Abstract:
The present study was carried out in the department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology, CSK Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University, Palampur with the objective to explore the physico-chemical characteristics and cooking quality of Kodra (Eleusine coracana L.). The samples of Kodra grains used in the present investigation were procured from local farmers of district Sirmaur of Himachal Pradesh. Kodra grains were assessed for nutritional composition and cooking quality. Results of the study showed that Kodra grains were found to contain valuable nutrients. The physical characteristics revealed the mean length and width of Kodra grain as 1.43 and 1.40 mm, respectively. The average moisture content of Kodra was recorded as 8.52 per cent. Expressed on dry matter basis the value for average ash content was 3.48 per cent and fat content was 3.53 per cent. Kodra was high in protein and also rich in mineral content.

Rad se temelji na istraživanju sačuvanih reklamnih materijala (brošura, deplijana, oglasa) za Tvornicu farmaceutskih i kemijskih proizvoda Pliva koji su od 2014. godine postali dio fundusa Zbirke grafičkog dizajna Muzeja za umjetnost i obrt. Posebna se pozornost posvećuje načinu na koji Vulpe kroz metodički pristup dizajnu vizualnih komunikacija sustavno gradi odnos s Plivinom ciljanom publikom.

Kodok buduk (Duttaphrynus melanostictus) merupakan jenis kodok yang umum dijumpai di perkotaan dan keberadaannya sering diabaikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pemilihan pakan dari kodok buduk di habitat alamnya, kelimpahan pakan, lebar relung dan tumpang tindih relung serta mengetahui potensi kodok ini sebagai pengendali serangga hama. Analisis dilakukan pada 100 spesimen kodok buduk (50 jantan dan 50 betina) dari sekitar kampus IPB Darmaga, Bogor dengan cara pembedahan. Frekuensi pakan tertinggi di lambung jantan maupun betina kodok buduk adalah Ordo Hymenoptera, Coleoptera, Blattaria, Diplopoda, dan Isoptera. Dari segi volume, pakan tertinggi adalah Blattaria, Coleoptera, dan Scolopendromorpha, namun berdasarkan densitas relatif pakan di lambung didominasi oleh Isoptera, Hymenoptera dan Coleoptera. Ordo-ordo yang disebut di atas termasuk hama yang merugikan manusia seperti kecoak dan rayap. Tidak terdapat korelasi antara ukuran tubuh dengan volume pakan, karena terdapat bias pada data spesimen yang diambil yakni dengan ukuran tubuh 60-90 mm atau ukuran dewasa. D. melanostictus adalah satwa oportunis, namun pemilihan pakan cenderung pada jenis tertentu saja sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya nilai relung. Jantan dan betina mempunyai komposisi pakan yang sama, sehingga tumpang tindih relung menjadi tinggi. Secara umum, kodok buduk penting sebagai predator hama di daerah perkotaan.

Resort hotels are usually built in tourist areas such as mountains, beaches, and lakes. The problem in this design is that contoured land becomes more difficult in designing compared to flat land. But how to create an advantage on the contoured land, and how to create a design and building in accordance with the title raised and the purpose of that is to support the existence of functions building according to the project case. The purpose of designing this Resort Hotel is to increase the number of foreign and local tourists who come to North Sumatra especially to the Lake Toba area and provide temporary shelter and recreational activities for the community and tourists who come. The method used is to apply the local wisdom of the Karo tribe. The shape of the roof at the Karo traditional house is applied to the hotel which has been designed and the use of ornaments as facades on building looks to apply the neo-vernacular architectural theme. The results of the design of Resort Hotels to attract tourists to visit this Hotel and the Hotel also aims to preserve the local wisdom of Karo tribes. "Hotel Resort Kodon" is present as a place or recreational facility that can meet the needs of tourists where the Lake Toba area requires many new lodging and recreation areas.

