Celem pracy była analiza roli transportu kolejowego w obsłudze zakładów przemysłowych w Polsce oraz funkcjonowania branż przemysłowych prowadzących działalność na rzecz kolei. Analizy dokonano w podziale na sektory gospodarcze, wydzielone na podstawie głównej grupy towarowej przewożonej koleją między zakładami w obrębie danego sektora. Zbadano dostępność sieci kolejowej dla zakładów przemysłowych, uwzględniono koleje przemysłowe, bocznice kolejowe i towarowych przewoźników kolejowych. Zidentyfikowano ponad 1,5 tys. bocznic kolejowych oraz ponad 30 sieci kolei przemysłowych. Zestawiono strukturę sektorową użytkowników bocznic ze strukturą towarową kolejowych przewozów towarowych. Ponadto zdefiniowano pojęcie „przemysłowy przewoźnik kolejowy”, których na polskim rynku kolejowym zidentyfikowano ponad 40. Istotne znaczenie mają przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne i usługowe obsługujące kolej. Wydzielony odrębnie tzw. sektor kolejowy obejmował ok. 400 przedsiębiorstw różnych branż, w tym przemysł kolejowy, zarządców infrastruktury i przewoźników.

Ushbu raqamli davrda yuzni aniqlash tizimi deyarli barcha sohalarda muhim rol o'ynaydi. Yuz tanib olish biometrik usullardan biri hisoblanadi. U xavfsizlik, autentifikatsiya, identifikatsiyalash va ko‘plab afzalliklarga ega. Bundan tashqari, yuzni tanish tizimi ulardan biridir bugungi kunda universitetga kirishning eng qulay usullari. Vaqtning katta qismi kollejga ajratilgan ta'lim maqsadlari olimlarning davomatini olish vazifasiga sarflanadi. Talabalar kursida jonli ishtirok etishi uchun davomat tizimi talab qilinadi. Bu ko'pincha muammochunki bu o'qituvchilarning qimmatli vaqtini oladi, bu esa yanada samaraliroq ishlarga sarflanishi mumkin o'qitish va talabalar bilan muloqot qilish kabi. Ushbu maqola a ning batafsil bajarilishini taqdim etadi yuzni aniqlash va uning natijalari bilan qo'llab-quvvatlanadigan real vaqt rejimida qo'ng'iroq qilish tizimi. Ushbu maqola yuzni tanib olishdan foydalangan holda talabalarning davomatini avtomatik aniqlash tizimini taklif qildi muayyan sinfda qatnashayotgan olimlarning hisobini yuritadi. Bu araştırmada KKTC eğitim sisteminde örgün din eğitimi müfredatına sahip ilk okul olan Hala Sultan İlahiyat Koleji öğrencilerinin; ilahiyat koleji, meslek dersleri ve meslek dersleri öğretmenlerine yönelik zihinsel imgelerinin metaforlar aracılığı ile belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden fenomenolojik desende ölçüt örnekleme yöntemiyle tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma grubu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında kolej ve ilahiyat bölümlerinde öğrenim görmekte olan 262 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verileri içerik analizine tabi tutularak olumlu ve olumsuz şeklinde iki kategoride toplanmıştır. Buna göre öğrencilerin ilahiyat koleji, meslek dersleri ve meslek dersleri öğretmenlerine yönelik algılarının olumlu olduğu, kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere göre olumlu algılarının daha fazla olduğu, sınıf düzeyine göre 12. sınıf öğrencilerinin 9. sınıf öğrencilerine göre olumlu, vatandaşlık düzeyine göre ise çifte vatandaşlığa sahip öğrencilerin olumlu ve olumsuz algılarının KKTC ve diğer ülke vatandaşlığı bulunan öğrencilere göre daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Artykuł stanowi próbę nakreślenia autorskiej koncepcji obsługi koleją regionalną/podmiejską podregionu radomskiego NUTS 3, zwaną na potrzeby niniejszego artykułu radomską koleją aglomeracyjną. Przedstawiono także potencjał ludnościowy podregionu radomskiego. Ważnym elementem jest opis zrealizowanych i planowanych inwestycji infrastrukturalnych, które umożliwią lepsze funkcjonowanie kolei