and external support towards the field. The study sample consisted of 20 children, and the research method used was interviews and observation. The findings revealed that the interest and knowledge of children at Kuala Muda Children's Activity Center might influence their tendency to participate in agropreneurship. However, the influence of the children's attitude and support toward the field is low. Therefore, the results of this study can provide information to policymakers to derive plans to support, assist and provide incentives such as funds for agroproneurship programs to encourage young people as early as childhood. Besides, it can also increase researchers' understanding of the children's attitude, knowledge, and support towards this field. This understanding can further help the university to provide appropriate programs to cultivate and increase agropreneurial tendencies among children, especially in Children's Activity Centers throughout Malaysia.

Abstract:
Underage marriage in modern-day society has gained the attention of many parties and has made an impact on the sociology of the Malaysian society. Marriages involving minors can be linked to numerous issues of child abuse and paedophilia. Some people worry that these children are being exploited by adults for certain reasons. As a result, there have been vicious accusations against the Prophet over the issue of paedophilia through His marriage with ‘Ā’isha RA. Therefore, this article will vindicate such accusations through the Prophet's hadith regarding marriage. Through a qualitative research methodology, anti-paedophilia elements are revealed to have been taught by the Prophet from His marriage with ‘Ā’isha RA. Therefore, to eradicate public misunderstanding on the issue of paedophilia that has been associated with the Prophet’s name, leaders and scholars are tasked with the responsibility of discussing the ideal age limit for a marriage to be deemed appropriate in Malaysia.

Abstract:
In Decade, This issue is often a contentious one and is not merely an unfortunate story. In any case, this issue is becoming more and more pressing every year and presents a significant challenge to national development. As we all know, education is the first step in any building project. Education can help the community to develop self-reliance and perseverance starting at a young age, specifically among children. Young people are the future generation that will build the nation. This convention provides protection to children in terms of their rights to education, health, and welfare, among other things. The various factors that these young people experience are primarily influenced by their family's socioeconomic background. Among them are the penury factor, the group lifestyle, and the barrier to education. This article discusses the approach taken by the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) to address this issue in the development of vulnerable children alternative education in Sabah. Abstract:
It is well known that the Malaysian Court For Children has jurisdiction over the children who commit crimes and being the victims of abuse, neglect or immoral behaviour. Nevertheless, not many people aware that the court can also hear applications against children beyond the control of their parents or guardians although their misbehaviour is non-criminal in nature such as truancy, running away from home, coming home late and disobedience of parental orders. This granting of jurisdiction indicates the intervention of government in inter-family conflicts, specifically relating to the parent-child relationship. The “beyond control” order made by the court will transfer parental authority from the parents to the government. Therefore, this study is conducted to identify the basis of the jurisdiction of the Court For Children in Malaysia in deciding children beyond control cases and to analyse to what extent the court may intervene in resolving their misbehaviour. To achieve such objectives, this study applies the library research method in collecting data by analysing statutes, books, journals, print media, conference proceedings and other documents. This study concludes that the handling of children beyond control cases by the Court For Children is done based on parens patriae principle which originates from the English common law whereby the parent's failure in controlling their children allows the court to intervene.

Abstract:

 ABSTRACT
What role do folklore and performing arts play in teaching children a society's cultural and social values? Since time immemorial, children's worldviews (worldviews) have been primarily shaped by folk tales, which impart distinctive social values, beliefs, and philosophies to a country's people and communities. In the context of translocality, this study will examine two popular folk tales shared by the Malay Islands, particularly Indonesia and Malaysia: "Bawang Merah Bawang Putih" and the tale of the rebellious child known as "Si Tanggang" in Malaysia or "Malin Kundang" in Indonesia. This study will examine i) similarities and differences in the construction of this story, ii) shared moral values among the Malay Islands community that are spread through folk tales, and iii) how these shared moral values can have a positive effect on Malaysian children who are exposed to this story. This study contends that children's exposure to culturally diverse folklore does not hinder their ability to develop social values related to their contemporary society and environment. This paper also demonstrates that by presenting children as actors and storytellers through the performing arts in general and Wayang Kulit in particular, they can not only present a better understanding of social values than these various versions of stories, but also re-contextualize these values in their daily lives. As a result, they acquire new knowledge and skills for constructing new social values while establishing analogical connections between the trans-local situations envisaged in these folktales and their actual lives.

Abstract:

The Malaysia Agreement 1963 has greatly changed the fate and future of Sabah and Sarawak. The establishment of Malaysia 1963 sets out the protection to protect the rights and privileges of the people in Sarawak through a series of Inter-Governmental Committee (IGC) Reports which form the basis of the 1963 Malaysia Agreement and the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. Educational autonomy is one of the rights givento Sarawak to protect the education system through the Sarawak Education Ordinance since colonial times as well as official languages in Sarawak, namely English. However, a series of amendments to the Act involving the interests of children in the effort of providing quality education led many to see that this is what makes the education autonomy in the 1963 Malaysia Agreement irrelevant to be debated and championed. The findings of the paper discussion aim to prove that Sarawak's association in the Establishment of Malaysia 1963 has greatly benefited the Sarawak-based education system in line with other states in Malaysia in line with the education sector is a field setting under the jurisdiction of the federal government of Malaysia.
