Abstract:
Objectives The main purpose of this study is to determine what the key words are in the basic plans for ecological(environmental) education created by provincial offices of education and what the relationships are between those words. In addition, this study was conducted to determine whether the documents of the provincial office of education contain the value of ecological transformation in education.
Methods The research method used in this study is semantic network analysis. The words included in the basic plans for ecological(environmental) education created by the provincial offices of education in 13 regions were corrected, controlled, and removed to extract key words, and the frequencies of the words were analyzed. Additionally, basic attribute analysis, centrality analysis, sub-network analysis, and ego network analysis were performed using Gephi 0.10.1, a network analysis program.
Results The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the frequency of use and centrality of each key words, ‘practice’ and ‘carbon neutrality’ appeared most frequently and have the highest influence in the documents. Second, as a result of clustering key words according to their similarity, these words formed four sub-networks. Third, as a result of examining the connection structure between ‘ecological transformation education’ and ‘ecological environment education’ through ego network analysis, the two words shared a lot of related words.
Conclusions The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, The use of ‘practice’ and ‘carbon neutrality’ as key words in the basic plans for ecological (environment) education should be maintained in the future. At this time, educational activities at the cognitive and affective levels should also be treated with great importance in the document. Second, since ecological transformation education and ecological environment education form different clusters, each documents must establish a mutually cooperative and complementary relationship. Third, many words are shared between the ecological transformation ego network and the ecological environment education ego network, and since there is ongoing discussion about what term to replace the existing environmental education with, so provincial offices of education should be cautious in using the terms.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT This article investigates metaphor in adaptation: not just how individual metaphors may evolve from a source text to its rewrite, but also how metaphoricity features in the rewrite author’s positioning of the two works. Previous research has shown how metaphor can be integral to structuring narrative; this research shows how metaphor could also be key to structuring the intertextuality of narrative. As such, attention is given to the narrative strategies behind metaphor variation linked to changed settings, characterization, and themes and behind crossings in metaphoricity—the literal in the source text becoming metaphorical in the rewrite, or vice versa—that contribute to an implicit commentary on the source text. Using Doležel’s world-based typology of postmodern rewrites as a basis for exploring metaphor(ic) transformation, this article draws from modern rewrites of Macbeth and King Lear to show how metaphor is narratively significant as a channel of intertextual positioning.

Abstract:
The article summarizes, expands and substantiates scientific knowledge about legal transformation as a component of modern legal development. The problems of transformations are understood by scientists of various directions and branches of social knowledge, primarily philosophers, political scientists, sociologists, economists and lawyers, since historical progress is directly determined by the ideas of democracy, freedom, free market, law and statehood. The points of view available in the specialized literature regarding the understanding of social transformation, its types, forms, trends and factors are analyzed. Social transformation covers the entire sphere of relations and interests (needs) in society, is the basis of the material and ideological structure on which both theory and practice of human life are based. Social transformation means the process of transformations in society, in particular in the cultural, political, economic and legal spheres. Qualitative and quantitative indicators of these transformations depend on many reasons and factors – internal and external, purposeful and spontaneous, objective and subjective, etc. Based on the study and systematization of transformational issues in legal science, the essence of legal transformation is revealed, under which it is proposed to understand qualitative and quantitative, substantive and formal, progressive and regressive, rational and irrational, regular, random and tendentious transformations of legal matter, legal life, legal reality, legal phenomena and processes under the action, influence, in the context, in the conditions of internal and external, purposeful and spontaneous, objective and subjective causes and factors (globalization, European integration, digitalization, sustainable development, etc.). The prerequisites for determining the common, distinctive and special features of legal transformation and legal reform within the framework of the development of the theory of the latter are outlined. Legal transformation is a component (component) of legal development along with such legal changes as formation, functioning, destruction, and is also carried out in the form of legal evolution, legal revolution, and legal reform. Turning to transformational (transformative) processes in legal reality is intended to continue the scientific search for an optimal, effective model of legal development, initiated by domestic scientists, in fundamentally new realities – in the conditions of war and post-war state reconstruction. Key words: development, social development, legal development, changes, social changes, legal changes, transformation, social transformation, legal transformation, transformation of legislation, transformation of the legal system, reform, social reform, legal reform, theory of legal reform.

