Aufgrund der zunehmend individualisierten Nachfrage bieten Hersteller ihren Kunden die Möglichkeit Produkte zu konfigurieren. Daraus ergibt sich eine hohe Variantenvielfalt, die oft nur mit komplexen Prozessen abbildbar ist. Um die Wirtschaftlichkeit sicherzustellen, muss der Umgang mit Produkt- und Produktionsvielfalt optimiert werden. In diesem Ansatz werden ein Datenmodell und softwarebasierte Werkzeuge zur ganzheitlichen Planung und Kontrolle von Zielen und deren Umsetzung im Variantenmanagement entwickelt. Dadurch wird die vorhandene Variantenvielfalt transparent und die Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Variantenreduktion möglich.   Due to increasingly individualized demand, manufacturers provide customers with the option to configure products. Often, this results in a high number of variants that only can be managed with complex processes. To ensure economic   efficiency it is necessary to optimize the handling of product and production variety. This approach develops a data model together with software-based tools to allow for the holistic planning and controlling of goals and their implementation in variant management. This makes the existing variant diversity visible and enables the implementation of measures to reduce variants.

Abstract Inspektionsprozesse werden im Remanufacturing auch heute noch vorwiegend manuell durchgeführt, da die Einschätzung des Qualitätszustands von rückläufigen Gebrauchtprodukten komplex und damit schwer zu automatisieren ist. Dies ist darauf zurückzuführen, dass Abnutzungsgrade, Deformationen und Schädigungen eine individuelle Bewertung des Gebrauchtprodukts nach sich ziehen und somit schwer standardisierbar sind. In diesem Beitrag werden die Anforderungen an ein System für die Bewältigung der Herausforderung der automatisierten Inspektion im Remanufacturing abgeleitet. Darauf aufbauend wird das Konzept einer Befundungsstation, welches diese Anforderungen erfüllt, präsentiert und Anwendungsfälle im Rahmen des von der Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung geförderten Forschungsprojekts „AgiProbot - Agiles Produktionssystem mittels mobiler, lernender Roboter mit Multisensorik bei ungewissen Produktspezifikationen“ vorgestellt.

Zusammenfassung. 360°-Feedback als formalisiertes System, in dessen Rahmen Führungskräfte Rückmeldungen von Kollegen, Mitarbeitern, und Vorgesetzten erhalten und diese mit der Selbstbewertung vergleichen, gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. An die Stelle der einseitigen Beurteilung des Mitarbeiters durch seinen Vorgesetzten tritt ein Verfahren, das die für die Arbeitstätigkeit des Mitarbeiters relevanten Personen mit einbezieht. Hierdurch werden die unterschiedlichen Rollen der Interaktionspartner und damit verbundene Erwartungen an die beurteilte Person in die Gesamtbetrachtung mit einbezogen. Viele Unternehmen stehen dem Ansatz positiv gegenüber, ohne jedoch Erfahrungen im Umgang mit komplexen Beurteilungssystemen zu haben. Die Ergebnisse aus N=15 halbstrukturierten Interviews mit Führungskräften aus deutschen Unternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung liefern erste Hinweise zu erfolgsrelevanten Gestaltungsfaktoren eines solchen Systems.

Die Produktionsplanung und -steuerung (PPS) steht bei der Instandhaltung komplexer Produkte vor der Herausforderung, mittelfristig Entscheidungen ohne detaillierte Kenntnis des Bauteilzustandes treffen zu müssen. Je nach Bauteildiagnose sind dann kurzfristig die Fertigungskapazitäten und Lagerbestände anzupassen. Die getroffenen Entscheidungen beeinflussen die Wirtschaftlichkeit des gesamten Instandhaltungsprozesses maßgeblich. Im Rahmen des Fachbeitrags wird eine simulationsbasierte Methode vorgestellt, um die PPS in der Instandhaltung mittels Ersatzteildisposition und Reihenfolgebildung zu optimieren. Dabei werden die Entwicklung und Ergebnisse des Ansatzes zur Ersatzteildisposition beschrieben.   Production planning and control (PPC) systems concerned with maintaining complex products are faced with the challenge of making decisions without knowing the product’s condition. After the diagnosis, the production and warehouse capacities are adapted at short notice. This article presents a simulation-based method for optimizing PPC in maintenance companies. It focuses on the development and the results of a new approach for the management of spare parts.