regionalnej/podmiejskiej. W artykule zawarto także podział na różne kategorie pociągów obsługujących linie kolejowe podregionu radomskiego. Określone są one przez zasięg połączeń oraz pożądaną częstotliwość kursowania w danej relacji. Koncepcja opiera się przede wszystkim na wykorzystaniu istniejącej infrastruktury. Proponuje się także jej uzupełnienie o pewne elementy zawarte w podrozdziale „Propozycja uzupełnienia infrastruktury kolejowej”. Ta’lim muassasalarida tasviriy san’at fanlaridan dars beradigan tasviriy san’at o‘qituvchilarini kasbiy mahorati qay darajada bo‘lishi va ularni tasviriy san’atni o‘qitish haqida tushunarli qilib yoritilgan. Tasviriy san’at o‘quv predmeti har bir inson uchun zarur bo‘lgan badiiy madaniyatga doir elementar bilim va malakalar beradi. Chunki, har bir o‘quvchi kelajakda qaysi sohada ishlashidan qat’iy nazar u ishdan tashqari vaqtlarida, dam olishi, hordiq chiqarishi, ish vaqtida sarflangan quvvatini tiklashi kerak bo‘ladidi. Bunga u yuksak badiiy saviyada ishlangan san’at asarlari bilan muzey, ko‘rgazmalar va boshqa joylarda tanishish, ularni idrok etish ulardan zavqlanish orqali erishadi. Shuningdek ko‘pchilik o‘quvchilar o‘zlarining kelajak hayotlarida ma’lum miqdorda rasm ishlashlariga to‘g‘ri keladi. Rasm chizishni bilish, faqat rassomlar, dizaynerlar, me’morlar uchungina emas, u o‘qituvchilar, injenerlar, mediklar, quruvchilar, agranomlar, harbiylar, olimlar uchun ham zarurdir. Ularning har biri o‘z faoliyatlarida rasm, sxemalar, diogrammalar, eskizlar orqali so‘z bilan tushuntirib bo‘lmaydigan o‘z g‘oya va fikirlarini tasvirlab ko‘rsatishga harakat qiladilar. Lekin, bu maktablarda tasviriy, amaliy va me’morchilik san’atlaridan chuqur va keng bilim va malakalar berish kerak ekan, degan ma`noni bildirmaydi. Maktablar o‘z nomiga ko‘ra umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablari deb nomlanib, bolalarga boshqa fanlar qatori tasviriy, amaliy va me’morchilik san’atlaridan umumiy, elementar bilim va malakalar berishni vazifa qilib quyadi. Yana shuni ham qayd qilish lozimki, umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablari rassomlarni tayyorlamaydi, iqdidorli bolalar bilan ishlash, ularni rivojlantirish bilan ham shug‘ullanishni nazarda tutmaydi. Rassomlar tayyorlash, iqdidorli bolalar bilan ishlash maktab to‘garaklarida, maxsus maktab va akademik litseylarda, kollej va oliy o‘quv yurtlarida amalga oshiriladi. Abstract:
Koleje mają kluczowe znaczenie dla osiągnięcia zrównoważonego rozwoju transportu. Ustawodawca krajowy i unijny uznali, że ze względów środowiskowych koleje powinny mieć duży udział w przewozach ogółem. Według UE, konkurencja na rynkach przewozów kolejowych zachęci operatorów do lepszego reagowania na potrzeby klientów, poprawy jakości usług i ich efektywności kosztowej, a tym samym wzmocni pozycję konkurencyjną kolei. W związku z tym prawo UE otworzyło rynki przewozów kolejowych na konkurencję. Celem artykułu jest analiza, czy jest to wystarczające do osiągnięcia zrównoważonego rozwoju transportu. Skupiam się na istniejących przepisach prawa, ich doprecyzowaniu (interpretacji) i usystematyzowaniu. Dlatego charakter moich badań jest generalnie dogmatyczny. Moim zdaniem, konkurencja w transporcie kolejowym może przyczynić się do wzrostu przewozów kolejowych, należy jednak zapewnić, aby koszty jej wprowadzenia nie przewyższały korzyści z tego tytułu. Ponadto, do osiągnięcia celów polityki krajowej i unijnej w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju transportu niezbędne jest zapewnienie równych warunków konkurencji między koleją a mniej przyjaznymi środowisku rodzajami transportu, w szczególności transportem drogowym (zwłaszcza w zakresie opłat za korzystanie z infrastruktury).

