Abstract:
Now a days we had seen so many Road accident cases are occurring and also increasing day by day. According to the statics of World Health Organization (WHO) 20-50 billion people were losing their life due to these accidents. To avoid these problems we came up with a proposed system called connected vehicles. Vehicle to Vehicle communication is a wireless broadcast that transmits the data between the connected vehicles. The main motive of this connected vehicles is safe travelling without any obstacles between the vehicles. Road accidents are the serious issues for human life for both individuals as well as the economic aspects. So our proposed system “Connected Vehicles” will reduce the accident cases by communicating with the nearer vehicles and shares the necessary information regarding the accidents cases to nearer vehicles.

Abstract:
NAVTEX is a key component in the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) that automatically transmits urgent maritime safety information such as navigational and meteorological warnings and forecasts to vessels. For the safe navigation of smart ships, this information from different systems should be shared harmoniously in the Common Maritime Data Structure (CMDS). To share NAVTEX messages as CMDS, words in NAVTEX messages must be semantically classified and placed within the CMDS structure. While traditional parsing methods are typically used to understand message semantics, NAVTEX requires natural language processing methods with deep learning due to its unstructured messages. This paper applies six types of Bi-LSTM CRF-based deep learning models to NAVTEX navigational safety messages and analyzes the results to find the most suitable model for understanding the semantics of each word in NAVTEX messages. This technique can be applied to accurately convey the meaning of NAVTEX navigational safety messages to equipment that requires navigational safety information on smart ships without human intervention.

Abstract:
Abstract: Irony has always been a central focus of Ariosto scholarship: in particular, the interrelation between the endless flux of words and adventures that fill the Furioso , and the binary oppositions at the base of the poem has been considered a key ironic feature. Ariosto’s demiurgical distance is however not a sign of indifference: I argue that, while Ariosto’s irony transmits an estrangement from the traditional chivalric values, the author’s trust in the affirmative power of language and in its didactic function lies at the root of the Furioso ’s moral irony. Irony is, in fact, a vehicle for Ariosto’s ethical stance, but also a warning against the hypocrisy of courtly norms. First, I analyze the moral function of the Furioso ’s ironic narrator and Ariosto’s intimate relation to his audience, which thrives on complexity, difference, and multiplicity. I then look at the role that contradictions and (mis)quotations play within the poem’s ironic structure. Finally, I investigate how the Satire might represent the outer threshold of Ariosto’s irony. In fact, if in the Furioso Ariosto’s escapism could take shape thanks to the fantastic element, the Satire ’s ironic movement is revealed under a new, “barer” guise that walks a thin line between irony and moral satire.

Most people are born with physical ability to talk, but we must learn to speak well and communicate effectively. Speaking, listening and our ability to understand verbal and nonverbal meanings are skills we develop in various ways. Abstract:
Abstract - The project "Generating Electricity from Vehicle Suspension Using an Alternator" introduces an innovative system for capturing energy from the vertical motion of a vehicle's suspension. Conventional shock absorbers dissipate energy generated by road-induced vibrations as heat, resulting in energy loss. This project aims to recover this wasted energy by converting it into electrical power that can support on-board vehicle systems, such as battery charging, lighting, and auxiliary electronics. Our design canters around a specialized mechanical setup that converts two-way linear motion from the vehicle suspension into one-way rotary motion. This is achieved using a crank and one-way bearing mechanism that transmits rotational energy in a single direction, regardless of the suspension's bidirectional movement. The rotary output is then directed into a 1:50 planetary gearbox to increase the rotation speed, enabling the alternator to operate efficiently within its optimal RPM range. The car alternator, rated at 14V and 90A, utilizes this stepped-up rotational speed to generate electrical power, which can be used to charge the battery and power auxiliary systems. By converting mechanical suspension motion into a continuous, usable power source, this project demonstrates a practical and sustainable approach to energy recovery in automotive applications. The energy harvested can reduce vehicle reliance on external charging and improve overall energy efficiency, especially in electric and hybrid vehicles Key Words: regenerative suspension, energy harvesting, vehicle suspension system, car alternator, planetary gearbox, bidirectional to unidirectional conversion, automotive energy recovery, sustainable power generation, auxiliary system charging, crank mechanism

