Pengaturan Hukum penyelesaian sengketa PT Jiwasraya diatur dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan setidaknya ada delapan (8) undang-undang. Hal ini di lakukan sebagai upaya perlindungan atas nasabah dalam menjamin hak konstitusional dan Undang-undang.