Abstract:
Estuaries play an important role in formation of coastal water quality and the conservation of biological diversity. In 2013–2014 the study of estuarine rivers in Abkhazia Black Sea region and their possible impacts was supported by RFBR grant. A number of large (Bzyb, Kodor, Gumista Kelasur, Galizga) and medium (Aapsta, Hypsta, Basle and others.) Abkhazia rivers have a significant impact on the ecological state of the Black Sea coast because of the runoff of sediments. We have studied a total of 35 rivers flowing into the Black Sea on the coast of Abkhazia and identified hydrological characteristics of these. The maximum flow rate was observed for the Kodor River. Even in the low-flow period the water flow in estuarine areas ranged from 0.323 to 161.3 m3/s. Turbidity in the river at low water was 0,003–0,010 g/m3, for Kelasur river – 0.28 g/m3. Hydrocarbonate-calcium type of water is typical for the rivers of Abkhazia, salinity of most rivers is average. Well water quality characterizes by Galizga, Reprua, Gvandra and Hashipsa rivers. In the phytoplankton of investigated river estuaries were have identified 84 taxa below the rank of genus, in zooplankton – 19 species, in zoobenthos – 105 species and 23 species of fish fauna. In relation to phytoplankton most of the rivers appear to be oligotrophic. When using zoobenthic organisms as bioindicators the rivers were marked as having unfavorable conditions (Suhumka, Aapsta, Maanikvara et al.). The local impact on water quality of the Black Sea has a river experiencing pollution from receipt of sewage, waste and experiencing the impact of grazing. Rivers Bzyb, Kodor, Kelasur and Galizga bring large volumes of high mountain glacier water, which contributes to improving of the state of the Black Sea coast.

Abstract:
Introduction/purpose: The paper introduces a reduced latency stack decoding algorithm of polar codes, inspired by the bidirectional stack decoding of convolutional codes and based on the folding technique. Methods: The stack decoding algorithm (also known as stack search) that is useful for decoding tree codes, the list decoding technique introduced by Peter Elias and the folding technique for polar codes which is used to reduce the latency of the decoding algorithm. The simulation was done using the Monte Carlo procedure. Results: A new polar code decoding algorithm, suitable for parallel implementation, is developed and the simulation results are presented. Conclusions: Polar codes are a class of capacity achieving codes that have been adopted as the main coding scheme for control channels in 5G New Radio. The main decoding algorithm for polar codes is the successive cancellation decoder. This algorithm performs well at large blocklengths with a low complexity, but has very low reliability at short and medium blocklengths. Several decoding algorithms have been proposed in order to improve the error correcting performance of polar codes. The successive cancellation list decoder, in conjunction with a cyclic redundancy check, provides very good error-correction performance, but at the cost of a high implementation complexity. The successive cancellation stack decoder provides similar error-correction performance at a lower complexity. Future machine-type and ultra reliable low latency communication applications require high-speed low latency decoding algorithms with good error correcting performance. In this paper, we propose a novel decoding algorithm, inspired by the bidirectional stack decoding of classical convolutional codes, with reduced latency that achieves similar performance as the classical successive cancellation list and successive cancellation stack decoding algorithms. The results are presented analytically and verified by simulation.

Birds are a very important part of biodiversity. Birds can also be used as indicators of environmental quality because bird diversity is also related to ecosystem balance. This study aims to determine the population and diversity of diurnal birds in Coban Tarzan and Coban Kodok in Malang Regency. The data explained that 17 species of birds found in Coban Tarzan and 17 species of birds also in Coban Kodok respectively. Then the Diversity, Evenness, and Dominance index in Coban Kodok were 2,25; 0.85; 0,15 repectivelty. while in Coban Tarzan were 2,13; 0.83; 0,17 respectively. Overall, Coban Kodok has better values of diversity and both of location have no significant different of evenness and dominance index

Populasi dan sampel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 Siswa usia 13-15 Tahun SMP Negeri 1 Cikalongkulon, populasi yang berjumlah 20 diambil keseluruhan sebagai sampel. Untuk variabel bebas penelitian adalah latihan pliometrik lompat kodok (frog leaps) dan depth jumps, Sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperiman lapangan dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan uji – t (t – test). Uji t dua sampel dibagi kedalam dua jenis yaitu uji t dua sampel (dependent) berpasangan paired t-test (befor-after) dan t dua sampel/kelompok independent (bebas). Kesimpulan penelitian ini: 1) Terdapat pengaruh latihan pliometrik lompat kodok (frog leaps) terhadap power otot tungkai.2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan pliometrik depth jumps terhadap power otot tungkai. 3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil latihan pliometrik lompat kodok (frog leaps) dengan depth jumps terhadap power otot tungkai, atau dengan kata lain pengaruh latihan lompat kodok sama dengan pengaruh latihan depth jumps terhadap power otot tungkai.

