The Bhava Paksha (expression expression) and Kala Paksha (expression expression party) of any literature are essentially accepted. In the emotional aspect or expression aspect, the creator brings his spirit to the masses. In other words, if we can say that, the message that the creator wants to convey to the society through his creation is considered to be the expression side. It is a known fact that every composition has a purpose. This objective is based on the perfection of the emotional aspect. Bhava Paksha is considered an essential part of any composition.

Abstract:
Abstract: Adolescents and young emerging adults are highly vulnerable to stress and strain due to numerous transitions which are biological, socio-emotional, and psychological in nature. This coupled with external factors and environmental influences such as family structure and needs, peer-pressure, school and college environment play a critical role in influencing their thoughts and behavior. Hence it becomes crucial to find the means for strengthening problem-solving skills thereby enhancing their mental health and overall well-being. Life skills serve as an effective means of empowering adolescents and youth to navigate life’s challenges proficiently, using a skill-based approach. The World Health Organization (WHO) focuses on ten core life skills including aspects of individual personality (self-awareness, empathy), cognitive skills (critical and creative thinking, decision making, problem solving), coping skills (coping with stress and emotions), interpersonal relationships and communication skills. The Jeevan Kaushal Curriculum (2.0) framed by University Grants Commission proposes several core skills essential for living successful lives viz. communication skills, professional skills (career and team skills), leadership and management skills and universal human values. This study attempts to explore the role of core documents such as the Jeevan Kaushal Curriculum (2.0), WHO Universal Health Coverage for Mental Health and National Education Policy (NEP, 2020) in supporting the mental well-being of the target population, using document analysis. The study findings indicate that the Jeevan Kaushal curriculum (2.0) can be used as an effective tool towards fostering student skills sets and enhancing mental strength thereby supporting the promotion and maintenance of mental well-being of adolescents and youth in the Indian context. Moreover, it is in alignment with the core features of NEP 2020 which focuses on a holistic, transformational higher education curriculum incorporating value-based education and community engagement services.

Abstract:
Indian economy is currently one of the world’s largest economies. India continues to hold immense potential for a prosperous future, largely due to its advantageous demographic distribution strategy. This strategy aims to bolster the economy by capitalizing on most of the population falling within the 15 to 59 age brackets. By focusing on employment and development, India can effectively support domestic production while simultaneously catering to the global requirement for skilled labor. This research study focused on the reach of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in the Madhya Pradesh region. This focus is motivated by the findings of the India Skill Report 2023, compiled by Wheebox, which indicates that Madhya Pradesh does not rank among the top three states in terms of the supply of employable talent. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) during World Youth Skills Day. These initiatives were introduced under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) with the objective of bridging the gap between the demand and supply of employability skills. The extent of awareness of PMKVY among the public of Madhya Pradesh, the effectiveness of PMKVY in MP region, the loopholes of PMKVY in MP region, and the impact of demographic variables (Gender, Marital Status, Age) on PMKVY is being evaluated.

Abstract:
Skill development is essential for sustainable development, the promotion of employment, decent jobs, and entrepreneurship, particularly in vulnerable populations. Since the late 2000s, India has undertaken a major reform initiative to enhance its vocational education and training (VET) system, with the aim of improving the skills of 500 million people. The country introduced its first National Skills Development Strategy in 2009, established the National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) in 2013, adopted the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF), and launched a revised National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in 2015. It recognizes the importance of a robust framework for promoting skill development and entrepreneurship as key drivers of growth. The policy's vision is to "create an ecosystem of empowerment by scaling skills at speed and with high standards, while fostering a culture of innovation-based entrepreneurship that generates wealth and employment, ensuring sustainable livelihoods for all citizens of the country." The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has led several initiatives under the Skill India Mission to improve employability and skill development. Notable programs include the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), which offers short-term skill training, and the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras (PMKK), aimed at standardizing quality training across India. Other programs, such as Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), focus on nonliterate and rural populations, while Pradhan Mantri YUVA Yojana fosters entrepreneurship. The launch of Skill India Digital (SID) leverages AI-driven tools to match jobs and promote continuous learning. These initiatives collectively work toward building a more skilled and employable workforce in India. Equipping youth with the right skills can shift their focus from being consumers to being creators of wealth and employment. Ultimately, creating employment opportunities can lead to reduced poverty and improved living standards.

