Abstract:

According to the prevailing opinion of the Kantian scholars, Kants critique of the traditional philosophical theology in the chapter of his Critique of Pure Reason dedicated to the ideal of reason motivated his rejection of transcendental theology in favor of a construction foundeв on postulates of reason. An examination of Kants sistematics of philosophical-theological disciplines reveals nonetheless some changeability of the borderlines of transcendental theology. This means that Kants critical arguments do not necessarily affect all kinds of trancendental theology, and allows us to investigate Kants reflection of the transcendental ideal if reason as a foundation for an alternative version of philosophical ethico-theology which does not need practical postulates. In the first Critique there is no ground for such a construction, because Kant's concept of virtue remains partly naturalistic at that time. The idea of a pure aprioristic ethics of duty as expounded by Kant later furnished the needed conceptual foundation for a concept already prepared in the theory of the ideal, asserting the reality of a transcendental-practical ideal as a prototype of moral will, as humanity in its comprehensively determined moral perfection, as the realm of ethical ends, and lastly, in an anticipation of the prototypical Christology of Kant's late treatise on religion, as the divine human person within us. Compared with this version of transcendental philosophical theology Kants ethico-theology of postulates should be legitimately determined as a form of natural theology.

Abstract:

This study aims to determine the opinions of bussines Administration students about the Jakarta State Polytechnic canteen, both the kantin bawah (kawah) and the kantin teknik (kantek). Canteen is one of the places of interest by students to meet their physical needs. In relation to fulfilling the needs of these business Administration students, what can be served in the kantin bawah or the kantin teknik is what they need and can not be what they expect either the food offered or the drinks served or other factors they get in canteen. The data analysis method used is qualitative and quantitative analysis or combination analysis. Qualitative is done by describing the results of quantitative analysis, while quantitative analysis using the formula of the attitude indeks. Data collection uses questionnaires given to respondents to obtain primary data and literature studies to obtain secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the biggest attitude index is the technical canteen which is 3.08 and for the lower canteen is 2.73. This reflects that the canteen most favored by business administration students of the Jakarta State Polytechnic is a kantin teknik.

Abstract:

Immanuel Kant famously rejected hedonism. It is, however, much less known that Kant himself – despite his rejection of hedonism in moral matters – puts forward a hedonistic theory when he talks about human happiness. While this essay is primarily concerned with a discussion of what I shall call Kant’s „prudential hedonism“, my findings are also systematically relevant, in at least two ways: Firstly, Kant’s argumentative strategy – dismissing hedonism with regard to morality, while endorsing it with regard to human happiness– suggests that hedonism as a philosophical approach deserves a nuanced treatment. Secondly, Kant’s own hedonism suggests that this approach might have a considerably higher systematic potential as hedonism is frequently granted in contemporary debates. In this essay, I will start by sketching Kant’s prudential hedonism. Then, I will discuss three difficulties my reading encounters – the indeterminacy of pleasure, the possibility of something like a „theory“ of well-being in Kantian terms, and the problem of a deficit in autonomy –, before returning to the two systematic implications of my interpretation in the conclusion.

Abstract:

Peralatan makanan merupakan hal yang tidak dapat terpisahkan dari prinsip hygiene sanitasi makanan dan minuman. Oleh karena itu peralatan makan harus dijaga kebersihannya, karena dengan menjaga kebersihan peralatan makan dapat mencegah terjadinya kontaminasi makanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene, fasilitas sanitasi dan teknik penyimpanan peralatan makan dengan kebersihan peralatan makan di kantin dan makanan jajanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 kantin dan makanan jajanan di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara, dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan pengambilan sampel karena menggunakan total dari populasi yaitu seluruh kantin dan makanan jajanan di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square (x2) dengan nilai α=5%. Penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara personal hygiene dan teknik penyimpanan peralatan makan dengan kebersihan peralatan makan sedangkan fasilitas sanitasi tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kebersihan peralatan makan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentignya memperhatikan personal hygiene dan teknik penyimpanan peralatan makan untuk menjaga kebersihan peralatan makan. Saran bagi Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Tanjung Priok diharapkan melakukan penyuluhan, membentuk sentra makanan jajanan dan membuat ruang diskusi online agar mempermudah penyebaran informasi kepada seluruh pengelola kantin dan makanan jajanan.