AbstractClimate change and habitat fragmentation are considered key pressures on biodiversity, and mammalian carnivores with a limited geographical distribution are particularly vulnerable. The kodkod Leopardus guigna, a small felid endemic to the temperate forests of southern Chile and Argentina, has the smallest geographical range of any New World felid. Although the species occurs in protected areas in both countries, it is not known how well these areas protect the kodkod either currently or under climate change scenarios. We used species distribution models and spatial analyses to assess the distribution of the kodkod, examining the effects of changes in human land use and future climate change. We also assessed the species’ present representation in protected areas and in light of climate change scenarios. We found that the kodkod has already lost 5.5% of its range as a result of human land use, particularly in central areas of its distribution with intermediate habitat suitability. Climate change, together with human land use, will affect 40% of the kodkod's present potential distribution by the year 2050. Currently, 12.5% of the species’ potential distribution lies in protected areas and this will increase to 14% in the future. This increase does not, however, mean an increase in protected habitat but rather a reduction of the species' total potential range; a relatively larger percentage will be protected in Argentina than in Chile but the species is more susceptible to extinction in Argentina and the Chilean Matorral.

Latar belakang. Sepertiga pasien kejang demam pertama mengalami bangkitan ulang kejang demam. Riwayat keluarga adalah pernah kejang demam dan mutasi gen merupakan faktor risiko bangkitan kejang demam berulang.Tujuan. Membuktikan faktor genetik sebagai risiko terjadi kejang demam berulang.Metode. Rancangan penelitian kohort prospektif. Subjek pasien kejang demam pertama, selama 18 bulan diamati terjadi bangkitan ulang kejang demam. Amplifikasi DNA dengan teknik PCR dan sequencing untuk melihat mutasi gen pada kanal ion Natrium. Pengujian hipotesis memakai regresi logistik, dan uji korelasi memakai Rank Sperman corelation.Hasil. Sepertiga pasien kejang demam pertama mengalami kejang demam berulang. Mutasi gen kanal ion Na+ SCNIA 19(61,3%) pasien, terdapat pergantian Argenin (R) oleh asam glutamat (Glu) (Arg1627Glu) (mutasi missense) dan kodon stop (TGA).(mutasi nonsense), sedangkan pada SCNIB 12(38,7%) pasien, terdapat mutasi heterozigot, yaitu kodon 130:GAA /AAA, kodon 96:CGG/TGG, kodon 138:GTC/ATC, kodon 95:AGC /ATT dan kodon:154 GCT/AAT. Ada hubungan mutasi gen dengan umur, suhu dan riwayat keluarga pernah kejang demam, saat kejang pertama. (koefisien korelasi berturut-turut –0,359; -0,339; 0,278). Riwayat keluarga pernah kejang demam dan mutasi gen berisiko 2-3 kali terjadi kejang demam berulang (RR 2.9, p<0,05 dan RR 3.556 p>0,05)Kesimpulan. Sepertiga pasien kejang demam pertama mengalami kejang demam berulang. Riwayat keluarga pernah kejang demam dan mutasi gen merupakan faktor risiko kejang demam berulang. Abstract:
The kodkod is considered a vulnerable species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Phylogenetically, the kodkod is classified in the Leopardus genus, which has only 36 chromosome pairs compared with the domestic cat, which has 38. The proposed hypothesis was that domestic cat oocytes are capable of reprogramming somatic cells from kodkod after interspecies somatic cell NT (SCNT), allowing the in vitro embryo development up to blastocyst stage. Five experimental groups were made based on the technology and culture system: (1) cat embryos generated by IVF (IVF), (2) cat embryos generated by SCNT (Ca1x), (3) aggregated cat embryos generated by SCNT (Ca2x), (4) kodkod embryos generated by interspecies SCNT (K1x), and (5) aggregated kodkod embryos generated by interspecies SCNT (K2x). Interspecies SCNT was performed using a zona-free method. Reconstructed embryos were activated by 2 electrical pulses of 140 kV cm−1 for 40 µs and then incubated for 5h in 10μg mL−1 of cycloheximide and 5μg mL−1 of cytochalasin B. Embryos were cultured in SOF media using the well of the well system in a 5% O2, 5% CO2, and 90% N2 atmosphere at 38.5°C for 8 days. The morulae and blastocysts rates were estimated, and diameter of cloned blastocysts was measured. The relative expression of OCT4, SOX2, and NANOG was evaluated in blastocysts by RT-qPCR using the standard curve method; SDHA was used for normalization. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used to evaluate the developmental parameters and gene expression. The t-test was used to evaluate blastocyst diameter. Statistical differences were considered at P<0.05. The number of replicates was IVF=10, Ca1x=8, Ca2x=6, K1x=3, and K2x=8. The morulae rate was lower when clone embryos were cultured individually (IVF=97/153, 63.4%; Ca2x=28/51, 54.9%; K2x=63/110, 57.3%; Ca1x=48/126, 38.1%; K1x=22/87, 25.3%; P<0.05). In the domestic cat, blastocysts rate was higher in IVF (58/153, 37.9%) and Ca2x (28/51, 29.4%) groups than in the Ca1x group (21/126, 16.7%; P<0.05). No blastocysts were generated in the K1x group (0/87), whereas 5.5% of blastocysts were obtained from the K2x (6/110; 5.5%); this was not statistically different compared with the K1x group (P>0.05). No differences were found in blastocyst diameter between the Ca1x (220.4µm) and Ca2x (251.2µm) groups (P>0.05). However, the diameter of the blastocysts from the K2x group (172.8µm) tended to be lower than that of the blastocysts from the Ca2x group (P=0.05). Regarding gene expression, only 1 of the 6 kodkod blastocysts expressed OCT4, and none expressed SOX2 and NANOG. On the other hand, the relative expression of OCT4 tended to decrease in blastocysts from the Ca1x and Ca2x groups compared with the IVF group (P=0.09), but no differences were found in the expression of SOX2 and NANOG among groups (P>0.05). In conclusion, after interspecies SCNT, domestic cat oocytes support the development of kodkod embryos until the morula stage. However, the embryo aggregation did not significantly improve the blastocyst rate and gene expression.