ABSTRACT Extraskeletal osteochondroma in parapharyngeal space is very rare. It is important to note that such a diagnosis be considered when a discrete, ossified mass is localized in soft tissues, even at atypical sites. Its diagnosis is based on radiological and histopathological examination. We should be clinically aware of this benign entity as no malignant transformation or metastasis has been reported. Excision with adequate cuff of tissue is treatment of choice. We did not encounter any case report of osteochondroma in the parapharyngeal space in literature, with our best possible effort. Abstract:
Groundnut is a legume crop an important food crop in the world and the third most important oil seed crop. However, groundnut crop suffers from major diseases such as flavus rot caused by Aspergillus which are soil-borne, they produce a potent toxin and carcinogenic substance called aflatoxin. This toxin has a great impact on human health. The resistant varieties can be the most viable and economical approach to reduce this problem. This research consisted of two experiments, the first was conducted at the Department of Plant Pathology Laboratory, while the second pot experiment was conducted in the green house at the Department of Plant Pathology, C. P. College of Agriculture, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar, Gujarat, India during Kharif, 2020. The objective of the experiment was to evaluation of groundnut varieties for resistance to seed infection by Aspergillus flavus. Ten varieties were tested i.e. GJG 9, GJG 32, JL 501, TG 37A, KAUSHAL, GJG 17, GG 20, GJG 22, GJG 31 and KDG 128. A CRD design was used for this experiment, with three replications. Out of ten varieties tested against Aspergillus flavus in vitro, none of the varieties were found resistant. The minimum seed infection (20.48%) was recorded in JL 501 and KAUSHAL, whereas the maximum (80.46%) in GJG 31, maximum seed germination was recorded in variety JL 501 (99.99%), whereas the minimum recorded in GJG 31(20.48%). The minimum mortality of germinated seeds (10.49%) was observed in the varieties GJG 9, GJG 32, JL 501, GG 20, GJG 22, and KDG 128, whereas the maximum in GJG 31 (30.48%). In the pot study, none of the varieties were found resistant or moderately resistant. The minimum seed infection (40.47%) was recorded with GJG 9, whereas the maximum (70.46%) in GJG 31. Maximum seed germination was recorded in GJG 9 (80.46%), whereas the minimum was recorded in GJG 31 (23.67%). The minimum seed mortality (10.49%) was observed in varieties GJG 9, TG 37A and KDG 128, whereas the maximum in GJG 31 (30.48%).

Chick lit which is generally described as the modern-day fairy tale focuses upon the lives of young urban educated working women in search of a life partner. These books labelled as popular literature were summarily dismissed by the critics as frivolous and insignificant. A deeper study focusing upon transformed symbols and motifs with respect to the lives of women, offers an important insight into how 21st-century feminism is moving beyond a ‘victim feminism’ mindset to that of ‘power feminism’. This study is a semiotic study of Indian chick lit with a special focus upon four novels: Piece of Cake (2004) by Swati Kaushal, Girl Alone (2005) by Rupa Gulab, Almost Single (2009) by Advaita Kala and Losing My Virginity and Other Dumb Ideas (2011) by Madhuri Banerjee.

Skill development programs are being implemented in Manipur under the University Grants Commission (UGC). Community Colleges, Bachelor of Vocation (B. Voc.) and Knowledge Acquisition and Upgradation of Skilled Human Abilities and Livelihood (KAUSHAL) Kendras in the higher education sector become one of the important concepts taken up as measures to reduce the unemployment problem. However, the alignment of the syllabi and curricula with the National Occupational Standards (NOS), the uniformity in lateral and longitudinal entries, credit transfer system, and choice of trades, unavailability of the skilled trainers, industry linkages and placement are the main issues in this regard. In this paper we discuss the issues, responses, grievances and prospects while implementing the scheme of skill development programs in Manipur with suggestions to achieve the envisioned goals.

