Lapsille julkaistaan yhä enemmän digitaalista kirjallisuutta. Kirjasovellukset ja ”rikastetut kirjat” on kuitenkin suureksi osaksi sivuutettu kirjallisuudentutkimuksessa. Monia aikuisille suunnatun digitaalisen kirjallisuuden toiminnallisuuksia pidetään erityisinä ja vain digitaaliselle kirjallisuudella ominaisina piirteinä. Näitä ominaisuuksia on kuitenkin ollut jo pitkään käytössä painetussa lastenkirjallisuudessa (esimerkiksi pop-up-kirjat sekä äänillä laajennetut kuvakirjat).  Suomi viettää itsenäisyyden 100-vuotisjuhlaa vuonna 2017. Luvassa on tapahtumia kaikilla mahdollisilla aloilla, niin myös kirjallisuudessa. Esimerkiksi Yle on tehnyt Kirjojen Suomi -nimisen ohjelmakokonaisuuden, jossa on ilmestynyt muun muassa radio-ohjelmasarja 101 kirjaa. Se esittelee yhden suomalaisen kirjan jokaiselta itsenäisyyden vuodelta. Mukana on paitsi itsestään selviä merkkipaaluja myös vähän yllättävämpiä nimiä, mikä on jo ehtinyt herättää kysymyksiä siitä, miksi tietyt kirjat on valittu ja toiset, kenties olennaisemmat, taas on sivuutettu. Jews from Arab and Muslim lands were categorized by Zionist nation-builders as Mizrahim and disproportionally placed on the geographic and socio-economic margins of Israeli society to Judaise territory, to prevent the return of the displaced indigenous Palestinian population and to provide cheap labour for Ashkenazi settlements. Faiz, en bilinen tabiri ile kiralanan paranın kira bedeli anlamındadır. İslam iktisadı, Bakara Suresi’nin 275 ayeti kerimesinde de bildirildiği üzere ticaretin helal, faizin (ribâ) haram kılınması düsturu ile hareket etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yukarıda bahsedilen faizin haramlığı düsturu da temel alınarak, günümüz kapitalist sisteminde kilit rol oynayan faizin, bireylerin bakış açılarında nasıl bir yer edindiğini araştırmak için yapılmıştır. İslam iktisadının ilkelerini yerine getirmeye çalışılarak oluşturulan kurumların, toplum tarafından nasıl değerlendirildiği de öğrenilmiş olunacaktı