Abstract:
Kanker kolorektum merupakan salah satu kanker yang tersering di dunia. Target molekuler untuk pengobatan kanker kolorektumyaitu Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) dengan pemberian antibodi monoklonal anti-EGFR. Pemberian pengobatan ini tidakdapat memberikan efek dampak di pasien dengan status gen KRAS bentuk mutan, sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan status mutasigen KRAS. Telitian berupa deskriptif dengan pendekatan potong lintang yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data status mutasi genKRAS kodon 12 dan 13 di pasien adenocarcinoma colorectal. Deteksi mutasi KRAS dilakukan dengan teknik Polymerase Chain ReactionRestriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR RFLP) yang dikonfirmasi dengan sekuensing. Sampel telitian adalah 30 blok parafinyang diperoleh dari Rumah Sakit Dr.Soetomo Surabaya masa waktu Januari-Desember 2013. Setelah dilakukan ekstraksi DNA terdapat21 sampel yang dapat digunakan untuk pemeriksaan lanjutan. Hasil PCR RFLP menunjukkan terdapat 7/21 mutasi pada kodon12 dan tidak terdapat mutasi gen KRAS pada kodon 13. Mutasi pada kodon 12 yaitu GGT>GCT, GGT>GGA dan GGT>GAT yangmenyebabkan perubahan asam amino Gly12Ala, Gly12Gly dan Gly12Asp. U radu se analizira knjiga kritičarskih tekstova Zadovoljština u tekstu (1989) Gorana Rema kojoj se prilazi iz tradicionalne tipologije funkcionalnih stilova. Proučava se postojanje medijskih kodova i njihovo isprepletanje pri čemu kritičarski tekstovi, a i knjiga u cijelosti, poprimaju intermedijalni karakter. Rad nudi pregled zastupljenih funkcionalnih stilova (znanstvenoga, esejističkoga, književnoumjetničkoga, razgovornoga, žurnalističkoga, publicističkoga) te varijante medijskoga subjekta koje proizlaze iz iskustva kritičarskoga subjekta i kodova kulture (ponajprije medijske i rock-kulture) koje subjekt upisuje u čitanje i interpretiranje književnih predložaka. Rad pokazuje funkcionalnostilsku heterogenost kritičarskih tekstova u Zadovoljštini u tekstu te postojanje četiriju varijanata medijskoga subjekta na temelju čega se zaključuje da je riječ o hibridnim tekstovima imenovanim postkritikama čija hibridnost sugerira pripadnost postmodernoj kulturi.

