Abstract:
This research investigates the types of emoticons which occured on Kaskus. This is a qualitative research. The writer take the data from Kaskus, therefore it is a forum in the internet which has grown to be one of the most popular websites in Indonesia. To identify the types of Emotions on Kaskus, the writer analyzed the data using Ekman (2003) . From the discussions, there are verbal and non verbal sign in the emoticons that appear on Kaskus. The meaning of verbal sign and nonverbal sign in emoticon “marah” represents anger emotion. Emoticon “Ngakak” and “thumbup” represent enjoyable emotion. Emoticon “Sorry” and “Cool” represent sadness emotion. For future studies need to be conducted with an increased sample by using another media such as Whatsapp, YM, etc.

Abstract:
Tujuan dari pencarian product-market fit pada Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) adalah untuk memaksimalkan potensi bisnis dari mitra, yaitu CV Kaskun, dalam masa Lebaran 2021, baik dari aspek internal maupun eksternal bisnis. Awalnya, pemilik CV Kaskun mengaku kesulitan untuk memaksimalkan penjualannya pada masa Lebaran 2020, terlebih karena adanya pandemi. Tim peneliti akhirnya memberi beberapa ide proyek lebaran untuk mitra di antaranya produk hampers dan kaos THR, yang pengembangannya telah melalui tahapan proses analisis dari product-market fit, resource-based dan market-based theory, serta cost-leadership. Pada Lebaran 2021, penjualan CV Kaskun sudah lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya dan penjualan dari kaos THR berhasil mencapai angka Rp35.966.600,00.

Abstract:
The development of internet which grew rapidly has given rise to virtual communities among others such as the Kaskus Community of Riau Raya Region. In this community a new form of social space was created that influence the interaction and communication behavior among its members. This study aimed to determine the role of communicator of the virtual group, the interchangeable messages, the interaction patterns, the unity and norms of group communication in Kaskus virtual community of Riau Raya Region in Pekanbaru. The qualitative method was employed using symbolic interaction approach and the instruments used to collect the data were observation, interview and documentation. The result of the study showed that the member of Kaskus virtual community of Riau Raya has a role in accordance with the structure and the level of the post. As a forum for discussion and trading, the members of this community share information using Kaskus language as the group identity. Social interaction that exist in this community is not only happening in online communication but also offline communication.

Abstract: It is asserted that new cultural hub provided by communication technology in the 21st century has driven both collectivist and individualist societies to reshape their identities. This research examines how Kaskusers, who visited Kaskus Regional Melbourne Lounge Thread, construct their collective identity by composing their profi le page. Applying Van Leeuwen’s social semiotic theory, the study revealed Kaskusers were conducting self-disclosure by revealing their primary and situational identity, which mainly refl ects their cultural connection to Indonesia. To conclude, Kaskus was perceived as a utopian community where the culture-bounded “idealised version [of self]” interacted in the egalitarian environment on online site.Abstrak: Teknologi komunikasi di abad ke-21 mendorong masyarakat, baik kolektivis maupun individualis, untuk membentuk kembali identitas mereka. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana Kaskuser yang mengunjungi thread Kaskus Regional Melbourne Lounge menuliskan profi l mereka. Berlandaskan semiotika sosial van Leeuwen, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kaskuser melakukan pengungkapan diri dengan menunjukkan identitas primer dan identitas situasional mereka yang mayoritas mencerminkan hubungan budaya mereka dengan Indonesia. Sebagai kesimpulan, Kaskus dianggap sebagai sebuah utopian community di mana “idealised version [of self]” berinteraksi di dunia maya yang egaliter.

Abstract:
General elections is a requisite in democratic system. In the seventh presidential election of Indonesia in 2014, started a lot of use of social networking media such as facebook, twitter, whatsapps, blackberry messenger (bbm), and an internet forum such as Kaskus as an effective communication tool in getting support of society. In a relatively short time, social media can gather a lot of followers. The use of social media by volunteers and supporters not only as a mean of promoting the candidate of president and vice-president, but also conducted black campaign and negative campaign to attack and bring down the rival. Dynamics of social networking community has characteristics of: liquid condition, huge individual freedom, could be used by anyone and for any interest. Kaskus has interactive and very diverse expression as a social networking site. Kaskus loaded with dynamics offorce that can cause changes in the livelihood of the concerned society. The purpose of this study is determining how the dynamics of political communication of one of president candidate, Joko Widodo, on Kaskus forum at the presidential election campaign period (5 June to 5 July 2014). The research method used was qualitative method with content analysis approach. The study concludes that the result of political communication obtained from social media can only generate trust of voters but not as a winning factor.

