Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan work family conflict terhadap komitmen organisasional pada LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai pada LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan yang berjumlah 58 orang pegawai. Teknikpenentuansampelyang digunakan adalahsampling jenuh,yaknisemua karyawan yang bekerja di LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan - Badung yang berjumlah 58 Orang, yang terdiri dari 29 pegawai laki-laki dan 29 pegawai wanita digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan work family conflict secara statistik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja yang dirasakan pegawai dan semakin tinggi konflik pekerjaan keluarga yang dialami pegawai, maka komitmen organisasional pegawai di LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan akan semakin menurun. Abstract:
Kerobokan feeder supply electrical energy in the area of Kerobokan. This feeder supplies 67 distribution transformers that serve a variety of customers with nonlinier electrical loads. Nonlinier electrical loads cause harmonics which adversely affect customers and power system equipment, especially distribution transformers. In Kerobokan feeder, only 3 (4.5%) of the 67 transformers has THDi content that according with the IEEE 519-2014 standard and 64 (95.5%) of the 67 transformers has a high THDi content and exceed the IEEE 519-2014 standard. For this reason, the power losses, efficiency, and work capacity of the transformer are analyzed due to the effect of THDi. This study uses a direct measurement method in all transformers in the Kerobokan feeder and simulation on the ETAP Powerstation program. The results of the analysis showed that total power losses without being affected by THDi for all transformers were 49.4 kW and after being affected by THDi were 591.71 kW. The highest THDi content is in the KA 0992 transformer is 24.8% which results in an increased in power losses is 12.02 kW or 12.02% of its capacity and a decreased in efficiency is 12.66% and has a decreased in work capacity is 19.9%. While the smallest THDi content is found in the DB 449 transformer is 6.8% which results in an increased in power losses is 2.2 kW or 0.88% of its capacity and a decreased efficiency is 1.01% and has a decreased in work capacity is 2.7%.

Abstract:
This research was conducted to find out the management of village original income in Kerobokan Village and the role of BUMDes to be able to increase village original income and rural original income management strategy to improve the economy. This research method is qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies are then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the management done by Kerobokan Village Government is in accordance with the management procedure, BUMDes play a role in increasing the village's original income so that the village government can carry out the development which impact on the village economy and the strategy implemented by the village government puts forward the coordination and cooperation.

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang aktivitas religius hubungannya dengan menjaga eksistensi pura khususnya di Pura Petitenget Desa Kerobokan Kabupaten Badung. Ada tiga aktivitas religi yang rutin dilaksanakan di Pura Petitenget yakni aktivitas religius pada saat purnama-tilem. Dimana pada saat itu krama Desa Kerobokan melakukan persembahyangan biasa di Pura Petitenget dan memohon tirtha pengelukatan untuk kesucian rohani dan jasmnasi, dan memohon kesembuhan. Pada Buda Cemeng Merakih aktivitas religius semakin padat karena ini merupakan puncak piodalan di Pura Petitenget. Seluruh umat Hindu akan tangkil di pura itu pada saat itu. Aneka sesajen dan kesenian sakral juga ditampilkan. Aktivitas religius yang ketiga yakni ketika upacara mekiyis sebelum nyepi dan ritual pelaban sasih kawulu. Di Mana pada saat ini digelar ritual bhuta yadnya, pecaruan untuk menetralisir energi negatif. Ritual ini juga menunjukkan identitas Pura Petitenget sebagai purusa.

Abstract:
Komitmen organisasional merupakan suatu keinginan yang dimiliki oleh anggota organisasi untuk tetap bertahan dalam organisasi dan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan dari keterlibatan kerja, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan restoran ingka di Kerobokan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada restoran ingka di Kerobokan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang bersumber dari gambaran umum restoran dan data kuantitatif adalah jumlah karyawan restoran ingka. Jumlah responden sebanyak 45 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Sesuai dengan tujuan gerakan PKK, perlu ada gerakan teknis dalam mendukung ekonomi keluarga. Untuk mendukung ekonomi keluarga seorang ibu rumah tangga sebagai sasaran khusus PKK, harus mempunyai kemampuan atau kreatifitas terutama dibidang kewirausahaan berbasis industri kreatif, melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun talenta keahlian industri kreatif dalam membuat/memproduksi kerajinan macrama dan meningkatkan kemampuan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi sebagai media pemasaran produk macrama yang dihasilkan oleh Ibu-ibu PKK di Kelurahan Kerobokan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan secara singkat selama satu hari yang diikuti 14 peserta dari 30 peserta yang ditargetkan, Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terlihat ibu-ibu PKK di Kelurahan Kerobokan sangat bersemangat dalam melaksanakan pelatihan terlihat banyaknya peserta yang aktif bertanya dan menunjukkan perhatian yang tinggi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK mempunyai semangat kewirausahaan, mempunyai kemampuan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi sebagai alat pemasaran dan mampu membuat kerajinan macrama dengan variasi desain layak jual.