Seorang anak perempuan berusia 3 tahun dengan gejala klinis anemia berat,hepatosplenomegali, dan memerlukan tranfusi darah teratur. Gejala klinis telah timbulsaat pasien berusia 3 bulan. Hapusan darah tepi menunjukkan gambaran hipokrom,mikrositosis, dan anisopoikilositosis. Kadar HbA2 normal, HbF sedikit meningkat, danterdapat HbBart’s. Ayah dan ibu memiliki gambaran hematologis yang mendekati normal.Analisis DNA menunjukkan dua mutasi non-delesi (mutasi titik) pada gen globin a2yaitu pada kodon 59 (GGCglisin→GACaspartat) dan IVS2-nt142 (AG→AA). Kasus ini adalahkasus pertama yang ditemukan di Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan Anak RS. Dr. CiptoMangunkusumo Jakarta yang mempunyai mutasi heterozigot ganda pada kodon 59 danIVS2-nt142. Gejala klinis thalassemia mayor diakibatkan adanya mutasi kodon 59 yangmenghasilkan varian hemoglobin yang tidak stabil (HbAdana) disertai adanya mutasinon-delesi pada IVS2-nt142 yang menyebabkan proses mRNA yang tidak normal.

Avifauna berperan besar dalam penyebaran benih dan sebagai salah satu bioindikator lingkungan. Penelitian tentang inventarisasi dan distribusi spasial avifauna diurnal di Coban Kodok Desa Sukomulyo Kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang dilakukan pada tanggal 19-20 April 2020 pukul 06.00-08.00 dan 15.00-17.00 WIB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan distribusi spasial avifauna di Coban Kodok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode IPA (Indices Ponctuel d'Abondance) di dalam zona pengamatan. Analisis data melalui deskriptif eksploratif dan metode statistik multivariabel yang didasarkan pada Analisis Korelasi (Correspondence Analysis, CA) untuk mengetahui jenis populasi dan distribusi spatial avifauna di Coban Kodok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada zona 1 (agriladang barat) ditemukan Todiramphus chloris sebanyak dua individu, Apus nipalensis sebanyak dua individu, Pycnonotus aurigaster sebanyak tiga individu dan Spilopelia chinensis sebanyak dua individu, sedangkan pada zona 2 (agriladang timur) ditemukan Todiramphus chloris sebanyak empat individu, Apus nipalensis sebanyak empat individu, dan Lonchura maja sebanyak empat individu