Abstract:
Abstract Skill development programs play a critical role in India’s strategy to combat unemployment and promote economic resilience amid a rapidly growing workforce and increasing industrial demands. This study evaluates the economic impact of key government initiatives—Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Skill India Mission, and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)—with a focus on their contributions to employment rates and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth. By employing a mixed-methods approach, this research combines quantitative analysis of employment and productivity metrics with qualitative feedback from program stakeholders to provide a comprehensive assessment of these initiatives. Findings suggest that while skill development programs have positively influenced employment and productivity, their impact remains constrained by structural challenges, including skill mismatches, regional disparities, and limited industry collaboration. For instance, mismatched training curricula and fluctuating industry demands reduce employment potential for trainees, while regional imbalances limit access to quality training, especially in rural areas. Additionally, the limited involvement of private industry hinders program relevance and adaptability to evolving market needs. The study offers targeted recommendations to address these limitations, advocating for enhanced public-private partnerships that facilitate hands-on, industry-aligned training, region-specific adaptations to bridge local economic needs, and rigorous outcome-based evaluations to measure long-term effectiveness. By addressing these challenges, India can fully leverage its demographic dividend, fostering a resilient, future-ready workforce that supports sustainable economic growth. Ultimately, the research underscores that optimizing skill development programs is essential for India’s socio-economic progress and competitive positioning in the global economy.

Abstract:
The Indian population crossed 138 Crore numbers and the second-most populous nation in the world. Recent changes in job structure show that Indian labor is transitioning from the farming sector to the industry-and-services industries. India is unique globally, thanks to the demographic dividend Compared to developed countries with the aging population. India's 65 percent workforce is under the age of 35, and by 2025 70 percent of the country would be working-age. A large population, if educated, qualified, and productive, will effectively escalate the value of the demographic dividend and leading to sustainable development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has unveiled a training program for India on July 2015 and program aims to train About forty lakh trainees in India with various cognoscenti by 2022. This is a revolutionary program aimed at offering realistic, industry-germane, and skills-based training to young people for the last four years. It is crucial to examine the role and influence of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY) at the outset and How it will help people coalesce these skills and become employed. The data of the Indore region obtained from the official site is analyzed with the help of python and shows weather PMKVY buttresses the Indian economy or not through tests performed. By linear regression future expectancy of the program is predicted.

Abstract:
Economic growth can be inclusive when gender empowerment is in its place and women’s entrepreneurship takes off. The socio-economic status can be enhanced by empowering women to become entrepreneurs and contribute to the generation of employment, national productivity and poverty reduction. The Indian government took initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), which aim to provide market-oriented vocational training to youth, including women. The Skill India Mission has enrolled over 40% female candidates in its short-term training programs as of 2022. The state of Telangana has taken a proactive approach by establishing WE Hub, which is India’s first state-led incubator exclusively for women entrepreneurs and an advantage for platforms like TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) to build pathways that are gender-responsive and upgrade and restore the skills. They are structured in such a way to address not only skill gaps but also systemic and market barriers that women face in starting and scaling businesses. In the national development of India, the skilling of women is multifaceted, – economic, social and human development. It is not just a matter of equity; it is a strategic imperative for India’s national development. The low economic activity in rural areas is forcing the rural youth, women to move towards urban areas and work in informal, unsafe, and exploitative environments in the congested urban areas. There is a need to address this social issue by establishing skill-enhancing centres in rural and semi-urban areas to provide employment opportunities for those who need them. Enhancing women’s skill development and entrepreneurship in India can promote gender-responsive skill upgradation. It can work on designing and delivering non-traditional and high-growth sector training in the direction of women’s skill development.

Abstract:
AbstractThe chapter on fundamental rights in the Constitution of India, under article 12, identifies the “state” as the actor against whom fundamental rights can be enforced. Decades-long jurisprudence invoking article 12 has established the vertical enforcement of fundamental rights against state actors. However, a constitutional bench judgment in Kaushal Kishor (2023) alters this position, wherein the Supreme Court of India expanded the scope of fundamental rights against both state and non-state actors. This article analyzes the dictum in Kishor to argue that even when fundamental rights have been sporadically enforced against non-state actors, it has been by obligating the state to mitigate fundamental rights transgressions by non-state actors (doctrine of indirect horizontal application). The article raises constitutional concerns about the Court's reasoning in Kishor, positing that it ignores the constitutional mandate of article 12, disregards the judicial precedents supporting the vertical application of fundamental rights, and grants an unbounded sanction to enforce fundamental rights against virtually “anyone.”

