Abstract:
The diploma project is resolving the possibilities of designing contemporary buildings into the historical context of city centre. The emphasis is aimed on urban integration of new volumes into the present city structure and its genius loci. The result of the design should be buildings with specific character and clear dispositions using quality materials. The area is located near the city centre of Hradec Králové and is defined by the streets Comenius, I.Herrmann and Hradecká. It is directly adjacent to the historic city center. In the middle of the area is flowing The Orlice River, which divides area into two separately designed zones, communicates with each other. The presence of the river is considered to be a distinctive urban-forming element that needs to be used and promoted in the city. One of the characteristics of the site is the poor state of public spaces, several significant barriers, whether moving, operational or visible and urban unconnected areas or unreasonable used areas and buildings. The surrounding of The Orlice River, flowing through the center of Hradec Králové, is from near future very important, but at the same time hard to handle. All three facts - the city center plot, the presence of the river, but also the neglected public spaces - leading this area rehabilitated, revitalized and made accessible to people.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with project of a new building of university dormitories in the city center of Brno. It is detached building with basement and four above-ground floors with the irregular rectangular shape. Dormitories can be divided into three fundamental parts. The underground garages can be considered as the first part. Parking places are designed only for students, occasional visitors, and employees. In the underground floor, technical rooms and large warehouse can be found. The second part is designed to the general public including association areas such as reception, coffee-house with outdoor terrace, copy center and tobacco shop. Rooms for students, manager offices, repairman’s room, and laundry can be found in the third part. In total there are 44 two-person rooms and one room for a disabled person on the second floor. The structural system of the building is a cast-in-place concrete frame with a filling of ceramic fittings. The external wall is insulated with mineral wool with a ventilated facade and fiber-cement facade tiles. The building is based on base piles with a pile under each pillar. Vegetation covers a flat roof as well as a part of the north side of the facade. There will also be a public park and two volleyball fields in the area.

Abstract:
The new building of a university dormitory with workshops is the content of the presented thesis. The building consists of fifty-two beds for students’ accommodation with complete equipment in eight cells, three workshops and a technical support. This is a combination of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton and classical masonry building construction with insulation. The building has four floors. It is designed as seven towers with flat roofs, which protrude from a ground floor with a vegetative roof. Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed into an urban area of Nový Jičín. Glass atrium and overall shape solution are the distinctive features of the proposal.

The topic of my thesis is to study the complex reconstruction of the locomotive servicing depot Praha Liben. The locomotive depot is both operational maintenance and repair trains. The section reconstruction begins in turnout number 1, the whole area locomotive depot will be reconstructed. The main task is to propose an exchange of stepped old construction turnout for turnout new one in the whole area of the depot. The total number of changed points is 27. Depot demolition tasks in order to extend the track number 10 on the minimum usable effective length of 105 meters is the other task. Establishment of two dead-end tracks number 15 and 17 will be extend to an effective length of 105 metres. Retaining wall with PU componentsis designed along track 17. The next task is to solve the drainage area. The area will be drained interconnected system drains into the sewer and trench walls.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to present a design of the reconstruction of platforms. The proposed solution fulfills the requirements of the accessibility by people with reduced mobility and low vision. Three new platforms with height of 550 mm (measured from rail level) were designed to meet above requirements. The need of additional modifications, e.g. reconstruction of drainage network, was also taken into consideration. Solution also takes reopening of the railway from Hrušovany u Brna to Židlochovice into account.

The diploma thesis deals with descriptions of vehicle - track dynamic interface. There are described basic analytical models of railway track. The numerical models are created by using finite element methods with moving load simulated axle of rail vehicle. The aim of thesis is to create the model which most accurately describes the dynamic phenomena in the track. The results from models are compared with data obtained by measuring in the track. Next aim of thesis is to determine dependency of rail cross-sectional characteristics on equivalent rail head wear and then on rail deflection.

