Abstract:
Článek představuje základní pravidla komparativního historického přístupu a snaží se nabídnout pohled na vztah mezi historickou komparací, transnacionálními přístupy a transnacionální problematikou jako předmětem výzkumu. Úroveň analýzy je teoretická, založená na aktuálních metodologických diskusích ohledně komparativních přístupů a autorových reflexí. První dvě části jsou deskriptivní, vymezují povahu a pole komparativního přístupu a pojednávají o teoretických postulátech historické komparace. Třetí část poukazuje na rozdíl mezi transnacionální problematikou jako předmětem výzkumu a tzv. transnacionálními přístupy jako metodologickými koncepty a naznačuje jeho dopad pro komparativní historii. Poslední část je reflexivní a všímá si role a možností komparativního historického přístupu při definování a analýze transnacionální problematiky.

Abstract:
Tento článek zpracovává problematiku utajovaných patentů. Nejprve diskutuje samotnou existenci tohoto institutu s ohledem na princip veřejnosti. Následně analyzuje právní úpravu samotného institutu na mezinárodní, evropské i národní úrovni s důrazem na přesný popis řízení o jeho udělení a se snahou definovat i dopad utajování patentu na vlastnická práva k němu. Na závěr doplňuje analýzu krátkou komparací s právní úpravou v dalších státech, kde se zaměřuje zejména na rozdílné prvky v řízení.

Abstract:
Disertační práce je zaměřena na prozkoumání metod vykazování fúzí ve světě s následnou analýzou stavu v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část se obšírně věnuje dvěma základním metodám, které se pro vykazování fúzí používají a které také mají své jednoznačné teoretické opodstatnění. Metoda koupě je z teoretického hlediska zřejmě nejvhodnější pro vykázání fúze nezávislých společností. Metoda spojení podílů je naopak velmi dobře aplikovatelná na fúze společností pod společnou kontrolou. Druhá část je rozsáhlou studií metod používaných v jiných zemích. Analýza je zejména zaměřena na Německo a na USA a anglosaský svět. Zmíněny jsou i relevantní okolnosti z jiných zemí a vývoj vykazování fúzí v Evropské Unii a Mezinárodních standardech účetního výkaznictví. Studie pokrývá období celého 20. století a počátek 21. století. Třetí část analyzuje situaci ve výkaznictví fúzí v České republice na základě porovnání s teoretickými koncepty i světovým vývojem. Na několika příkladech a případové studii jsou demonstrovány nekonzistentnosti požadavků české legislativy a absence konceptu, který by byl orientován na uživatele účetních výkazů. V závěru práce se diskutuji nutnost a náročnost implementace moderních metod vykazování fúzí v České republice. Vedle zřejmých výhod jsou také zvažovány nevýhody a náklady takové změny.

Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the comparative analysis of the satisfaction of teachers and students at the Business Academy in Valasske Mezirici. The theoretical part is focused on summarizing the basic knowledge of the issue and define the main factors of satisfaction. The empirical part is devoted to the characteristic of school and respondents. Furthermore, through questionnaires and an interview with the schoolmaster each study areas are analyzed. Based on the results of analysis are proposed specific recommendations that could increase the satisfaction of both teachers and students.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the development of Article 15 Income from Employment of the OECD Model Tax Convention on Income and on Capital, especially with the accent on the Commentary of this article. Furthermore, to analyze, with the assistance of selected double tax treaties concluded by the Czech Republic, whether the Czech Republic, thus the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Directorate of Finance, follow the trend in the development of Model Tax Convention and apply it to the newly concluded double tax treaties, i.e. whether the institutions listed above accept the OECD Model Tax Convention and its Commentary as an interpretative regulation to be followed when concluding double tax treaties with both OECD member countries and with non-member countries.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the question of how far the Member States of EU have unified the system of taxation of royalties with respect to the Czech Republic. This issue is analyzed on the basis of comparison of Conventions between Czech Republic and other member states of EU. As key comparators were used the following approaches: grammatical interpretation of conventions, the definition of royalties and the range of taxation in the state of source. In order to examine the issue of taxation of royalties, attention is also given to the definition of royalties from the Czech legislation as well as from OECD (based on the Commentary to the Model Treaty) point of view. The thesis outlines also practical approaches to taxation of royalties in various model situations.

Abstract:
This thesis compares banks and cooperative credit unions within Czech Republic from different points of view. Specifically, these points of view are history, legal frame and also the position on current Czech market. Depiction of the historic development of Czech banks and cooperative credit unions describes their position on the market across different time periods together with summary of changes in legislation and capital market supervision. Legal frame chapter describes separate points of legislation, based on which it is possible to compare both banks and cooperative credit unions. These points for comparison are creation, liquidation, information duties towards Czech national bank etc. The whole second part of the thesis deals with a comparison of both sectors with following comparison of particular representatives of selected sectors from different points of view. These are competitiveness on the market, capital adequacy and other indicators.

Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice zabezpečení fungujícího systému dalšího vzdělávání dospělých. Záměrem práce je vymezit hlavní konstrukční prvky tohoto systému. Východiskem pro stanovení jednotlivých systémotvorných prvků se stala komparační analýza systémů vzdělávání dospělých ve vybraných zemích EU. Reprezentativní skupina byla vybrána na základě srovnání stavu vzdělávání dospělých v jednotlivých zemích EU. Mezinárodní komparace poznatků získaných sekundární analýzou zdrojových materiálů, především zahraniční literatury, statistických údajů a výzkumných zpráv odborných institucí, představuje na příkladech konkrétních zemí hlavní části utvářející strukturu systému dalšího vzdělávání. Analytická zjištění jsou následně využita pro zpracování dalších částí práce, které se zabývají detailním rozpracováním jednotlivých hlavních konstrukčních prvků systému dalšího vzdělávání a sestavením možného návrhu systému vzdělávání dospělých v podmínkách ČR.

Abstract:
(angl.) This thesis discusses the public procurement law. The thesis is a case study. The author follows up on how the law is being used with public procurement at chosen institutions of the state administrative and self-government. The first part of the thesis deals with the explication of the term public procurement and other related terms. The explanation of the term public procurement as the tool of public policy serves as an acquisition. Furthermore, the thesis covers theoretical concepts, which enter the process of public procurement. Through the process of analysis, the analysis of documents and comparative analysis, the author determines whether the law is sufficient for the acts the people working in public procurement have to carry out. The results of the analysis indicate that there are stages of public procurement in which there is a need of creating a methodical material regarding procedures.

Author: Bc. Veronika Szabóová Title: Comparative analysis of selected muscles activity during ropeclimbing, pull-up and its modifications. Objectives: The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to make a search of the available studies in the field of ropeclimbing and its training methods. The aim of this study is to evaluate the coordination of the selected muscles in terms of its timing during three specific training exercises compared to legless ropeclimbing. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis was elaborated on the basis of information from printed and electronic sources in the Czech and English language in the form of a research. In the practical part of the thesis the activity of ten selected muscles during ropeclimbing, pull-up and its modifications was monitored. The main research method was the surface electromyography. The representative sample of 11 participants examined in the study was properly chosen from active competitors in ropeclimbing. The study evaluates the order of muscle activation compared to the legless ropeclimbing as the reference movement. The treshold method was used for detection of the muscle activity. The Spearman correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the relationship between the variables and for statistical testing. Results: In terms of timing...