Kemajuan jaringan internet WWW mampu memberikan pilihan informasi mengenai suatu produk, memungkinkan adanya sebuah komunikasi word-of-mouth yang tidak hanya menjadi sebuah bentuk komunikasi person-to-person namun juga memberikan kesempatan untuk merambat secara mendunia melalui media online yang biasa dikenal dengan Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM). Komunikasi e-WOM dapat dilakukan melalui online opinion platforms atau discussion forums, salah satunya adalah Kaskus. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat konsumen melakukan e-WOM di Kaskus. Penulis mengidentifikasi motif utama dari niat eWOM konsumen yaitu Egoisme (reputasi dan timbal balik), Collectivism (rasa memiliki), Altruism (kenikmatan membantu), Prinsiplism (prinsip moral) dan Knowledge Self-Efficacy. Penulis menguji model penelitian dengan sampel 100 pengguna/member Kaskus di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 3 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 27.9% varians dengan kenikmatan membantu, rasa memiliki dan reputasi berhubungan positif dengan niat konsumen melakukan e-WOM.

The influence of brand image and trust on purchasing behavior has been widely studied. However, there is still little that connects it to brand preferences, especially in the context of different e-commerce platforms. This study investigates the effect of brand image and trust on e-commerce website preferences on three platforms: community-based Kaskus, classified advertising OLX, and marketplace Tokopedia. For this reason, the author recruited 219 respondents aged 17-60 years with junior high school education and above who made one of the three e-commerce platforms their favorite shopping sites. Data analysis using linear regression and path analysis shows that brand image and brand trust directly affect Kaskus and Tokopedia. In OLX, only brand trust affects brand preference. In addition, the brand image also affects brand preference for Kaskus and Tokopedia, while OLX does not. There are indications that brand image and brand trust work in relative terms. Tutkielmani käsittelee herkkyyden ilmenemistä lapsella sekä ympäristön ja kasvattajan roolia herkän lapsen elämässä. Suoritin tutkielmani kirjallisuuskatsauksena, joka keskittyy olennaiseen kirjallisuuteen tutkimuskysymysten näkökulmasta. Herkkyys on temperamenttipiirre, jossa ihmisen aistit toimivat keskimääräistä tarkemmin ja stressijärjestelmä aktivoituu nopeammin kuin muilla ihmisillä. Herkkyyteen liittyy myös sensitiivisyyttä, joka voi viitata sensoriseen herkkyyteen sekä sosiaaliseen ja emotionaaliseen herkkyyteen. Lapsi voi siis olla herkistynyt eri aisteille tai kokea toisen tunteen vahvasti myös itse. Yksi herkkyyden alakäsite on Elaine Aronin kehittämä ”highly sensitive person” (suom. erityisherkkyys), joka tarkoittaa helposti ulkoisiin ärsykkeisiin reagoivaa ihmistyyppiä. Erityisherkkyyttä ilmenee noin 15–20 prosentilla väestöstä. Herkkyys on lapsen luontainen ominaisuus, jota ei tule kasvattajan toimesta määritellä ongelmaksi. Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvittää, miten oppimisympäristö vaikuttaa herkän lapsen kehittymiseen ja mikä vaikutus kasvattajalla on herkän lapsen kehityksen edistäjänä. Oppimisympäristön sosiaalinen puoli on tärkeässä asemassa herkän lapsen kehityksen kannalta, sillä aikuisen ja lapsen välinen kiintymyssuhde määrittää, kuinka paljon lapsi uskaltaa tutustua ympäristöönsä. Niin positiiviset kuin negatiivisetkin ympäristön ärsykkeet vaikuttavat herkkään lapseen voimakkaammin, kuin vähemmän herkkään, minkä vuoksi oppimisympäristön laatu vaikuttaa merkittävästi lapsen oppimiseen ja kehittymiseen. Kasvattajan rooli herkän lapsen hyvinvoinnin edistäjänä on tärkeä, sillä herkkä lapsi ei ylikuormittuneisuutensa vuoksi välttämättä pärjää ilman aikuisen tukea ympäristön ärsyketulvan keskellä. Pedagogisen osaamisen avulla kasvattaja muokkaa oppimisympäristöä herkälle lapselle sopivaksi sekä tukee lapsen sosiaalisia suhteita ja auttaa häntä pääsemään osaksi ryhmää. Kannustavat aikuiskontaktit kehittävät lapsen itsetuntoa, sillä kasvattajan toimiessa sensitiivisesti lapsi voi tuntea itsensä hyväksytyksi juuri sellaisenaan.