O tema da presente dissertação é a noção de Equivalência (Äquivalenz) de Werner Koller. Frequentemente atrelado às abordagens linguísticas à tradução, que, na segunda metade do século XX, buscaram conferir à pesquisa em tradução o estatuto de ciência, o conceito de equivalência foi alçado à condição de princípio teórico que garantiria a objetividade exigida das disciplinas que aspirassem à cientificidade. Para isso, porém, adotouse uma concepção abstrata e artificial de equivalência, que relegava o tradutor ao lugar de mero reprodutor de conteúdos pré-fixados pelo autor do original. Com o surgimento de novas vertentes de pesquisa no âmbito dos estudos de tradução, tais pressupostos foram postos em xeque, o que levou ao descarte e à estigmatização dessa noção. Se tomarmos por base a oposição elucidada por Kopetzki (1996), tal virada nos estudos de tradução pode ser interpretada como um movimento de concepções universalistas para concepções relativistas de língua e tradução, que rejeitam a ideia de tradução como transporte de significados imobilizados a priori. Diante disso, o objetivo desta pesquisa é demonstrar que a Equivalência de Koller não está calcada no universalismo que serve de base a outros modelos de equivalência tradutória, e que a noção defendida pelo autor tem validade prática, na medida em que funciona como um conceito operacional para tradutores profissionais e estudiosos da tradução. O presente trabalho se divide em duas grandes partes: a primeira é de caráter teórico e se destina à apresentação e à análise de trechos selecionados da obra de Koller, ainda inédita em português, a fim de evidenciar o caráter antiuniversalista de seus pressupostos; na segunda parte, mais voltada à prática, proponho uma maneira de aplicar seu conceito de Equivalência a um par de textos empíricos. O corpus que serve de base ao exemplo de aplicação é composto das ocorrências de cores presentes no romance Buddenbrooks: Verfall einer Familie (1909), de Thomas Mann, e na sua tradução para o português, de autoria de Herbert Caro e publicada no Brasil sob o título Os Buddenbrook: decadência duma família (1942).<br>The topic of this dissertation is Werner Kollers notion of equivalence (Äquivalenz). Often associated with the linguistic approaches to translation, which, in the second half of the 20th century, sought to make a scientific discipline out of the subject, equivalence turned into the one theoretical principle that would presumably guarantee the objectivity expected of any aspiring science. The consequence, however, was an abstract and artificial concept of equivalence, which portrayed translators as mere reproducers of contents that had been predetermined by the original author. With the advent of new research branches in the field of Translation Studies, such assumptions were called into question, which led to the discard and stigmatization of the concept. Bearing in mind the opposition brought to light by Kopetzki (1996), such a turn in Translation Studies may be interpreted as a move away from universalistic conceptions and a step towards relativistic conceptions of language and translation, which reject the idea of translation as the transport of pre-existing meanings. In view of that, the aim of this research is to demonstrate that Kollers Äquivalenz is not based upon the universalism that characterizes other theoretical frameworks to translation equivalence and can therefore be considered of practical relevance, inasmuch as it functions as an operational concept to professional translators and translation scholars. The present dissertation is divided in two main parts: the first part is of theoretical nature and is dedicated to the presentation and analysis of selected passages from Kollers work, still unedited in Portuguese, in order to demonstrate the antiuniversalistic character of his premises; in the second, more practice-oriented part, I propose a way of applying his concept of Equivalence to a pair of empirical texts. The corpus upon which this application example is based consists of instances of colour names found in the novel Buddenbrooks: Verfall einer Familie (1909), by Thomas Mann, and its translation to Portuguese, written by Herbert Caro and published in Brazil under the title Os Buddenbrook: decadência duma família (1942).

The structural system consists of reinforced concrete columns and beams and bricks Ytong. Ceilings are reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is a single casing. The construction is based on reinforced concrete footings and the walls are passports.

The diploma´s thesis deals with evaluation of adjusted track tamping technology and its comparison with currently used technology. This is based on track geometry parameters measuring and its vertical movement on the test section, which was created on double track Břeclav – Přerov near Rohatec station. On this test section one line was tamped with the currently used method within regular maintenance work and the second line was tamped with the adjusted technology. The technology modification is based on application of increased number of tamping tines squeezing strokes, which results in a creation of bigger and more compacted sleeper bed. The point of this thesis is to verify, that the speed of the track geometry parameters degradation is smaller in case of adjusted technology use. Thanks to that it would be possible to extend the maintenance cycles in case of compliance with track parameters maintenance limits and traffic safety.