BACKGROUND Health care workers are more prone to occupational hazards, like needlestick injuries, blood, and body fluid exposures. Needlestick injuries (NSI) are responsible for the transmission of serious infections like HIV, HBV and HCV. The occurrence of needlestick injuries is highest among the nurses. The objective of the study was to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice regarding needlestick injuries among nursing faculty in Justice K. S. Hegde Charitable Hospital, Mangalore. METHODS A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the nursing faculty working in a tertiary care hospital based on a structured questionnaire, and the obtained data were further analysed statistically. RESULTS The percentage of needle stick injury was 13.3 % among 75 nursing faculty. 94.7 % of the nurses were aware of the universal precaution guidelines and 84 % knew about post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). 36 % of nurses knew the preventive guidelines' full details, but 50.7 % of the nurses were unaware of it. Many participants were aware that NSI transmits HIV (92 %) and Hepatitis B (68 %). The leading cause of NSI might be heavy work (54.7 %) followed by hurried procedures (41.3 %). 29.3 % of the nurses were still inclined to recapping the needle after use. 68 % of the nurses were mindful of washing hands with only water post exposure. 28 % were not willing to report a NSI. 80 % of nurses were fully immunised against Hepatitis B. CONCLUSIONS The best way to reduce NSI is to impart knowledge and awareness to the faculty. Our study showed that the knowledge, attitude, and practice among the nursing faculty were promising but requires to be further strengthened. Abstract:
New facts about the importance of the JAK−STAT signaling system in development of a number of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases are now emerging. The JAK−STAT system, or pathway consisting of Janus kinase (JAK) and signal transducer protein as well as transcription activator (STAT), transmits information from extracellular polypeptide signals through transmembrane receptors directly to target gene promoters in the nucleus without the involvement of secondary messengers. The JAK−STAT system plays an important role in the implementation of immunological processes and is considered a therapeutic target in immune−mediated inflammatory diseases. JAK inhibitors are so−called yakinibs, low molecular weight chemically synthesized targeted drugs that inhibit intracellular JAK signaling molecules and interrupt the effect of interleukins on the cell. Drugs have an acceptable benefit−risk ratio. The most common side effects are infections of the upper respiratory tract, urinary tract and gastrointestinal tract. The safety profile of topical JAK inhibitors is better than that of oral drugs due to their minimal systemic absorption. For the first time, JAK inhibitors have been shown to be effective in rheumatoid arthritis and myelofibrosis. Disordered regulation of the JAK−STAT signaling pathway is observed in various inflammatory and autoimmune skin diseases. JAK molecules are overexpressed in epidermis, dermis in psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata and vitiligo. Decoding the new mechanisms of pathogenesis of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata, vitiligo created the preconditions for improving their pharmacotherapy with the use of inhibitors of Janus kinases. Today, JAK inhibitors are the most promising specific target agents when treating the immune−mediated dermatoses. Abstract:
Television data collection and return technologies are one of key technologies in television secure broadcasting system, TV video content surveillance, TV program copyright protection, and client advertisement broadcasting. In china, the dominating methods of TV video content surveillance are manual tape recording and whole TV program Automatic Return. Manual method costs too much, whole TV program return method needs lots of net bandwidth and storage space. This paper proposes a new method of television data collection and return technology, video field is extracted from continuous video and coded at frequency of about one field per second, in other words, one field is extracted from continuous fifty fields of original video for PAL TV system, extracted frame can be coded by all means, for example JPEG2000, or intra mode code of H.264 or MPEG2. TV programs whose content and topic change most frequently are news and advertisement program, which may change topic in five to ten seconds, so extracted sequences hold the same topic and content and enough information with original video for TV program content surveillance application. The data quantity of extracted sequence is about 3 percent of the original video program, which will save large quantity of network bandwidth and storage space. One hardware implementation method of this technology based on embedded system is proposed, the TV Field Extractor, which circularly extracts images from target TV program, uses high-performance compression algorithm for image compression and stores the final output sequences of stationary images on the hard disk, or transmits these sequences to the monitoring center via network. This method evidently reduces device cost, network bandwidth and storage space, which can be widely adopted in TV program content surveillance and TV secure broadcasting system.