Abstract:
In education, Gender Equity (GE) is pivotal for fostering social empowerment and building a more inclusive society. Gender-based disparities in access to education remain prevalent despite significant advancements. Skill Development (SD) is crucial for fulfilling the aspirations of a burgeoning young population in today’s competitive landscape. The Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDU-GKY), which seeks to address this issue by providing placement-related SD opportunities for rural youth, was launched by the Ministry of Rural Development. Limited research focuses on the Gender Gap (GG) that hinders skill acquisition through these programs while numerous studies examine the DDU-GKY scheme’s effectiveness. Also, this study seeks to address this gap by analysing the gender-specific barriers and challenges that undermine the success of DDU-GKY initiatives in Kerala. To gain a better understanding of the variables preventing SD in the area, a sample study of 150 participants from different DDU-GKY centers in Kerala was conducted.

Abstract:
Learning outcomes The case study offers interesting learning possibilities and offers the following learning opportunities to the learner. assess and conduct a macro- and micro-environmental analysis, comprehend the nature of the competitive landscape and how it changes when one looks at a digital-only versus an omnichannel marketplace, examine the product mix and policy of the firm and evaluate how it delivers customer value and analyse the pros and cons of growth strategies available to a firm and arrive at a viable and actionable future business and product strategy. Case overview/synopsis The short case study presents the story of a young start-up called Country Delight. The firm began operations in 2011 and was the brainchild of Chakradhar Gade and Nitin Kaushal. The direct-to-consumer firm addressed urban consumers’ non-articulated, latent need to get “fresh and uncontaminated” milk to their doorstep. Country Delight delivered farmer-to-consumer fresh cow and buffalo milk and milk products based on a well-designed and efficient value chain where the supply chain was either wholly owned or quality monitored by the firm. The firm began operations in India’s National Capital Region and was spread across 15 metro cities. Slowly, over the years, Gade and Kaushal added more product categories.Country Delight had a subscriber base of around 500,000, and the ambitious duo wanted to double their subscriber base and reach one million subscribers by financial year 2025. The firm was looking at various paths to achieve this number. Should Country Delight expand into new geographies? Or look at adding to the existing product portfolio? Diversification into agritourism, like the Pune-based vineyard – Sula, also looked attractive to build consumer engagement. Would taking the consumer to the farmers from whom they sourced the milk and vegetables contribute additional revenue to Country Delight and their farmer-suppliers? As the firm got ready to raise another round of funding, it needed a well-articulated growth strategy that was exciting and profitable for all stakeholders. Complexity academic level This case study presents the dilemma entrepreneurs face as they look at the next phase of growth. Thus, this case study serves as a learning opportunity for a graduate-level course in management and as a sounding board for those who aspire to enter the start-up space. Though this case study has the potential to illustrate basic concepts such as value chain and macro- and micro-environment analysis, the protagonist’s dilemma and the problem statement make it apt for integrated discussions that are critical in advanced electives in marketing management. Abstract:
ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to evaluate anti epileptic activity of ethanolic extract of M. kaenigii on MES, PTZ Induced convulsions in Rats. After the collection of the plant it was extracted with using ethanol solvent by maceration method. Preliminary Phytochemical analysis was done. Acute toxicity was studied. Assessments of antioxidant activity by assay of superoxide dismutase were done and also different enzyme analysis was studied. Effect of EEMK on ME induced convlusions was done in PHT treated animals. Secondary metabolites including alkaloids, saponins, cardiac glycosides and flavonoids were found to be present in the extract and these could have a wide range of compounds with pharmacological activities including those found in this study. Effect of antioxidant enzymes on MES and PTZ induced convolutions were studied. EEMK significantly inhibited the PTZ-induced convulsion, prolonged the latency for convulsion and decreased mortality. The PTZ kindling model is a widely used screening model for testing anticonvulsive compounds. Results based on the PTZ induced clonic seizures and MES induced generalized clonic-tonic seizures in rats model demonstrated that the ethanol extract of Murraya koenigii - Linn. is effective in reducing the severity of clonic seizures and generalized clonic-tonic seizures. This, therefore, supports the traditional use of the plant in the treatment of epilepsy. Key Words: anti epileptic activity, M. kaenigii, PTZ, EEMK, PHT. REFERENCES Chatterji S, Singh RK, Shukla S, Yadav DK, Watal G. Abstract:
ABSTRACT Earlier studies from our laboratory on randomly isolated transcriptional signals of mycobacteria had revealed that the −10 region of mycobacterial promoters and the corresponding binding domain in the major sigma factor are highly similar to their Escherichia coli counterparts. In contrast, the sequences in −35 regions of mycobacterial promoters and the corresponding binding domain in the major sigma factor are vastly different from their E. colicounterparts (M. D. Bashyam, D. Kaushal, S. K. Dasgupta, and A. K. Tyagi, J. Bacteriol. 178:4847–4853, 1996). We have now analyzed the role of the TGN motif present immediately upstream of the −10 region of mycobacterial promoters. Sequence analysis and site-specific mutagenesis of a Mycobacterium tuberculosispromoter and a Mycobacterium smegmatis promoter reveal that the TGN motif is an important determinant of transcriptional strength in mycobacteria. We show that mutation in the TGN motif can drastically reduce the transcriptional strength of a mycobacterial promoter. The influence of the TGN motif on transcriptional strength is also modulated by the sequences in the −35 region. Comparative assessment of these extended −10 promoters in mycobacteria and E. coli suggests that functioning of the TGN motif in promoters of these two species is similar.