Abstract:
In WCDMA system, signal service coverage determines quality service of telecommunication network . To give maximum network service at Jl. Tengah I Kerobokan area, thus requiring the study of the arrangement of the cell coverage on BTS Protpeliatan Sector ? and BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ?. The method used is calculation the distance of base station with proper propagation model which suits the condition of both base stations, also antenna azimuth and tilting were given, and simuation using Atoll software to see the predicted coverage area of BTS. As the result, suitable propagation for BTS Protpeliatan Sector ? is Okumurra Hatta model and BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ? is Cost 231 Hatta model, maximum coverage signal service of BTS Protpeliatan Sector ? is 1,17 km and for BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ? is 1,11 km. Requirement of antenna tilt change from 0º to 0,95º for BTS Protpeliatan Sektor ? and for pada BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ?, antenna tilt change from 0º to 1º and change of 30º antenna sector direction from 180º to 210º. From simulation using Atoll software with above parameters, acknowledge that area of Jl. Tengah I Kerobokan already get maximum service with received signal level pass the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) standard. Dalam sistem WCDMA, cakupan layanan sinyal merupakan penentu kualitas layanan jaringan telekomunikasi. Untuk memberikan layanan jaringan yang maksimal di area Jl. Tengah I Kerobokan maka dilakukan analisis penataan cakupan layanan sel pada BTS Protpeliatan Sektor ? dan BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ?. Metode yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan jarak cakupan BTS dengan model propagasi yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi kedua BTS, penentuan arah azimuth dan tilting antena, serta simulasi menggunakan Atoll untuk melihat prediksi cakupan layanan BTS. Didapatkan bahwa model propagasi yang sesuai dengan BTS Protpeliatan Sektor ? adalah model Okumurra Hatta dan BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ? adalah model Cost 231 Hatta, jarak cakupan layanan maksimum BTS Protpeliatan Sektor ? adalah sejauh 1,17 km dan pada BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ? sejauh 1, 11 km. Diperlukan perubahan tilt antena dari 0º menjadi 0,95º pada BTS Protpeliatan Sektor ? dan perubahan sudut tilt dari 0º menjadi 1º serta perubahan arah sekorisasi antena sebesar 30º dari 180º menjadi 210 º pada BTS AnyarKaja Sektor ?. Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan menggunakan software Atoll dengan parameter tersebut, diketahui bahwa area Jl. Tengah I Kerobokan telah mendapatkan layanan yang maksimal dengan level penerimaan sinyal yang telah memenuhi standar KPI (Key Performance Indictator).

Abstract:
Kejahatan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun. Pelaku kejahatan yang telah ditindak secara hukum ditempatkan di lembaga pemasyarakatan. Di lembaga pemasyarakatan narapidana diberikan pembinaan agar memiliki cukup bekal yang baik kedepannya, salah satunya adalah pembinaan rohani Hindu bagi narapidana Hindu. pembinaan rohani ini bertujuan untuk membentuk kepribadian yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap mental spiritual, kecerdasan emosional, dan konsep diri narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian didapatkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap mental spiritual (4,951˂3,125); (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap kecerdasan emosional (83,497˂3,125); (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap konsep diri (3,913˂3,125); (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan mental spiritual terhadap kecerdasan emosional (4,831˂3,125); (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan mental spiritual terhadap konsep diri (8,173˂3,125); (6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap konsep diri (3,739˂3,125).Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: ada pengaruh pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap mental spiritual, kecerdasan emosional, dan konsep diri narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan.

Abstract:
This article discusses the rate of growth from traditional to postmodernism visualized through the work of contemporary art. Based on observations in the field with the Kerobokan village as an observation location whose growth has been categorized as urban. The work focuses on the periodization of change by looking for new meanings that can be used as a process of awareness of current cultural values. Sources of data obtained through a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method with interview techniques in 2015. Creation uses the theory of Alma M. Hawkins namely exploration, improvisation, and forming. Along with the Faucault Knowledge and Power Relations theory to read the discourse and cultural phenomena under study. Employment shows the results of the life cycle of the postmodernism period, the development of the stage of life is so fast as if there is no pause in accordance with the results of research on the kerobokan community. Likewise on cultural values, significant changes are present through the procession of postmodern marriage, which currently not only questions spirituality / religiosity but gives birth to a new discourse on wedding fashion.