Abstract:
Abstract Massive For wireless data and energy transfer, MIMO, a key component of future 5G systems, is favourable. A big part of the reason for this is that it has the ability to narrow down the distribution of energy. The scope of something enormous Multiple-Input in 5G, harvesting may be used to boost system capacity and efficiency via multiple-output multiple access. This was followed by the introduction of the Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer (SWIPT) method, commonly known as energy harvesting optimization. Specific to each user’s needs, we connected a splitter on the receiver, and we measured their output using power beacons. In order to achieve the lowest possible communication rate, the user’s total gathered power is boosted. Simulations show that the proposed technique is more successful than the other options out there. There are two sources of energy for D2D transmitters: specialised beacon signals, and cellular users (CUs) radio frequency (RF) interference. In D2D transmitters, inverse power control techniques are used for power regulation. We employ Poisson Point Processes(PPP) to model the proposed hybrid network’s CU, D2D user (DU), and PB locations. Each slot in the time period is assigned a different beam forming weight. Using the alternating minimization technique, we provide a solution approach for a non-convex quadratic ally limited linear problem. Long-distance wireless power transmission requires the use of energy beam generation technologies in a large-scale MIMO system in order to make sure that the transmission is safe. In other words, this letter tries to maximise the energy efficiency of information transmission (bits per joule) while keeping the required quality of service (QoS), which is a delay constraint, in mind. This is done by maximising the transfer length and transmits power, among other things. In this case, we try to maximise the total amount of energy at the relays, use block diagonalization (BD) at the source, and try to minimise interference between the relay-destination channels. As a last step, we also run simulations of the power consumption of a generic circuit. As a supplement to this work, there are some basic online rules for all possible situations. Numerical results show that a near-optimal online technique can do the same job as its offline counterpart when the maximum power consumption of the circuit is taken into account.

Abstract:
Now a days transfer of information from one system to another system needs more security especially in some applications like militaty etc. It can sent to through different mediums such as audio, video. So to transmit information in secured manner, <strong>Steganography</strong> is used. Steganography is the practice of concealing a file, message, image, or video within another file, message, image, or video. The word steganography combines the Greek words steganos meaning "covered, concealed, or protected", and graphein meaning "writing". But we cannot transmit more amounts of hidden data. So we go to the video Steganography using DWT method. In this paper, we propose a steganography technique which embeds the secret messages in frequency domain. According to different users demands on the embedding capacity and quality, the proposed algorithm consists of converting video into frmaes and embedding each secured data within each frame. So more amount of information hide in a single video. Unlike the space domain approaches, secret messages are embedded in the high frequency coefficients resulted from Discrete Wavelet Transform.

Abstract:
Wireless sensor networks has found its advancement in sensing the physiological parameters of human body through WBAN. Such nodes are either implanted or surface mounted on the human body in a particular position. The main purpose of these networks is to send the data generated by the wearable device outside the WLAN or the Internet. The BAN will continuously monitor the psychological changes like blood volume pressure (BVP), Brain signals etc. Uncertainty in the normal values will result in transmit all the information to the respective recipient to take required treatment. If an emergency is detected, the doctor instantly updates the patient’s health by sending a specific message. There is limited confidentiality, so the intruders will gather sensitive data. Public key cryptography can be used to create an unprotected communication channel. It also provides a convenient way to implement keys. This paper is focusing on a unique key generation technique called Quantum key distribution, which is used to create symmetric key method by using quantum properties of optics to transfer information from one Client to another in One-Time Pad manner. The special feature of the technique is to guarantee that the key cannot be intercepted during transmission without alerting the users to provide high authentication for received data.

Moderate to highly saline-sodic soil cores extracted from a Brown Solodized Solonetzic soil were leached in the laboratory using good-quality irrigation water to determine relative salt removal with time. Leaching curves comparing the relative concentration of salts against the relative depth of leaching water applied were similar over a wide range of salinities and hydraulic conductivities. The time required to transmit an equivalent depth of water through the soil core and achieve a salinity reduction of about 75% ranged from less than 2 d to an estimated 15 mo. The primary limitation to reclamation in these soils was the low hydraulic conductivity rather than the initial salt content or depth of leaching water required. Abstract:
The article examines the communicative potential of the "European home" concept building on the work of the outstanding French writer Michel Houellebecq. The article presents the grounds for referring to fiction when clarifying issues related to the study of the peculiarity of the cultural space of the United Europe, it highlights the value of "culture lens" implementation used along with special philological and philosophic research. Moreover the article below shows the said concept’s significance for understanding the distance between the characters Of M. Houellebecq and the writer himself as the author of these works as well as traces the key aspects of studying the existential experiences of these characters (loneliness, confusion, loss of life objectives) in the context of a new type of communication defined by new technologies (including those of social governance). It is concluded that it is necessary to shift the research perspective when it comes to the analysis of artistic images created by M. Houellebecq, this shift having three main axes: political (the ideology of euroscepticism: "European Home" is but a fiction), religious ("European home" loses its gods) and humanitarian (France transmits the idea of a" common European home "in a paradoxical way by actively disseminating so called "Euro values" while maintaining its nationally minded cultural orientation). M. Houellebecq's attitude to the change in the existential content of the new European communication space is reconstructed on the basis of his metaphorical use of the "European home" concept, which has a distinctly ambivalent potential.

