This study examines the seasonal shift of the phytoplankton assemblage of Kaptai Lake, Bangladesh, to elucidate the underlying drivers and ecological integrity. In 2020 and 2021, phytoplankton and physiochemical parameters were collected. There were found to be 59 genera of phytoplankton, with the pre-monsoon Zygnematophyceae having the highest seasonal dominance, followed by the monsoon Cyanophyceae and post-monsoon Chlorophyceae. Results showed that the temperature, transparency, TDS, pH, DO, EC, alkalinity and hardness were 20.9 to 31.8°C, 17 to 303 cm, 40 to 105 mg/L, 6.82 to 7.96, 6.1 to 7.65 mg/L, 75.33 to 172.33 µS/cm, 37 to 83 mg/L and 35 to 190 mg/L, respectively. Abstract:

Objective: Paget’s disease of the breast (PDB) is a rare nipple entity associated with multifocality. Due to its location, it is necessary to resect the nipple-areolar complex. For surgery, central quadrantectomy, and for mastectomy was the treatment in the past. The feasibility of performing oncoplastic breast surgery (OBS) for PDB is unknown. The objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of oncoplastic surgery for Patet’s disease of the breast. Methodology: This retrospective study was approved by the institutional Research Ethics Committee under numbers 657293 and CAAE 3104631