Abstract:
This article studies the “right to receive information” or the “right to know”, a judicially-recognised right under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution. It attempts to show, through an analysis of judgments of the Supreme Court and High Courts, that the right rests on a shaky philosophical foundation and that there are inconsistencies in how the right is judicially treated in terms of its structure and content. First, the article questions the logic that the “right to know” is implicit in Article 19(1)(a) merely because it makes the exercise of free speech more meaningful. Such a logic was authoritatively rejected by the 7-judge bench in Maneka Gandhi (1978). Second, the article discusses judgments which have effectively enforced the right to know horizontally, without adequate justifications. The recent pronouncement of the Constitution Bench in Kaushal Kishore (2023) adds to the confusion. Third, the article discusses judgments that have either included or excluded information from the scope of this right. It is submitted that no coherent principle is discernible from a study of the inclusions and the exclusions, and no such principle is forthcoming from the courts themselves. Before concluding, the article briefly discusses modern problems posed by technology and how the right to know could apply to them.

Abstract:
The present research paper investigates the interpolations in Valmiki Ramayan byfocusing on 'Bala Kanda's Original Ramayan (Mool Ramayan) and 'Uttara Kanda',which is composed around 500 CE. The Valmiki Ramayan is the first epic writtenby the first poet of the Literary world, the 'Adi Kavi' Guru Valmiki. It may be calledthe national epic of India. This paper highlights how the 'Uttara Kanda' stands apartnot only in its content but also in the texture of the text and the apparent gap in thequality of the poetry. Moreover, this research paper engages with several events in'Uttara Kanda' and how it differs from the other six Kandas. It also engages with thenuances in the poetic style of 'Uttara Kanda' by examining the language, style, emotion, and expressions. While depicting the incidents, a major focus of thepaper is to explore interpolation by examining various incidents, such as thePhalashruti at the end of 'Yuddha Kanda', Sita's banishment, Shambuk'stermination, the story of Valmiki Ramayan sung by Lava-Kusa, Sita's AgniPariksha etc.The Ramayan means journey or progress of Sri Ram. Sri Ram was not an ordinaryperson but Prince of solar dynasty and future king of Kaushal Pradesh. In thisunmatched and grand historical epic, we see the Journey of progress from being aprince to becoming the ruler of the heart of the people and national conciousnesstill date. By looking at the major points, this paper aims to negate and debunkcertain demeaning and baseless non-factual things which were created to blemishthe cultural fabric of India.
