Abstract:
Clusters of galaxies, the largest bound objects in the Universe, constitute a cosmological probe of choice, which is sensitive to both dark matter and dark energy. Within this framework, the Sunyaev-Zel’dovich (SZ) effect has opened a new window for the detection of clusters of galaxies and for the characterization of their physical properties such as mass, pressure and temperature. NIKA, a KID-based dual band camera installed at the IRAM 30-m telescope, was particularly well adapted in terms of frequency, angular resolution, field-of-view and sensitivity, for the mapping of the thermal and kinetic SZ effect in high-redshift clusters. In this paper, we present the NIKA cluster sample and a review of the main results obtained via the measurement of the SZ effect on those clusters: reconstruction of the cluster radial pressure profile, mass, temperature and velocity.

En este artículo se analiza la flexión en los sustantivos relacionales en mayangna y se argumenta que estos sustantivos constituyen una clase propia, cuya flexión se debe a la aplicación de una restricción que prohíbe la presencia de grupos consonánticos dentro de la sílaba. Se propone así un patrón flexivo CV(μ).CVAfijoC. Abstract:
Background: This study was aimed to explore the association of vitamin D in the risk of coagulopathy in coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19). Methods: Clinical and laboratory findings were obtained from 50 confirmed COVID-19 patients hospitalized in Saiful Anwar General Hospital, Malang, Indonesia, from September to November 2020. Thrombotic events during hospitalization were recorded, and the ISTH disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) score was used to classify overt DIC. Hypovitaminosis D was defined by serum vitamin D level <49.92 nmol/L. Results: Among 50 patients, 42 (84%) had hypovitaminosis D, and 6 (12%) developed thrombotic events. Vitamin D levels were lower in patients with thrombotic events (p=0.015), D-dimer >2 mg/L (p=0.006), ISTH DIC score 5 (p=0.020), admitted on ICU (p=0.002), and non-survivor groups (p=0.007). Multivariate analysis for the risk in increased D-dimer levels showed low vitamin D as the only significant risk factor with OR 1.8 (1.2-4.4), p=0.034. Low vitamin D also increased the risk for developing overt DIC with OR. 5.4 (1.0-30.2), p=0.039. Vitamin D level had negative correlations with ferritin (R=-0.316, p=0.044) and CRP (R=-0.530, p=0.000). Conclusions: In conclusion, a low level of vitamin D was found in most hospitalized COVID-19 patients and might be associated with the development of coagulopathy.

Abstract:
Tyrimo tikslas. Įvertinti galvos smegenų insulto ir mirties dažnį po vidinės miego arterijos endarterektomijos bei rizikos veiksnių ir kraujagyslių chirurgo įgūdžių reikšmę šių komplikacijų atsiradimui. Tyrimo medžiaga ir metodai. Vilniaus greitosios pagalbos universitetinėje ligoninėje nuo 1995 iki 2006 m. atlikta 790 vidinių miego arterijų endarterektomijų. Išankstinėje duomenų bazėje buvo registruojami visų ligonių rizikos veiksniai, neurologinė būklė, gretutinės ligos, radiologiniai ir angiografi niai duomenys, angiochirurgo patirtis, atliktų endarterektomijų skaičius, mirties bei insulto atvejai. Duomenų analizei naudota vienaveiksnė ir daugiaveiksnė logistinė regresija bei ROC kreivės. Rezultatai. Tarp 790 endarterektomijų, mirčių užregistruota 2,2 proc., insultu susirgo 2,4 proc. ligonių. Operacijos komplikacijų dažniau radosi sergantiesiems cukriniu diabetu palyginus su nesergančiaisiais šia liga (12 proc. palyginti su 3,4 proc. p<0,001) ir sergantiesiems kitos lokalizacijos insultu (10,7 proc. palyginti su 1,4 proc., p<0,02) lyginant su sergančiaisiais lėtine smegenų išemija. Daugiau radosi komplikacijų, kai ligonius operavo kraujagyslių chirurgas, vidutiniškai atliekantis ne daugiau kaip penkias endarterektomijas per metus palyginus su kraujagyslių chirurgu, kuris padarė šešias ir daugiau endarterektomijų per metus (10,0 proc. palyginus su 4,6 proc., p<0,02). CD (ŠS 3,51; 95 proc. PI 1,60–7,66, p=0,002), kitos lokalizacijos insultas (ŠS 4,14; 95 proc. PI 1,57–10,91, p=0,004) ir mažai operacijų padaręs angiochirurgas (ŠS 0,32; 95 proc. PI 0,13–0,78, p=0,013), daugiaveiksnės logistinės regresijos duomenimis, turėjo didžiausią operacijos mirties ir insulto riziką. ROC kreivių analizė parodė, kad šių trijų parametrų bendra prognostinė vertė – 0,72. Išvados. Cukrinis diabetas, kitos lokalizacijos insultas ir mažai operacijų padaręs angiochirurgas turėjo didžiausią nepalankios operacijos baigties prognostinę vertę.