Abstract:
AbstractModel transformations are among the key concepts of model-driven engineering (MDE), and dedicated model transformation languages (MTLs) emerged with the popularity of the MDE pssaradigm about 15 to 20 years ago. MTLs claim to increase the ease of development of model transformations by abstracting from recurring transformation aspects and hiding complex semantics behind a simple and intuitive syntax. Nonetheless, MTLs are rarely adopted in practice, there is still no empirical evidence for the claim of easier development, and the argument of abstraction deserves a fresh look in the light of modern general purpose languages (GPLs) which have undergone a significant evolution in the last two decades. In this paper, we report about a study in which we compare the complexity and size of model transformations written in three different languages, namely (i) the Atlas Transformation Language (ATL), (ii) Java SE5 (2004–2009), and (iii) Java SE14 (2020); the Java transformations are derived from an ATL specification using a translation schema we developed for our study. In a nutshell, we found that some of the new features in Java SE14 compared to Java SE5 help to significantly reduce the complexity of transformations written in Java by as much as 45%. At the same time, however, the relative amount of complexity that stems from aspects that ATL can hide from the developer, which is about 40% of the total complexity, stays about the same. Furthermore we discovered that while transformation code in Java SE14 requires up to 25% less lines of code, the number of words written in both versions stays about the same. And while the written number of words stays about the same their distribution throughout the code changes significantly. Based on these results, we discuss the concrete advancements in newer Java versions. We also discuss to which extent new language advancements justify writing transformations in a general purpose language rather than a dedicated transformation language. We further indicate potential avenues for future research on the comparison of MTLs and GPLs in a model transformation context.

Abstract:
The transformational-overcointegrative methodology which we use and apply here is based on the outlook that acknowledges the key principle of true unity and entity of all the world. If this key principle is valid – and it is precisely valid – all the world (that is all nature, including human society) in its processing development and transformation is subordinated to general, universal (in fact, even overcogeneralized, overcouniversalized) laws (rules, relationships). And when we cognize and understand these laws in their completeness (in fact, precisely overcocompleteness) we can see the trunk, backbone way of all general, universal evolution (in fact, overcoevolution-overcocreation) and, inside it, of evolution and transformation of human society. All this has been dependently proved and shown in our previous publications. The transformational-overcointegrative methodology accounts the overcogeneralized laws of the all-world systemic development and transformation and is able to overcointegrate, overcogeneralize, overcounite all existing (and even those possible to exist) methodologies and approaches, among them the noosphere approach. Only with the help of this very methodology we are capable to reveal the grounds and mechanism, the relationships of the transformational-creational change of the contemporary society and of its transferring to the stage of truly noospheric noosphere or, in other words, «intelligent intelligence», «conscious consciousness».

Abstract:
<strong>ABSTRACT</strong>- Data compression is one of the empowering advances for each of these parts of the media transformation. It would not be functional to put images, not to mention sound and video, on sites in the event that it was not for Data compression algorithms. We proposed a novel word reference-based lossless reversible transformation algorithm, Enhanced Transformation with Numerical Index. We have taken Length Index Preserving Transformation (LIPT) as our base work and killed some of its drawbacks. In this manner, the overhead required in lexicon administering and upkeep of each of these word references is wiped out. In any case, this increase is acknowledged with the extra cost for looking at the word in the lexicon. This mishap is additionally managed by actualizing word reference as a table which is a swap for the double inquiry trees utilized by LIPT. In spite of the fact that the paired hunt tree used to look the words in the lexicon is space proficient, the inquiry expense is very high. Henceforth the pay in time and cost variables is accomplished with productivity by the table usage of the word reference. By the utilization of essential key, supreme disposal of duplication of words and swifter hunt of words is achieved.

Abstract:
Reichstein's compound S was successfully converted to prednisolone in a single-step fermentation using a mixed culture of Curvularia lunata and Mycobacterium smegmatis. Introducing additional medium at the time of bacterial inoculation and increasing the M. smegmatis inoculum to 8% were necessary for maximal dehydrogenation of cortisol to prednisolone (86%). However, beef extract, corn-steep solids, and malt extract were inhibitory to the dehydrogenase activity and stimulatory to hydroxylase. Of the vitamins tested, nicotinic acid and riboflavin at 0.2 and 1.13 mg/L, respectively, resulted in maximum transformation of Reichstein's compound S (100%) and optimized prednisolone yields (92%) in the mixed culture. The trace elements present in the medium were sufficient for maximal transformation, and there was no need for an exogenous supply. Addition of ATP, sodium acetate, and NAD inhibited the dehydrogenation reaction. Key words: biotransformation of Reichstein's compound S, mixed-culture transformations, transformation of steroids.

Abstract:
Retaining its unifying function in creating academic texts, academic writing is undergoing various changes brought about by digitisation. The key trends are related to three aspects of academic writing: formal bibliometrics, principles of collaboration, and interaction with the readers. The first trend concerns the growing importance of identifiers, citation standards, key words and other metadata that underlie the creation of data bases allowing universities and scientific centres to take administrative and organizational decisions. Secondly, information technologies for collaborative writing stimulate the shift from individual authorship to the collective one and from thematic collaboration to the functional distribution of authorship. Finally, academic writing has adopted marketing strategies and instruments in communicating scientific knowledge to the audience. Digitisation has caused the emergence of postproduction in academic writing, i.e. applying Internet resources to enhance the reach of one’s academic papers. These trends require a revision of the approach to teaching academic writing and a more profound study of the new phenomena conditioned by the digital era.