AbstractIn diesem Beitrag wird die These aufgestellt, dass Immanuel Kants Konzept des “Reiches der Zwecke” von Emanuel Swedenborgs Konzept der geistigen Welt abgeleitet ist, welches Swedenborg in seinem Werk Arcana Coelestia (“Geheimnisse des Himmels”, 1749–1756) ebenfalls als “Reich der Zwecke” (regnum finium) beschreibt. Der Artikel argumentiert, dass Kant Swedenborgs Arcana Coelestia kurz nach 1760 gelesen hat und dass die Konzeption der geistigen Welt, wie Kant sie in seiner Abhandlung Träume eines Geistersehers von 1766 vorstellt, von Swedenborg abhängig ist. Nimmt man ferner zu Kants veröffentlichten Werken Notizen von Studenten zu seinen Vorlesungen über Metaphysik und Ethik hinzu, zeigt sich im Hinblick auf die geistige Welt eine direkte Linie von den Träumen eines Geistersehers zur Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten von 1785, in der erstmals der Ausdruck “Reich der Zwecke” im Druck erscheint.

Abstract:

At the centre of discussion lies the reception of Plato’s philosophy, particularly his theory of Ideas, in Kant’s moral philosophy, his ethics and his doctrine of right. Kant saw himself as a follower of Platonism insofar as its anti-empiricist principles of human conduct are concerned, although his own version of practical rationalism differs considerably from Plato’s. This is also true of Kant’s conception of freedom and of human rights. The greatest impact on Kant’s moral philosophy is due to the doctrine of the two worlds, the mundus sensibilis and the mundus intelligibilis, which did not originate in Plato himself, but in the Jewish Platonist Philo of Alexandria. Kant reinterpreted this doctrine by taking the intelligible world as a moral world consisting of free rational agents who ought to transform the empirical world of human society and history according to the norms and standards of moral laws. This was meant to be a programme for a moral reform of the human world, both with regard to individual morality and to the cosmopolitical task of the establishment of an international order of legal institutions. Kant’s practical Platonism insists on the creation of a moral world order through human actions that take their lead from pure practical reason.

Insbesondere in einer Auseinandersetzung mit Eisensteins Poetik des 〉Plasmatischen〈 wird die experimentelle Übertragung einer lebenswissenschaftlichen Metapher in eine Ästhetik des Films diskutiert, die von der Animation ausgeht. </br></br>The paper discusses the notion of »experiment« and relates it – via Kant's concept of liveliness, which is a central topos of aesthetic experience – to »animation« in film, insofar as both essentially refer to »life sciences.« Drawing upon the example of Eisenstein's poetics of the »plasmic,« the paper discusses the transferal of a metaphor from life sciences to an aesthetics of cinema based on animation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bisnis wealth management dan layanan prioritas terhadap cross selling product nasabah di BNI Kantar Cabang Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji t, uji F dan regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang terdaftar di Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Bekasi berjumlah 1479 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh sample berjumlah 93. Terdapat pengaruh variable Bisnis Wealth Management (BWM) terhadap Cross selling product Nasabah di BNI Kantor Cabang Bekasi secara parsial. Penelitian ini membuktikan peran Bisnis Wealth Management sangat penting untuk dapat meningkatkan Cross Selling Nasabah, karena dalam Bisnis Wealth Management dapat diterapkan metode Financial Planner oleh Relationship Officer untuk mengelola Portofolio Nasabah, sesuai dengan Profil Resiko dan Produk yang tersedia di BNI. Tidak terdapat pengaruh variable Layanan Prioritas terhadap Cross selling product Nasabah di BNI Kantor Cabang Bekasi secara parsial. Dalam Penelitian ini, Responden menilai bahwa Layanan Prioritas yang disediakan oleh BNI sudah dapat dinikmati cukup dengan Kartu BNI Emerald saja, tidak perlu memiliki Produk pendukung lainnya. Hal ini sebaiknya menjadi perhatian untuk dapat disosialisasikan lagi perihal Promosi, Program dan Previllege di BNI agar lebih menarik untuk meningkatkan Cross Selling Product Nasabah di BNI Kantor Cabang Bekasi. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan variable Bisnis Wealth Management (BWM) dan Layanan Prioritas terhadap Cross selling product Nasabah di BNI Kantor Cabang Bekasi, ke tiga Variabel dalam penelitian ini secara bersama-sama saling terkait, karena Bisnis Wealth Management terbukti dapat meningkatkan Cross Selling Product Nasabah, namun dengan adanya Layanan Prioritas dengan Program, Promo dan Prevellge yang menarik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Nasabah, maka Nasabah BNI Emerald akan menjadi loyal dan menjadikan BNI sebagai Bank utama untuk kebutuhan transaksi Financialnya Kata kunci: Bisnis wealth management dan layanan prioritas terhadap cross selling product nasabah

Abstract:

Abstract The task of this article is to explore whether Kant developed his insights into reason on the basis of a pre-conceptual paradigm and to explain the functions assumed in this paradigm by metaphorical devices. As far as methods are concerned, the author refers to Lichtenberg’s ideas concerning paradigmatic cognition, but also to Blumenberg, who conceded important functions of orientation to pre-conceptual constructions of knowledge. Starting from the metaphor of a tree of knowledge, Kant develops a paradigm, which includes analogies with the natural sciences of the Modern era. Kant’s reasoning also refers to the paradigm of the courtroom hearing. The author considers that both paradigms are essential to the foundation of Kant’s concept of reason.