Novostavba, veřejná stavba, studentské ubytování, stravování, studovna, parkoviště, keramické zdivo, skelet, plochá střecha, železobeton, předpjaté stropní panely, ETICS The task of the diploma thesis “Novostavba kolejí v Brně” is to elaborate the documentation according to the current version of the regulation No. 499/2006 Sb. The aforesaid compound is situated on an actual estate in a built-in area of the city of Brno, cadastral community of Královo Pole. The building functions as an accommodation for students of the University of Defence. The building is divided in three parts – two of them function as an accommodation, the third one incorporates conveniences of the hall of residence (boarding, administration, storeroom, library). The accommodation part has 5 floors in total, the conveniences are situated on the 2 above-ground floors and the basement. The compound is a wall construction with the ETICS weatherproofing insulation, combined with columns in the central section. The ceiling construction is made of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete ceilings. The roof is flat and vegetative. The diploma thesis includes architectural study, preparatory works and specializations in the field of founding.

<p>Syftet med vår rapport har varit att undersöka om poliser känner att de kan anmäla sina kollegor för trafikbrott samt beskriva vilka regler som gäller för polis när det gäller undantagsbestämmelserna i trafiken. I bakgrundskapitlet beskrivs de olika tjänstegraderna polisen har att rätta sig efter då de kör bil. I vårt teorikapitel berättar vi om olika normer som finns i olika grupper. Dessa informella regler kan se annorlunda ut beroende av vilken grupp man tillhör. För att få in empiriskt material har vi använt oss av att skicka ut enkäter. Dessa enkäter har skickats till olika polismyndigheter i olika delar av Sverige. I svaren vi fått in kan man se att nästan hälften av poliserna är beredda att bötfälla en kollega som är i tjänst då denna begår en trafikförseelse. Med andra ord så är det inte främmande för de poliser vi fått svar från att anmäla sin kollega. När kollegan inte är i tjänst är det nästan ingen som inte skulle kunna ge sin kollega en ordningsbot.</p>

The aim of the thesis is to design several variants for the reconstruction of the substructure and superstructure, and then compare these variants. Dette er en masteravhandling, i organisasjon og ledelse ved NTNU, om valgt ledelse. Valgt ledelse er en vanlig ledelsesform i organisasjoner, styrer og ledelsen ved en del norske universiteter. Denne oppgavens forskningsobjekt er den valgte instituttlederen. Oppgaven er aktuell da NTNUs styre har besluttet å gå over fra valgte til tilsatte instituttledere i hele organisasjonen. Denne beslutningen er gjort på tvers av flertallet av de vitenskapelige ansattes ønsker. Min overordnede problemstilling som danner bakteppet for denne oppgaven er: «Er den valgte instituttlederen en gammeldags ledelsesform som er ineffektiv, konfliktfylt og en rolle «ingen» ønsker å ta, eller er den framtidas kunnskapsledelse?», mens oppgavens forskbare problemstilling er: «med utgangspunkt i generell ledelsesteori: hvordan oppleves valgt ledelse (instituttlederrollen)?». Min tilnærming til å belyse begge problemstillingene er gjennom å intervjue seks valgte instituttledere ved NTNU og sammenholde funnene fra disse intervjuene med fire teoretiske perspektiver, det tradisjonelle-, det moderne- og det postmoderne perspektivet, samt et perspektiv om autentisk ledelse. Hovedtrekkene av instituttledernes opplevelse kan sammenfattes i fire undergrupper: Rolledefinering, instituttlederne anser sin hovedrolle som en tilrettelegger for at de vitenskapelig ansatte ved instituttet skal få best mulig vilkår til å drive sin faglige virksomhet. Rollemobilitet, med at de utøver sitt lederskap i visshet om at de er valgte og at deres beslutninger er gjort ut fra dette, og som videre gjør at de utfører sitt lederskap på en ydmyk, demokratisk måte til det beste for sine ansatte. Rollekonflikt, lederne oppgir at rollen ikke er spesielt konfliktdrivende og at de fleste ser seg selv som ansattes tillitsperson. Effektivitet, instituttlederne har tro på at modellen med valgt instituttleder kan fremme effektivitet, da de kjenner de ansatte og dermed den viktigste «produksjonsfaktoren» ved universitetet. I diskusjonen drøfter jeg fem påstander som er utledet av mine tolkninger av instituttledernes svar opp mot de fire teoretiske perspektivene som igjen er med på å belyse oppgavens to problemstillinger. Dette er en kvalitativ studie hvor formålet er å belyse og få en dypere forståelse av den valgte instituttlederrollen som fenomen. Denne oppgaven konkluderer ikke på spørsmålet om den valgte instituttlederrollen er utdatert eller er framtidens ledelse, men spørsmålet blir kommentert ut i fra fire tilnærminger. There were evaluated measurements of vertical alingnment rails by precise leveling and deviations of track geometrical parameters measured by track meusuring car in the diploma thesis.There is expressed an conclusion about the impact of under sleeper pads on track geometric data in the thesis.