Full text
Abstract:
Transformation of pBR322 DNA into Shigella occurred at a low frequency. The efficiency of transformation was highest in S. dysenteriae 1 and lowest in S. flexneri. Treatment of cells with CaCl2 for a prolonged period (24 h) increased the efficiency of transformation in all strains, except in S. flexneri, where transformation efficiency could not be improved by a variety of manipulations. Transformation efficiency did not increase in any of the strains when transformation was carried out with plasmid DNA obtained from a transformant (homologous transformation), suggesting the absence of a strong restriction–modification system. Extracellular deoxyribonuclease (DNase) levels were low in all the strains tested, but the levels of endogenous DNase, released after CaCl2 treatment or sonication of the cells, were high. Washing the cells with a solution of CaCl2 did not enhance transformation, suggesting that endogenous DNase could be a significant factor affecting transformation efficiency in species of Shigella. Currently, the digitalization of an oil and gas company should be understood as applying new high technologies within the framework of existing business processes without changing their principles and structure. According to the author, the concept of "digital transformation" is somewhat different from digitalization. Digital transformation in an oil and gas company is a constant process of improving and transforming an oil and gas company's business model based on digital asset management. Digital assets in an oil and gas company, according to the author, are digital twins of physical assets (factories, wells, fields), which are cyber-physical systems for the most efficient management of the existing infrastructure. In digital transformation, many oil and gas executives see the potential for long-term success. Nowadays, cost competitiveness is becoming more and more critical. Transformation of Portulaca grandiflora has been developed with Agrobacterium tumefaciens strains A281 and T1272. Transformation was assessed by the following criteria: selection of hormone independent callus, antibiotic-resistant callus, and transgenic antibiotic-resistant plants. In addition, DNA hybridization analysis demonstrated that the DNA from tumor lines contained sequences homologous to binary vector T-DNA of strain A281. Following transformation with strain T1272, segregation analysis of the progeny of transgenic plants showed that the transgene was inherited in a Mendelian manner. Abstract:
A PEG-mediated transformation system for Chainia (NCL 82-5-1) was develolped using a broad host range Streptomyces vector, pIJ702. Protoplasts prepared from Chainia (NCL 82-5-1) were regenerated with 5% efficiency. Transformation of the protoplasts with pIJ702 gave 10–20 transformants/μg DNA. The low efficiency of transformation is attributed to a restriction system in Chainia; this could be inhibited by treating the protoplasts at 42 °C for 10 min just before transformation. The yield of transformants increased 100-fold when pIJ702 was modified by passage in Chainia. Because the plasmid replicon was functional in Chainia and the modified plasmid was stably maintained, the transformation system should be useful for self-cloning in Chainia NCL 82-5-1 of the many commercially important enzymes this strain is known to produce. This study investigates how and why the personal transformation occurred in former convicts in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and review of documents including social media as data collection instruments. Two former convicts serve as the research subjects, while five people among ex convicts’ family and friends serve as the research informants. To provide the study credibility, triangulation of data and resources was conducted, namely by examining data obtained from social media like YouTube that displays personal experiences some ex criminals who have transformed. Data were analyzed by using thematic analysis technique. The results showed that the process of personal transformation occurred throughout a long stage and did not occur shortly. It was also found that the personal factor (e.g. the understanding of personal experiences and social factors, especially intensive and prolonged interaction with religious leaders) was the main drive for personal change. The theoretical implications of these results were also discussed.&#x0D; KEY WORDS: Personal, transformation, experiences, contact

Abstract:
The project titled "Image Steganography using Mid-Point Transformation Technique" aims to explore and implement a novel approach to concealing information within digital images while preserving their visual integrity. Steganography is an age-old technique for covert communication, and this project leverages the mid-point transformation method to embed data seamlessly into images. The mid-point transformation technique involves the subtle alteration of pixel values based on the midpoint of neighboring pixels. This process ensures that the changes made to the image are imperceptible to the human eye, allowing for effective data hiding without compromising the overall visual quality. The project will focus on the development of an algorithm to encode and decode hidden information within images using the mid-point transformation technique. Implementation will be carried out using a programming language suitable for image processing, and the project aims to provide a user-friendly interface for ease of use. Key objectives include understanding the theoretical foundations of steganography, implementing the mid-point transformation algorithm, evaluating the effectiveness of the technique in terms of data capacity and visual impact, and comparing the results with existing steganographic methods.