Abstract:
Soil drainage groups assigned on the basis of soil survey information were evaluated against measured saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ksat) data for nine soils in Ontario. The drainage groups used in the drainage guide for Ontario, are based mainly on assumed relationships between soil texture and the capacity of the soil to transmit water.Measured Ksat values were incompatible with the drainage groups assigned to at least four of the nine soils. For the soils tested, there was very little relationship between texture and Ksat. Structure, including porosity, had a major influence on Ksat, and near-surface structure is influenced greatly by land use. Thus, general interpretations of the drainage characteristics of soil series have serious limitations. The usefulness of soil survey information for interpretation of soil drainage could be increased by improved description of soil morphology and by reliable estimates of Ksat during mapping. Such estimates can be based on morphology if they are regularly recalibrated by measurement. Key words: Hydraulic conductivity, tile drainage, texture, soil morphology

Abstract:
Skeletal muscle regeneration is a vital process with important implications for various muscle myopathies and adaptations to physiological overload. Few of the molecular regulatory proteins controlling this process have so far been identified. Several growth factors have defined effects on myogenic precursor cells and appear to also be involved during regeneration. In addition, factors that may be released by cells of the immune system may activate satellite cells during regeneration. Many of these growth factors are associated with signalling cascades which transmit information to the nucleus. The nuclear "receptors" that receive the incoming signals are transcription factors that interact with DNA regulatory sequences in order to modulate gene expression. Of the nuclear factors isolated so far, the immediate-early genes are associated with muscle precursor cell proliferation. This review aims to synthesize the extensive research on myogenic differentiation and relate this to research concerning the molecular regulation of skeletal muscle regeneration. Abstract:
More than 1200 cultivars, breeding lines, and wild species of Lycopersicon were screened for resistance to the tomato leaf curl virus under field conditions. All accessions of Lycopersicon esculentum were found susceptible to tomato leaf curl virus. Three lines of Lycopersicon hirsutum and one of Lycopersicon peruvianum accessions showed apparent resistance to the tomato leaf curl virus owing to the failure of virus transmission by whiteflies. Morphological analysis by light and scanning electron microscopy revealed distributions of different types of trichomes on leaf surfaces. Lycopersicon hirsutum proved to be the least affected by the leaf curl virus because it did not support whitefly infestation to any extent. Lycopersicon hirsutum differed from other species by the presence of glandular trichomes designated type VIc. Whiteflies became entrapped in the exudate of type VIc trichome glands before they could transmit the virus. Thus, it may be possible to control tomato leaf curl virus transmission by breeding plants with certain types of trichomes, especially trichome type VIc. Abstract:
Parasites and predators possess serious threats to humans throughout our evolutionary history. Although the impact of predators in modern world is lower than previously, parasites still influence morbidity and mortality of contemporary humans. From the evolutionary perspective, selective pressures caused by parasites should favour individuals that successfully avoid objects/subjects which transmit parasitic diseases and/or those who are successful in combats with them. There is growing evidence for the existence of evolved anti-parasite behaviours in animals, beginning with invertebrates and ending with primates. Avoidance of infected individuals, grooming and self-medication are most common behavioural strategies that are believed to reduce the transmission of parasites. Here we review recent evidence suggesting that several behavioural and emotional traits in humans evolved as a response to selective pressure caused by parasites. Disgust sensitivity and pathogen threat may be a mechanism that generates both a cross-cultural variation in preferences for certain facial traits, as well as drivers of religious diversity, political stability of countries, parenting cognitive abilities and prevalence of extraversion and openness to new ideas. Finally, we declare areas for a future research based on questions guided by the evolutionary perspective. Key words: evolution, human, parasites, psychology.