The work Nothing around us is based on reflection of the present. From the beginning it was clear that it will deal with the space. The space around us, the environment in which we live, our perception of the surrounding and our feelings from it. The surrounding world is one, but everyone perceive it in their own way because our ideas about the world are different. The Nothing that I wanted to show was always only apparent. Over time, I moved from general considerations of the functioning of the world to explore my own place in it. I focused on myself, on my own feelings and needs, perhaps for the first time in my work. Desire for solitude, peace, freedom from all around was the strongest one. To be somewhere, where I do not perceive anything around me, opens my inner space and allows me to explore happening in it Staying in absolute darkness reminds of already forgotten memories. Mind is able to create the illusion of nonexiatent light. I tried to transfer This state to the light installation in the former factory Mosilana in Brno.

L'oeuvre de Bernard-Marie Koltès a jusqu'à présent été surtout étudiée dans sa dimension dramaturgique. Ce qui est occulté dans ces études, c'est à la fois l'approche transgénérique alors que la part d'oeuvres non-théâtrales est aussi importante que peu connue, et une réflexion sur ce qui fait l'unité de cette oeuvre, à savoir un même souci de travailler le récit. La thèse propose une étude qui prendra en compte tous les textes de l'auteur, pièces de jeunesse, entretiens et correspondance inclus, non seulement pour exposer la conception koltésienne du récit mais aussi pour la discuter, interroger ce qui la fonde, ce qui l'organise, ce qu'elle déploie. Après avoir retracé la biographie de l'oeuvre, en suivant l'écriture des textes une année après l'autre, ce sont les poétiques de ce récit qu'on envisagera, et la faculté de cette écriture à fabriquer des poétiques singulières pour chaque oeuvre ou presque. En ce sens, il ne s'agira pas d'utiliser une construction déjà établie du récit pour examiner son adéquation avec les oeuvres de Kol¬tès, mais bien plus de tenter de trouver sa conception propre. Ces écritures plurielles du récit n'ont de sens qu'en regard d'un rapport au monde qui l'exige : rapport politique dans les fractures idéologiques de la fin du XXe, rap¬port éthique concernant la place occupée dans le monde et le rôle dévolu à l'écriture. Cette éthique de l'écriture est le sens non seulement d'un tel travail, mais de l'écriture même de Koltès : chercher des endroits du monde pour les écrire, raconter des territoires d'appartenance, s'inventer autre<br>So far, Bernard-Marie Koltès' work has mostly been studied in its dramaturgical dimension. What previous re¬search has neglected are, first, a transgeneric approach, even though Koltès' non-theatrical texts are as numerous as they are ignored ; and second, a reflection on what appears to be the unifying characteristic of this work, i. E. A constant working on the narrative. This study proposes to take all of the author's texts into account, including early plays, correspondance and interviews, in an effort to set out Koltès' conception of the narrative and to discuss it, to examine what it is based on/where it contes from, what structures it, what it unfurls. After establishing the biogra-phy of the work, following the writing of the texts year after year, this study will look into the poetics of the narra-tive and see how Koltès' writing has an ability to create a singular poetics for almost each particular text. To this end, it will not confront Koltès' works to a preconstructed theory of the narrative but try to uncover his own con-ception. These various narrative forms only make sense in the light of a relation to the world that dictate them : of Koltès' political stand, marked by the ideological fractures of the late 20th century, and of this ethical stand, when it cornes to the author's place in the world and the role he assigns to writing. This ethic of writing is the'raison d'être both of this study and of Koltès' work : find places in the world to write about, narrate territories one belongs to, invent oneself other

Abstract:
Aim of the proper track design is build track, which enable smooth run of the vehicle as much as is possible complying with the safety rules and reasonable level of comfort for passengers. However, this track has to be maintainable and the vehicle shouldn’t face unacceptable amount of wear. On the other hand it is clear that it is impossible to build ideal (straight) track because of many environmental and morphological conditions. So the rules for track designing have to be set carefully in order to produce a good track design which meets the conditions mentioned above. The principles for track designing are evaluated with using the results of track test running dynamic behavior of the vehicles in this study. These tests were made for couple vehicles on several track sections. The influence of design parameters on the dynamic behavior are evaluated based on these results. That’s defining one of the basic part interactions between vehicle and track. Evaluation of the quality of track geometry in service has the same or may be higher importance. Limit values as defined in standard ČSN 73 6360-2 was set partially in consideration results of scientific studies, but partially in consideration of as common practice. So that part of this work is verification of the influence of tolerance in each parameter and their combinations in order to allow reasonable establishment of their limit values for track maintenance and for preventing of train derailment.