Abstract:
Tässä työssä tutkitaan lapsen erityisherkkyyttä. Tutkimuksemme avulla haluamme oppia ymmär-tämään lapsen herkkyyttä ja tukemaan kasvattajina herkkää lasta hänen kasvussaan ja kehityk-sessään. Erityisherkän lapsen määrittelyn näkökulmina käytämme tutkija Elaine Aronin erityisher-kän ihmisen määritelmää, jossa erityisherkän perusominaisuuksiksi katsotaan kuuluvaksi emotio-naalinen reaktiokyky, vivahteiden vaistoamien, ärsykkeiden liiallisuus sekä syvällinen käsittely. Määrittelemme herkkyyden tutkielmassamme temperamenttipiirteeksi. Teoreettiseksi viitekehyk-seksi nousee lapsuuden temperamenttiteoriat, joiden kautta käsittelemme herkkyyden eri ominai-suuksia. Tutkielmassa painottuu kasvattajan rooli. Kasvattajan rooli korostuu varhaiskasvatus- ja kiintymyssuhde teorioiden käsittelyssä ja teorioiden peilaamisessa herkän lapsen tarpeisiin. Aineis-tonkeruumenetelmänä käytetään systemaattista kirjallisuuskatsausta. Herkkä lapsi on fysiologisilta ominaisuuksiltaan poikkeava verrattuna ei-herkkiin. Erityisherkkä lapsi on empaattinen ja voimakkaasti tunteva. Hän käsittelee tietoa syvällisesti ja huomaa ympäristös-tään pieniä vivahteita. Lapsi saattaa kuormittua, jos ärsykkeitä on liikaa. Kasvattajan rooli on tärkeä herkän lapsen tukemisen ja tasapainoisen kehityksen kannalta. Päivittäiset ja konkreettiset keinot auttavat herkkää lasta olemaan ylikuormittumatta. Myös kiintymyssuhteen merkitys on tärkeä her-källe lapselle. Turvattomassa kiintymyssuhteessa erityisherkät lapset stressaantuvat helpommin, kun taas turvallinen kiintymyssuhde tukee herkän lapsen kehittymistä ja ennaltaehkäisee ongelmia tulevaisuudessa.

Abstract:
Adverbiale Kasus sind Substantivgruppen ohne Präposition, die im Satz die Funktion einer temporalen, lokalen oder modalen Adverbialbestimmung erfüllen. Im Satz treten sie in der Regel als Adjunkte auf und sind in ihrer Form syntaktisch unabhängig. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Dissertation ist, adverbiale Kasus des Deutschen anhand zahlreicher Belege sowohl synchron als auch diachron aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zu beschreiben. In den älteren Sprachstufen sind adverbiale Kasus häufig belegt. Bis zum Gegenwartsdeutschen wurden viele davon adverbialisiert, durch Präpositionalphrasen ersetzt oder sind zu Phraseologismen erstarrt. In dieser Arbeit wird auf die semantisch-lexikalischen Restriktionen, Struktur, interne Ausfüllung bzw. Besetzung, Bezugsmöglichkeiten, Bedeutungen und die stilistischen Besonderheiten adverbialer Kasus ausführlich eingegangen.
Adverbial case is a noun phrase without preposition, functioning as the adverbial modifier of time, place or manner in a sentence. Syntactically they usually serve as adjuncts and are independent in their form. The aim of the present investigation was to describe the German adverbial case synchronically and diachronically on the basis of a large number of speech samples from different points of view. Adverbial cases have been very frequent at the earlier stages of German. Many of them have been adverbialised, replaced by prepositional phrases or have turned into phraseologisms in the course of language development up to the modern German. The present doctor thesis provides a detailed study of the lexical-semantic restrictions of the adverbial cases as well as of their structure and inner filling, their relation to other sentence constituents, aspects of their meaning and stylistic peculiarities.

