Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo posoudit environmentální dopady různých typů zvolených jogurtových kelímků vyrobených z různých materiálů: z plastu, papíru, skla či z kompozitního materiálu. Environmentální dopady byly vyhodnoceny metodou posuzování životního cyklu (z angl. life cycle assessment, LCA). Výsledky práce ukazují, že skleněné a kompozitní obaly jsou horší než obaly plastové, s výjimkou kategorie dopadu Spotřeba fosilních surovin a humánní toxicita. Jako nejlepší vychází plastový obal s K3 dekorací (papír), který ve všech hodnocených kategoriích dopadu vykazuje nejlepší výsledky. V kategorii dopadu Klimatické změny se nejhůř umístil kompozitní obal a obal skleněný. Nejvíce ovlivněnou kategorií je Sladkovodní ekotoxicita, nejvyšší dopady v rámci této kategorie vykazuje obal skleněný a následně kompozitní. V rámci kategorie dopadu Ionizující záření má největší dopad skleněný obal následovaný obalem kompozitním. Na základě výsledků výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že hlavní příčinou dopadů plastových kelímků na životní prostředí je výroba PP granulátu, u skleněných obalů je to výroba samotného skla a v případě kompozitních obalů výroba kompozitního obalu. Abstract (en) The aim of the work was to assess the environmental impacts of different types of selected yoghurt cups made of different materials: plastic, paper, glass or composite material. Environmental impacts were assessed using the life cycle assessment (LCA) method. The results of the work show that glass and composite packaging is worse than plastic packaging except for the impact category Resource use (mineral and metals) and Human toxicity. The best packaging appears to be plastic packaging with K3 decoration (paper), which has the smallest impacts in all evaluated impact categories. In the impact category Climate change, composite packaging and glass packaging have the greatest impact. The most affected category is Freshwater ecotoxicity. The highest impacts within this category are shown by glass packaging and subsequently composite packaging. In the impact category Ionizing radiation, the greatest impact has a glass packaging, then a composite packaging. Based on the results, it was determined that the main cause of the impacts of plastic cups is the production of PP granulate. In the case of glass packaging, it is the production of the glass itself, and in the case of composite packaging, the production of the composite packaging.

Abstract:
This dissertation explores the field of new interpretation means in the compositions for the guitar solo by Czech contemporary authors. Nineteen works have been chosen, in the period from 1943 to 2015. The material obtained through analysis is by the means of comparison explored into a greater depth. The result of the research can be summarised in the statement that to write well for the guitar means to understand the right hand. In the chapter about instrumentation I further explain these features. The aim of this thesis is to inspire new works for the guitar.

Abstract:
Since the beginnings of musical art, composers have been reflecting on the social topics of their time. We can mention the great industrial revolution and Honneger's composition inspired by the Pacific 271 steam locomotive. Radioactive decay is one of the basic phenomena in the universe thanks to which our Earth is kept in balance. The first part of this work deals with a brief history and current trends in working with numbers as well as with generative music and reflections of the natural environment in music. The second part explores the history of radioactivity in conjunction with music and presentes a few examples of direct evidence that throughout the history of music, radioactivity has already been dealt with by composers. It also outlines a possible linkage of the two themes and refers to the art form of soundscape. The third part describes scientific measurements and shows on a few specific musical examples the practical possibilities of using radioactive data in compositional practice.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the study and design of composite materials based on silica matrix suitable for extreme conditions, eg. for the repair of concrete structures with anticipated increased risk of fire. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge concerning the fire resistance of structures and the behavior of the composite system during extreme conditions. Theoretically oriented section also contains information on alkali-activated materials and their use in high temperature environments. Based on the evaluation of the theoretical part of the experiment were designed and tested different types of composite materials with increased content of raw materials from alternative sources. Laboratory research has been based on testing of basic physico-mechanical parameters including phase composition and microstructure of the proposed formulations before and after thermal exposure of 1200 ° C. Also considered was the effect of different cooling conditions.

The doctoral thesis preliminary focuses on the comparison of concepts of creation in music and architecture and to explore the connection and possible blending of both arts. The main focus of the dissertation is the research of the parallel between the composition of music and architecture, in their characters, means of composition and methods. The methods of approaching the topic were the analysis's of music and architectural materials such as dedicated books, magazines, internet articles, as well as audio recordings, realisations of architectonic works, printed materials on acoustics, psychology of perception and aesthetics as well as own experience and knowledge in the field of music and architecture and the experiment in composition. Results of the dissertation are theoretical conclusions enlightening the given topic and the practical experiment in the form of the analysis of the music composition and the application of its compositional methods into the architectonic design.

