Abstract:

Hard capsules filling machines are useful for some reasons: with them we can quick pack small quantities of powder, can make drugs for clinical trials, also can use them for students learning in university. But in literature we couldn’t find method how to count the right quantity of powder, need to fill in one capsule. Die diabetische Nephropathie ist derzeit weltweit der häufigste Grund für die terminale Niereninsuffizienz mit einem Anteil von einem Drittel aller Fälle. Im Verlauf der diabetischen Nephropathie kommt es zu einer zunehmenden Glomerulosklerose. Die Fähigkeit der parietalen Epithelzelle zur Ausbildung von extrazellulärer Matrix und ein möglicher Beitrag zur Glomerulosklerose ist bislang unklar. Daher sollte in dieser Arbeit gezeigt werden, dass die parietale Epithelzelle bei der diabetischen Nephropathie vermehrt extrazelluläre Matrix bildet und dadurch die Bowman’sche Kapsel verdickt. In historischen Bibliotheken waren Kapseln lange Zeit ein probates Mittel, um abseits von Büchern, Zeitschriften & Co. zum Beispiel Sonderdrucke zu archivieren. Die Universitätsbibliothek Leipzig beherbergt einen üppigen Fundus an Kapselschriften, darunter wichtige Überlieferungen unter anderem aus dem landesgeschichtlichen Bereich. Dazu zählen beispielsweise Dokumentationen und Sammlungen zu sächsischen Bildungseinrichtungen oder politischen Ereignissen. Ein Projekt widmete sich nun der Restaurierung und Neuaufstellung besonders wertvoller Kapseln.

Kauno gamybinėse vaistinėse dozuoti milteliai yra dažnai gaminama vaisto forma ir sudaro 11,58 proc. ekstemporalių kartinių vaistų. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the available strategies for milling of closed pockets. In particular, it focuses on advanced programming using CAM programs. In the next parts, the work is focused on the analysis of the force load of tools in the machining of the pockets. This study presents results from stable isotope analyses of a modern stalagmite and three soda straw stalactites from Kapsia Cave, the Peloponnese, Greece. The resulting values from the stalagmite are put into context of local meteorological data, as well as previous research from Kapsia Cave. The potential for using soda straw stalactites as complementary climate archives on shorter time scales on the Peloponnese is also explored. Hur placebo fungerar i kroppen är svårt att fastslå, trots detta har positiva effekter påvisats genom minskad kronisk smärta (Finnis et al., 2010), sömnlöshet (Belanger et al., 2007) och depression (Kirsch et al., 2008). För att motverka att innehållet i en behållare läcker ut krävs det att förslutningen är tät. För att förhindra läckage används någon form av tätning. På kapsyler i plast integreras ofta tätande element direkt i kapsylen i form av läppar eller kanter som pressar mot flaskan.Studien berör den inbyggda tätningen på en ”push-on”-kapsyl i Polypropencopolymer. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde das Phasenverhalten von harten Hantelteilchen (Dumbbells) als Funktion des Aspektverhältnisses (L*, der Quotient aus dem Abstand der Massenzentren zum Durchmesser der Kugel) und der Volumendichte untersucht. Bragg-Reflexe weisen darauf hin, das harte Dumbbells mit L* < 0.4 einen Phasenübergang von einer Fluid-artigen Phase zu einem plastischen Kristall zeigen. Die experimentellen Phasendiagramme bei L* ~ 0.24 und L*~ 0.30 sind vergleichbar mit Vorhersagen aus Monte Carlo-Simulationen.