Omaehtoinen liikuntakulttuuri on osa uutta postmodernia liikuntakulttuuria, jolle tyypillistä on pyrkimys irtaantua entisenlaisesta järjestöpohjaisesta liikuntakulttuurista sekä perinteisistä liikuntapaikoista ja -käsityksistä. On kuitenkin merkkejä siitä että institutionalisoituminen ulottaa vaikutuksensa myös omaehtoisiin liikuntamuotoihin. Tutkielman aiheena on, mitä vaikutuksia institutionalisoitumisella on omaehtoiselle liikuntakulttuurille Oulussa. Tutkimuksen kohteena ovat omaehtoisten liikuntalajien oululaiset harrastajat. Tutkimuksen tarkoitus on selvittää institutionalisoitumisen vaikutuksia näille lajeille sekä niiden harrastamismahdollisuuksille. Tarkoitus on myös selvittää, minkälaisia tuntemuksia institutionalisoituminen omaehtoisissa harrastajissa herättää sekä synnyttääkö tämä ohjaus vastakulttuurin piirteitä näiden lähtökohtaisesti vapaiden omaehtoisten lajien harrastajien keskuudessa. Tavoitteena on samalla myös tuottaa tilojen suunnittelijoille lisää tietoa omaehtoisen liikuntakulttuurin piirteistä ja luonteesta Oulussa. Tutkimusmenetelminä toimineet haastattelut ja havainnointi. Haastattelut on ensin litteroitu ja tämän jälkeen analysoitu sisällönanalyysin keinoin yhdistelemällä ja kategorisoimalla haastatteluaineistossa esiintyviä tutkimuskysymysten ja tavoitteen kannalta merkittäviä yhtäläisyyksiä ja eroavaisuuksia. Keskeisimpänä institutionalisoitumiseen liittyvänä tutkimustuloksena on, että institutionalisoituminen vaikuttaa omaehtoiseen liikuntakulttuuriin kahdella tapaa. Se ilmenee toisaalta omaehtoisten lajien harrastajien keskuudesta kumpuavan järjestäytymistarpeen kautta ja toisaalta näiden lähtökohtaisesti vapaina pidettävien omaehtoisten lajien tilallisen ohjaamisen kautta. Tutkimuksen tuloksena on myös, ettei kaikkien omaehtoisen liikuntakulttuurin harrastajien keskuudessa esiinny vastakulttuurin piirteitä liittyen lajien institutionalisoimiseen. Tutkimuksessa selvisi myös että omaehtoisia lajeja halutaan pääsääntöisesti tehdä muiden ihmisten keskuudessa lähellä muita kaupungin toimintoja ja elämää. Aineiston perusteella omaehtoisten lajien harrastajilla on toive monenlaisen harrastamisen mahdollistavasta, vapaasti käytössä olevasta ja käyttötarkoitukseltaan määrittelemättömästä julkisesta ulkotilasta. Julkisten tilojen suunnittelussa ja toteuttamisessa tulisi tämän tutkimuksen valossa pyrkiä tuottamaan monen erilaisen vapaa-ajanviettotavan mahdollistavia kaupunkitiloja.

Abstract This chapter discusses kashrut practices today, as well as the innovations resulting from the incorporation of food processing technologies, on the one hand, and the mechanisms that kashrut supervisors have developed to increase the precision of their work, on the other. Part of this chapter is devoted to the training of kashrut experts and the creation of kashrut food–certifying agencies. This is followed immediately by interesting findings from the author’s fieldwork, such as the precautions taken by the Kashrut Commission of the Eda Charedit (an ultra-Orthodox group from Jerusalem) to assure that the commandments and rules referring to the Sabbatical Year of the Land are fulfilled with utmost stringency. Finally, the chapter brings out data that show the alternatives that have emerged in Israel, meant to break down the Central Rabbinate’s monopoly over kashrut and struggle against what in Israel is known as religious coercion.