Dewasa ini, isu yang paling sering dimunculkan kaum feminis Barat adalah berkaitan dengan pekerjaan domestik, persoalan nafkah khususnya dalam teks klasik kitab-kitab fiqh yang menurut mereka memposisikan perempuan sebagai pihak penerima seolah-olah ia diberi upah atas pekerjaan domestiknya. Untuk mencounter isu negatif tersebut Murtaḍhā Muṭhahhari dan Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir mencoba menggunakan pendekatan baru dalam melakukan reintepretasi terhadap teks al-Qurr’ān. Metodologi terbaru kedua feminis muslim tersebut di klaim sebagai pendekatan yang paling relevan dewasa ini. Melalui teori latarbelakang tersebut kemudian dalam kajian ini dapat dipertanyakan beberapa hal berikut: (1) Bagaimana gambaran deskriptif persoalan nafkah perspektif Murtaḍhā Muṭhahhari? (2) Bagaimana gambaran deskriptif persoalan nafkah perspektif Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir? Bagaimana kontekstualisasi persoalan nafkah perspektif Murtaḍhā Muṭhahhari dan Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir? Pendekatan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah analisis komparatif-deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis pemikiran kedua tokoh feminis muslim tersebut didapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut; (1) Murtaḍhā Muṭhahhari dalam konsep nafkah berpendapat bahwa nafkah merupakan tanggung jawab laki-laki. Namun, tanggung jawab tersebut tidak berdasarkan superitotas laki-laki atas perempuan melainkan bentuk perpaduan antara landasan prinsip kesamaan dengan unsur kodrat alamiah laki-laki dan perempuan. (2) Berdasarkan metodologi mubādalah Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir menyimpulkan bahwa persoalan nafkah merupakan urusan keduanya dalam kehidupan keluarga, keduanya saling bertangung jawab dalam urusan nafkah keluarga. (3) Dalam kontekstualisasi pemikiran kedua feminis tersebut di atas didapatkan sintesa pemikiran bahwa prinsip kesalingan (mubādalah) haruslah tetap dalam bingkai prinsip persamaan sehingga tetap mempertahankan prinsip keadilan universal dalam al-Qur’ān.

Upaya yang dilakukan masyarakat dusun Telaga Pange dan Telaga Pange di pulau Ambon terhadap pencurian tersebut adalah penggunaan matakao. Penelitian ini mengungkap dampak penggunaan matakao terhadap pencegahan pencurian barang masyarakat dusun Telaga Pange dan Telaga Kodok dan penggunaan matakao dianalisis dari aspek preventif dan represif terhadap pencurian dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan syar’i dan fenomenologis serta dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dusun Telaga Pange dan Telaga Kodok memercayai penggunaan matakao menimbulkan efek fisik berupa rasa sakit kepada pencuri tanaman atau hewan ternak yang dipasang matakao. Matakao karimpu menimbulkan efek psikologis; pencuri kesulitan keluar dari areal tanaman atau hewan ternak yang dicurinya hingga ditemukan korban atau orang lain. Rasa sakit yang dialami pencuri akan hilang, setelah diberikan penawar, jika pencuri mengakui perbuatannya dan bertobat tak akan mencuri lagi di hadapan korban (pemilik barang). Sehingga tanaman dan hewan ternak masyarakat setempat aman dari pencurian. Karena itu, matakao berdampak positif sebagai upaya preventif sekaligus represif terhadap pencurian di dusun Telaga Pange dan Telaga Kodok. Usaha pencegahan dari pencurian itu, sejalan dengan maqashîd al-syarî`ah, sebab pencurian merupakan jarîmah hudûd dalam hukum Islam. Pengakuan pelaku pencurian pada dasarnya merupakan alat bukti yang sah dalam perspektif hukum Islam.Abstract:Theft is a criminal act of disturbing the public, so that the necessary preventive measures and repressive, including police and public awareness. Efforts are being made publics of Telaga Pange village and Telaga Kodok on the Ambon island against the theft, is the use matakao. This study reveals the impact of the use matakao, to the prevention of theft of Telaga Pange and Telaga Kodok village communities; and analyze the use matakao from preventive and repressive aspects against theft in the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses syar’i and phenomenological approachs, and analyze it qualitatively-descriptively. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interview techniques to several informants. The results showed that Telaga Pange and Telaga Kodok village community trust that matakao use of physical effects in the form of pain to the thief crops, livestock mounted submit their matakao. Matakao karimpu causes psychological effects; thieves had trouble getting out of the plant area, or livestock stolen, until it finds a victim, or others. The pain experienced thief will be lost, after being given the antidote, if the thief confess and repent will not steal again, in the presence of the victim (the owner of the goods). So that, the plants and animals of local communities, safe from theft. Matakao, therefore, have a positive impact as well as repressive preventive measures against theft, in Telaga Pange and Telaga Kodok vilage. Prevention of theft, in line with the maqâshid al-syarî`ah, because theft is jarîmah hudûd in Islamic law. Recognition culprit is basically valid evidence in the perspective of Islamic law.