Abstract:
The diploma project is resolving the possibilities of designing contemporary buildings into the historical context of city centre. The emphasis is aimed on urban integration of new volumes into the present city structure and its genius loci. The result of the design should be buildings with specific character and clear dispositions using quality materials. The area is located near the city centre of Hradec Králové and is defined by the streets Comenius, I.Herrmann and Hradecká. It is directly adjacent to the historic city center. In the middle of the area is flowing The Orlice River, which divides area into two separately designed zones, communicates with each other. The presence of the river is considered to be a distinctive urban-forming element that needs to be used and promoted in the city. One of the characteristics of the site is the poor state of public spaces, several significant barriers, whether moving, operational or visible and urban unconnected areas or unreasonable used areas and buildings. The surrounding of The Orlice River, flowing through the center of Hradec Králové, is from near future very important, but at the same time hard to handle. All three facts - the city center plot, the presence of the river, but also the neglected public spaces - leading this area rehabilitated, revitalized and made accessible to people.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with project of a new building of university dormitories in the city center of Brno. It is detached building with basement and four above-ground floors with the irregular rectangular shape. Dormitories can be divided into three fundamental parts. The underground garages can be considered as the first part. Parking places are designed only for students, occasional visitors, and employees. In the underground floor, technical rooms and large warehouse can be found. The second part is designed to the general public including association areas such as reception, coffee-house with outdoor terrace, copy center and tobacco shop. Rooms for students, manager offices, repairman’s room, and laundry can be found in the third part. In total there are 44 two-person rooms and one room for a disabled person on the second floor. The structural system of the building is a cast-in-place concrete frame with a filling of ceramic fittings. The external wall is insulated with mineral wool with a ventilated facade and fiber-cement facade tiles. The building is based on base piles with a pile under each pillar. Vegetation covers a flat roof as well as a part of the north side of the facade. There will also be a public park and two volleyball fields in the area.

THE BUILDING IS SITUATED AT THE TECHNOLOGY PARK NEAR TO SEVERAL VUT FACULTY AND STUDENT CAMPUS. THE DESIGN CAME FROM THE LONG-TERM LACK OF ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY ON EXISTING DORMITORY IN BRNO, THE EMPHASIS WAS PUT MAINLY ON THE ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY OF THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING CONSISTS OF TWO FOUR-STOREY BLOCKS WITH A TOTAL CAPACITY OF 244 BEDS, WHICH ARE SITED ON THE 2ND TO 4TH FLOORS. A TYPICAL AND REVERSE ELEMENT IS A LIVING CELL IN WHICH CONTAINS TWO DOUBLE ROOMS - A COMMON SCHEDULE WITH DINING ROOM, A COMMON SOCIAL BACKGROUND WITH A HALL, AND TWO BALCONIES ACCESSIBLE FROM THE KITCHEN. 1. Abstract:
The new building of a university dormitory with workshops is the content of the presented thesis. The building consists of fifty-two beds for students’ accommodation with complete equipment in eight cells, three workshops and a technical support. This is a combination of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton and classical masonry building construction with insulation. The building has four floors. It is designed as seven towers with flat roofs, which protrude from a ground floor with a vegetative roof. Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed into an urban area of Nový Jičín. Glass atrium and overall shape solution are the distinctive features of the proposal.

Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is to study the complex reconstruction of the locomotive servicing depot Praha Liben. The locomotive depot is both operational maintenance and repair trains. The section reconstruction begins in turnout number 1, the whole area locomotive depot will be reconstructed. The main task is to propose an exchange of stepped old construction turnout for turnout new one in the whole area of the depot. The total number of changed points is 27. Depot demolition tasks in order to extend the track number 10 on the minimum usable effective length of 105 meters is the other task. Establishment of two dead-end tracks number 15 and 17 will be extend to an effective length of 105 metres. Retaining wall with PU componentsis designed along track 17. The next task is to solve the drainage area. The area will be drained interconnected system drains into the sewer and trench walls.