Nástroj Atomer je statický analyzátor založený na myšlence, že pokud jsou některé sekvence funkcí vícevláknového programu prováděny v některých bězích pod zámky, je pravděpodobně zamýšleno, že mají být vždy provedeny atomicky. Analyzátor Atomer se tudíž snaží takové sekvence hledat a poté zjišťovat, pro které z nich může být v některých jiných bězích programu porušena atomicita. Autor této diplomové práce ve své bakalářské práci navrhl a implementoval první verzi nástroje Atomer jako zásuvný modul aplikačního rámce Facebook Infer. V této diplomové práci je navržena nová a výrazně vylepšená verze analyzátoru Atomer. Cílem vylepšení je zvýšení jak škálovatelnosti, tak přesnosti. Kromě toho byla přidána podpora pro několik původně nepodporovaných programovacích vlastností (včetně např. možnosti analyzovat programy napsané v jazycích C++ a Java nebo podpory pro reentrantní zámky nebo stráže zámků, tzv. "lock guards"). Prostřednictvím řady experimentů (včetně experimentů s reálnými programy a reálnými chybami) se ukázalo, že nová verze nástroje Atomer je skutečně mnohem obecnější, přesnější a lépe škáluje.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the conditions for laboratory testing of composite profiles with fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP). Theoretical part describes the main material properties of FRP profiles and method of manufacturing by pultrusion. Experimental part evaluates imposition of the test samples in alkaline environment and their subsequent changes in physical properties. Next part contains evaluation of cuts FRP profiles by electron microscopy in combination with element analysis. The outcome of this work is the method of evaluation of accelerated durability FRP profiles.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the impact of the external environment on the basic properties of composite material Richlite and its suitability for exterior furniture manufacturing. There is a brief overview of the properties of Richlite, possible ways of utilization and production process of the material itself and individual components. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to determine the influence of temperature changes and exposure to elevated temperatures on the mechanical properties of the material. The observed properties are the modulus of elasticity and the flexural strength ascertained by loading in a three-point system. The measured results were statistically evaluated, and it was found that the temperature changes could affect the flexural strength of Richlite.

Introduction: An adhesive bond between hard dental tissues and composite reconstructions is exposed to mechanical load, water, bacteria, enzymes and different chemical compounds. These factors could impair durability and resistance of composite reconstructions. In contrast with extensive research of negative influence of water on degradation of adhesive bonds, the influence of chemical substances on adhesive bond has not been investigated to a greater extent. Aim: The aim of the experimental part of the thesis was to evaluate the influence of hydrogen peroxide containing tooth-whitening products and mouth rinses containing chlorhexidine and fluoride on a long-term stability of class V composite restorations created using four contemporary adhesive systems by a microleakage method. Materials and methods: The following adhesive systems were investigated: total-etch Gluma Comfort Bond (GLU), and self-etch adhesives Clearfil SE Bond (CLF), Adper Prompt (ADP) and iBond (IBO). Standardized class V cavities were prepared in 192 extracted human teeth (one cervical margin in the cementum and one in the enamel). Introduction: Adhesive technology represents a significant advancement among different treatment options of dental caries. Its advantages involve not only highly aesthetic reconstructions, but also ability to preserve hard dental tissues compared to more traditional filling materials such as amalgam, where the material retention was achieved through undercuts. A potential of adhesive technology to arrest progression of an incipient caries has triggered its wider use in dental caries management, potentiated by an ongoing development of new adhesive systems and composite materials that assure an acceptable long-term stability of adhesive reconstructions. Adhesive bonds of dental reconstructions are in the oral cavity constantly challenged by various mechanical, chemical and biological factors. One of the chemical agents with detrimental potential is peroxide bleaching gel used for teeth brightening. Currently bleaching belongs to the most frequent cosmetic dental procedures. The active ingredient of bleaching gels is hydrogen peroxide or its precursors. It is assumed that free oxygen radicals released from peroxides attack double bonds of chromophore molecules captured within the tooth tissues. Submitted Ph.D. Thesis is focused on the electrochemical characterization and testing of recently developed working electrodes made from pure gold or graphitic carbon particles and electrochemical arrangements. These electrodes are suitable for large screening measurements of various organic compounds. The development of new sensitive voltammetric methods for determination of oxidisable biologically active organic compounds is another aim of this work. To verify its applicability, the array of carbon composite film electrodes integrated in measuring cell system was selected for the development of voltammetric methods for determination of homovanillic acid, vanillylmandelic acid, and indoxyl sulphate. These analytes, which belong to the group of biomarkers of human diseases, were selected for increasing interest in their determination in medical laboratories. Moreover, determination of indoxyl sulphate was coupled to its solid phase extraction from human urine prior to voltammetric determination. Obtained results were compared with measurements of standards with well-established carbon paste electrode.