Kebudayaan “Odakem-Minisme” masyarakat Sawi merupakan kebudayaan yang diwariskan dari jaman prasejarah sampai sekarang yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan kepada Atap-hapkon, dalam keberadaan sebagai myao kodon atau kehidupan religi beragama masyarakat Sawi, seperti keyakinan terhadap Myao Kodon, percaya dengan adanya satu ilah yang paling tinggi yaitu Atap-hapkon dengan manifestasi dalam perwujudan sebagai Myao Kodon yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan fungsinya. This paper analyses a failure of the micro alloyed steel (Re= 500MPa) at a temperature range 400 - 500 oC in the tensile test conditions and in the creep conditions. The failure character in condition tensile test was changeless and the fraction was transcrystalline ductile. The structure near a fraction showed a considerable deformation texture (reduction of area = 76%). The contraction and the fraction stress considerable was decreased by the increase of the time up to the fraction and the by the increase of temperature in the creep conditions. There were formed secondary intercrystalline cracks except the central crack in the area fraction. Intercrystalline cracks were started step by step to be connected each other. The fraction was started to obtain a mixed status alike and the intercrystalline (creep) fraction part was started to increase.

AbstractContemporary glaciers of southeast Siberia are located on three high-mountain ridges (east Sayan, Baikalsky and Kodar). In this study, we present an updated glacier inventory based on high- to middle-resolution satellite imagery and field investigations. The inventory includes 51 glaciers with a total area of - 15 km2. Areas of individual glaciers vary from 0.06 to 1.33 km2, lengths from 130 to 2010 m and elevations from 1796 to 3490 m. The recent ice maximum extents (Little Ice Age) have been delineated from terminal moraines. On average, debris-free surface area shrunk by 59% between 1850 and 2006/11 (0.37% a–1), by 44% between 1850 and 2001/02 (0.29% a–1) and by 27% between 2001/02 and 2006/11 (3.39% a–1). The Kodar glaciers have experienced the largest area shrinkage, while the area loss on Baikalsky ridge was more moderate. Glacier changes are mainly related to regional summer temperature increase (by 1.7-2.6C from 1970 to 2010). There are some differences in glacier response due to different spatial patterns of snow accumulation, local topography (e.g. glacier elevation, slope) and geological activity. The studied glaciers (especially of Kodar ridge) are the most sensitive in Siberia to climate change since the late 20th century.

 Latar belakang: Kelengkapan resume dan ketidaktepatan koding masih menjadi penyebab terbesar pengembalian berkas klaim dari BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kelengkapan dan ketepatan koding diagnosis dan prosedur terhadap besaran klaim di satu rumah sakit (RS) Pemerintah di Jakarta Selatan.
 Metode: Penelitian observasional yang dilakukan dengan penelusuran rekam medis (RM) bulan November 2017 dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 7 informan yang terdiri dari manajemen, koder, dokter penanggung jawab pasien (DPJP) dan verifikator RS. Ketepatan koding didapatkan dengan membandingkan pengkodean oleh koder RS dan koder standar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis konten.
 Hasil: Dari 105 sampel rekam medis didapatkan angka ketidaklengkapan resume terbanyak pada pemeriksaan penunjang (12,2%), ketidaksesuaian pengisian pada diagnosis sekunder mencapai 68,6% dan ketidaktepatan koding paling tinggi pada diagnosis utama (21,9%). Rerata klaim INA-CBGs yang dihasilkan koder RS lebih rendah dari koder standar dengan selisih klaim sebesar 4%. Hal tersebut disebabkan adanya ketidakpatuhan dokter dan tidak semua dokter mendapatkan pelatihan pengkodean. Proses pencatatan RM masih banyak didelegasikan kepada residen. Pemeriksaan resume oleh verifikator dan pengkodean oleh koder masih kurang pemahaman tentang diagnosis dalam konsep INA-CBGs.
 Kesimpulan: Ketidaklengkapan resume dan ketidaktepatan koding di RS menyebabkan klaim INA-CBGs yang diterima lebih rendah rata-rata 4% sehingga dapat mengurangi pendapatan RS. (Health Science Journal of Indonesia 2018;9(1):14-8)