This diploma thesis deal with analysis of current surveying methods of railway track spatial position of the track section located between Břeclav and Znojmo. At the beginning of the work there is described historical development of railway geodesy in our country and conditions of railway geodetic points field abroad. Further there are mentioned rules for measurement of railway point fields in the Czech Republic. In the following chapter you will find sub-stages of building railway point fields in track section with analysis of accuracy measurement and a proposal of prior accuracy of measurement for computing with the least square method. In the end of the thesis there is described a calculation of parameters spatial track geometry with the suggestion of computing service for uniform way of calculating partial stages of railway geodetic point field.

Uppsatsen behandlar hur två organisationer samarbetar och koordinerar deras kooperativa arbete med hjälp av en artefakt. De två organisationerna är Marinmuseum och Turistbyrån där deras kooperativa arbete handlar om att skapa guidade turer tillsammans. Vi har jobbat mot målgruppernas målsättningar, behov och krav för att hitta det ultimata stödet för deras verksamhet. Syftet är att förmedla förståelse för hur organisationerna idag använder artefakten i deras gemensamma arbete, baserat på intervjuer och observationer. Huvudfrågorna i vår studie har varit: Hur kan vi som utvecklare kan stödja de två olika organisationernas samarbetsmöjligheter och förbättra koordinationen i det fall då de använder denna artefakt, deras pappersbaserade bokningslista som primär informationsplats? Hur kan denna artefakt ersättas utan att tappa dess koordinations och interaktions förmågor samt flexibilitet? Studien har visat att den pappersbaserade artefakten, deras bokningslista, innefattar många positiva egenskaper som vid digitalisering måste tas hänsyn till. Denna artefakt har vi valt att kalla för koordinationsartefakt för att belysa dess koordinationsegenskaper. This diploma thesis focuses on the designing of the systematic wiring in hostel complex, including student dormitory and bar. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part involves an overview of current most used intelligent systems. Furthermore, there is a description of the TECO Foxtrot system, which is used to control the complex. The theoretical part summarizes the basic definitions for creating project documentation. Finally, the chapter closes with an outline of a general artificial and escape route emergency lighting design generated using WILS 7.0 software. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, there is a complete project documentation consisting of all requisites needed in the given level of documentation for the construction of a complex of hostel, dormitory and bar using the TECO Foxtrot system. The project documentation contains floor plans of the whole complex, in which the power and data distribution are drawn. It also contains a diagram of wiring of power and system switchboards, topological diagram of power and system distribution, budget and technical report.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att skapa en större förståelse för vad som händer inom människan vid rollskiftet då denne går från att vara medarbetare till att bli chef. Uppsatsen kommer även att belysa den inre processen som sker när en medarbetare blir chef över tidigare kollegor.    Tidigare forskning visar att identitetsbegreppet såväl som olika relationsperspektiv är centralt för ämnet och för att kunna undersöka detta har följande problemställningar formulerats: • Hur upplever människan processen att bli chef för första gången? • Hur upplever människan processen att gå från att vara medarbetare till att vara chef över tidigare kollegor?   För att besvara ovanstående problemställningar genomfördes åtta intervjuer med mellanchefer, där intervjuerna spelades in, transkriberades och analyserades. Under uppsatsarbetet fick cheferna möjlighet att reflektera över rollskiftet utifrån både ett identitets- och ett relationsperspektiv. Det framkom en viss ambivalens kopplat till motstridigheten att inte vilja förändras, men att samtidigt vara medveten om att det krävs förändringar. Dels att förändras som person, men också att relationerna behövde bli annorlunda när de blev chefer över sina tidigare kollegor. Denna ambivalens diskuterades dels utifrån känslan av grupptillhörighet, samt att gå från att vara en detaljorienterad specialist till att arbeta utifrån ett bredare perspektiv och ge andra möjligheten till att bli experter.