Abstract:
The American Institute of Steel Construction Proposed Load and Resistance Factor Design Specification recognizes the ability of connections that function as less than fully rigid to transmit limited moments and to provide some measure of end restraint to columns in its definition of partially restrained (PR) construction. An analytical procedure for determining the response up to collapse of subassemblages in which semirigid beam-to-column connections are present is derived. This employs a nonlinear finite element column analysis together with analytical representation of experimentally determined connection moment–rotation [Formula: see text] curves. To trace the full response under any load path produced by a combination of beam loads and direct column load, it is necessary to allow for possible reversal in the direction of rotation of any of the connections. The program is used to study the effect of different connection types (ranging from very flexible web cleats to almost rigid extended end plates) and different load paths on column behaviour in nonsway subassemblages. It is found that the degree of rotation required from each connection is an important parameter in determining column response. Abstract:
Kebijakan-kebijakan tersebut bertujuan untuk menjamin kecukupan dan kelancaran distribusi bawang merah.&#x0D; Kata Kunci: Asimetri, Bawang Merah, ECM, Transmisi Harga.&#x0D; Abstract&#x0D; Shallot is one of the strategic horticultural commodities and has a high economic value. This study aims to analyze marketing (transmission) efficiency and asymmetry of the price shallots in Indonesia. Price asymmetry analysis is performed using the Error Correction Models (ECM) approach. The results showed that there had been price asymmetry which meant that the transmission of prices or prices were passed on between marketing institutions. This is due to the imperfect transmission of prices due to market inefficiencies both in the short and long term. In this case producers do not benefit from price increases at the consumer level and consumers do not benefit from price decreases at the producer level. The result of this research recommend the need for government intervention to oversee the marketing chain to the wholesale market. The government needs to organize the distribution of production centres, distribution of harvests between regions, and oversee and evaluate the shallot price policy. These policies aim to ensure the adequacy and smooth distribution of shallots.&#x0D; Key words : Asymmetry, ECM, Price Transmission, Shallot.&#x0D; JEL Classification : Q11, Q12, Q13

Abstract:
Data security is the most important requirement of today&#39;s world, to transmit digital data from one place to another. We need to secure the transmitted data at the transmitting end so that no unauthorized user can access it. To encrypt the data at the transmitting point and decrypt the data at the receiving point we need the communication security 8 . Only the authorized user can get back the original text, provided they have the secret key. Cryptography is a technique to transmit protected data between two points. The word &#39;Cryptography&#39; was invented by combining two Greek words, &#39;Krypto&#39; meaning hidden and &#39;graphene&#39; meaning writing. Cryptography is the study of mathematical techniques related to aspects of various information data security. It deals with protection of data on unsecured channel by altering the data in encrypt coded form. Basically, we have two cryptography techniques for digital data transfer, depending on how the encryption decryption is carried out in the system, Symmetric Cryptography and Asymmetric Cryptography. DES, TRIPLE DES, IDEA, AND BLOWFISH algorithms use symmetric cryptography technique. Due to the importance of the DES TDES algorithm and the numerous applications that it has, our main concern DES TDES Encryption Decryption using three keys and synthesize TDES, which give higher operating frequency. In this paper we present, TDES synthesis in VHDL, in Electronic Code Block ECB mode, of this commonly used cryptography scheme with aim to improve performance. The design is simulated and synthesized in Xilinx ISE 14.7 with family Virtex 7 XC7VX330t- 3ffg1157 . Our design achieves a operating frequency of 114.33 MHZ. Abstract:
Steganography is the art of concealing information within other data to obscure the transmission process. Digital photos are the preferred carrier files due to their ubiquity online. Various steganography techniques exist for hiding sensitive data in video frames, each with distinct strengths and weaknesses. Some applications require total invisibility for critical information, while others can accommodate larger secret messages. Our project conceals messages within visuals, enabling users to select replacement bits instead of employing less secure LSB substitution. Data transmission, the process of sending data from source to destination, often involves slower mediums like coaxial cables and twisted pair wires, which can result in data leaks or losses. To address these issues, fiber optics are employed. Fiber optics transmited data as light beams, minimizing data leakage and incorporating security measures. In our proposed system, we enhance fiber optic encryption through the use of images. Key Words: Steganography, data concealment, digital photos, steganography techniques, data invisibility, LSB substitution, data transmission, coaxial cables, twisted pair wires, fiber optics, data security, image encryption.

Abstract:
Summary Recent isolation of Helicobacter species different to H. pylori being responsible for gastric, intestinal and hepatic disease in animals and humans has increased a particular interest about the pathogenic and zoonotic role of several spiral shaped bacteria founded in animals specially in those which are in close contact with humans like dogs and cats. Some studies have proved an increase the prevalence of some Helicobacter species in people that live in rural areas where the contact with animals are closer, and it has been found some cases in which exist a probable transmission of Helicobacter - like organism from the pets to its owner. It was though that pet cats could transmit the bacteria when this was founded in its gastric mucosa, but recent studies suggest that could be possible a transmission from humans to cats, furthermore the prevalence of H. pylori seems to be similar between cat owners and people without cats. Actually, presence of spiral shaped bacteria different to H. pylori in the gastric mucosa or human beings is quite low and there is no concluding evidence that could implicate the contact of humans with dogs, cats and other animals with the risk of transmission. Key words: canine, gastritis, H. heilmannii, H. pylori, zoonoses.