Abstract:

Kantian moral philosophy has become a reference sometimes invoked in economics as an example of a solution to the problem of co-ordinating agents. The present article provides a critical overview of the literature. Kantian economics refers to a set of principles that are more or less related to Kant's moral philosophy. The first in the set is the principle of generalization. It is the foundation of an ordinary Kantism. The distinction between the principle of generalization and the principle of reciprocity underscores the importance of the principle of unconditionality. Finally, the notion of commitment is closer to this philosophy, but used in a broader sense. It can give rise to different interpretations.

Abstract:

In his famous essay from 1784, Kant denied that we "live in an enlightened age"; yet he claimed that we "live in an age of enlightenment". If we should answer the question if we live in an enlightened age now, we could basically give the same answer. The enlightenment as an ongoing process can be found throughout Kant's whole work. This article focuses on how the concept of enlightenment can be applied to the Kantian psychology, which marks an important change of theory of the soul within modern western metaphysics. Kant's idea of enlightenment and 'critique' will be illustrated with reference to the "Paralogisms" of the Critique of Pure Reason. Finally, an analysis of some passages of the "Paralogisms" shall demonstrate that Kant's critique of the previous metaphysical doctrine of the human soul should not be understood as a complete rejection of this doctrine; rather, Kant's critique of what is called rational psychology should be understood as a critical transformation.

Abstract:

Sinn und Geltung von Kants Schematismuslehre sind bis heute umstritten. Im Neukantianismus und in der Transzendentalphilosophie der Nachkriegszeit kommt es diesbezüglich zur einer radikalen Transformation von Kants Schematismus reiner Verstandesbegriffe. Kants Heterogenitätsthese soll überwunden werden durch eine Rückbindung der Heterogenität an eine fundierende Einheit, die die Geltungsstruktur der Erkenntnis selbst ist. Die Schematisierungsleistung der Spontaneität des Denkens wird festgehalten, Kants apperzeptionstheoretische Pointierung und die mit ihr einhergehende Äußerlichkeit von Gegebenem und Bestimmung des Gegebenen in einer geltungsnoematischen Konstitutions- und Regulationsordnung aufgehoben. Der positive Sinn von Kants Schematismuslehre erweist sich, ob bei den diskutierten Neukantianern oder der späteren Transzendentalphilosophie als Methodologie.

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pada usia yang produktif dan sanggup untuk bekerja memerlukan asupan makanan yang bergizi dan aman. Pentingnya penyediaan asupan gizi di lingkungan kerja, PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Pabrik Tuban menyediakan layanan makanan dan fasilitas kantin bagi pekerja maupun pengunjung yang datang. Berdasarkan laporan tahunan BPOM tahun 2016 dan 2017, dilihat dari lokasi terjadinya KLB keracunan pangan terbesar ketiga terjadi di area kantor/ pabrik. Mencegah kejadian serupa salah satunya dengan menerapkan prinsip higiene sanitasi makanan pada kegiatan pengolahan makanan.Tujuan: Tujuan dari penulisan artikel adalah untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari penerapan higiene sanitasi makanan mulai dari pemilihan bahan makanan sampai penyajian makanan yang telah dilaksanakan di kantin PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Pabrik Tuban.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif berupa observasi dan wawancara.Hasil: Kegiatan pengolahan makanan terutama di lingkungan kerja penting untuk memperhatikan dan menerapkan higiene sanitasi makanan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya permasalahan kesehatan serta bahaya lainnya yang diakibatkan oleh makanan dan kerugian lainnya. Berdasarkan Permenkes Nomor 1096 Tahun 2011 tentang Higiene Sanitasi Jasaboga, higiene sanitasi adalah upaya untuk mengendalikan faktor risiko terjadinya kontaminasi terhadap makanan, baik yang berasal dari makanan, orang, tempat dan peralatan agar makanan aman untuk di konsumsi. Terdapat enam prinsip dalam penerapan higiene sanitasi makanan, yaitu 1) Pemilihan bahan makanan, 2) Penyimpanan bahan makanan, 3) Pengolahan makanan, 4) Penyimpanan makanan jadi/ masak, 5) Pengangkutan makanan dan 6) Penyajian makanan.Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengolahan makanan sebagian besar telah memenuhi dan beberapa aspek ada yang belum memenuhi. Kegiatan pengolahan makanan yang belum memenuhi prinsip higiene sanitasi makanan adalah penyimpanan bahan baku, pengolahan makanan dan penyajian makanan. Kata Kunci: higiene sanitasi, pengolahan makanan, kantin pabrik