Abstract:

Abstract: Wegener’s granulomatosis – or, in other words, granulomatosis with polyangiitis – is an anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated granuloma forming vasculitis, mainly affecting the respiratory tract and the renal system. Otologic manifestations of Wegener’s disease can be otitis media with effusion or chronic silent mastoiditis with conductive hearing loss, but sensorineural hearing loss can also evolve. The diagnosis is based on the clinical appearance as well as the immunoserological and histopathological results. It is of paramount importance to begin a combined immunosuppressive treatment immediately, besides eradicating the otologic manifestations. The intractable cases of chronic otitis media due to Wegener’s granulomatosis are challenging any ear surgeons. Subtotal petrosectomy has proved to be an effective solution in such cases to create a dry ear and to provide a safe surgical field for hearing restoration. Zusammenfassung Für das Engineering komplexer Automatisierungssysteme können IT-basierte Workflows die Anwender unterstützen, um die eigenen Aufgaben zu bewältigen und Transparenz im Engineering-Prozess zu schaffen, da in den kollaborativen Prozessen unterschiedliche Stakeholder miteinander interagieren. Zur IT-Unterstützung von Engineering-Prozessen können Workflow-Management-Systeme (WfMS) verwendet werden, die gerade durch eine Integration in CAE-Werkzeuge und damit direktem Zugriff auf deren Funktionen und Daten einen wesentlichen Mehrwert bieten. Gleichzeitig ist bei der Nutzung von WfMS im Engineering noch keine Lösung bekannt, um flexible Prozesse workflow-gestützt zu bearbeiten. Da die erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung auch von kundenspezifischen Wünschen abhängt, die auch Anpassungen an die Abwicklungsprozesse bedingen können, ist die Anforderung, flexible und ad-hoc Workflows bearbeiten zu können, essentiell im Engineering. Zur Lösung dieses Problems wird im vorliegenden Beitrag ein Konzept beschrieben sowie eine Realisierung vorgestellt, um im WfMS während der Projektabarbeitung einen Workflow dynamisch an aktuelle Gegebenheiten anzupassen. Das wesentliche Instrument ist dabei die abzuarbeitenden Engineering-Aktivitäten entsprechend der geänderten Projektanforderungen automatisch zu generieren und in den laufenden Workflow zu integrieren. Ergebnis ist, dass Projektierer die aktuell zu bearbeitenden Aktivitäten und simultan die dafür relevante Information bzw. die benötigte Funktion im CAE-Werkzeug angeboten bekommen.

