Abstract:
Buah mangga memiliki banyak jenis salah satunya adalah mangga harum manis. Kematangan buah mangga arum manis ada yang alamiah atau melalui proses pengkarbitan. Karbit adalah kepanjangan dari kalsium karbida. Karbit biasanya digunakan dalam proses las karbit dan juga dapat mempercepat pematangan buah.Pengambilansampledilakukan pada dua jenis kematangan mangga harum manis yaitu mangga harum manis karbitan dan tidak karbitan. Pengembanganalgoritma yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi mangga harum manis yang dapat membedakan kematangan mangga karbitan dan tidak karbitan menggunakan Learning Vector Quantization(LVQ). Ciri yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi citra mangga adalah rata-rata, varian dan standar deviasi.Jumlah data pelatihan yang digunakan terdiri dari 2 kelas(kelas 1: mangga karbitan, kelas 2: mangga tidak karbitan), dan masing-masing kelas berjumlah 30 data pelatihandengan total data berjumlah 60 data pelatihan. Sedangkan untuk data uji masing-masing kelas menggunakan 25 data uji dengan total berjumlah 50 data uji.Pada proses pelatihan menggunakan parameter LVQ (alfa0.001 dengan dec alfa0.9) diperoleh unjukkerja terbaik sebesar 98.33%. Bobot akhir yang diperoleh dari unjukkerja terbaik pada pelatihan digunakan untuk melakukan pengenalan. Unjuk kerja terbaik dari 50 data uji mencapai 98%dengan perincian 96 % mangga karbitan dan 100 % mangga tidak karbitan.

Abstract:
Pendahuluan: Pisang merupakan salah satu jenis buah yang memiliki tingkat konsumsi tinggi di Indonesia. Pisang raja merupakan salah satu jenis pisang yang memiliki banyak varian diantaranya adalah pisang raja bulu, pisang raja sereh, dan pisang raja nangka yang memiliki rasa berbeda satu sama lain. Kebanyakan petani memanen pisangnya dalamkeadaan tidak matang lalu memeramnya dengan menggunakan kalsium karbida, ini dilakukan karena kalsium karbida akan membuat pisang menjadi lebih cepat matang kemudian siap dijual. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar vitamin C pada buah pisang raja (Musa paradisiaca L) sebelum dan sesudah penambahan kalsium karbida (CaC 2 ). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pohon pisang raja yang terdapat di desa Nguwok kecamatan Modo kabupaten Lamongan berjumlah 3 pohon dengan 3 jenis yang berbeda. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 3 jenis pisang raja yaitu raja sereh, raja bulu, dan raja nangka yang diambil menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan variabel adalah kadar vitamin C buah pisang raja sebelum dan sesudah penambahan kalsium karbida. Pengolahan data menggunakan Editing,Coding, Tabulating. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kadar vitamin C pada buah pisang sebelum dan sesudah penambahan kalsium karbida yakni pisang raja bulu sebanyak 7,6 mg/100 gram dan 3,5 mg/100 gram; raja sereh sebanyak 4,1 mg/100 gram dan 2,9 mg/100gram; raja nangka sebanyak 3,5 mg/100 gram dan 2,3 mg/100 gram. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pisang raja sesudah penambahan kalsium karbida memiliki kadar vitamin C lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pisang sebelum penambahan kalsium karbida

Abstract:
Mint ismeretes, az ausztenites korrózióálló acélok, ha azok karbontartalma meghaladja a 0,03-0,04%-ot, nagyobb hőmérsékletről lassan hűtve, vagy 500 - 900 ˚C hőmérséklet közben hőn tartva, nem lesznek homogén szövetszerkezetűek. Az ausztenit mellet számos intermetallikus vegyület válik ki, amelyek közül a szemcsehatármenti korrózió kialakulása szempontjából a M23C6 karbid kiválása a meghatározó. A kiváló nagy krómtartalmú (kb. 65%) fázis környezetében az ausztenit Cr tartalma 10,5% alá csökkenhet, így az acél kristályközi korrózióra hajlamossá válhat. A szemcsehatármenti korrózióra hajlamos ausztenites korrózióálló acélok esetén a hegesztési hőfolyamat hatására is kialakulhat a nem kívánt kiválás. Az egyes ausztenites korrózióálló acélok érzékenységének jellemzése érdekében ún. szenzibilizációs diagramokat célszerű meghatározni, amelyeknél a hőntartás hőmérséklete és ideje függvényében a karbidok elhelyezkedési, előfordulási területeit jelenítik meg. Tekintettel arra, hogy a hegesztés hőciklusa jelentősen különbözik az állandó hőmérsékletű kezelésnél alkalmazottól, a szemcsehatármenti korróziós hajlamot a hegesztési hőfolyamat paramétereinek függvényében célszerű elemezni. Jelen kutatómunkában fizikai szimulációval előállított hegesztési hőciklus(ok)nak kitett próbatesteken (X5CrNi18-10, 1.4301) végeztünk kísérleteket egy Gleeble 3500 típusú berendezésen, amelynek során különböző maximális hőmérsékleteket létrehozva, változó lehűlési profilokat vizsgáltunk. A vizsgálati eredmények felhasználásával különválasztottunk néhány olyan hegesztési hőciklust, amelyek alkalmazása esetén bekövetkezhet szemcsehatármenti korrózió, illetve az elkerülhető a vizsgált ausztenites alapanyagon.

