Last but not least, the development of website traffic and the subsequent possible development of this data in the future will also be examined. The diploma thesis focuses on the on-line marketing communication of the Pedro brand belonging to the portfolio of The Candy Plus Sweet Factory, s. r. o. The theoretical chapter contains definitions of important terms which provide the basis for further chapters. In the analytical part, there are performed analyses of the marketing mix and communication mix are performed, as well as analyses of the microenvironment and macroenvironment within the Slovak Republic. It also includes marketing research, which consists of a qualitative and quantitative part. The last chapter of this thesis deals with online marketing communication, through which the brand would expand its own e shop to the Slovak B2C market.

V prvej časti rozdeľujem používané druhy internetovej reklamy podľa medzinárodného delenia IAB a píšem aj o platobných modeloch a reklamných systémoch špecifických pre internet. Druhá časť porovnáva internet s masmédiami podľa kľúčových vlastností pre využitie v reklame. Práca opisuje efektivitu druhov internetovej reklamy. This thesis analyzes the level of utilization of on-line communication mix in marketing of Czech Republic as a tourist destination at foreign markets executed by CzechTourism, particularly concerning the current project Confirmation of the status and competitive advantage of Czech Republic at the European tourism market. Resources for the main analysis are a detailed study of on-line communication mix in general terms as well as in tourism both globally and in the Czech Republic. The analysis revealed major deficiences in the approach towards the communication implementation, mainly in social media communication, and also deficiencies in web design which toghether caused the project to fail. Finall conclusion contains improvement suggestions and recommendations of some foreign best practice examples.

The final thesis is about marketing communication of the expo Země Živitelka, which is the flagship event of the company Výstaviště České Budějovice a.s. The aim is to evaluate the current situation in the company and the effective set-up of fundamental elements of a marketing communication mix. The first part of the final thesis concerns the theoretical approaches to the given topic. The main aspects are defined as marketing and marketing communication, their goals and strategies. The folowing part is about the description of each element of the communication mix focused on current trends and marketing communication on the Internet. The elements of this final thesis are predominantly the theoretical specifications of the expo as a product and its advertising as these are the key cores for the practical part of the final thesis. Firstly, I will introduce Výstaviště České Budějovice a.s. and its services provided. Then the main part is the analysis of the communication mix of the expo Země Živitelka, which includes the description and the evaluation of existing components of marketing communication used by the company. Consequently, the market research is carried out by questionnaires. The aim is to find out the attitudes of respondents to the marketing communication of the expo. The final part of the work introduces the concrete marketing communication solutions to exhibitors and visitors using traditional and modern communication methods.

Diploma thesis studies the topic of on-line communication as a part of communication mix and marketing mix. It's closely connected with rapid technological development. It's therefore necessary to monitor trends, which are also part of the thesis. Based on the theoretical backgound, analysis of Czech internet and advertising environment and research of Czech firm's approach to on-line communication, author deals with the importance of on-line forms in comparison to other parts of communication mix. The outputs of the above are applied in the analysis of FMCG producer's on-line communication mix and competitive activities also. The subject of this thesis is the design and implementation of a client-server applications for collecting GPS data using a smartphone with Android OS. The system is used for real-time monitoring and recording vehicle’s movement on a server, where the data are adapted to the real road. This thesis is a continuation of the project DoAutoškoly.cz . The theoretical part of the thesis deals with GPS, real-time communication problems and the Android platform, including its application interface for GPS. In the next part of the thesis, this knowledge is used to design the whole system. The thesis continues with the implementation of a mobile application, the web module and the corresponding server application. The chapters continue to deal with real-time tracking and route editing. The last part is focused on testing and evaluation of the results.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the effectiveness of on-line communication with the application for DOX Centre for Contemporary Art in Prague. It focuses on clarifying the theoretical framework of principles of social networks, mapping new trends and approaches in on-line communication and marketing. Part of the work is given to the identification of the percentage of the visitors of DOX who only search for information about exhibitions and other related program via the Internet. The emphasis is on research of the share of real customer of DOX to fan base on the Facebook social network. To make on-line communication more effective the priorities are set for various on-line channels with the tool for monitoring of mentions on the internet related to DOX. According to the fact that Facebook is an important interactive channel for DOX, there is created detailed analysis of the publications of contributions and the resulting recommendations for implementation. In conclusion, DOX expresses the contribution of the diploma thesis.

This diploma disertation deals with the topic of on-line crisis intervention (KI further on in the text) in the Czech Republic (CR), specifically the service functioning of the online chat and videochat. This thesis deals with the problematics of usage of dating applications between young people of the Czech republic and their views on partnerships. The introduction is dedicated to theoretical findings and basic terminology related with on-line dating. The first half of the theoretical part introduces the reader to different views on partnerships and their core pillars based on psychological theories. In connection with these attributes, the second part of the thesis concentrates on theories dealing with transformations in present relationships. Separate chapter is devoted to millennials - known as generation Y. Second part of the theoretical part brings the reader closer to understanding how meeting and getting acquainted with someone works in the cyber world. It analyses its evolution and existing research on the topic. At the same time it deals with communication and self-presentation of users on dating applications and dating websites. Last but not least the reader is acquainted with on-line dating applications Tinder and Grindr, whose users were my respondents. The practical part is dedicated to the research itself, whose main task was to determine the role the dating applications play in establishing relationships in a young persons life. User activity of respondents as well as their experience and attitude towards dating application was revealed using a semi-structured interview. This diploma thesis is outlining the topic of virtual teams in the work context dealing with cooperation in virtual teams. In this frame it focuses mainly on communication, trust, motivation and performance. The theoretical part is devoted to the differences between the working group and a team, group cooperation in the work environment and multicultural cooperation specifics. It defines the social psychological work aspects in the context of virtuality and draws nearer up-to date findings of the vitual teamwork area. The leadership and coordination of virtual teams and the role of a leader are also touched. The empirical part of the thesis introduces a research of mapping the topic of cooperation within virtual teams using the methodological triangulation. The issue of virtual teams is seen in the organizational context from virtual team leaders' point of view. A point of view of other team members is also noticed. In the mapping study are investigated the most frequently occuring themes of communication, trust, motivation and performance or virtual teams leadership, respectively. This study also indicates the possible advantages offered by this way of work organization and similarly, it presents possible risks, which may be encountered when working with geographically distributed teams. In the thesis we are going to focus on the topic of on-line political communication of 8 czech ballot leaders on the social network service Facebook during the 2019 European Parliament election campaign. On-line campaign is essential tool to gain the favor of the electorate in the 4th age of political communication. In long term perspective the European Parliament elections are suffering from the low interest of the electorate and from the trend of decreasing tournout in both pan-European and Czech political arenas. Our research is based on the theoretical concepts about main functions of on-line campaign in the 4th age of political communication. The mobilization of the electorate towards political participation is one of those functions. Next we base our research on the second order elections theory of Karlheinz Reif and Hermann Schmitt. The European Parliament elections are characterised by predominance of topics important to the local political system and by substituting as a referendum about the government of a member country.