Összefoglaló. Bevezetés: A stroke kezelésének lehetőségei az utóbbi években jelentősen megváltoztak: a thrombolysis után bevezetésre került a mechanikus thrombectomia, és a terápiás időablak is jelentősen kitágult az utóbbi évek nagy multicentrikus tanulmányai alapján. Ezek a lehetőségek új igényeket fogalmaztak meg a képalkotó diagnosztikával szemben: az ischaemia okozta morfológiai elváltozások mellett az artériás és a kollaterális rendszer állapotát, valamint bizonyos esetekben az agy szöveti perfúzióját is szükséges meghatározni. Ezeket a komplex kiértékelési feladatokat ma már mesterségesintelligencia-algoritmusok támogathatják, melyek a kiértékelést pár perc alatt elvégezve segítenek a terápiás döntés kialakításában. Célkitűzés: A Dél- és a Nyugat-dunántúli régióban hat intézmény részvételével egy dedikált stroke teleradiológiai hálózat kialakítása. Módszer: A stroke-CT-kiértékelő szoftver és a képkommunikáció integrációja, a vizsgálati protokollok technikai paramétereinek egységesítése, a kiértékelési eredmények teleradiológiai megjelenítése valósult meg a hálózat kialakítása során. Eredmények: A hálózat egységesítette nemcsak a stroke-CT-protokollok beállításait, de beutalási és értékelési szempontjait is. A stroke-CT-kiértékelések és a mechanikus thrombectomiák száma is emelkedett az elmúlt egy évben. Következtetés: A dedikált teleradiológiai stroke-hálózat segítségével optimalizálni kívánjuk a régió stroke-ellátását: egyrészt lehetőleg ne maradjanak ellátatlanul a thrombectomiából valószínűleg profitáló betegek, másrészt ne terheljük az ellátórendszert olyan esetekkel, melyekről a teljes dokumentáció ismeretében derül ki, hogy nem javasolt a beavatkozás. Orv Hetil. 2021; 162(17): 668–675. Summary. Introduction: The possibilities of cerebral stroke management have changed substantially during the last few years. Following a few multicentric studies, mechanical thrombectomy became an established method besides thrombolysis. In addition, the therapeutic window for both methods is much wider now than before. These changes described above demanded more information of CT morphological changes due to ischemia, but the condition and functionality of the arterial and collateral system, and occasionally tissue perfusion performance should also be characterized. Recently, evaluation of different computer tomographic (CT) measurements can be done using artificial intelligence based methods, which perform data analysis in a few minutes. Objective: To establish a dedicated stroke teleradiology network with artificial intelligence based image analysis in Western and Southern Transdanubia in Hungary that involves six partner institutes. Method: Integration of automated image analysis with teleradiology software was established, and the technical parameters of examination protocols were unified. Results of stroke CT image analysis became accessible through the teleradiology network. Results: The daily use of integrated central image analysis and image communication had a positive impact on referrals and therapeutic evaluation of stroke cases. The number of image processing and mechanical thrombectomy increased during the last year. Conclusion: With the help of the dedicated teleradiology stroke network, we want to optimize the stroke care in the region: on the one hand, patients who are likely to benefit from thrombectomy should not be left unattended, on the other, the health care system should not be burdened with cases, when intervention is not recommended having the complete clinical data accessed. Steigende Prozessanforderungen haben Engel Austria dazu veranlasst, das Logistikzentrum in Schwertberg nach einer Nutzungsdauer von rund 20 Jahren einem umfassenden Retrofit sämtlicher Anlagenbereiche sowie der Logistik-IT zu unterziehen. Das komplexe Maßnahmenpaket wurde im laufenden Betrieb in mehreren Baustufen umgesetzt, um die Lieferfähigkeit trotz der umfangreichen Eingriffe ununterbrochen sicherzustellen. Die Partnerentscheidung fiel auf IGZ als SAP EWM-Generalunternehmer. Zusätzlich zu allen Modernisierungsmaßnahmen der Anlagentechnik hat IGZ auch das SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM/MFS) als neue Lagerverwaltungssoftware mit direkter Anbindung der Steuerungstechnik implementiert. Das Resultat ist eine nun durchgängig optimierte, mit Leistungsreserven versehene Produktionsversorgung, die sich flexibel an neue Anforderungen anpassen lässt. Für Engel Austria ein massiver Gewinn in Bezug auf Leistung, Verfügbarkeit und Zukunftssicherheit.

A cikkben a szerzők megvizsgálják a tudásmenedzsment komplex rendszerfejlesztési projektekben és az informatikai auditban játszott szerepét. Fő céljuk, hogy a tudásmenedzsment-rendszerek fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó audit támogatására értékelési modellt készítsenek. Cikkükben megvizsgálják a tudásmenedzsmentnek az IT-auditban játszott általános szerepét, az auditban érintett tudásvagyon védelmének kérdését, a tudásmenedzsment-folyamatok szerepét a rendszerfejlesztésben (auditszempontból), a kontrollok implementálását, valamint a tudásmenedzsment és az IT-audittal kapcsolatos szabványok, módszertanok kapcsolatát. Az eredmények illusztrálására egy az Európai Unió 7. keretprogramjából finanszírozott nemzetközi projekt (GUIDE, IST–2003–507498) szolgál. ________________ Authors investigate the role of knowledge management in complex system development projects and IT audit. The primary goal is to provide an evaluation framework for an assessment of the development of special knowledge management solutions. On the other hand IT audit itself is a knowledge-dependent activity. The paper analyses the role of knowledge management in IT audit in general, the protection of knowledge assets during an audit, the role of knowledge management processes during system development (from audit point of view) and in the implementation of controls, the relationship of knowledge management with audit standards. Authors investigate the specialities of KM developments from audit point of view (particularly important aspects of audit, specific control objectives) A case study, based on experiences gained from GUIDE project (IST-2003-507498 funded by the European Commission’s 6th Framework Programme) illustrates the findings.