The aim of this thesis is to present a design of the reconstruction of platforms. The proposed solution fulfills the requirements of the accessibility by people with reduced mobility and low vision. Three new platforms with height of 550 mm (measured from rail level) were designed to meet above requirements. The need of additional modifications, e.g. reconstruction of drainage network, was also taken into consideration. Solution also takes reopening of the railway from Hrušovany u Brna to Židlochovice into account.

Next aim of thesis is to determine dependency of rail cross-sectional characteristics on equivalent rail head wear and then on rail deflection.

S rozvojem vysokorychlostního železničního systému roste rychlost železničních vozidel, s čímž rostou i požadavky na tato vozidla. Nutnou podmínkou zvyšování rychlosti je přitom zachování stability jízdy vozidla. Při vysoké rychlosti totiž může za určitých podmínek dojít k nestabilnímu chodu, který spočívá v nadměrném rozvinutí samobuzeného příčného kmitání dvojkolí ve volném kanálu koleje s negativními důsledky na silové působení vozidla na kolej, na bezpečnost jízdy i na jízdní komfort.

Ekvivalentní kuželovitost patří mezi nejdůležitější parametry dvojice dvojkolí kolej. Hodnota ekvivalentní kuželovitosti závisí na průběhu změny velikosti valivých poloměrů kol v závislosti na příčné výchylce dvojkolí, tzv. ߜோ funkci, a velikosti amplitudy příčné výchylky dvojkolí pro kterou je ekvivalentní kuželovitost vyhodnocována. Způsoby výpočtu ekvivalentní kuželovitosti dvojice dvojkolí-kolej jsou stanoveny v ČSN EN 15302 [1]. Hodnota ekvivalentní kuželovitosti významným způsobem ovlivňuje jízdní dynamiku a stabilitu vozidla. Při posuzování stability vozidla dle ČSN EN 13363 [2] je proto předepsána minimální hodnota ekvivalentní kuželovitosti v traťových úsecích, kde je stabilita vozidla vyhodnocována.

Abstract:
Tramvajový provoz je na rozdíl od železnice typický mimo jiné i oblouky velmi malých poloměrů (18÷20 m), které se vyskytují zejména na tramvajových křižovatkách v centrech měst, v obratištích (smyčkách) a vozovnách. Zatímco oblouky velmi malých poloměrů na tramvajových křižovatkách jsou často z principu realizovány kolejí s mělkými žlábky, v obratištích se mimo výhybky využívají výhradně žlábky hluboké. Velikost poloměru oblouku významně ovlivňuje postavení dvojkolí v koleji a spolu s rozvorem podvozku či pojezdu pak určuje úhel náběhu. V extrémním případě pak může nastat i situace, kdy vozidlo s velkým rozvorem podvozku či pojezdu není schopné bezpečného průjezdu v oblouku velmi malého poloměru. Taková situace se však netýká tramvají běžně provozovaných za účelem zajištění základní dopravní obslužnosti. Tyto tramvaje mají totiž výhradně podvozky s krátkým rozvorem (do 1900 mm). Problém však může nastat v případě bočně neopotřebených kolejnic s úzkým žlábkem v kombinaci s historickými dvounápravovými tramvajemi, které jsou, ať už pravidelně či příležitostně, provozovány za účelem atrakce. Tyto typy tramvají se totiž vyznačují jediným dvounápravovým pojezdem o velkém rozvoru (až 3600 mm). Situaci pak může ještě zhoršovat i velký poloměr kol. Výše uvedené skutečnosti byly analyzovány v rámci tramvajového provozu Dopravního podniku města Brna, a.s. (DPMB) pro dva vybrané typy žlábkových kolejnic a 4 typy tramvají (1 typ historické dvounápravové tramvaje a 3 typy běžně provozovaných tramvají).

Abstract:
In deacidification during vegetable oil refinery, a large amount of soapstock, mainly sodium salt of fatty acid, are generated and wasted. We propose an innovative system for the complete utilization of soapstock by Kolbe electrolysis. In conventional Kolbe electrolysis, only water-soluble carboxylic acid with short alkyl chain such as acetic acid and butyric acid are decarboxylated and dimerized to produce hydrocarbons such as ethane and butane. Although fatty acid salts have long alkyl chains, they are soluble in water, and Kolbe electrolysis can be applied to them. Soapstock will be converted by electrolysis into long-chain hydrocarbons used as biofuels and, sodium hydroxide used in vegetable oil refinery. As a result of applying Kolbe electrolysis to an aqueous solution of caprylic acid sodium salt, the formation of hydrocarbons, tetradecane, and sodium hydroxide was observed. When the generated hydrocarbons were used for power generation, the generated energy was almost the same as the energy input in the electrolysis. This means that the soap stock can be reused without any external energy input. Therefore, it is suggested that this electrolysis system will be both carbon-negative and profitability.