The American business in the Information Wave in the 21st century increasingly relies on computer and information networks for the conduct of vital operations. The computerized telecommunications networks, customer interfaces, services, applications, and related technologies create the Enterprise Information Infrastructure (EII). The industry which supports the development of EII and other information infrastructures (NII – National Information Infrastructure, GII – Global Information Infrastructure, and Local Information Infrastructure) is valued domestically at about $1 trillion in 2000. Not surprisingly, with this kind of money at stake, the emerging technologies that will define information infrastructures in the future have become the subject of much discussion and many grand schemes. But suppliers are not the only ones anticipating benefits from the new information infrastructure. Business users also hope to increase their productivity and quality of life through the application of technologies and services in a wide variety of contexts. But despite all the great expectations of industry insiders and technology users, the general business practitioners remain largely unaware of exactly what is taking place because the majority of these services are invisible to the naked eye.

Abstract:
This paper theoretically finds the different parameters of shape memory alloys via strain rate. Finite element formulation for temperature rate, and produced latent heat due to phase transition have been derived. Moreover, the equivalent viscous damp coefficient is provided. In addition, the Devonshire coefficient has been theoretically found by simplifications. This method helps to predict the heat and temperature change in quasi-static and dynamic studies in NiTi. Furthermore, they could be used in high nonlinear and low elastic deflection of NiTi. Then, the nonlinear vibration of smart composite involved with NiTi from any kind and percent of Ni and Ti could be handled by results.

Abstract:
NiTi shape memory alloys (SMAs) are widely used in astronautics and bio-medical fields due to their shape memory property, superelasticity and excellent biological compatibility. In such applications, the NiTi SMA devices are often subjected to a kind of strain- or stress-controlled cyclic loading, leading to the fatigue failure of NiTi SMAs is a key issue that should be investigated. Meanwhile, with the ambient temperature higher than austenite transformation finish temperature (Af), the NiTi SMAs can transform into martensite phase during loading process and recover their austenite phase during unloading, the unique martensite transformation and its reverse of NiTi SMAs indicates their fatigue failure characters much different from ordinary metals. Thus, besides cyclic-loading experiments, the micro-structure observations on the morphology of residual martensite on fracture surfaces is also an important component of investigating the damage mechanisms of NiTi SMAs, which should be taken into considered as well. This paper aims at the micro-structure observations on the fractured NiTi micro-tubes after both uniaxial and multiaxial stress-controlled fatigue loadings, in which the morphology of residual martensite affected by different stress levels and loading paths are compared and analyzed. The results show that the bigger-sized residual martensite phase is inclined to appear in the loading cases with higher stress level or multiaxial paths, corresponding to the higher residue deformations in the fatigue-loading tests. Meanwhile, in multiaxial loadings, due to the effect of gradually increased shear stress along the radial direction, it leads to the size of residual martensite near the outer surface of the NiTi micro-tubes much bigger than that near the inner surface, whereas in uniaxial loadings, the distribution of martensite phase are nearly uniform on the cross section of NiTi specimens. It can be also found that the locations near the internal defects tend to produce bigger sized martensite phase as well, which indicates the stress-concentration effect induced therein. Moreover, the morphology of mutually hindered martensite phase in different directions can be also observed in the fractured specimens, it implies the propagation of the micro-cracks which caused by the transformation induced plasticity between the interface of austenite and martensite will be further prevented, leading to the relatively slower crack propagation rate of NiTi SMAs than ordinary metals. The findings can provide experimental support to investigating the damage mechanisms of NiTi SMAs in microscopic field, and it is also the foundation of establishing the reasonable damage evolution model and life prediction model of NiTi SMAs, describing their distinctive fatigue characters in both uniaxial and multiaxial loading conditions.

