The purpose of this research was to analyze the feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation venture white small and medium enterprises Cultivation Oyster mushrooms on the Group Affinity “Tunas Harapan Baru” in terms of financial aspect. Research conducted is a research application model, data that is used for data that is processed by the rekapan financial statements and investment amount of data that is used in an attempt to match a description patrons Group Affinity “Tunas Harapan Baru”. Data collection techniques are used i.e., interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis methods in use is composed of Financial aspects of the Analysis method of payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and profitability index. Results of the study shows the effort which implemented the terms of the financial aspect was feasible. It is based on the results of the analysis of the payback period of 8.8 (8 months 8 days), the value of the net present value of 16,659 million, the value of the internal rate of return of 3.70 and profitability index of 2.70 where oyster mushroom business revealed profitable and feasible in terms of financial or in terms of management. The bussines development could be held by making the great outline of bussines based on the result of group evaluation over all so that it will get the profitable bussines.

ABSTRACT The use of onion tubers with various sizes can affect the result of onion productivity. The availability of quality seeds and timely is a factor which plays a role in the success of the farmer of onion. Seed in the form of tubers are planting material that has been long to used in bussines farming. The use of seed tubers has variation measure of in weight. The weight size of seed tubers give affect the growth and result of cultivated shallots. The solution of this problem is looking for the right tuber size to get maximal production and result on local varieties that have been registered and issued by the Department of Agriculture. This research executed in Bagor Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency in April 2018 until June 2018. It used Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial (RAL Faktorial) with using 2 factor. The first factor was local varieties consisting of Bauji varieties, Biru Lancor and Batu Ijo. The second factor is 4 level of different size tuber weight. If there is a real difference, will be further testing using DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) with an error rate of 5%. The parameters of observation consist of plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, tuber diameter, tuber wet weight, tuber dry weight, tuber shrinkage and number of tuber layers. The results showed that the effect of the combination of the two factors had very significant effect on the parameters of fresh tuber weight and dry weight of onion. The varieties treatment showed the best results for fresh weight of the bulbs were Blue Lancor varieties. The treatment of seed tuber weight showed results to fresh weight of tuber was the weight of a large tuber. Key words: Onions, Seed Bulbs, Local Varieties. ABSTRAK Penggunaan umbi bawang merah dengan berbagai ukuran dapat berpengaruh terhadap hasil produktivitas bawang merah. Ketersediaan bibit yang berkualitas dan tepat waktu merupakan faktor yang ikut berperan dalam keberhasilan usaha tani bawang merah. Bibit yang berupa umbi merupakan bahan tanam yang sudah lama digunakan dalam usaha tani bawang merah. Penggunaan umbi bibit memiliki keragaman dalam ukuran berat. Ukuran berat umbi bibit berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah yang dibudidayakan. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan mencari ukuran berat umbi bibit yang tepat agar mendapatkan produksi dan hasil secara maksimal pada varietas lokal yang sudah terdaftar dan dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pertanian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Bagor Kabupaten Nganjuk pada bulan April 2018 hingga bulan Juni 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial (RAL Faktorial) dengan menggunakan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu varietas lokal yang terdiri varietas Bauji, Biru Lancor dan Batu Ijo. Faktor kedua yaitu 4 taraf ukuran berat umbi bibit yang berbeda. Apabila ada beda nyata dilakukan uji lanjut dengan menggunakan DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, berat basah umbi, berat kering umbi, penyusutan umbi dan jumlah lapisan umbi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kombinasi kedua faktor berpengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter jumlah umbi, berat segar umbi dan berat kering jemur umbi bawang merah. Perlakuan varietas menunjukkan hasil terbaik untuk berat segar umbi adalah varietas Biru Lancor. Perlakuan berat umbi bibit menunjukkan hasil untuk berat segar umbi adalah berat umbi bibit ukuran besar. Kata Kunci : Bawang Merah, Umbi Bibit, Varietas Lokal.