Tässä hankkeessa kerättiin tietoa äärimmäisen voimakkaiden avaruussää-myrskyjen vaikutuksista erilaisiin teknisiin järjestelmiin. Selvitykseen osallistuivat Ilmatieteen laitos, Helsingin yliopisto (HY, Avaruusfysiikan tutkimus) ja Change in Momentum -yritys. Raportissa esitellään laajasta kirjallisuustutkimuksesta kerättyä tietoa voimakkaista myrskyistä ja tietokonesimulaatioiden tuloksia. Raportin loppuosassa käsitellään avaruussäämyrskyihin liittyviä suoria ja välillisiä yhteiskunnallisia riskejä, kuvataan verrokkimaiden kansallisten riskiarvioiden tuloksia jaesitellään varautumisharjoituksiin soveltuva äärimmäisen avaruusmyrskyn skenaario. Kirjallisuustutkimuksessa kiinnitettiin erityistä huomiota avaruus-säämyrskyjen aiheuttamiin ongelmiin sähkönjakelujärjestelmissä niiden laajojen kerrannaisvaikutusten vuoksi. Nopeat vaihtelut Maan magneetti-kentässä synnyttävät jakelujärjestelmiin haitallisia geomagneettisesti indusoituneita (GI) virtoja. Äärimmäisten myrskyjen aikaan saattaa esiintyä jopa kolme kertaa suurempia magneettikentän aikaderivaattoja Euroopassa mitattuihin arvoihin verrattuna. Haittavaikutuksille altis alue ulottuu Keski- ja Etelä-Eurooppaan asti. Meidän tulee siis varautua myrskyjen aiheuttamiin välillisiin vaikutuksiin esim. kansainvälisten toimitusketjujen ongelmien seurauksena, vaikka Suomen sähkönjakelujärjestelmän GI-virtojen sietokyvyn tiedetään olevan hyvä. Koska geomagneettisia myrskyjä riittävän tarkasti kuvaavat aikasarjat ovat verrattain lyhyitä (<150 vuotta), tilastollisissa arvioissa esiintymistodennäköisyyksille esiintyy vielä paljon vaihtelua. Kirjallisuudessa annetut arviot yleisesti vertailukohteena käytetyn vuoden 1859 Carrington-myrskyn kaltaisen ääritapahtuman todennäköisyy-delle seuraavan 10 vuoden sisällä vaihtelevat välillä 0,5–20 %. Hankkeessa testattiin ensimmäistä kertaa Helsingin yliopiston Vlasiator-simulaatiota avaruussäämyrskyjen mallinnuksessa erityisesti satelliittien toimintaympäristöön liittyen. Suurteholaskentaa vaativa Vlasiator on maailman ainoa mallinnustyökalu, joka kattaa koko lähiavaruuden ja kuvaa tarkasti avaruusplasman ionien vaikutuksen myrskyjen kehittymiseen. Simulaatiot osoittivat, että äärimmäisten myrskyjen aikaan geostationaariset ja navigointi-satelliitit menettävät ajoittain magnetosfäärin antaman suojan Auringon hiukkaspurkauksia vastaan. Geostationaaristen satelliittien hiukkasmittausten perusteella HY:n tutkijat arvioivat myös, että korkeaenergiaisten elektronien vuot saattavat olla äärimmäisissä tilanteissa 1–3 kertaluokkaa suuremmat kuin aiempien myrskyjen aikana mitatut satelliittiteknologialle ongelmia aiheuttaneet vuot. Tässä hankkeessa vuosina 2021–2022 tehtyjä Vlasiatorajoja ja muuta tutkimustyötä tarkennetaan ja laajennetaan Suomen Akatemian rahoittamassa “Preparing for the most extreme space weather” -hankeessa vuosina 2020–2023.