Abstract:
Tehnologija se nenehno razvija in nas spremlja na vsakem koraku, temu primerno so potrebe po njeni uporabi vedno večje. Od tehnologije smo ljudje postali odvisni in se smatra že kot temelj delovanja v današnji družbi. Kljub temu pa samemu napredku in nenehnih spremembah, nekateri že težko sledijo. Za smotrno uporabo le te, potrebujemo tudi določeno znanje, ki naj bi ga pridobili skozi splošno izobrazbo v zakonsko obvezni osnovni šoli. Znatno se nam bliža pričetek popolne avtomatizacije določenih delovnih procesov v vseh poklicnih panogah. Kljub nižanju potreb po človeški delovni sili, se bo le ta, v določeni meri še vedno potrebovala za vpeljavo in vzdrževanje delovanja. Predhodno pridobljeno znanje o tehnologiji in procesih, morebiti ne zadostuje novostim, ki prihajajo na trg, niti ne zadostuje trenutnim. Skupaj z napredkom tehnologije, mora napredovati tudi splošno znanje ljudi o njenem delovanju in uporabi. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo in s študijem literature opredelili problemsko stanje tehnološkega napredka v povezavi z izobrazbo ljudi in njihovo zmožnostjo dohajanja le te.

Abstract As a smart material thermal shape memory alloys (SMAs) feature actuator behavior combined with self-sensing capabilities. With their high energy density and design flexibility they are predestined to be used in soft robotics and the emerging field of morphing surfaces. Such shape changing surfaces can be used for novel human-machine interaction (HMI) elements based on mode-/situation-dependent interfaces that may be applied to all kind of machines, appliances and smart home devices as well as automotive interiors. Since many of those contain textile surfaces, it is of special interest to place SMA-based actuator-sensor-elements beneath a textile cover or integrated them in the textile itself. In this study, the unique features of SMAs are used to design a system which represents an active “morphing” button. It can lower into the surface it is integrated in, pops up to be used and shows a proportional signal output depending on the pushing stroke. The system is characterized concerning haptics and sensor technology. The button consists of a TPU structure, to which two NiTi wires are attached. When activated, the SMAs contract and the structure curves upwards. The user can now push on the device to use it as a button. In the future, the use of SMA wires and for example TPU fibers enables direct integration in the production process of a possible smart and functional textile.