Bali cattle breeding gives important role on animal farmer household in Bombana Regency, because it is as the source of income and also as saving for the future unit of animal farmer household. Bali cattle breeding is managed integrated with agro bussines so that it is able to increase the animal farmer income. This research was held using survey method, the determining of research location was used purposive sampling method and the respondens was choosed according to simple random sampling, involved 60 respondens. The variables which are observed include the respondens character, breeding management, revenue, cost and income of animal farmer from either cattle breeding or non cattle farming bussines.The result of this research showed that the income of each animal farmer household in the research location reach Rp. 14.776.384 year-1 with average’s family income from each bussines is Rp. 7.388.192 year-1. The average of animal farmer household income from bali cattle breeding in South Poleang Subdistrict, Bombana Regency is higher (Rp. 8.878.200 year-1) than its income from non bali cattle farming bussines (Rp. 5.898.183 year-1). The income average of animal farmer household that represent farmer’s non coastal is Rp. 7.540.100 year-1 and the income of animal farmer household that represent coastal only reach Rp. 7.236.633 year-1. The contribution of bali cattle breeding in South Poleang Subdistrict, Bombana Regency on the total income of animal farmer household is 60,08% (is categorized as bussines branch) and higher than the contribution of non bali cattle breeding bussines which only reach 39,92%.Key words: Contrubution, Income, Bali Cattle.Usaha ternak sapi bali memberikan peranan penting bagi keluarga peternak di Kabupaten Bombana, karena selain dipelihara sebagai sumber pendapatan juga sebagai tabungan. Usaha ternak sapi dikelola secara terpadu bersama usaha pertanian dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei, penentuan lokasi penelitian secara purposive sampling dan responden dipilih secara simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 60 responden. Variabel yang diamati yaitu karakteristik responden, manajemen pemeliharaan, penerimaan, biaya dan pendapatan rumah tangga peternak dari usaha ternak sapi maupun non usaha ternak sapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total pendapatan setiap keluarga perternak di lokasi penelitian mencapai Rp. 14.776.384 tahun-1 dengan rata-rata pendapatan keluarga dari setiap usaha sebesar Rp. 7.388.192 tahun-1. Rata-rata pendapatan keluarga peternak dari usaha ternak sapi bali di Kecamatan Poleang Selatan Kabupaten Bombana lebih tinggi (Rp. 8.878.200 tahun-1) daripada pendapatan keluarga peternak dari usaha non ternak sapi bali (Rp. 5.898.183 tahun-1). Rata-rata pendapatan keluarga peternak yang mewakili daerah non pesisir sebesar Rp. 7.540.100 tahun-1 dan pendapatan keluarga peternak yang mewakili daerah pesisir hanya mencapai Rp. 7.236.633 tahun-1. One of the factors supporting the occurrence of these violations is due to lack of basic knowledge about business ethics and the freedom of business people in carrying out economic activities, as a result many business people are competing in improving market mechanisms, Business should be assessed from a moral standpoint, just like all other human activities also seen from a moral standpoint. Because when not looking at the moral aspect of doing business, business people only think about how to increase sales turnover, and not only increase turnover, but also do things that are not ethical, such as: bribery, corruption, collusion and nepotism, it makes people uneasy . Adverse effects that will occur if a company is immoral and enforces the norms that apply in business ethics then it can have an impact on consumers' distrust of their products and can complicate business development again.

Development of Bali cattle bussines’s in North Kabaena Subdistrict need to be improved with better and more guided maintenance management. Data of factors that affect it does not known properly yet. Therefore, there is needed a research which is held to know the productivity of bali cattle breeding of either trnasmigrant or non transmigrant breeder in Kabaena Island and factors that affect it. The research material is either the transmigrant or non transmigrant bali cattle breeders that have at least 1 female cattle that has born or 1 male cattle more than 2 years old and have maintained cattle at least 1 year. The research location is determined by purposive sampling method and the research responden is determined by simple random sampling method as many as 60 respondens, consist of 30 transmigrant breeders and 30 non transmigrant breeders. Analysis which is used in this research is Bifilarly Linear Regression that is explained descriptively. The result of this research showed that bussines of non transmigrant breeder (36%) is higher than transmigrant breeder (24%). The result of regression analysis showed that productivity of bali cattle bussines as dependent variable had an comprehensively affect on independent variable (experience, age, family employee, education, areal wide, occupation, and the breeder origin) with accuracy of regression model is 29,4%.Key words: Productivity bussines, Bali cattle, transmigrant, non transmigrant, KabaenaPengembangan usaha ternak Sapi Bali di Kecamatan Kabaena Utara perlu ditingkatkan dengan pola manajemen pemeliharaan yang baik dan terarah. Data faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya belum diketahui secara pasti. Oleh karena itu perlu penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui produktivitas usaha ternak Sapi Bali baik peternak transmigran maupun non transmigran di Pulau Kabaena serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Materi penelitian adalah peternak sapi Bali baik transmigran maupun non transmigran yang memiliki ternak sapi bali minimal 1 ekor induk yang sudah pernah melahirkan atau 1 ekor jantan umur > 2 tahun dan minimal telah memelihara ternak selama 1 tahun. Penentuan lokasi dengan cara purposive sampling dan responden penelitian ditentukan secara simple random sampling sebanyak 60 responden, 30 peternak transmigran dan 30 peternak non transmigran. Analisis yang dugunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produktivitas usaha peternak non transmigran (36%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan peternak transmigran (24%). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas usaha ternak Sapi Bali sebagai variabel dependen secara keseluruhan berpengaruh terhadap variabel independen (pengalaman, umur, tenaga kerja keluarga, pendidikan, luas lahan, jenis pekerjaan, dan asal peternak) dengan ketepatan model regresi sebesar 29,4%.Kata kunci : Produktivitas usaha, sapi bali, transmigran, non transmigran, Kabaena.