A felelős vállalatirányítás egyik stratégiai jelentőségű tényezője a vállalati szintű kockázatkezelés, mely napjaink egyik legnagyobb kihívást jelentő területe a vállalatvezetés számára. A hatékony vállalati kockázatkezelés nem valósulhat meg kizárólag az általános, nemzetközi és hazai szakirodalomban megfogalmazott kockázatkezelési alapelvek követése mentén, a kockázatkezelési rendszer kialakítása során figyelembe kell venni mind az iparági, mind az adott vállalatra jellemző sajátosságokat. Mindez különösen fontos egy olyan speciális tevékenységet folytató vállalatnál, mint a villamosenergia-ipari átviteli rendszerirányító társaság (transmission system operator, TSO). A cikkben a magyar villamosenergia-ipari átviteli rendszerirányító társasággal együttműködésben készített kutatás keretében előálló olyan komplex elméleti és gyakorlati keretrendszert mutatnak be a szerzők, mely alapján az átviteli rendszerirányító társaság számára kialakítottak egy új, területenként egységes kockázatkezelési módszertant (fókuszban a kockázatok azonosításának és számszerűsítésének módszertani lépéseivel), mely alkalmas a vállalati szintű kockázati kitettség meghatározására. _______ This study handles one of today’s most challenging areas of enterprise management: the development and introduction of an integrated and efficient risk management system. For companies operating in specific network industries with a dominant market share and a key role in the national economy, such as electricity TSO’s, risk management is of stressed importance. The study introduces an innovative, mathematically and statistically grounded as well as economically reasoned management approach for the identification, individual effect calculation and summation of risk factors. Every building block is customized for the organizational structure and operating environment of the TSO. While the identification phase guarantees all-inclusivity, the calculation phase incorporates expert techniques and Monte Carlo simulation and the summation phase presents an expected combined distribution and value effect of risks on the company’s profit lines based on the previously undiscovered correlations between individual risk factors.

A környezeti kockázatok megfelelő felmérése és kezelése napjaink egyik legfontosabb kérdése, nemcsak a szakmai, hanem a széles értelemben vett közvélemény számára. A szerző cikkében azt vizsgálja, hogy a környezeti kockázatok felmérésének milyen megközelítései vannak. Kulcskérdésként pedig arra koncentrál, hogy a kockázatkezelési döntéseket hogyan befolyásolja a becslések bizonytalansága. Először a környezeti kockázat definícióját adja meg, majd azt mutatja be, hogy a környezeti kockázatok kezelésére vonatkozó megközelítések milyen párhuzamban állnak a pénzügyi rendszerrel, mint komplex rendszerre vonatkozó megközelítésekkel. Végül a jelenleg legnagyobb kockázatoknak tartott környezeti kockázatokat ismerteti röviden. A cikk második részében kockázatkezelési alternatívákat mutat be, és azt, hogy a kockázatkezelési lépések kiválasztását befolyásolja a bizonytalanság. Ezt illusztrálandó Brouwer-Blois (2008) modelljét használva a soklépéses szimulációt és alternatív döntési kritériumot – a kritikus (extrém) költség-hatás mutatót – alkalmazza. _____________ Adequate assessment and management of environmental risks is a key question nowadays also for professional experts and also for the overall public. In this article the author examines the different approaches concerning environmental risks. He concentrates as a key question the influence on risk management decisions of uncertainties raised by our estimations. First he analyses the definition of environmental risks, and he shows the similarities and differences between approaches concerning environmental risks and risks threatening financial system, and finally he gives short overview on the most current environmental risks. In the second part of the paper he presents risk management alternatives and analyses the influential power of uncertainty on risk management decisions. In order to illustrate this phenomenon the author applies the model of Brouwer-Blois (2008) with multistep simulation and an alternative decisive criterion, the ranking based on critical (extreme) cost to effect measure.