Abstract:
Uvod. Melanom (lat. melanoma) je rjeđi od nemelanomskih tumora kože, ali je nepredvidivog ponašanja i veće smrtnosti. U nastanku, kasnije i u razvoju melanoma važnu ulogu imaju dob i spol, debljina promjene, izloženost ultraljubičastom zračenju i opekotine nastale nakon izlaganja suncu, te obiteljsko naslijeđe. Cilj: Cilj rada je istražiti rizične čimbenike u nastanku melanoma i učestalost obolijevanja u Sveučilišnoj kliničkoj bolnici u Mostaru. Materijali i metode. U istraživanje su uključeni bolesnici s melanomom koji se liječe u Klinici za kožne i spolne bolesti Sveučilišne kliničke bolnice Mostar, kojima je od 2012. do 2016. histološki potvrđena dijagnoza bolesti, ukupno 104 bolesnika. Rezultati. Srednja dob bolesnika je X̅=55,11. Nije dokazana statistički značajna razlika u obolijevanju između spolova. Najčešći smještaj melanoma je na leđima (34,3%). Nije dokazana statistički značajna povezanost između smještaja melanoma i dobnih skupina (p=0,356), niti između spolova i debljine melanoma po Breslowu (p=0,222). Najčešća debljina po Breslowu je 5 (46,3 %). Najučestaliji je tip kože 2 (62%), s opekotinama kao posljedicom izlaganja suncu (73,9%), nastalim većinom u djetinjstvu (68,3%). Većina oboljelih ima negativnu obiteljsku anamnezu za melanom (94,2 %). Zaključak. Melanom se najčešće pojavljuje u ljudi svjetlije puti (tip kože 2), na leđima, u šestom desetljeću života, podjednako u oba spola. Najučestaliji je nodularni oblik melanoma, debljine 5 po Breslow-u. Melanom je češći kod osoba koje su u djetinjstvu imali opekotine kao posljedicu neprimjerenog izlaganja suncu. Nije pronađena statistički značajna povezanost obolijevanja od melanoma i obiteljske anamneze.

Abstract:
U ovom radu fokus neće biti na iznalaženju novih historijskih dokumenata niti novih dokaza o vrijednostima ZAVNOBiH-a u pogledu obrazovanja i kulturno-prosvjetnog djelovanja u formiranju “novog čovjeka”, “graditelja socijalističkog društva”. Svi važni dokumenti, ili najveći dio njih, već su poznati, sakupljeni i objavljeni i interpretirani. Težište ovog rada će biti više usmjereno ka podcrtavanju i reafirmiranju onih vrijednosti ZAVNOBiH-a koje i danas imaju univerzalni globalni karakter i koje prepoznajemo u dokumentima međunarodnih tijela i organizacija (UN, EU, OECD, UNESCO i sl.) ili u obrazovnim politikama zemalja razvijene demokratije, a koje su kod nas danas marginalizirane ili sasvim napuštene. Paralelno s ukazivanjem na temeljne vrijednosti odgoja i obrazovanja koje nam je ZAVNOBiH ostavio u nasljeđe, referiranjem na nekoliko najvažnijih dokumenata I i II zasjedanja ZAVNOBiH-a (1943–1945) u kojima je trasirana obrazovna politika, novi sistem vrijednosti za koji treba da se zalaže “nova škola” i “narodna prosvjeta”, pokušat ću ukazati na proces praktičnog udaljavanja od njih te na retrogradne tendencije obrazovnih sistema i odgoja mladih generacija u BiH od 1990-tih godina do danas. Kada su u višestranačkim previranjima krajem 1990-tih naglo, čak demonstrativno napuštane vrijednosti ZAVNOBIH-a zagovaranjem novog demokratskog i kapitalističkog društva, vjerovatno je bilo malo onih koji su mogli pretpostaviti da će se desiti nagli povratak, čak sunovrat na “staro”, prevaziđeno i napušteno, i to više od 60-ak godina unatrag. Novonastalo socioekonomsko raslojavanje, stvaranje malobrojne elite bogatih, kapitalistički sistem eksploatacije nezaštićenih radnika, sumnjiva privatizacija društvene i državne imovine, korupcija, korumpirano sudstvo i niz drugi oblika nehumanih društvenih odnosa pojačanih ratnim razaranjima (1991–1995) odrazilo se snažno na bosanskohercegovačko obrazovanje koje je u sebi zrcalilo sve slabosti tog “novog” sistema. Mnogi pokazatelji i istraživački nalazi potvrđuju da je obrazovni sistem BiH danas, u nekim bitnim postavkama, sličniji onom “starom” iz prošlog stoljeća, klasno podijeljenom, segregirajućem i demotivirajućem za narodne mase, koje je svjesno i odlučno napušteno već u toku NOB, nego ciljevima i vrijednostima za koje se zalaže savremena Evropa u prvim decenijama 21. stoljeća.