Möjligheterna för skogsbruket och rennäringen att samexistera har sedan den industriella skogsindustrins början varit en infekterad fråga. Under 2000-talet startades projektet att införa renbruksplaner (RBP) i Sveriges samebyar med syfte att förbättra relationen mellan parterna i samråd, vilket upplevs ha uppfyllts. Renbruksplan är rennäringens motsvarighet till skogsbrukets skogsbruksplan och är ett informations- och dataverktyg med en kartläggning över renarnas betesmarker. Den här uppsatsen undersöker varför projektet med renbruksplaner har lyckats genom att använda Elinor Ostroms teori om förvaltning av en gemensam resurspool. Syftet är att illustrera möjliga förklaringsfaktorer till varför samverkan mellan skogsbruket och rennäringen upplevs ha förbättrats i och med införandet av RBP. Med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys har Ostrom designprinciper för självstyrande och hållbar förvaltning hittats i fem rapporter publicerade av Skogsstyrelsen i projektets slutskede. Totalt fanns det stöd i rapporterna för att sex av åtta designprinciper applicerats i och med införandet av RBP. Två av dessa, Ostrom designprincip om tydligt definierade gränser och konfliktlösningen mekanismer, kan identifieras som möjliga förklaringsfaktorer. Att dessa två principer har införts har underlättat kommunikationen mellan parterna vilket lett till större förståelse för varandras branscher och situation.<br>Whether forestry industry and reindeer husbandry could harmoniously coexist in northern Sweden has been debated since modern forestry started. A unique context grants indigenous people in Sweden, the Sami people, exclusive right to use land for reindeer husbandry. In the beginning of the 2000s a project was launched to create Land Use Plans for the reindeer husbandry (in Swedish Renbruksplan, RBP), which aimed to improve the relation between reindeer owners and the forestry industry. Hence, the Land Use Plan for reindeer husbandry is primarily a program for mapping reindeer graze lands. The project is considered successful for the reindeer owners as well as for the forestry. This thesis investigates why the land use plans have improved the relations between the two stakeholders by applying Elinor Ostrom´s theory about governing commons. The aim is to illustrate possible explanatory factors to why collaboration between forestry and reindeer husbandry is found to have been improved with the introduction of the land use plans. Using a qualitative content analysis, examples of Ostrom’s design principles of autonomous and sustainable management were identified in five reports published by the National Board of Forestry in the project's final phase. In total, the reports supported that six of eight design principles had been implemented since land use plans were introduced. Two of these, clearly defined boundaries and mechanisms of conflict resolution, can be identified as possible explanatory factors for the success of the project. In conclusion, the introduction of these two principals have facilitated communication between the two stakeholders, which have ensued better understanding for each other’s situations and industries.

Deflationists seek to reinterpret the puzzle cases so that the puzzle never arises. On this type of view, what we do in the difficult cases of articulation does not consist in articulating thoughts already in place, but rather in using language to form new thoughts. A moderate deflationist draws an analogy between what we do in these cases and the elaboration of a plan, whose detailed implementation we work out later, as we go. A radical deflationist denies that we search for any fixed type of formulation at all, arguing that our acceptance of a formulation is either a free choice or a consequence of reaching a natural stopping point in our thinking. Examining a wide range of deflationary views helps bring out many of the key features of the puzzle cases and map out the variety of ways in which we can think in words.