Pengaruh variasi parameter pemesinan terhadap tingkat keausan pahat karbida. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh variasi parameter pemesinan terhadap keausan pahat karbida pada proses bubut stainless steel dengan setting variasi putaran yang digunakan adalah, 850 rpm, 1000 rpm, dan 1300 rpm sedangkan variasi gerak makan 0.18 mm/rev , 0.22 mm/rev, 0.28 mm/rev dan kedalaman potong tetap 1.5 mm . Proses pemesinan menggunakan mesin bubut konvensional dengan pahat karbida Al2O3 –TiO2+TiO2, material stainless steel grate 301, dan penggukuran keausan pahat ini menggunakan alat microscope dengan proses pemesinan menggunakan metode experimental. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai keausan semakin meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya nilai dari masing-masing variasi parameter pemesinan. Nilai keausan terkecil teramati pada proses pemesinan pada parameter dengan kecepatan porong Vc 101.4 m/min, f = 0.18 mm/rev dengan nilai VB = 0.040 mm, dan nilai keausan terbesar teramati pada proses pemesinan dengan kecepatan potong Vc = 155.1m/min, f = 0.28 mm/rev dengan nilai VB = 0.065 mm. Hasil penelitian variasi parameter pemesinan kering stainless steel menggunakan pahat Al2O3 – TiO2 menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan potong, dan gerak makan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keausan pahat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kombinasi variabel terhadap keausan pahat insert karbida. Variabel bebas yang digunakan yaitu kecepatan spindle (630 rev/min, 920 rev/min, dan 1250 rev/min), kedalaman penyayatan (0.5 mm, 0.7 mm, dan 1 mm), dan campuran cairan pendingin (1:10, 1:25, dan 1:40), serta variabel terikat berupa nilai keausan pahat insert karbida. Variabel kontrol berupa debit cairan pendingin (25 ml/detik) dan Feeding (0,08 mm/rev). Pahat yang digunakan adalah pahat merk Tungaloy dengan tipe WNMG080412-TSF T9125. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan menerapkan desain Pre-Eksperimental studi kasus bentuk tunggal. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar kecepatan spindle, kedalaman penyayatan dan semakin besar perbandingan cairan pendingin, maka semakin besar pula nilai keausan yang dihasilkan. Kata kunci: kecepatan spindle, kedalaman penyayatan, campuran cairan pendingin, keausan pahat insert karbida.

This diploma thesis is aimed on cutting tools made of cemented carbides. It characterizes marking, production and properties of non-coating and coating cemented carbides and describes the latest trends in coating. Target of this diploma thesis is comparison of assortment of two important world’s producers and one Czech producer in term of used productive technologies, products microstructure, coatings types, coatings methods and possibilities of their usage. Cutting data were evaluated and compared from obtained technical knowledge, which were recommended by chosen producers for effective turning application of their cutting tools. Recommended cutting speeds were found out for specific type of cutting material according to ISO, width depth of cut and for specific values of feeds per revolution.

This master‘s thesis is presenting the way of the optimization of grinding characteristics when grinding cemented carbides by diamond wheels. There is described the theory of grinding, including grinding wheels and basic characteristics of cemented carbides in the theoretical part. There are defined experimental metering accomplished on the CNC grinding machine Walter Helitronic Power Mini in the practical part. There were tested eight grinding wheels. The grinding rate, surface roughness Ra, theoretic guaranteed storage period of grinding wheel in number of cuts, theoretical capacity of machined material, achievement of grinding machine and behaviour of the wheels when grinding ware evaluated from the reached results.

This thesis aims to compare the relationship of physical-mechanical properties of tool materials made of WC-Co sintered carbides with their resistance to initiation and propagation of thermal cracks. The paper presents the results of testing the basic physical-mechanical properties of the three samples sintered carbides with different percentage of Co binder. Next, this thesis describes the progress and results of quench experiment and cutting tests using, which was described resistance of the tested samples to thermal and mechanical shock, depending on the values of physical-mechanical properties.

This diploma thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes sintered carbides, their properties and manufacturing tools. Some selected problems of milling and its physical nature is discussed also. It also deals with the types and methods of tool wear testing. The aim is to compare the experimental properties of monolithic end milling cutters (short four cutting edges, uncoated carbides) of various grain sizes in two basic ways of milling - down-feed method and up-feed method. The measured values are evaluated by analysis in time series of the cutting forces and power.

This master‘s thesis deals with the suggestion of suitable tools for milling aluminum alloys profiles for the construction of aperture fillings and their aplication to a CNC machining center for increasing the efficiency of the cutting process. The first part of the thesis is focused on the description of the company and the workplace of production of aluminum alloys constructions. The following pages contain description of standardized products, which are used to identify the test profile that is part of the experimental verification. Next part of this thesis is characteristic of aluminum alloys and tool materials suitable for their machining. Second part of this work contains an analysis of the current state, suggestion of new cutting tools and their application to the production proces. At the end of this thesis there is the technical-economic evaluation that deals with the time and economic savings of the applied design.