Abstract The object of this chapter is to explain the complexity and characteristics of kashrut and how it is practiced in our times. The analysis developed here separates the vision of observant Jews (the emic point of view) from that of kashrut scholars (the etic point of view). For the first group, sources include two kashrut manuals that have a wide audience among the Israeli Orthodox population, as well as rabbinic and philosophical conceptions on the importance and functions of kashrut. Pertaining to the second group are the approaches of researchers who have directly or tangentially reflected on Jewish dietary laws, their functions, and their relation to life, death, the sacred, the impure, and Jewish identity. These are the works of Mary Douglas, Jacob Milgrom, Howard Eilberg-Schwartz, and David Kramer.

Studi kasus ini dilakukan di CV Makmur Jaya Lumajang. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha pada CV Makmur Jaya Lumajang ditinjau dari segi analisis finansial. Studi ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Agustus sampai dengan 13 September 2020 di peternakan ayam ras petelur CV Makmur Jaya Lumajang. Pada studi kasus menggunakan bahan yaitu ayam ras petelur strain Hysex Brown sebanyak 30.000 ekor. Parameter pengamatan menggunakan analisis penerimaan atas biaya, dan analisis titik impas. Hasil pengamatan ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil penerimaan sebesar Rp9.223.780.000,00 dan angka pendapatan sebesar Rp1.603.955.000,00. Sehingga dengan hasil tersebut dapat menentukan analisis penerimaan atas biaya 1,210. Hasil pada analisis BEP harga memperoleh hasil Rp14.615,845 dan pada BEP produksi 448.225 kg. Dengan demikian peternakan ayam ras petelur CV Makmur Jaya Lumajang usahanya memperoleh keuntungan dan layak untuk dijalankan.

Layout yang ditinjau berdasarkan alur penyusunan gambar-gambar, penempatan kata-kata, dan komposisi pada gambar tersebut. WP248 merupakan sebuah website milik biro arsitektur MjB Architect. Studi kasus ini kemudian dikomparasi dengan data yang didapatkan dengan metode studi pustaka. Studi pustaka dari buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan layout, visual, digital marketing. Hasil komparasi ini akan dianalisis apakah studi kasus tersebut memiliki kesamaan dengan teknik-teknik visual atau layout pada studi pustaka. Setelah dikomparasi hasil pembahasan dibuat menjadi sebuah kesimpulan tentang analisis studi kasus ini., yaitu website WP248 memiliki teknik dalam penyusunan layout dan teknik mengvisualkan gambar-gambar mebel yang menarik. Pesawat tanpa awak (UAV) tidak hanya dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan militer, tetapi kini juga digunakan untuk keperluan sipil. Maraknya penggunaan UAV dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam permasalahan hukum yang mungkin terjadi. Tulisan ini melihat permasalahan hukum apa saja yang berpotensi timbul dan apakah regulasi UAV di Indonesia sudah mengakomodir permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Penulisan dilakukan dengan metode yuridis normatif dimana akan dilihat kasus-kasus yang terjadi di negara-negara lain dan bagaimana regulasi UAV yang menjadi landasan hukum dalam penyelesaian kasus tersebut. Berdasarkan kasuskasus yang sering terjadi di negara-negara, maka permasalahan hukum yang sering terjadi adalah kerusakan di darat, tabrakan di udara, pelanggaran hak pemilik tanah, dan pelanggaran hak privasi dalam data. Melihat frekuensi insiden tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa permasalahan tersebut dapat juga terjadi di Indonesia. Dalam mengakomodir permasalahan hukum tersebut, regulasi UAV di Indonesia saat ini sudah ada, namun hanya sebatas batas penggunaan ruang udara, perizinan dan persyaratan. Walaupun peraturan-peraturan terkait lainnya dapat dijadikan landasan hukum, akan lebih baik apabila ada regulasi khusus UAV yang menampung permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut.

Pertama, kami mengidentifikasi perbedaan dan keberagaman prioritas dan inisiatif pembangunan desa sebagai hasil pengaruh keterlibatan perempuan dalam pelaksanaan UndangUndang Desa. Inisiatif pembangunan tersebut tidak hanya terkait isu infrastruktur dan ekonomi (walaupun perempuan juga telah mengupayakan beberapa inisiatif di isu ini), namun juga meliputi berbagai permasalahan pembangunan desa dan tantangan sektoral lain yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa, khususnya perempuan.