Since its first introduction to the Chinese context about 20 years ago, the key ideas and concepts of urban morphology underwent a significant phenomenon of ‘lost in translation’. Different origins of morphological thoughts, different versions of translation, as well as different disciplinary context, have all together led to a chaotic discourse. This paper reviews the key Chinese articles in the field of urban morphology since 1982 and draws out a group of persistent keywords, such as evolution, axis, urban fringe belt, plan unit and plot, that characterize the morphological approach to urban issues. By reviewing the transformation of the definition of these keywords, this paper aims to generate an evolutionary map of landmark ideas and concepts, based on which, four stages in the development of urban morphology in China can be identified: emergence, growth, maturity, practice. Our aim in this research is to discuss the correspondence with the Ottoman State during the Crimean War, as well as the opposition of Sheikh Shamil, with whom the Russians encountered during their invasion of the North Caucasus. Crimea is a Turkish country, has historically been a place of invasion by various foreign forces due to its geographical location and strategic location. The growing appetite of the Tsarist Russian Empire, the main purpose of which was to capture Istanbul and the right to vote in the straits, led to the beginning of the Crimean War. The Russian leadership began the war, by taking advantage of the privileges granted by the Ottomans to Christians Catholics in Jerusalem, the Armenians in Anatolia and the Greek Greeks. Although the Ottomans ended their relations with the Russians, but the Russian army went on a new offensive. Despite the fact that they did not openly declare war, they captured Eflak (Romania) and Bogdan (Moldova). On October 4, 1853, the Ottoman State declared war on Tsarist Russia. On the other hand, as far as the interests and power of the Ottoman State in Crimea were weakened, the Turkish rulers approached the Russians and over time fell victim to the Russian leadership's plan. On January 4th 2007 TIGF published the following invitation for tenders: “Development and Provision of a Pipeline Integrity Management System”. The project was awarded to Bureau Veritas (BV), who proposed to meet the requirements of TIGF with the Threats and Mitigations module of the PiMSlider® suite extended with some customized components. The key features of the PiMSlider® suite are: • More than only IT: a real integrity philosophy, • A simple intuitive tool to store, display and update pipeline data, • Intelligent search utilities to locate specific information about the pipeline and its surrounding, • A scalable application, with a potentially unlimited number of users, • Supervision (during and after implementation) by experienced people from the oil and gas industry. This paper first introduces TIGF and the consortium BV – ATP. It explains in a few words the PIMS philosophy captured in the PiMSlider® suite and focuses on the added value of the pipeline Threats and Mitigations module. Using this module allows the integrity analyst to: • Prioritize pipeline segments for integrity surveillance purposes, • Determine most effective corrective actions, • Assess the benefits of corrective actions by means of what-if scenarios, • Produce a qualitative threats assessment for further use in the integrity management plan, • Optimize integrity aspects from a design, maintenance and operational point of view, • Investigate the influence of different design criteria for pipeline segments. To conclude, TIGF presents the benefits of the tool for their Integrity Management department and for planning inspection and for better knowledge of their gas transmission grid.

Abstract Because of recent advancements in the field of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, there is potential to ingest decades of field history and heterogeneous production records. This paper proposes an analytics workflow that leverages artificial intelligence to process thousands of historical workover reports (handwritten and electronic), extract important information, learn patterns in production activity, and train machines to quantify workover impact and derive best practices for field operations. Natural language processing libraries were developed to ingest and catalog gigabytes of field data, identify rich sources of workover information, and extract workover and cost information from unstructured reports. A machine learning (ML) model was developed and trained to predict well intervention categories based on free text describing workovers found in reports. This ML model learnt pattern and context of repeating words pertaining to a workover type (e.g. Artificial Lift, Well Integrity, etc.) and to classify reports accordingly. Statistical models were built to determine return on investment from workovers and rank them based on production improvement and payout time. Today, 80% of an oilfield expert's time can be spent manually organizing data. When processing decades of historical oilfield production data spread across both structured (production timeseries) and unstructured records (e.g., workover reports), experts often face two major challenges: 1) How to rapidly analyze field data with thousands of historical records. 2) How to use the rich historical information to generate effective insights to optimize production. In this paper, we analyzed multiple field datasets in a heterogeneous file environment with 20 different file formats (PDF, Excel, and other formats), 2,000+ files and production history spanning 50+ years across and 2000+ producing wells. Libraries were developed to extract workover files from complex folder hierarchies through an intelligent automated search. Information from reports was extracted through Python libraries and optical character recognition technology to build master data source with production history, workover, and cost information. A neural network model was trained to predict workover class for each report with &gt;85% accuracy. The rich dataset was then used to analyze episodic workover activity by well and compute key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify well candidates for production enhancement. The building blocks included quantifying production upside and calculating return of investment for various workover classes. O&G companies have vast volumes of unstructured data and use less than 1% of it to uncover meaningful insights about field operations. Our workflow describes methodology to ingest both structured and unstructured documents, capture knowledge, quantify production upside, understand capital spending, and learn best practices in workover operations through an automated process. This process helps optimize forward operating expense (OPEX) plan with focus on cost reduction and shortens turnaround time for decision making.
