Kangayam cattle, is a dual purpose breed and used more for carting. The present study was undertaken to find out the production performance of Kangayam cattle in Karur District. From the district 60 Kangayam cattle owners were identified randomly. The milk yield of the selected animals was recorded twice daily. As the calf and the farmer shared the milk the milk yield data were considered as daily partial milk yield. In addition milk samples were collected both morning and evening for estimation of milk constituents. The study reflected that the maximum lactation yield recorded among 60 animal

The estimation of acrosomal integrity is crucial for predicting the fertility of spermatozoa. The semen quality analysis demands assessment techniques to be reliable, quick and easy to perform for routine application in semen station. A study was conducted to assess the acrosomal integrity of Kangayam cattle and Salem Black goat using Giemsa stain and modified Trypan Blue-Giemsa stain. For this procedure, 70 numbers of frozen semen straws of Kangayam bull and Salem Black bucks were stained. The staining quality and acrosomal integrity were assessed at the interval of 3, 5 and 24 hours interval

A chromosomal polymorphism was detected on karyological screening of Kangayam breeding sires prior to subjecting them for frozen semen collection. One bull possessed the chromosomal complement 2n = 60, consisting of 58 acrocentric autosomes, one large sub-metacentric X-chromosome, and one small acrocentric Y-chromosome with a small visible p-arm, which was further confirmed using CBG- and GTG-banding. Abstract:
Based on Mustawfī’s Nuzhat al-Qulūb, this study examins how Kurdistan became a distinct province and locates the boundaries and the cities during the Ilkhanids. Kurdistan was first separated from the Iraq-i ‘Adjam during the period. Given the location of Kurdistan, and given the role of the province in historical events, historical understanding can increase if borders and cities of Kurdistan are definitely located, which is hard work since there is little information thereof, and since the names of such places are erroneously recorded in classical texts. This study shows that Kurdistan became

This study carried out between September and November 2023, in the Kangaba circle aimed to determine the prevalence of trypanosomiasis. Blood samples taken from 219 cattle comprising 142 females and 77 males examined for trypanosomes. Trypanosomes identified using the Buffy coat technique. This work made it possible to obtain a prevalence of 35.16% bovine trypanosoma. Statistical analysis revealed a statistically significant difference (p<0.05) between the prevalence rates observed in the different species of trypanosomes identified, such as Trypanosoma .congolense (68.83%), T. vivax (19.48

Abstract:
The climate of the planet has been changing ever since. One of the factors that affect the climate of the planet is water vapor. In this study, the data of 27 synoptic stations of northwest Iran were used to estimate the relative humidity trend in the northwest of Iran during the statistical period of 25 years. MATLAB and software with dimensions of 27×300 were obtained from the data representing time (moon) and columns representing the location. Using the Kriging interpolation method in the geographical information system, the trend maps and the monthly trend slope for January 1989 to Decembe