 Abstract
 Background: Coding inaccuracy and inadequate physician documentation are still the major problem of BPJS claims that resulting potential loss of hospital finance. This study aims to analyze the completeness and accuracy of diagnosis and procedure coding on the INA-CBGs claim amounts at one government hospital in South Jakarta.
 Methods: This observational study was conducted through medical record review during the period of November 2017 and in-depth interview involved 7 informants consist of hospital management, coders, responsible physicians and hospital verifiers. Re-coding was carried out by standar coder and the results were compared with hospital coders outcome. Content analysis was used to analyze the data.
 Results: The review of 105 medical record found incomplete documentation for supporting medical examination variable (12.2%), inconsistency documentation of secondary diagnoses were the highest, at 68.6% and the most frequent for inaccurate coding was primary diagnoses at 21.9%. The claims generated by hospital coders are lower than standard coder by an average 4%. The indepth interview revealed low physicians compliance on the documentation standard procedure and lack of coding training for physician. The process of the documentation practice was still delegated to the resident physicians. The discharge summary review by verifier and coding by the coders was still lack of understanding of the diagnosis in the INA-CBGs concept.
 Conclusion: Incomplete discharge summary and inaccurate coding of diagnosis and procedure generate loss of hospital revenue by an average 4%. (Health Science Journal of Indonesia 2018;9(1):14-8)

Straipsnyje atskleidžiami ląstelės lygmens biocheminių procesų mechanizmai, rodantys sudėtingą, tačiau ekonomišką, mažiausiomis sąnaudomis veikseną. Baltymų susilankstymas yra vienas iš sudėtingiausių biocheminių procesų, lemiančių baltymų prigimtinių struktūrų susiformavimą. Baltymo struktūros praradimas yra dažnai nesuderinamas su gyvybe arba sukeliantis neurodegeneratyvias ligas. Baltymai yra gyvų organizmų darbiniai arkliai, vykdantys jiems DNR nubrėžtas funkcijas. Baltymų įvairovę sukelia tik dvidešimt aminorūgščių – statybinių baltymų blokų, struktūrinių vienetų. Baltymai yra panašūs ne tik aminorūgščių sudėtimi, bet ir tvarka, kuria aminorūgštys išsidėsto baltymo molekulėje. The classical example of such sophisticated phenomenon is protein folding. Any deviation from the native structure of a protein results in the development of a disease or becomes incompatible with life. Most neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer, Parkinson, Jakob-Creutzfeld) are suggested as protein aggregation and conformational diseases. Proteins are the workhorses of living organisms, executing the genetic code inscribed in its DNA. The proteins’ complexity is realized by 20 amino acids. The same proteins are not similar not only by their amino acid composition, but also by the sequence of their amino acids. The first idea about protein folding came with the observation that regardless of unaffected chemical integrity, at high temperatures proteins lose their enzymatic activity. Protein function is a consequence of not only the linear sequence, but also of the overall three-dimensional structure of the protein. By executing the Human Genome Project, more than 35,000 different protein sequences encoded in the human genome were identified. A newly synthesized protein sequence must be able to find its way rapidly to its correct fold rather than to its countless alternatives. Abstract:
One of the religious and social issues that is intriguing and interesting to discuss is polygamy with various differences of opinion in it. This article will compare polygamy in the view of two classical and contemporary scholars, Fakhrudin Ar-Rozi and Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir. The background to the selection of these two figures is due to their opinions in the interpretation of the polygamy verse which is different from most commentators. In this verse we will discuss classical polygamy verse interpretation, verse background, and contemporary polygamy interpretation and then examine the contextualisation in this modern era and can see a more moderate interpretation by comparing them. This study concludes that the problem of polygamy is no longer focused on the underlying motives, but rather on the impact experienced by his wife and children. The interpretation of al-Râzî and Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir has been able to represent the voicing of women's rights in polygamy. This does not get the agreement of all parties, in the sense that there will still be parties that allow it for different reasons. However, the existence of this analysis can help each party to be more sensitive to the reality experienced by women. al-Râzî and Abdul Kodir are on a linear line that has severe conditions for permitting polygamy and encouraging other worship. Although both of them use different approaches and perspectives, they produce thoughts which in the author’s view are almost the same. Keyword: Polygamy; Contextualization; Moderation
