Berdasarkan peta tahuh 1858 di depan pelabuhan Jepara terdapat dua pulau dan satu karang. This thesis contributes to the decolonisation of health promotion by examining Indigenous-led health promotion practice in an urban setting. Using critical ethnography, the study revealed dialogical, identity-based approaches that centred relationship, community control and choice. Based on the findings, the thesis proposes four interrelated principles for decolonising health promotion and argues that Indigenous-led health promotion presents a way to bridge the rhetoric and practice of empowerment in Australian mainstream health promotion practice.

The macrolitter monitoring was investigated on 3 beaches on Monastir coastal (Palmier, Marina, Karaia) and on Kuriat Island during 4 seasons. The highest abundance and density of macrolitter were recorded on the beaches of Marina (13540 items/100m; 8.49 items m-2) and Karaia (6842 items/100m; 6.11 items m-2) during spring. According to Clean Coast Index, these 2 beaches were classified as extremely dirty whereas Kuriat Island was considered as very clean. In the northeastern part of October Revolution Island (Kara terrane), supra-subduction subvolcanic and volcaniclastic rocks are described. Their Ordovician-Early Devonian isotope age (U-Pb, SHRIMP II, zircon and baddeleyite) and tectonic structure have been established. Volcaniclastic rocks yielded age at 463±3 Ma. Subvolcanic granite porphyry dated at 461-472 Ma while basalts, basaltic lava breccias and dolerite sills yielded ages at 467±16 Ma. Abstract:
Gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam sebuah institusi atau organisasi, begitupun di sebuah sekolah atau mandrasah karena hal tersebut dapat secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi motivasi dan dapat berdampak pada kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi dan kinerja pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi serta implikasinya pada kinerja pegawai di Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Islam Rajam
